Service was quick, food was ok, a few months ago I liked this boneless buffalo wings but they changed something, now they taste like a Tyson chicken nugget. Polite and helpful staff.

Went through the drive through and was served very quickly. I have ordered from this location maybe 3 or 4 times and the staff is always kind however, I find that the Charley’s location in the Altamonte mall is better.The sandwiches just seem fresher.The strawberry lemonade is amazing!

I got the buffalo boneless wings and the Cajun fries. Good deal for $9. The buffalo has a little bit too much sauce for me, but wasn’t bad for the price.

A on duty police officer paid and waited for his food and had to leave before he got it. (Waited 10 min) (They have only been open a week and still learning.) I know they will get better. 2 Suggestions: Make on duty police and fire workers food priority. Also they serve all the to-go in styrofoam and plastic bags, I would ask they BAG single sandwiches like subway does, or get cardboard take away boxes. Meanwhile food is worth the wait. Yum 😋 this is my 3rd.visit in a week.

My daughter ordered a cookies and cream milkshake. For some reason it tasted like pickles. The chicken philly needs a bit more flavor. It’s manageable to eat. I hope to try again to get a better experience on another day.

They will not allow me in to order. Place close at 10pm. It’s Thursday 1/15/26 8:51 pm and I was not allowed to order food. Doors locked. Workers waved me off. This is ridiculous.

This place was terrible to eat lunch at…. The customer service was extremely poor! The food wasn’t too bad but it’s wasn’t a lot of customers there and somehow I still managed to get rushed while placing my order the employees didn’t have any patience not to mention the men’s guest restroom was filthy which overall made this a terrible experience!

I was charged a tip on my card that I did not authorize, and I was told the charge was entered by me. I requested a refund so the correct amount could be charged, but the manager informed me that wasn’t possible. Please review your receipt carefully when visiting or better yet don’t visit at all.

I pass this place everyday coming back from work and I kept wondering why no one is ever in the parking lot or drive-thru. I figured why not try it out and got the 6 wing meal with cajun fries. Despite being the only person in the drive thru they messed my order up and gave me regular fries. The wings were pretty mediocre. The price is way too high for what you get. No wonder it's always empty.

This location sucks so bad. I’ve come here a good handful of times but they never have more than one employee working it seems, maybe 2. The wait times are extremely long and tonight they completely turned off mobile ordering. The app told me to order at the store so I drove all the way there for them to be “cash only” which I’m pretty sure they’re doing to deter customers especially since they turned off mobile ordering. The food is great, but there’s clear staffing issues I wonder why they keep it open when there’s a location in the Walmart that seems to have a better handle on things. If you aren’t interested in serving customers why bother keeping the place open in general?

When I was about to leave I thought that was funny so I asked for my receipt and she had to go get it. I pulled over to check my receipt and noticed it was $12.45 which was fine until I got the notification that I was charged $14.94. I went back to the location and showed Roxana the discrepancy in which I was charged and she kept telling me I was only charged $12.45… Long story short it took 1 whole hour for me to get the return for $12.45 even though my bank has $14.94. The store manager GIL called the cops on me because I made Roxana cry??? I showed the cops my bank account and also what I was charged in the receipt because GIL tried to get me trespassed because they got caught stealing tips!! I have disputed the charges with my bank and also filed a report with the BBB because this was not the first time happening

Tried to get my rewards for a purchase of $5 or more and get 5 chicken fingers for free and they acted like I was crazy and didn't know what I was talking about. Ill never go back to this one. But I would like to try more of the food there because it was good. Just horrible service.

I made an order online, paid $4 extra to upgrade to ultimate fries, and I left tip on top of all that. Guess what? They didnt give me ultimate fries, they shouldnt charge extra if they wont give you what you pay for, they should read more carefully the orders that comes in in their system.
