It's pizza. How could it NOT be good? The only nitpick is how the place is kinda dirty, like the floor and the bouncy ball machine. But it's obviously great!

Consistency, quality and atmosphere are always the same. I don't have to interact with anyone if I've used the app to order but everyone whose worked there has been polite when I've picked up. Great bundle deals for a small group.

This is my family's go-to spot for pizza. It's an inexpensive and quick meal for the times when you just want a good, quick pizza because you just don't feel like cooking. It's not gormet, but it's really good. I have never had a bad experience with this location. I use the app every time to order because it is super easy and I can reorder our go-to meal of one super-bestest cheese pizza for the kids, and a super-bestest pepperoni for my wife and me. I sometimes get the deep-dish because it is awesome, but my wife usually prefers a normal crust, so happy wife happy life. I recommend the white sauce pizza and the Hawaiian for when you crave it. Never had a bad pizza here. Consistently great. Another reason why I recommend the app is that I can place an order before I leave work or home, and the pizza is ready when I get there - typically within 15 minutes. Friday nights can be busy during the dinner rush so it sometimes takes up to 30 minutes, but 20 to 25 minutes is the norm for Fridays. The app lets you know what stage the order is at, you just need to refresh your screen. This is super helpful on their busy nights. They also have an automated machine that you can put your code in from your order, and it will open up and you can grab your order without dealing with waiting on the clerk to give you your order on a busy night. Just grab and go. Super convenient! This is why I love this place so much. Double check that you get all of your extra items if you order them because there was a couple times when I was missing the garlic sauce that I added to the order. I showed the clerk my order on the phone and they gave it to me with no hassle. Again, I have ordered here many, many times and that has only happened twice, but I always double check before I leave. The location is well lit with plenty of parking and easy access. With two restaurants next door, there are always people around so you feel safe going here. This is a pick up location and not dine-in. There are four chairs in a rather small lobby area so use the app so that you are not standing around waiting for your order. Consistently decent pizza for a great price and fast service. Use the app to significantly speed up your order, and you won't be disappointed.

I don't know how but they made a comeback big time, I once had them at 1 star but now the service and staff is better and chill, the pizzas qualities can vary but in some cases it's very good. Overall they did a great job and let's hope they keep it up.

I was trying to order the puffs, and when I got there, I was told they were not available at that time in the evening. It was really disappointing because we were finally close enough to a little Cesar's to order food. Where we live, they are 45 minutes in either direction. My children and I have been wanting to try these since they started advertising them. We are very disappointed. Especially when we got there and there were 2 employees, music, phone ringing and neither would answer the phone, just like they didn't answer when we tried calling ahead. I get it was close to closing, but if we were trying to order ahead and the employees just chose not to answer the phone... We ordered the hot n ready pizza instead and just went home.

One can never go wrong with a fresh pepperoni pizza. Made to order for lunch. Steaming hot and super yummy. Staff was amazing and even corrected my charge when they made a mistake. We will definitely be back at this location. Keep up the amazing job!

I ordered a cheese and a pepperoni pizza. Instead of hot and ready, I got stuck waiting nearly 20 minutes, and this is what they sold me...

I don’t expect a lot from a fast food pizza place but it was extremely disappointing to have a pizza delivered by this location and all the condiments bunched up in the middle of the pizza. Nothing to do with delivery. I called the location and response from the “manager” , Amanda, is to make fun of my claim. Pizza place should be able to make pizza better than this, even if professionalism is not part of the location culture.

3 times I've stopped by craving some pizza and 3 times there was not a single item "hot and ready". I was told each time they'd be out in 10 minutes.. well, the first time I believed it and waited... ALMOST 30 MINUTES! FOR A PEPERONI AND SOME CRAZY BREAD! So no, I will not wait 10 minutes for a little ceasers pizza, when I can go to any other pizza store and wait 10 minutes for a GOOD pizza. 😂

2nd order in a row I ordered and the order was not complete. I called door dash and they gave me the run around and then I spoke with Jeff the manager and he told me that it was not their fault because sometimes they check the orders but don't always check when they are busy. no offer was made to make me whole. what a great attitude to have.

Ordered online to pick up in store. By the time I arrived, which it was the estimated time they gave me, the pizza wasn’t ready, and it took another 30 mins for the order to be completed. The crew looked bored and disinterested in being there. Shame

I placed my order today at 5:45pm this evening on Tuesday November 9, 2021. It stated online my pizza will be ready between 6:09-6:14pm well at 6:15 I get an email stating my pizza was ready for pick up but I needed to see cashier which okay I paid but sure. When I went into the facility it was packed and only 3 workers from what I could tell. I highly commend and feel sorry for the female cashier she tried to do everything to keep business moving. Well she told me my pizza wasn’t ready even though the email stated otherwise but I gave them the benefit of the doubt seeing how busy it was. One of the male workers look like he didn’t care or wanted to be there he had an attitude look on his face. I was there waiting for over an hour an HOUR. And the only thing they offer was a small drink for the long wait when I was there for over an hour including people that ordered after me was getting their pizza before me. Attached is a photo of the pizza that was given to me which is HIGHLY unacceptable the toppings is a mess the pizza was not cooked all the way and the slices weren’t sliced right I had to finish cutting the slices with my home pizza cutter. The pizza dough was extremely thin and watery. I will not be going back due to my experience and what was presented to me which was a disgrace seeing as I used to work for a pizza shop. If management or corporate is reading this please see to it this situation is corrected thank you
