Jessica was our amazing waitress tonight. Super sweet and very attentive. We noticed that not only did she keep checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed but she was also very sweet and attentive to all of the other guests as well. She deserves a raise!!! This restaurant shocked me. I cannot remember the last time I had such a high level dining experience in this day and age. Customer service was top notch - the hostess was kind, patient and informative. Our waitress was attentive from beginning to end of service. Restaurant is CLEAN. Not loud, good music playing in the background. TVs are scattered throughout - just the right amount to provide entertainment if that’s your thing but not overly distracting. Salad bar is much more than a salad bar - many delicious options and kept stocked/fresh and CLEAN. Food was delicious and the drink refills were attended to quickly without the need to ask. A couple of minor nitpicks - you order food at the counter when you first come in vs. perusing a menu at your table. A little confusing at first unless you’re used to the Sizzler experience. Also our food came out so quickly we didn’t have time to properly address the insane salad bar before eating our entrees. So we kind of ate a little, took a break to go to the salad bar and rinse/repeat. I could not be more pleased with our experience. Already looking forward to coming back. There aren’t many other options in this area or elsewhere for that matter that offer this level of comfort, food options and customer service for the price. Well done Sizzler.

I ordered the Malibu chicken and I'm pretty sure I ate my weight in fried corn from the salad bar hahaha the corn is my favorite, and last time I went to Sizzler they didn't have them =( Our waitress, Maria, told me they are a seasonal item now! Sizzler is rather unique in its approach to dining. It is a table service venue that offers an "all-you-can-eat" salad, wings, mex, and ice cream bar. You can choose just table service from entrées on the menu. Or the salad bar only. Or both the menu and salad bar. Sizzles offer steak, shrimp fish, and lobster. The atmosphere at Sizzler is a bit more upscale than a generic buffet and more of a refine restaurant because it is both table service and buffet style. Price point above most buffets $$ and a half.

Since I am from a city that doesn't have a sizzler I never reviewed this place before until today. First off the atmosphere nice and soothing with a nice glowing red light across the ceiling. The service Amber so I believed the name of the server was nice and helpful. As for the food the place is known for there salad bar with I enjoyed but the Italian herb chicken and fries I ordered had way to much seasoning causing the food to taste overpowered. Luckily when you order the salad bar you get the dessert bar with is a good way to neutralize the effects of the spice used in the food. Still I will return for another meal but not order the Italian herb chicken again

We ordered a steak medium should have been pink in the middle, but when we got it it was well even though it had a medium tag in it. We told our server Danielle and she immediately corrected it and brought us a new one that was cooked the right way. She was a great server, very attentive and we appreciate that.

The food was excellent in taste. I had steak & shrimp scampi linguine. My husband had steak and unlimited shrimp. Steak was juicy and tender. We enjoyed the food. However, our waitress was not friendly nor attentive to us. I did noticed that she would ask all booths & tables adjacent to us but she will skip us. I also noticed that all other patrons in the tables she was servicing were white in ethnicity. My husband and I aren't. Again, she would ask tables around us if they needed anything else & refilled their beverage, us? For starters, this place has you order upon walking in, which I didn't particularly care for. The food was ok. We had a party of six four who ordered medium steaks that all came out cooked differently. The service was sub-par as the waitress kept forgetting who had what. She just put plates and drinks in front of the wrong person. It was a peaceful place with a few TV's. I debated giving this place a four only based off the salad bar, which was good.

My wife and I stopped in for a quick dinner. The cashiers, hostess, were very friendly. Wasnt sure if our waitress was in a hurry to go home, or her shift was coming to a end. She brought our drinks, and we asked for rolls. She brought out only two rolls. We requested for more rolls, as she rolled her eyes. I ordered steak (6oz) and all you can eat shrimp for $19.99. What a deal. Our Waitress made several trips to fill my vitamin water, but never asked if I wanted more shrimp. I had to ask her can I please get more shrimp. 10 min later the shrimp came out as I was almost done with my meal. My wife and I observed the other waitresses practically speed walking to there tables. My wife and I always eat here. Never had any problems, just this one time our waitress could of been more attentive. Other than that the food was tasty, good flavor and always a great atmosphere.

All the prices are almost triple what they used to be. Paid $45 for an all you can eat salad bar. The food is not the same quality. The cheese bread is some weird flavor. Not the original cheese toast. It's like some weird seasoning, cheese and butter along with soggy bread. Almost burnt looking. Many of the trays were not filled upon entering the salad bar. We had to wait to get the hot foods. The salad area was ok. This place needs to go back to the original American way. That's what it used to be. Pleasantly unpleasant.😑

If you're planning to have the steak and lobster ($40 btw,) do yourself a favor and just go to Red Lobster. I got this last night and it consisted of a 1" wide piece of steak, 1/2 of a sweet potato (that they annoyingly call a "yam" - true yams are only found in Africa and Asia. 99% of Americans have never even seen a true "yam"before.) The lobster was fine. But that's ALL that came in my $40 meal. My mom, husband and son all also got (1") steaks. Seriously looked like they took a regular steak and divided it between all 4 of us. The women who took our order seemed like she really didn't want to be there (why would she, they're making peanuts.) But she was impatient, unfriendly, and just overall unhelpful. She deserves to work there, just maybe not as the "face" of the restaurant, when people first walk in. The waitress at our table was SUPER nice and helpful! Kudos to her. The cheese bread was good, and my 2 other kid's salmon meals were tasty, small, but tasty. Usually when we go to Red lobster, you're served so much food that there's no way you finish it all, so there's lots of "doggy bags" to bring home. Not from here. First time I've ever gone to a restaurant in my life and actually finished every bite of my food. We came here like 3 years ago and it was impeccable. This trip was our last. I'd rather just go to Red lobster, pay the same amount, but get twice the amount, and twice the quality, of the food. I wanted to do something special for my mom's bday, since she's had such a hard year, but she just said to me, "wow, we should've went somewhere else, huh." Sizzler WILL go out of business if they continue at this rate.

Jessica was an amazing waitress. The manager Roberto was not professional and was overwhelming i could feel his eyes on me . My mom and my friend got 2 salad bars and I took a bite of one of their plates . I went up to him and asked him if he needed me to pay for that bite and he said its okay . As we all kept eating he was literally creeping behind the wall near the cash registers . Everything else was perfect though ! Shoutout to the workers their

I have always loved eating here but now I’ve been here in Hesperia twice. I ordered steak and chicken. The steak looked like a strip of steak the chicken was dried and over seasoned.
