Great service fast and easy

Went through drive thru, didn't check the bag got home and I was short 2 chile cheese dogs, called them and they said they would be happy to honor the 2 missing dogs and that alone is worth a 5 star. I have eaten there a lot of times and it has always been great, fast, clean all but this once they have gotten it right

I have loved Der Wienerschnitzel since the early 60s growing up in Arcadia. Chili cheese dogs with onions are the best. They also have great ice cream too. The restaurants are always clean and the service is always great

The manager was extremely friendly. The ease of using coupons from their website was effortless. You can use multiple coupons on one transaction and you could get multiple orders with the same coupon. I said a family of five for a decent price with plenty of leftovers.

Super nice people and it is a chain so you can count on how the food tastes. Love the deluxe dog with tomato, pickles and onions. Who doesn't love their chili dogs. But seriously what makes the Wienerschnitzel on Apple Valley road near Bear Valley stand above the rest is their wonderful, friendly employees.

Actually liked this place. Loved 😍 the corn dog's and chocolate dipped 😋 ice cream 🍦 cone. Service is quick and with a smile. Brings back memories and it still tastes great 👍 👌 😋.

Greats food great prices as always

This occasion, we drove thru. The order taker was pleasant, repeated back our order to ensure they had it right. Food was good, no mistakes, received everything we ordered (which is a feat in itself at times).. All in all a very favorable experience! Kudos to Wienerschitzel Apple Valley!

Everything was good but they did forget my 2 LG drinks but as soon as I called they brought them out to my car and gave me 1 extra LG drink. Customer service was great. I would totally come back.

Ordered the 5 chili dog special which is always good especial when you add cheese. They did try to push their all beef dog and when I asked how much they would be I was told with their special it would be 75 cents more per dog! Yikes! No thanks..I'll stick to their original dog. Can't beat their original chili cheese dogs. Yum!

Thank you for always having hot french fries and your food being fresh. It's greatly appreciated especially since prices are a little high now everywhere so when you're going to get takeout and you get it home and it's actually fresh and taste good it's really nice. I also appreciate the staff at this location because they're all pretty friendly but there's one young man that's exceptionally polite and very happy and friendly when he takes your order and I wish I could remember his name and if I do go back there I will get his name and come back and edit this because he deserves a raise for his great attitude and his attention to details.

Large chili cheese fries. That's all I need to say really. Never had an issue at this location. Employees have always been nice. Service in my experience has always been very good. I can't give an opinion on much food items from here. I've always just ordered chili cheese fries, jalapeno poppers, and taster freeze 😹 but they have always been hot and fresh and delicious.

Just a good hot dog with good bean less chili. Love their corn dogs. No need to go to the fair if you are craving a corn dog. The burgers are good. But you are going here for the hot dogs and ice cream. Good eals sent via text and they have coupons as well to keep good deals. Wednesdays are 4 chili dogs for $4. Last time I tried the all beef ones and they were very good even with the uncharge. They do sell the chili in a can too if you are making hot dogs or burgers and want to step it up. I lived in Texas a lot of years. Beans don't belong in chili. So you are getting a really good Texas chili dog. 😁

The staff was very friendly to me and my 3 year old son, which I appreciated very much. The veggie dogs taste surprisingly great, very hard to tell them apart from the regular ones. The fries were nice and crispy. The fries can be considered vegan since they are cooked in a plant based oil, but regardless, they are delicious. UPDATE: Just went again and the girl who took my order seemed very happy, like she was having a good day. She was very friendly to me and it made my day a little better. When I got home and ate the chili cheese fries, my day was made even better than before.

Always great customer service, as well getting my order correct. Doesn't matter if you're spend $10 or $50 a customer wants their order correctly taken. I have never had to wait long in line. The place is kept clean inside and out. Overall my family loves going here and they have great HOT FRESH fast food. Unfortunately I can't say this for other fast food places around here.

I found myself in need of a restroom quite quickly and stopped at the Der Weinerschnitzel in A/V on Apple Valley Road. Employee’s were very nice and accommodating. The women’s restroom was occupied so I took the liberty of using the men’s. This was absolutely the cleanest and best-stocked restroom I have had the pleasure of using. I just wanted to share my experience so everyone would be aware of how generous and understanding the staff here is! I certainly would never hesitate to dine or take-out from this establishment! Keep up the great work!

Extremely hot and fresh, served quickly. Rene was very sincere and nice, she even brought my food to my table.

When your craving an old time hot dog not an all original beef dog ,it's here, with out all the new trimmings maybe some extra pickles & mustard, it's all good tasting memories.

Went through drive thru and the lady taking the order was very friendly and patient. The oreo shake was delicious and so was the Texas dog. I will definitely come back here.

this location was one of the better ones in the high desert. the place was clean and the food came out quick. I ordered 12 corndogs, 3 chilli dogs, 2 pastrami dogs on pretzel bun, fries and drinks for everyone. the pastrami hotdog tasted good but I was a little disappointed on how much the pastrami dog was compared to what you got. (not much pastrami on it at all) at the time I went their was no ketchup out for us to get. (I dont know if it's a common thing) but they did have the packets so it's not like we went without. just a little bit of an inconvenience.

Didn't Get to go in side but did go through the drive through. We were suprised within the fast service. The worker actually comes out to your if there's more then 1 car waiting to pay for order and I guess depending on the speed of car in front of you we actually had our meal b4 the truck in front of us. I really had no problems there. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because it took 20 minutes to get our order (polish sandwich, mini corn dogs and a drink).

It was one of the better ones. Employees are very friendly and clean. Food was good, but small portions, which isn't their fault. All together it was a great meal.

I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant. They have always been friendly and informative by requesting which menu number would save me the most money. I never have felt rushed, and the food always comes out hot and fresh. Should be 5 stars, but I'm still holding out to see if I win the lottery while I'm there.

Great food, keep up the good work. I don't eat this kinda food much so nice to not walk away with bubble guts. Only issue, I swear they changed the chilli recipe. It's watered down, not creamy like I remembered from back in the day. It's different consistency and look.

We were second in line in the drive thru. They brought us our food before the first car left. Now we're sitting in the drive thru line with our food and can't leave. What happened to having the car at the window move so the rest of us could get served?

Always, ALWAYS love the service here!! love that you can use multiple coupons, only annoying thing is when you're in line and people are ahead of you are waiting for their food yet they come out and get your payment and bring your food while you still have to wait in line. So your food is cold when you get it home even if you only live a block away.

Wife and I visited this place one night - we were the only ones in the restaurant. We weren't impressed at all by the food (seemed super cheap - prices reflected this) and the tables/chairs were in bad need of repair. Staff was friendly to us but clearly bored from having very few customers (it seemed). The food was just off putting imo. I can't recommend it but maybe other people will like it?

Always clean, fast service, friendly employees. Though the hotdogs are ok, not the best but cheap, and same goes for the fries but I'd rate the fries higher than In N Out's. I havent had the chance to try the burgers I will update wen I do. What I do love from here and recommend is the icecream, also they do have a 20% student discount.

They need to carry more diet sodas for diabetics who like soda. And all the other fast food places do too! Weinerschnitzel is good since I was a kid though.

I frequent this location. Utensils and extra added items to things ordered in the drive through are not there strength. These items have been left out and forgotten on more then one occasion.

A great place for those on a budget or has had a few adult beverages. Honestly their menu will drive up the price pretty quickly but if you stick to the specials then its the most bang for your buck. Good quality is average its a little less than sonic quality

Food is good of course, but the UPSELL of GOING LARGE on fries and drink turned the $7.40 bill to 14.70 approximately and I was not happy when I got my change from my $20.00 bill. Increasing the size of drink and fries should NEVER double the PRICE!! Bad business practice.

Food was good. But when you ask your cashier for something in the drive thru and you hear a big old " sigh" come over that speaker. Like oh I' have to do this . Thats a flag saying this employee wasn't happy to help me or just didn't like her job ... I'll go spend my $$$ elsewhere ..

This visit was a disappointment. Normally the food is hot!! And fresh! Went through the drive thru and our food was mediocre 😕 Fries were cold, hot dogs were not good and sodas were watered down....so...disgusting

It all started out good, I ordered $25 worth of food for myself and I thought it was a terrific idea, until I got home thats when it hit me. I had severe abdominal pain after all the food I ingested. What kind of greedy Corporation allows me to buy $25 worth of food for myself do they really want me to be 900 lb? In my opinion Wienerschnitzel could do a better job by limiting how much food I can buy by myself. If they start doing that I will for sure raise up to five stars.

This place has gotten way too expensive, 45$ to feed a family of four hot dogs without drinks or fries, ridiculous it used to be 5 for 5 now I think it's 4 for 7 or something. I used to love wienerscnitzel, but a poor man can't afford it anymore.

I came to this wienerschnitzel because I wanted their mini corn dogs and a large Mountain Dew because their Mountain Dew was the best, all gassed up, sweet and cold but when ordering the worker informed me that they had recently changed to Coke and just like that I knew I was never going to eat here again. I'm sure the food is still good but it's not a place for me anymore.

Stopped by this location for a couple of corn dogs and got really bad food poisoning, ate nothing else that day so im 100% sure it was their food. The staff was friendly and service was good but I probably will think twice before eating here again. I normally don't write reviews but I felt I must in this instance as I got very sick for about 2-3 days after visiting this location.

The corn dogs are still decent, but the quality is terrible now. If I order a chilli hamburger I would like actual chilli with beans like it used to have. This is truly my last day eating Wienerschnitzel.

Prices are outrageous for 2 hotdogs and fries for $8.00...no way! Ill cook at home first. At least when they had coupons or specials it wasn't as bad. Their loss and I won't go back!

Food was good but clerk (Rene M) ripped me off for 10$ as she claims I gave her a 10$ and me and my significant other know it was a 20$. You lost a customer because of your scamming clerk.

My husband and I went through the drive thru and ordered $24 worth of food. We gave $40.50 in cash to the girl at the window and she quickly threw it into the register and gave us two dollars change back without counting it back to us and rushed away from the window. After 15 minutes of sitting at the window in 100+ degree weather, another girl came up and we explained what happened. We proceeded to sit for another 5 or so minutes and then were asked to go to the front and park. We went and parked and went inside. We had yet to receive our food and drinks. After waiting and people were being helped and leaving, the employees counted the drawer and brought us our change after we flagged them down even though we were the only ones sitting inside. We explained we still needed our food and drink after 35 minutes of waiting. They then offered to remake one of our fries, which was appreciated but hardly covered the fact of spending at least 45 minutes of waiting. After another 15 minutes we finally had our food and drink brought out to us. A manager hadn't spoken to us, we dealt with 3 employees and after all this time we just wanted to get home. I usually never complain but I don't go out to eat often and this really made my experience poor. Especially when I choose to come here out of other places. I know that one particular employee seemed interested in helping but the others just made me feel it was a complete joke to them considering they were laughing and said, "Why don't you just give them their food so they can leave?". We saw the one employee speak to a manager but the fact the manager didn't come and try to mend this was surprising and showed how the customer service is handled.

Placed an online for pick up, when I got to the drive thru I told them I was picking up an online order, there were 2 cars in front of me at the window, they brought out the order for the car in front of me and my order, we had to sit there with no way out for about 5 minutes, every other drive thru has the car pull forward if they are going to hold up people behind them.

Plastic rivit found I n my chocolate covered Strawberry shake!! I tried calling them to have them switch out the chocolate they put in but no answer. Thankfully my teeth are fine bit down on it pretty hard.

I bought 2 chili dogs and 2 corn dogs and some other stuff. My complaint is that I was charged full price for the chili dogs and corn dogs. I was not given the 3 for $5 deal which costed me an extra $2.60. If you are not going to honor the deal then don’t advertise the deal.
