The food has always been fresh! The prices are a bit high for fast food, but the meat and veggies seem to be good quality.

Every one was so helpful and so nice !!! We got the bacon lettuce and tomato sandwiches and they are amazing!!!

They always have our order correct. Food is good, tastes fresh everytime, & service is wonderful. They can be pricey, but if you can manage their happy hour, it is totally worth it.

This Arby's has really turned around. My wife and I went in there with a coupon for their regular sandwiches and of course the happy hour shakes and curley frys. Boy what a suprise, the sandwiches had tons of meat on them and were extremely fresh! And to top it off they have a new spicy hot sauce that was fantastic on the RB sandwiches. This new manager is really doing a great job! Place was spotless, food was outstanding and they started your order the minute you walked in. Made you feel like family!

I just ordered the Americana through the drive-thru and that was really a good sandwich I actually would have to compare it to a sandwich that I would make for someone that I really cared about which is saying a lot when you go to fast food anymore thank you

Top tier, much like Taco Bell, Arbys is constantly made the butt of jokes, it must be a meme, as I have never been disappointed. That beef n cheddar is to die for, my one gripe is that they took away their onion rings, wasnt it enough when yall discontinued the onion pedals? Now I go onionless, which is the true epitome of suffering, but lordy this place is DAMN GOOD regardless.

Usually it's pretty empty here, it's the oldest Arby's in the High Desert but it's my favorite. The foods usually really good and the wait time is extremely minimal. Staff is always really nice.

This place is great... The food is terrific and the staff is both nice and helpful... I have only been to this location a handful of times, but I have never had a bad experience here... I am a stickler for good service and they have yet to disappoint... You owe it to yourself to try the food here at least once in your life

The hubby and I love arbys, get their coupons and it's a cheap and satisfying meal. You can ask at the store or sign up for their mailing list online. It's worth the few min it takes to set up because without coupons if can get pretty expensive. We got two roast beef classics, 2 drinks, a large fry and a 6 piece mozzarella for 9 bucks with the coupon. Their mozzarella sticks are so good😍😋

The managers and cashiers were very friendly, I came in only wanting to order a couple of things and left paying over $80 but it was worth it :-) they let you use multiple coupons and if you sign up for the email you can get half off of any sandwich of your choosing or wrap. I made the Bold choice of choosing the meat Mountain, if you haven't tried it you should :-) thanks guys, please bring back the Diablo Double Dare

Missed this place a lot, as they're not on the big island of Hawaii. Enjoyed their lamb Gyro and fries. Unfortunately I noticed a huge presence of police in the parking lot (high school students getting out of school). Update..went back again, enjoyed their chicken salad.

Absolutely wonderful. The food is fresh and tasty. I really like the Grand Turkey Club Sandwich. It is so good. The Classic Beef and Cheddar Sandwich is also very good. Arby's has a wonderful Arby sauce. All I can say is everything is very good. It is cute and clean. It is good for families or by yourself. Large parking lot. See you there 👍.

Returning to LA after a long day working on my friends homestead, we stopped for a quick bite. But with half pound versions of the roast beef sandwiches I got both the regular and beef & cheddar 1/2 pounders which were really juicy and delicious. Service was prompt and friendly. Prices were exceptional for the amount of food served. Comfortable seating in very casual environment well lit and not crowded feeling dining area. Can't wait to go here again. Very soon I hope, even if I have to work to get there.

I tired their pulled pork bbq sandwich. This is actually really good. I say that having lived in Texas and eaten at some of the best bbq places around. I am very picky about bbq. Not a bad thing to say at all. Moist, tender, no fat in it. It goea great with their sweet bbq sauce. Must try. The food is always good. Love the potato cakes and the cherry turnovers. Never had anything bad here. Definitely good place to hit for a good meal. They always have deals and stuff on their app as well. Tried their burgers. Very good. Try their cheesesteak. It is really good. Thw turnovers are my fav dessert. Their service just continues to impress. The app was not accepting payments yesterday. The staff still took care of the customer and gave the app only discount. That is truly great customer service. Thank you so much. That is why I am a lifetime customer.

This Arby's takes pride in the care of their customers and their restaurant. I'm watching an employee as we speak cleaning the drive thru signs. The man is working hard for his money. It's nice to see. The food here was hot and fresh. The staff greeted me with a friendly hello as well. I don't go here too often, because it's across town. However, the last few times has been a great experience. No complaints here.

The 2 for $7 chicken sandwich with horsie sauce tasted surprisingly good! The guy taking our order was nice and friendly. Inside was clean, and the womens bathroom was clean. Oh yes and Happy hour shakes under $2 were yummy. Try the orange!! A couple of interesting customers and one very loud worker pissed about something in the back were the only drawbacks. Only reason I rated Atmosphere a 4 star.

Arby's was awesome, I haven't been there in well over a year. Same great roast beef sandwich as I remembered. I went inside to order and the young man who took my order was so nice and helpful to get me what I wanted , he even gave me coupons to save me money. If he's not the manager he should be ! I bought extra to take back home. My phone asked if it changed ? Yes it has a little , they added several choices , I tried the Spicy beef , it was a kinda weird lettuce pickle taste slightly hot. And I tried the French dip au jus , it was great, a big cup of juice to dip in and the sandwich had Swiss cheese on it , loved it !!!!

I went through the drive thru. A very nice young man helped me. I ordered the 2 for $6.00. I got the beef and cheddar and the chicken sandwich. The sandwiches were very good. I asked for Arby sauce and the spicy three pepper sauce. Very good sauce. Thanks so much Arby's.

This Arby's had excellent service. We ordered three different chicken sandwiches shortly before they closed for the day, and they were cooked fresh, quickly, and were all delicious. We liked the good variety of chicken sandwiches, as compared to most chains of fast food burger and sandwich restaurants. They also had a good variety of our favorite fountain drinks.

It's OK if you want something different. Not a big roast beef fan but the turkey is pretty good

Choice of meat is incredible. So perfection can be achieved if there were to be Cherry Coke available.

Pretty good, potato cakes were bit dense and so they filled me up really quick. But other than that, it was fine.

I haven't been to Arby's in years. I wanted to try their fish sandwich and their orange shake with the waffled sweet potato fries. Everything was very good and great service.

It's Arby's, so you know what to expect, but this location does a pretty good job of it. The food seems pretty fresh, and the service is generally good. I haven't been inside, only drive thru, but no complaints about the wait.

Usually good food, but tonight my potato cakes were not fully cooked and the beef seemed like it had been sitting a while. Considering it was close to closing time, only -1. Still recommended given that it's usually good.

For fast food its not bad. Actually the rubin is very good tasting. I would not make a steady diet out of it but its ok if you need something to give yourself some quick nutrition. The other sandwich line up is descent quality also.

Arby's, what can I say. The price has give through the roof. The food is not bad especially their new stuff but I feel like the meat in their classic roast beef sandwiches isn't as good as it used to be. The texture seems different along with the taste. I didn't know how long ago the change took place because it was years since I've been here. Maybe it's just my taste buds but I doubt it. It's still ok just not what it used to be. If the price wasn't the same as a steak dinner at restaurant then it would get a better score.

I really like Arby's However unfortunately the time before last they got my order wrong and when I got home I had a fish sandwich. Everything else was correct just a fish sandwich was there and a roast beef was missing. I called like 15 times to let them know but nobody answered. So I called as soon as they opened in the morning I talked with the manager and went by later that afternoon and got my replacement sandwich. I also ordered even more food than I had the night before So when I got my order I asked are you guys going to offer me a free drink? The answer was no. So I said not even gonna offer of free drink the girl at the window said I was told only to give you the free sandwich, Which by the way wasn't free, I paid for it the night before and didn't get it. I tried to eat the fish sandwich but I don't like fish And I meant to bring it with me but I forgot it. So not only did I not get my meal the night before but I used my time my gas went back to their store by stater brothers and ordered even more food than I had ordered the night before and Was not even offered a free drink as a compensation for their mistake. Well it wasn't really a giant big deal then not offering a drink It was just very poor customer service by the manager. She was young so I guess that's the excuse, however, for the price of a soda which literally cost them pennies she may very well have lost a customer who orders minimum of 5 Sandwiches and usually more. I went back again. However I have not gone back since the last time partially because it really made me mad the more I thought about the poor customer service. However, the food is good just make sure your order is right before you leave.

The staff really good, but I try the pork belly smoke house and I didn't like it too much fat, but I did like the buffalo chicken burger

Went through the drive through. Had to pull forward and wait for 15 minutes to get our food but it was all correct, hot, and wonderful when it arrived.

We got there before they closed But when we find we got our food And tried to sit down and eatCome they turned off the lights and rushed us out . Being senior citizens and disabled we almost tripped over the chairs trying to get out in the dark

The location had quite recently been remodeled, it was clean and well lit. The food was pretty much standard fare as far as fast food goes, possibly a little higher up than usual. The Oreo cookie cake bites left something to be desired, but the classic roast beef and cheddar delivered in spades ( as far as fast food goes; this isn't fine dining)

Went and tried the Cheese Steak, but was very disappointed. It wasn't the fresh sandwich, I've come to enjoy at Arby's. The sandwich consisted of bits of brown meat, in a liquid, white cheese sauce. I could see bits of green and red pieces, I believe, was supposed to represent bell pepper but resembled nothing to do with peppers. Do not buy this sandwich until they put effort into preparing it, and not just promote something that doesn't represent their product factually. Disappointing!

Arby's use to be really good. Priced way too high. The portions aren't the same. The quality has gone way down for the prices to be like it is. Beef and cheddar weren't good. For 3 sandwiches, a large soda, and curly fries, it was around $38.00, so I won't be going back.

Fries were cold, chicken tenders were old and rubbery, and did not get any of the sauces we asked for. Unfortunately, this is typical for this Arby's. Why do I keep going back? I keep asking myself the same thing. I keep hoping it will change.

My 7.00 dollar BLT was terrible. The lettuce was old and the preparation of the sandwich was terrible. One slice of bread was the end slice served backwards. There was no effort in presentation. A rip off. I will never go back. Lost customer.... too bad. Quality of the food is poor. Grade D minus.

Normally I go through the drive-thru. This particular day I actually went inside and sat down. I wished I had gone through the drive-thru. Given the fact that they are doing some remodeling, there were no comfortable boots just sit down in. I just had back surgery so I had to tough it out at the table with a hard chair. But okay I can live with that. However, the bathroom, was atrocious. And on this day a particularly, the curly fries I couldn't even bother to eat.

The place is clean. I dont think I have found a horrible Arby's anywhere. Sandwiches are ok, the cookies are not so good. They look good but are hard. I would stop by here again if I'm in the area.

I enjoyed my beef and cheddar but the curly fries were ice cold i noticed as soon as i left the drive thru who cant pop a frie on the way home . everything else seemed fresh but fries are fast to cook and the main reason people order from arbys good "hot" curly fries o well maybe lazy managers not keeping an eye on frie cooks just saying fast food managers make or break fast food franchise hopefully this complaint reaches the owner

I just went through the drive-thru and got the two for $7 roast beef dip sandwiches which come with Swiss cheese. I asked the young man taking the order if I could switch the cheese because I do not care for Swiss and he said sure that there were two different types of cheddar available so I selected cheddar proceeded to the window to pay for the order. I was charged a dollar and nine cents extra for each sandwich for them putting cheddar cheese on it instead of Swiss and when I asked him how come I was charged extra when the sandwich comes with cheese he looked at me with a annoyed expression and said I don't know and then shut the window to the drive-thru in my face and walked away. I cannot believe how rude that he was without any reason to be rude I simply asked a question and I wanted to know why I was billed for cheese when the sandwich came with it. I would understand if he had informed me that changing anything on the sandwich would incur an upcharge but he did not say that and when I asked about it he didn't have an answer for me he just said I don't know and slammed the window in my face. Since this is the only Arby's anywhere near where I live I am going to file a complaint with the store manager as well as leaving reviews any place I can leave a review because that was really very poor customer service with no reason at all to act that way toward me.

The remodeling very nice, an the young lady was learn their new system, but that where things fell apart, our order was too go.... no napkin s and the mozzarella sticks weren't cook, the 5 piece chicken strips were old from sitting and couldn't be eaten. So sorry about the review but hope this helps for ur next customer an as you know this starts from management, you train them, you seem too drop a couple levels....good luck

Worst customer service. They made my sandwich wrong, found out after I had gotten home an hour later. They made me bring sandwich & receipt back, instead of giving credit for their error. No sorry or nothing!

I actually threw my food away cuz it tasted like cardboard

So normally I don't complain but today well after lots of thoughts on the matter. I think it should be known. Multiple employees saw this guy sitting at his table with a baby possum. The possum was on the table eating off his tray and not one word was said to him about leaving the restaurant. Very bad for business I won't be going back to this arbys location or any other location from now on. I even have a bad taste in my mouth right now typing this.

Ordered a large sweet potato waffle cut fries. They were cold and hard. Next time I will be sure to check the temperature of my items before I leave the drive thru. Be sure you do the same too!

I got their half pound beef dip, when they gave me the aju sauce it seemed low. When I asked why so little they insisted it was correct. They said they could only give me up to the line on the container. When I got home and sat it on the counter it was definitely below the line. Very disappointed. Haven't been there in over 6 months and won't be going back soon.

Very unhappy with my order I spent 18.53 for 3 beef n cheddar and large fry's. When I got home the sandwiches sloppy and not very good. Fry's were cold and not fresh. I hope your service changes. Because this is unacceptable.

Just stopped by tonight, got there at 8pm. The Drive-thru lights were turned. So we assumed that the drive thru was closed since the lights were on and there was patrons sitting at the tables. We went down and one of the patrons said "they closed" and they started laughing. There were 5 workers behind the counters just standing there doing nothing and they said nothing. There was no signs saying it was closed and both the website and Google says they are opened until 10pm? So we just close 2 hours early to just goof off with our friends in the lobby very unprofessional.
