I love stopping by before work on Saturday mornings, I always get their breakfast sandwiches and a pineapple redbull drink (it’s delicious & does the job). It’s definitely one of my favorite coffee spots over Starbucks & six beans. I recommend it to everyone!

Oh my gosh! What can I say except this coffee house is exceptional!!! The coffee was delicious and the customer service is superb. They were so kind and helpful. My husband and I went on a date here and the food (pizza grilled cheese) was sooo good! I didn’t want to review because I wanted to keep The Grind to ourselves, but honestly everyone deserves to taste their deliciousness. Give it a try, you will go back for more.

very comfy, walked in and instantly felt at home. employees were very kind in assisting me as a young disabled person! explained to me what they offered when i had trouble seeing the menu, and were very kind when i asked for some salt packets to help with a sudden chronic illness flare (i usually bring some with me, slipped my mind this time! lol) the drink i got was great! a little more costly than other places nearby, but definitely more than worth it. a little extra money for a Lot of extra quality. tasted so good i forgot to take a pic before i drank most of it -w- i dont get coffee often nowadays, but ill definitely be coming back! especially with how disability-friendly the service was <3 it's a shame how rare it is for places to be this accessible, but that also means its a wonderful surprise to find places like this.

I enjoy finding coffee shops that are not corporately own. I’m so sick of Starbucks, I was in need of something different and I found it with this place. I recommend getting the freeze with no whip, but cinnamon and chocolate swirl on top, you won’t be disappointed. There is also a nice outside area for you to partake of your coffee & pastry

I always order online and it’s hits or miss. For the price I’m paying here though I would expect consistency. It’s either very good coffee or extremely horrible. Today my coffee tasted like they poured the whole bottle of chocolate sauce in my turtle mocha so I wouldn’t be able to even tell you how the actual coffee tasted at all.

Not a great first experience. My husband brought home bagels with cream cheese from The Grind this morning, for the very first time. There was hardly ANY cream cheese on these bagels. Very disappointing. I called and spoke with Kaley (?), who said they "normally put alot of cream cheese on each bagel". I told her, there was almost NONE on these ones. She did offer a full refund, which was appreciated; I'll be keeping my eye out for that. Thank God I had a tub of Philadelphia cream cheese in my fridge.

I stopped by just for coffee and unfortunately it was honestly bad. The taste was watery and lacked depth, as if the beans or the extraction were not up to standard. Maybe the food here is better, but I wouldn’t come back specifically for the coffee.

I’ve been going here for awhile drinks are ok but the SERVICE quality has gone to SHIT, the barista always have an attitude. That’s honestly why I stopped coming in so frequently because they really need the baristas to fix their attitude always mad and never smiling, it’s frustrating when you order they are so impatient like they get mad if you take a second to think your order over. Especially when the owner isn’t present, the barista’s attitude completely changes. It’s sad I’ve gone in when the owner is their and the barista change all of a sudden greeting as you walk in and asking how your day is going. I’m not sure if I want to continue coming, just watch for anyone new coming in don’t expect the baristas to be friendly.

Two small drinks and two sandwiches took over 30 minutes — with seven employees behind the counter. The delay wasn’t due to being busy, but to staff spending more time chatting than working. On top of the wait, the drinks weren’t good. Won’t be back. I’ll stick with Six Beans Coffee Co., where service is fast, friendly, and the quality is consistently excellent.

Worse coffee of my life. I feel like it had to be made that bad on purpose. Way too much sugar and syrup in both my husbands and mine. It’s completely inedible. Coffee shouldn’t have the consistency of glue. It’s awful. Disgusting and disgraceful to all those who drink coffee.

Ever since the new management took over, the staff is rude and immature. Specifically Bri. They forgot to add oreos in my drinks after charging me and made a big stink about having to remake it which was remade was worse. They need to hire people with great customer service and who can make drinks correctly. The baristas are rude and impatient.
