It's a great healthier option compared to what is in the area. Beef and chicken are flavorful. Love their hot sauce. Customer service is good, although wait times for your food can be long at times, but it's not a drive thru and food is fresh so that's expected and completely ok with me.

Sat at the outside eating area, very nice service. Ordered the half & half(chicken & beef) on brown rice, with veggies(diced carrots, and broccoli) green onions and avocado. Magic sauce pairs perfectly, but there is a couple other sauces to choose from.

Strict enforcement of clients wearing masks. They are superb with their presentation of each dish. Great and healthy quality food along with quick preparation time. I couldn’t be more pleased.

First-timers. We were not sure what to expect in the way of food, but we just saw sign "Flame Broiler". So we thought: it is flame broiled, got to be good. Surprised that it was similar to other fast food , stir fry. Protein, vegetables and rice. Hum. We were delighted when we got our chicken bowl. So, kiddos to Flame Broiled. You are a great find. We will be back. Oh, Your staff was very personable and polite, and definitely knew the menu. This made our visit pleasurable.

Fast and delicious food. Grilled meat and vegetarian/vegan options are available. The magic sauce is a must try, however it is not organic and has preservatives in it... which is surprising since Flame Broiler boast of offering healthy food. Be sure to try the Kimchi if you like spicy food and there are several options of spicy sauce as well for your entree. Currently masks are required and there is no fountain drinks available due to state mandates.

You don’t have to sacrifice taste to eat healthy. They have good options and sauces for those looking for spicy food too. My wife really likes the spicy kbbq bowl. I am more of the traditionalist half steak, half chicken plate that they have perfected. Very clean place, relaxed atmosphere, and quick service.

You can even choose all white chicken for an additional cost. Top it with delicious Magic Sauce or your favorite offered hot sauce. Very yummy and inexpensive. Look for discount coupons in the mail or local paper.

Good food, quick service but it was chilly to sit down and eat. Thermostat at 64 degrees and they said it was an hour to closing so it wouldn't heat up. (7pm )

Korean BBQ? Isn't that like a Jewish Pope? Surprisingly it's not bad , food is fresh and tasty. Not my go-to place or a place I would seek out but I wouldn't turn my nose up if I were back in there again

It's a chain but a nice change from the usual fried offerings of takeout. The section of parking lot the store is located at can be difficult to navigate.

Food is always really good but the service is always bad they’re never happy or try and help you. They act like they don’t want to be there or want you there.

Food was great, this is the best fast food alternative for healthy eating, I wish they had one in Big Bear. However, they don't take anything over a $20 bill. This was very embarrassing because I only had a $100 bill. My client had to pay for lunch. Not cool, I was very embarrassed. The service was excellent other than that.

Food was way overcooked, the counter guy was way over his head in service and get needs to get trained or find a new job. Very disappointing, because I use to like eating there.

The food choices here are healthy & very tasty. They have always made my order correctly in the past. Except this last time, which wasn't that bad of a mistake. I ordered the Half & Half plate with white rice, green onion, & no veggies. But when I got home (which isn't close to this location) there Was Veggies, which means there was a lot less meat than normal.

Flame Broiler started charging $3.95 extra for a regular bowl when requesting rice on the side instead of in the bowl. In total, you will pay $12.45 for a regular half and half bowl. Employees rudely stated, "it's corporate who insists on charging extra." So in other words, Flame Broiler penalizes customers extra money for requests. We decided to eat elsewhere, at In N Out Burger you NEVER pay extra for requests and they are rated 5 *****

We were headed down the hill trying to catch a flight to Hawaii and decided to order this to go because we were pressed for time. We ordered 3 platters and the beef was do burnt it wasn't edible. The rice was soggy. Just not up to flamebroiler standards. So I called spoke to manager and explianed that I wasnt happy with quality of food but dont have the time to return but I was willing to freeze the food and bring it to the store once I came back from vacation. Then I was told nothing could be done for me unless I returned today or tomorrow. I'm on my way to AIRPORT!! Their unwillingness to work with me or even try was stupid on their part not only have you lost my business you've alsoo lost the business of my friends ..family..co-workers and anyone who've I vented to. Hope it was worth it. We WERE regulars at flame broilers!!! I was treated rudely..felt cheated and most importantly my family went hungry. Your customer service sucks and so does your food.

Rather to give them less than one star. I was there today, ordered two bowls with brown rice, vegetables and beef, well, I didn't get the vegetables and I got two tiny pieces of chicken.

The girl at the register was new. Not the problem. She got everything right on the ticket. My husband and I get home and I didn't have my brown rice like I requested. I can't stand white rice,so it wasn't "Fine" for me to eat. Asked for the vegetables well done, they weren't. The salad was a disgusting mix of red cabbage,not spinach or other greens. And most of all,when the young girl leaned over and asked what the guys name was that worked in the back,he rudely said her name then told her his. It just seems like they need to work some kinks out. I won't be back. For the price, the quality of food mixed with poor customer service was enough for me.

Forgot to put green onions in both my meals. Meat was kinda dry. No red hot sauce available. $28 for a bowl and a plate with NO DRINKS. Honestly, feels like a major rip off. I will not be coming back to Flame broiler, especially this location. This place needs some proper management.
