Great food! Enormous portions!!! I would recommend to anyone.

When I want Chinese food, this is the first place we always go to. I love the restaurant and honestly I should be their number one customer because of how many times we go here haha. But in all seriousness their food is really good always fresh and I think the best time to go is around lunch or dinner time. The employees are very nice and they can fill up your tray amazingly. When you go on the maps and try to find golden chopsticks , there is another golden chopstick in the Jess Ranch area across the street and I wouldn’t suggest going there. It’s the same restaurant but the food here is far better. 10/10 food 😋

They give you so much food you can eat off a combination plate for 2 days. And the food is absolutely worth every penny

The food was really good and fresh. The egg rolls and wontons were crispy. The only problem my husband encountered was there's a bit of a language barrier. He was trying to ask which foods have wheat in them because he can't have wheat, but he couldn't understand what they were saying. Some foods are more obvious if they have wheat, but if the establishment could post a sign which foods/sauces have wheat in them, that would be great. We will definitely come back.

I pickup and deliver food here often over a 6 year period. The staff are excellent and kind. They go out of their way to make sure my delivery order is ready or being prepared as soon as they see me. A little pricey but good quality. Bathroom needs some hard elbow grease put into it but all in all a good experience over the last 6 years .

Upon arrival, the line was leading to the entrance, and the reason for this became apparent. The line moved swiftly, and service was equally efficient. The food quality fully justified the wait.

I really like the place. Actually love this place. Food is good. Portions are crazy ridiculous. Plate is about to crack. Very generous. Staff is very nice as well. Reason for the 4 star rating is because I watched a older Asian lady walk out the kitchen with her apron on and enter the restroom and come out 1 minute later wiping her hands on her apron. Very disgusting and if you know anything about this. Can cause so.e serious danger. Other than that. It was after I got my food I had to ignore it lol.

The best Chinese I've been able to find in the high desert, sit down or fast food. Everything is good, but nothing sticks out as exceptional. They load the plates at this particular location and are a bit friendlier. No complaints! Will be back, as always.

The carton is full but it's hard to find the tiny bit of beef in all the broccoli. Where's the beef? The atmosphere is bare and uncomfortable so you don't want to plan to eat there but there's always a line for takeout. In the end it's a good meal that's worth the price but when I go it's usually because it's convenient.

I love the food here but it’s like everytime I order they just pour a bottle of sauce in the bag before they put my plate in. And it’s getting ridiculous.

How much to say about this place I mean it is consistent. The Chinese food is okay but there is a highlight and there are a couple plates that are actually really good. If you call ahead and order their pork fried rice is fantastic for the price.

I literally hate shrinkflation ! I've been going to this location for the past 4 yrs. It's bad enough that the quality of the food is now just so-so bad loading up on a smaller container to make it look like your getting more is just plain not good. So now I will have to find another Chinese place.

I went into the restaurant the SERVER was sitting at the table where their diners eat I was trying to order my food SHE got up from the table after using her CELL PHONE TOUCHING the chair and pushed it back in came to the steam table and began to take my order WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS and when I suggested this she got a very NASTY attitude and threw the plate back up on the stack of trays which should have been thrown away after coming in contact with her DIRTY HANDS came to the register and started taking money from a paying customer and went back to the table and sat down, another customer came in she got right up and did the same thing! She started speaking in a foreign language to the other server! It should be reported to the HEALTH Department because every time you go in here this lady has this type of disposition about herself.

Service was fine. Portions are great but I'm definitely not coming back. Every orange chicken bite was hard and crunchy. Either burnt or just fried flour in sauce. The egg rolls were nasty as well.

Orange chicken was not saturated in sauce so you can taste the coated bread.. rice taste like bland... noodles good..Broccli was good.. scared to try the beef it goes with..bbq chicken taste hard and old..i havnt tried my eggroll yet..sheesh..

This use to be the BEST Chinese spot in my local area but after this visit I noticed some major changes. The overall flavor is different. Some other things: the rice was on the crunchy side, the beef and broccoli was missing its normal juiciness which is the best part. The cream cheese wontons were the only thing I did enjoy. The workers were also different and very short and minimal, which is fine, I don't need a ton of attention. Just pointing out that the vibe from before wasn't there when the other girls use to work there. I won't be returning because this experience showed me that I should go out and try new Chinese spots.

I ordered for pickup on Uber eats and showed my order on my phone app for my account and the receipt to the older woman and she started yelling saying I needed to show something else. I told her that I wasn't an Uber driver and I was picking up my own order and she continued to yell at me in another language and making a scene. The younger girl looked at my order on my Uber eats app and verified it and told me to take it. The older woman continued to yell, waving her hands and screaming something in her language. I was extremely embarrassed at the scene she was making. I will never order from that location again. I'll try the one across the street.

I have always loved golden chopsticks but this time very very disappointed. The bbq chicken was so dry and hard I can’t eat it. Total waste of money.

Received Poor customer service here. The noodles were very bitter and the Orange chicken was cold. When I asked for a refund as I couldn’t eat what I ordered, the woman was very nasty to me.

I purchase 4 plates of food and a side of beef broccoli and some egg drop soup. The egg drop soup was flavor less literally taste like water. They only gave me 2 fortune cookies with all the food I purchased. The fried shrimp was doughy. Will not be returning. Would not recommend this place!

I have always had good experiences at "mall style" Chinese restaurants, but this was possibly the worst Chinese I have ever eaten. The chow mein was edible at first but really did not taste good. The orange chicken was almost entirely fried shells with an occasional tiny bit of dry chicken. I don't know why the reviews were so high. Huge disappointment.

Ordered shrimp chow mein with mushrooms and jalapeño. Got yesterday's peices of shrimp and no mushrooms or jalapeño. Shrimp skins and noodles. Worst I've had from you.

This was the worst experience I've had in quite some time. Panda allows ordering online and picking up. Golden Chopstix does not. Then I tried calling. It never gets answered except for a fax line or a full mailbox. We wanted to try this place but I guess they have enough business and don't need ours or our circle of influence....an hour later...my wife convinced me to try it. Well, orange chicken was dry and tasteless. Food leaked all through the bag. Oh well. Now we know not to go back or recommend it.

Will never visit this location again. Horrible customer service from the short haired female working the counter. She had the worst attitude and nasty disposition! And the food was not that great! The location on Bear Valley Rd is so much better.

My food sat on the counter for 15min and who knows how long it wad there before I got there. She kept ignoring me and served like 4 people and then I said where's my food for pick up. She said oh right here and hands it to me. It was cold and taste like crap. Terrible service by both staff woman on Sept 18, 2024 6pm. Just go to Pan Pan or the other Chinese restaurant. This place is slow and the servers ignore you even though. My 3 friends who don't know each other said they had the same terrible service and stopped going.

Like my teriyaki chicken, had to throw some of it away because the chicken was pink and my fork couldn’t even go into it chewy and tasted raw needed atleast another 4-5mins on the grill .. spicy orange chicken isn’t all that big of a deal cheaply made with allot of flower but not much chicken. The beef and broccoli was disgusting you could taste the nasty burned wok they used to cook it on we dumped all that meat out.. the wings are dry as hell and some had broken bones. I’m praying right now that I don’t get sick from the little I consumed, definitely won’t be coming back here the pictures I posted are how the plates are left and most likely will be going to the garbage waste of 50$.. don’t waste your time here
