Employees always so kind. Honestly this restaurant is my favorite of all time. When I left to college this was the restaurant I craved the most. Yes food is pricey but they give you large portions.

I can’t say enough about this place! We went here last night (during rush hour) but they didn’t disappoint. Our food came out fresh and hot as each item is made to order. The portion sizes are great for the price. Service was great and there’s always a friendly face when we come in. Shout out to Shyanne who goes out of her way to help guests! Love our local spot. This place is amazing! Great food, great portions, and great employees. Everyone was doing well. A very nice lady named Shyanne greeted me. She was very nice, kind, and respectful. I would definitely eat here again and recommend it to anyone.

Honestly the food is delicious but it's the welcoming customer service that Alexia gives us EVERY visit has us coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family! Hubby had the double bacon cheeseburger combo and loved it. The burger was huge and he couldn't finish it so he saved it for breakfast. Their burgers are better than any other burger joint around the vicinity. I like the fact I had to wait for my order bc it was being char broiled per order and not just hanging around for somebody to place an order. We'll be back.

The food is always good. And the inside is nice and clean. The only downside they need to fix the drive thru menu there's no prices on it. It's a lot better and nicer than the Barstow Tom's that place needs a new owner because she is running it in the ground. The health Department needs to shut it down.

Delicious burgers, crispy fries, and great customer service 😋 The establishment looks a little run down and generic, which is a bummer because I see a lot of potential in making the place more welcoming and beautiful. Advice to owner: add a lot of plants to take advantage of your windows, and get a more personalized sign.

Tom's Burgers is a good place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have a good variety food to choose from. Everyone is very nice and is on top of it. You order your food at the counter and they deliver it to your seat. They also have drive through if you just wanted to grab and go. The atmosphere is very nice. It is always clean and it feels very spacious and not so crowded with to many tables.

We are always satisfied when Jessica is there to get our order. She is very pleasant & hard working. Making sure my order us always correct & exactly the way we want it. Every time I go on, I always ask for her. If you want your order done right ask for Jessica she will take care of you.

Good prices excellent food; orders usually come out pretty quick. you can't beat the burgers here if you're into the burgers. they make a lot of different in between dishes they have some Mexican food and classic American Cafe very very good food

So when I got to the window to pay I asked the cashier (FLOR) if I could add the burger to the family pack. She was so nice and understanding she said of course. The Burgers here were decent, but compared to somewhere like Tommy's or In-N-Out is hardly a competition. the atmosphere of the resturant is what sets it apart though especially thanks to the funny mascot that me and my family made fun of. Good food for the price, but tend to mess up your at times. They don't answer their phone when I called to complain nor answer the dining room doors. Therefore, had to go in drive thru again for another 10 minutes just to complete my order.

There french toast is to die for! They have great costumer service, lady in the drive thru added 5 more meals after we had already ordered and made sure we had everything we needed. Treated with respect and they never have an attitude. I love going with the family for a Saturday breakfast.

My husband had the cheese burger and fry combo for under $9. , and I had the Patty melt sandwich! They were both delicious, I didn't have to order me some fries, as his side of fries fed us both, and our doggos! 😀 the cheese burger was juicy, and the patty melt was not greasy! I’ve been here more than I can count. I’m typically always happy with everything I’ve ordered. I’ve never had a bad experience. Their family pack is worth it. Their burgers are tasty. The place is clean inside and outside. Although, their menu outside needs better lighting and their open sign is never lit. Today, I got the asada fries. I wasn’t expecting crumbled hamburger and the sour cream looked weird, but it was good nonetheless. I probably wouldn’t order it again though. Service is friendly and nice. ☺️

This is a good business for being an underdog. The food is fresh and relatively fast. Their breakfast burritos are the bomb, and the best price for in the High Desert for them! Our family likes this place a lot and are frequent visitors. It would have been 5 stars except the outer appearance isn't always very sharp but the food makes up for it.

The ordering board was in shambles, as you pull up towards the window, you can see areas inside that are stacked up with stuff that makes them look like hoarders. I used to come to this location back when it was a Gus Jr. consistently. (I used to work in the area) Hadn't stopped by for quite a handful of years and dropped by again whilst in the area for my good ol' bacon Breakfast Burrito. It was clean, fresh and tasty.. but I've got to say that the salsa sure took a nosedive over here. Not to mention that I was only provided with 1 cup of salsa and my burrito wasn't exactly the size which I had expected for the nearly $9 price tag. Honorable mention: that menu really needs a face-lift. Not displaying pricing at this time either. -D

Been here a number of times. Love the double cheeseburger. Walked out yesterday while waiting to have our order taken. We were behind a couple studying and memorizing the menu. Minimum 10-15 minutes we waited for the young lady to take their order. The 2nd register was open and the other lady with the headset was just filling straws.They were not that busy to have just left us standing there. My son and I walked out.

Love the food and menu. I just wish things would come seasoned. Not sure why they don't use any salt at all. Very rarely will I get fries with a seasoned salt on them. But usually not. Same with the breakfast burritos, no salt on the hash browns, usually have to add it when I get home.

The food is great, the amount of time it takes to make the food is long. Very common for the order you make end up being done wrong. The chef even went as far as saying that he knows he got the order right. When that just wasn't the case. Edit 5/5/18 More recently this place has been getting the orders correct in a consistent manner. Which was a big gripe of mine when I previously reviewed it. The only possible issue you can find here now is the amount of time it takes for the food to be made, but aside from that it seems alright now.

They are really good. Drive through takes forever but its made fresh sonits worth the wait. However they r crazy expensive 2 chilli fries and 2 burgers is over 30 bucks. Too pricey for me. This is more like a special occasion for us.

An honest review? Being a local I eat here a lot. Haven't been inside since covid shut us down, but they have taken the opportunity to remodel the interior and are serving indoors. As far as the food goes... most of the time it appeases the tastebuds and palate. But there are a few times where they have just really make me consider why I eat there so often. Maybe corners were cut to try to save to make ends meet during the lockdown. Maybe they have had to hire new staff and they are not quite up to par yet. But I'm sure all that will go away here shortly once they are able to get back to a normal consistency. In the meantime I am still going to eat there, typically they do have good food.

They serve a good solid breakfast. Consistent take out as well. Try the pastrami sandwich for lunch.

Overall great customer service. Needs a little more light as in color inside would really brighten the atmosphere more pleasing to the eye. That would bring in more customers it would look way cleaner. Food is good overall

This morning, we craved breakfast burritos, and we ordered 4 Tom's breakfast burrito, which comes with ham, bacon, and sausage supposedly. In actuality, 3 pieces of sausage, crumbs of bacon here and there, and no ham!!! The picture of the burrito is half eaten, and I'm still looking for the sausage, ham, and bacon. I usually order a dbl cheese with pastrami, used to be called the colossal burger, now you have to order separately and pay a hefty price, which I wouldn't mind if they actually put some dam pastrami in it!!! and they didn't put the dam cheese or the 2nd patty!!! The picture of the dbl cheese burger shows what they put on your burger for an extra $4. They used to pile it on. I keep coming back, hoping it will get better.

The onion rings were great and served hot! The burgers were bland, the french fries were under cooked and not fresh. The menu offered a wide selection of breakfast, burgers, Mexican, fried chicken & seafood, and gyros. My feeling is that this menu tries to please everyone but ends up pleasing no one. Maybe if Tom's Burgers focused on making burgers as their name suggests the food would be better. We won't be back.

Me and my husband just went thru the drive thru for dinner. They messed up the whole order. No fork with my salad . The ranch was old. My husband ordered 2 double cheeseburgers they gave him one double and a regular burger. Asked for no lettuce and onions on my burger I got and they put them on it anyways ,I'm algeric to onions .... No napkins and asked for my zucchini to be double fried and it was not .they also added a fry to are older that we did not want , we payed for it but didn't ask for noticed when we got home on the receipt. Last two times same girl on drive through first time forgets to hand us all of our food so had to go back in and get the rest of food and today we clearly order a breakfast burrito and a tuna melt combo apparently same girl did not take order correctly and my fiance had to go back in and re order a breakfast burrito it was not even busy to have these types of mistakes but if a person cannot do drive through you should not put them on it save customers being upset food was great maybe retrain on drive through correctly so no more mistakes or have her work in a different area definitely an inconvenience to customers that are on there way to work who use drive through

First and probably last time here. Cashier wasnt rude to us but was short with a man trying to ask if he was supposed to have taken the number. She was also rude to the server which was trying to confirm if her orders were correct. She responded "Theyll figure it out". Our pancakes werent good. They seemed tough and tasteless and steak was cooked poorly. The place wasnt clean and it looks old and unkept.

Ordered philly cheesesteak Should have known better. Told I would get my total at the window it was a little bit more than I expected but I should have asked. The sandwich though was absolutely disgusting just a bunch of chewy fatty gristle meat that was inedible. I always get chicken strip meal. Some days they listen to you when you order, some days they don't. I get my fries well done. I ask for them that way. It's 50/50 if I get them that way. Also sometimes I get a med size drink with the meal and some days it's small. Today I got not well done fries and small Ice Tea and the tea was bad had to throw it out. Think this will be my last time going. Yet again today 4/14/25 tea is nasty. Smells bad as well. Had to dump it out as well. This makes 3 times in the last few times I've been there.

I’m pretty sure they forgot my order, as my cousin got his, and about 5 minutes later I saw the lady ask the cook about mine, he was startled and went under the front counter to pull it from the microwave. I asked why, she said to warm the mushrooms and melt the cheese. Evidently the grill doesn’t get hot 🙈😂😂 the omelette was dry, cheese rubbery, mushrooms full of water that leaked into omelette. Tonight my husband stopped by at 8:47 pm. And the girl told him they were closed already. He asked what time did the close and the toung lady at the speaker told him 8:40ish. Which doesn't sound normal at all. What a disappointment!

Bad customer service went to get food in the morning dude looked stoned they completely messed up the order. wasn't even right and they don't give absolutely nothing and charge for everything with bad service and it takes a long time if ur on lunch good luck and last when everyone got their food was poorly served lile they cut all orders in half amd charge more ...not worth it and place looks rundown owner must not care ...wouldn't recommend to nobody anymore...God bless anyone reading this

So, their menu board is beat up. The bacon avocado burger is dry, cold, and flavorless, but the bacon is good tho. The fries are alright. I haven't been here in 3 years due to bad food. Well today I decided to try it again. Well that was a mistake. I ordered a bacon cheese no tomato extra onion. The bacon was so burnt it just crumbled and fell off the burger. They did not put cheese on the burger. And the bun was so stale it fell apart after just a couple bites. I couldn't even finish the burger. Waste of money and time.

Horrible service. Ordered using Door Dash. Order was made incorrectly. When called to get it fixed was given a run around. Finally accepted to refund but only after taking the order back. The point of Door dash is to not have to drive to their location. They refused to do anything for me even though they accepted that was a mess up on their part.

My meal was terrible. Was tired from work. Wanted to get some good quality food. Start off with my stale bread and tough pastrami that tasted as if it was cooked while frozen. Not thawed properly. Even the ketchup packs were low quality. Spare a few more bucks for a better case? I'm a food and beverage manager maybe you can use a few pointers. Also the cherry on top was my greasy soda cup. Almost slipped out my hand. Love the toms brand but this location is about as worse as it gets.

We arrived last evening about 6 pm. I do understand that it was during dinner BUT after being in the drivethrough for over 45 minutes (line was not even long, just extremely slow) we finally got our dinner. We had dinner guests at home and didn't want to take the time to check our order which came out to over $75 dollars. We had horrible customer service while at the window as well. We ordered A salad with pastrami instead of quesadilla with add guacamole. They did not tell us they were out of guacamole which was fine on the salad. But on the taquitos they threw a few slices of avocado in place of the guacamole and as well on the quesadilla as well. When we got home we discovered the error. I called. The phone rang and rang and after my 4th attempt of calling they finally answered and all they could say is. We are out of guacamole. Would have been nice to know given we could have gone elsewhere. The real kicker is when the rude manager returned my call the next morning. (Natalie) never addressed my concerns but that they should have charged us for double guacamole which we never asked for double guacamole. She was rude and put me on hold and would not give me the owners name. Please reconsider seriously going here especially if you have people waiting on you for dinner.

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!!!!!! DO NOT VISIT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As I placed my order today I was extremely disappointed at not only the food portion but the customer service I received upon arriving. Young lady who was the cashier was not helpful or amiable. The food serving was a small portion for the price of $12. I asked if they could make them how they usually do and the cashier stated that is how they make them. This will be my last time visiting this Tom’s.

The one star is primarily for the missing tile at the front door. My wife fell as she was walking out of the restaurant. Very unsafe. Hopefully that tile gets fixed soon.

Natalie was rude when I called to advise that the food was burnt. She stated it’s past breakfast so I’ll need to get the replacement tomorrow. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but she stated no supervisor was available at the moment. The egg also had some type of green stuff in it. Poor service. Had to repeat my order numerous times and they still got it wrong. Then they charged me for things that came with it. My kids waffle was burnt. Long wait in the drive thru (25 min). Our order was totally wrong and they forgot our drinks (although I didn't realize that we forgot them until I had already parked to go back in because the order was wrong, so partially my fault too, I'll admit). Ordered a kids hot dog meal and got grilled cheese meal with fries. They also took the grilled cheese off the fries and put the hot dog back in the same to go box on top of the same (now cold) fries. By the time they were done with the hot dog the rest of our food was cold. Not only that but the lady who I guess was the manager yelled at all the other employees in front of us. I was embarrassed for them. Food is decent, but kinda expensive (pastrami sandwich combo, kids hot dog meal and a breakfast burrito was $40+). Customer service sucks big time!

I grow up eating toms burgers all over Southern California but was disappointed with Tom’s on bear valley in apple valley, chile cheese fries are not the way they used to be @this place , I order a large and got half container. I realized prices are going up , but not the other way around. Food portions would be cut in half. Word of mouth if u can go elsewhere, but if you don’t mind paying higher prices and small amounts this is your place.

Absolutely the worst fast food experienced in my life. I went to try this place out with my family and to get food for my grandparents as it’s close by and local. They took over 40 minutes to prepare 5 simple burgers and at the end of those 40 minutes they had only made 4/5 burgers and apparently never knew that we wanted 5. When asked how long it would take to prepare the fifth burger they said it would be 10 more minutes. Horrible service as well as they didn’t even give me a receipt after I had paid. This place is not worth your time or money.

Ate there Mon, July 8. Food good but kitchen staff talking, laughing and goofing around so loudly it dominated the whole restaurant. When I spoke to them about it one of them actually thought my concerns were humorous and was laughing about it. The manager did nothing, no apologies, nothing. Have eaten there since it opened, but never again.

Food was ok. When you pull up to the window, they have a sign that reads "4% discount for cash". So I get out cash and ask for the discount and they say, "actually sir, it's 4% more if you pay with a card". First of all $14 for a pastrami sandwich is ridiculous and then for it not to even have any flavor!!!!! They used to hook it up with a solid amount of fries and it actually felt worth what you paid. Now the prices keep going up, $15 for a meal but somehow the portions keep shrinking, especially the fries. It’s annoying paying more and getting less every time. Just check the recent reviews and you’ll see I’m not the only one saying this. It’s kinda sad because this spot used to be really good, but it definitely feels like it’s going downhill.

Order 2 bacon breakfast burritos requested no potatoes. They came with potatoes. Ordered biscuits and gravy with 3 sausage and 2 bacon. It came with 2 sausage and 1 bacon. Couldn't eat burritos due to illness risk with potatoes and shouldn't pay for food you don't get. Poor quality control and checks.

Borderline rude service - they charge for Ranch.....we paid for our meal, and the food was good, but the place needs some renovation (torn seats) and deep cleaning. UPDATE - First time going back in years, and it was just as disappointing today. Ordered the chicken and waffle. The waffle was great but got 4 chewy and dry chicken nuggets instead of the fried chicken they serve at the other Tom's location. Never again!
