Hygienic place with excellent service. The only downside is the very small parking lot, which is too small for the large number of people who enjoy the food here. It's spacious, with a dining area on the ground floor at the back of the parking lot, and another one to the side on the first floor. Both offer takeout and dine-in service. Incredibly, the prices are low, allowing more people to experience the delicious food. For this reason, it's recommended to arrive early.

El sabor de las carnitas....muy sabroso, el lugar amplio, mucha gente los domingos,tal vez por eso el servicio es más lento que de costumbre, los precios accesibles,es el único lugar donde el buche me sabe muy bien, nada que ver con otros lugares dde llega a saber al olor del marrano, también ofrecen postres y helados tipo chalco

Atienden bien y rápido, muy recomendable si vas para Veracruz puedes desviarte un poco para comer

Llevan años en Tlaxcala y en mi vida he visto que regalen algo jejeje hasta el pan de cemitas te lo cobran cuando es para llevar, ya en serio buenas carnitas pero es lo cotidiano, ya casi ni hacen tacos dorados de sesos, las instalaciones y el personal es el mismo y luego ya casi ni te ponen limones. Las señoritas que nos ayudan a llevar los alimentos de repente distraídas y hay que buscarles la cara para pedirles algo. No decaigan, hechenle ganas.

Muy buenas carnitas a un precio decente Lamentablemente no cuentan con tacos dorados de sesos qué usualmente acompañan a las carnitas. Salsas sabrosas. Cuenta con un estacionamiento para aproximadamente 20 vehículos

The cemitas weren't freshly made and were tough. The tortillas were delicious and fresh. The meat could really be better. It smells better than it tastes. The water has too much sugar, and the bathrooms were dirty. I went on a Sunday. I hope it's not always like this. The habanero and mushroom sauce is the best. And they served us relatively quickly, and I think the price is fair: 300/kilo in August 2025.

I didn't like the waitress I had at all. Her service was a girl with a star tattoo on her neck. She made me feel rushed, she wasn't paying attention. She clarified that it hadn't happened to me. They should check the staff more. The food was very good as always, although most of the leather ones had hair, they didn't have any browbands. I always like to go out and enjoy myself, but this time I had that bad experience.

The carnitas were honestly very tasty. The location was a bit uncomfortable because it felt very hot. The service was terrible. It seems like they're doing you a favor by selling their products because they're so crowded, and they serve you whatever sauces they want and have on hand. Overall, if you're willing to sacrifice attention for a little flavor, this is the place to go.

Terrible service because they charge VAT and still don't send the invoice. I called them and they said they'd send it, but it was due on Friday, April 11, 2025, and today is April 13, 2025. I call them again and they redirect my call. Furthermore, they gave me a receipt for the consumption without the 16% VAT, and I told them they had to write the receipt correctly because they charged me with VAT.

I stopped going a while ago because the carnitas had turned pink and didn't look very appetizing. Now, after a few months, I decided to return, and sadly, they're still the same. Now, besides being pink, the meat is dry and nothing like it used to be. I hope they recapture what made them so successful and return to being the Purépecha carnitas they once were. Right now, I only recommend the hibiscus and guava water, which is delicious. The service is just okay, and the cleanliness is also mediocre.
