Great morning service keeps us coming back😲💘 The Carls Jr located at 15669 main street Hesperia Ca has the greatest manager (Tiffany) and polite and professional saff ( Cindy, John, Manuela and Angie). Bathrooms are always clean! Service is spectacular ☆
A typical Carl's Jr. restaurant! The place is quite clean and spacious. There is a lot of empty space in this establishment, to sit down. The meals, as with typical Carl's Jr., are quite delicious. In addition, the wait for meals is not long. So definitely, I would recommend a visit to this place, when you are in Hesperia.
Service was great! It's rare when you go to a fast food place and the workers actually seem to like thier job! Definitely felt welcomed food tasted so much better! Will be coming here more often!
The night shift manager (all black) on 4/2 arpund 9pm, was awesome. Very professional and seemed lime he did his job at ease.
This store is clean inside n out, great food, smiling, friendly staff (important to me) and fast service both dine-in and drive-thru ! Also well kept restrooms (very important too!) 5 Stars for the Famous Star !
The staff is so sweet polite the prices are good but could be a little cheaper or maybe more deals wish could have breakfast all day maybe have nacho cheese an black olives sour cream on the french Frye's but music there is relaxing . The bath rooms some time not stocked or clean but that's usually lunch hush time once i didn't have money to eat my nephew wanted to eat there he had money so we went i got food at stater brothers with EBT the employees didnt mind i was able to drink water just brought my tumbler iam so glad its a great place to go reminds me of calver's from Wisconsin.

Well I can't say that I loved inside there but it was pleasant walking by the food smelt terrorific and as I dug through the trash can is the guys inside didn't run out with bats and chase me away like they do with the Hamburglar and the Clown I won't say. I would recommend it to all the homeless people with with government cell phones. Best garbage in the world.?

The staff is just so kind. I've worked in the business before and I know it's hard to keep a smile on your face when customers treat you so rudely or unfairly, however the workers here are always so kind, I have never had a bad experience here, and that's what matters at the end. Because even of the food was the best food you had ever tasted, if the employees were rude to you, you wouldn't want to go back. And this Carl's Jr. In particular offers very good customer service.
I'm angry that fast food costs so much. $3+ for a small fries? And the quality of the burgers has really deteriorated. However, the workers were friendly.

For fast food in the time of Covid we were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was and the service; because as of late the fast food restaurants in my area during this pandemic have been horrible, although Carl's Jr is a bit pricey for fast food and I actually hadn't been to one in a couple years - but it was worth it! We've actually gone there now twice in the past 4 weeks and it has cost approximately $90 - &100 for my family of 9 which honesty for how good the food has been it has definitely been worth it!
Great place, friendly staff that work well. Drive thru is occasionally slow, but that is generally because of customers. It is occasionally because of the staff as well, but that's because they strive to get the orders right for everyone/make the customers feel valued.
I'm not a big fast food fan but when I do eat fast food I usually try to get Carl's Jr it's by far the best the veggies are fresh the patties aren't dried up hockey pucks and the fries are real potatoes even the breakfast menu everything is made fresh so by far the best fast food restaurant

Carl's used to be a favorite, but it seems rather expensive these days. Luckily there was a $6 meal option that was more than filling. 2 sandwiches, fries drink and a cookie. Can't beat that. Food is always good and hot, service is friendly.

I liked going to Carl’s Jr. The people were nice and quick. The hamburgers were really good. Manuela helped me a lot with my food and was very nice. I had a good time! I remember the last time I had a famous star was years ago. But that memory took me back. Hope this restaurant continues to care about the food quality like before. I love this come back.
Carl's Jr's menu has always been favoured by our whole family. This location is always very good at their craft . We go out of our way to dinner here. Good place to dine & watch this busy area
They have a double cheese jalapeno burger that is phenomenal two slices of pepper jack their special sauce no lettuce no tomatoes of course straight meat cheese and jalapenos one of these bad boys a day will keep the doctor away probably not but they taste really good
My visit this morning was great. Came in for a quick breakfast to go. The crew we're very kind and hustled the whole time to keep orders up. No one was standing around. Good to see and keeping all areas clean.
Worker told me they are gonna start charging 1 dollar for any extra tiny condiments. That's not good. You need 2 sauces for the zucchini if you like it the way I do.

Eat here nearly every day. I've had nearly everything on the menu. I enjoy most the promo burgers and the pretzel egg sandwich, which they don't carry. I do wish they would go to a more natural menu, no hydrolyzed oils or high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup etc. Real butter and fresh eggs. I can't eat the biscuits because of the margarine and the biscuit is rather dry and bloats me something awful. So I stick with the steak and egg Burrito. I do enjoy the crispy chicken fillets but I can only buy them every once in a while because of the price. Love the Carl's Jr app, just wish they would change up the coupons especially with the promotional burgers.
I have been all over the continental United States over the last 45 years. Have eaten in the cleanest bestrun fast food restaurants there are. Have also not hesitated to turn and run from some bad ones. I eat at this fast food restaurant 2 or 3 times a week. The food is good, kitchen is clean, and the coffee is hot. The staf are always neatly dressed and pleasant. They are also a Green burrito, so there is always something good to eat.
Super friendly but they forgot the fries and cookie to our meal so we called and went back and the manager was cool about it, gave us an extra cookie. Fries are a little hard but it's the end of the night so lol. Would come back
My brother and I we had come bows and they were pretty good. Yesterday I went to Wendy's and I tried to pretzel burger that was good. You should go there and try it to going to have single double or triple. The french fries for excellent I will go there again.
Carl’s Jr. are always one of my favorite fast food choice. However I don’t like that they close their restroom during pandemic even when their store open for take out. It is very inconvenient you have to find other place for restroom while you re being their customers.
Not a junk follwer but my friend and I were on lunch and suggested we try there there fish sandwich. Not bad tasty but have to admit food portions have gotten smaller! The bun look thinner than I remember and the French fries 🍟 were 1/4 the thickness of the fries I remember. " sign of the time"
I had to go back and ask for ketchup even tho they told me it was in the bag. Other than that it was good. Made my stomach hurt really bad tho. Hasn't happened before at any Carl's Jr I have gone to.
This Carl's Jr needs new management. They are sooo slow, disorganized, and confused. Today is Saturday and they didn't have chicken! Then I substituted a Hamburger meal that was over a $1 less and I wasn't compensated. They always make your drink 1st so when you finally get your food it is degraded and flat.
Please forgive me, I personally like Carl's hamburgers (fast food burgers do not include the fish or chicken styles) more than any others especially based on price compared to the big companies. This includes In&Out. As for the sides depending on what they are are good but pricey (shrinkflation).
It's a nice and affordable place to go but it's being like more than twice being there they don't have any BBQ sauce or ranch for the chicken strips for my kids really?? How they're supposed to eat them without the sauces🥺😤
The worst Carl's Jr food I've ever eaten. I usually really like their food. Had breakfast bisquit meal with bacon&egg & hasbrowns& soda. The sandwich was dry,the potatoes were greasy and the soda tasted awful,no carbonations or flavor.
It was good food and friendly workers. They have quit serving hot dogs, I checked the menu online to see what my 3 year old wanted well let's just say I had a very disappointed little girl when I didn't have one.
I love Carls Jr but sadly my orders have been below standard. My food is almost always slightly warm if not downright cold. It's only been like this just recently though. My food was always piping hot, always fresh. I hate to give this place a bad review because it's my home Carl's JR, but I just go to the two Carl's Jr's on Bear Valley Rd where my food is always hot and fresh.
The Santa Dr chicken wasn't well put together one had too much thick lettuce and kind of sloppy the other much less the fries were overcooked zucchini always good the j. poppers were ok too much crust but they were very busy and working fast food sucks so gotta give em credit.
Will not be returning to this location. The place was empty. It took over 30 minutes to get 4 hamburgers. That were luke warm. Dont order the new western fries. Unless you love salt. When I brought attention to staff about burger and fries. Got major attitude. Now I know why I only go to The Habit.
We went through the drive-thru and the women on the speaker had such a heavy accent that we couldn't understand her and had no idea what she was saying. After 5 minutes of trying to explain our order with her, we finally asked for someone else to take our order. She finally did and received our food from what appears to be the manager or supervisor. Our fries were Luke warm and my burger was extremely spicy. I ordered the avocado burger and thought it was avocado not spicy quacomole. I couldn't eat my burger bc of the jalapeños. I called the store and asked what was inside my avocado burger and she confirmed it was very spicy and the sauce has jalapeños. I wish they would put that on the outside menu as a warning. I was told I could come back and get another burger but I was home and 20 minutes away. My husband's double bacon cheeseburger was great. No complaints there. It is my personal opinion that when working in a job where you need to communicate to the public, you should learn the language of the Country your working in.
Customer Service we great. I would say listening skills weren't the best. Drive thru wait was long for our food to be lukewarm. Chicken strip were also small with no sauces as requested
$34 for two large meals at a fast food place is ridiculous enough, but now they are charging 25 cents for any side sauces (ranch)!? I know this is very minimal in comparison, but makes me think twice to return. Just feels like another money grab and lack of respect for the customer.
I am giving it a 3 star because I know there are other good food choices here, however, I was very disappointed with the false advertising of the terrible fish tacos. A few years back Carl's Jr. did have some very good, practically authentic, beer-battered, fish tacos. Sadly, they are now advertising beer-battered fish tacos that are NOT beer-battered nor are they made with cabbage... they are using lettuce. They are also missing the yummy sauce that goes along with beer-battered fish tacos that are normally made with cabbage and pico de gallo. Just to be clear, the breading is akin to the frozen fish sticks, most of us ate, as kids, growing up. Obviously, I suggest to stay away from the fish tacos because they aren't good!
Would be great if you be like all other ones around that server the Breakfast Burger ALL day. I prefer that burger and this one is close to my house and work. I don't need to drive half way across town or to the next city to just get a burger.
I ordered a guacamole bacon burger and the wife git a famous star. For a meal that cost $25.00 I expect the quality to be much better. The bacon was limp and lacked flavor, the guacamole was barely there. I should have gotten a basic burger. My wife's said the famous star was decent, but fries were heavy on the salt. My onion rings seemed stale and overcooked. Just sad one of my favorite restaurants no longer is worth going to. Certainly not at sit down prices. A local hamburger shack down the street would be half the price and twice the quality.
This location was pretty messy. Soda machines hadn't been wiped down in atleast a day or two, tables were sticky and there was no ketchup in dining area, even after we hinted it needed to be filled to an employee. Overall good customer service and good food.
Our drive through order was messed up and we went inside to let them know and they serve the drive through line before we got our food made no body look happy they made me feel like I owed them money and that's a terrible feel it's going to be a while before I go back.
Burgers were a little more than warm. Fries were cold and hard from sitting too long I asked for fresh fries the clerk snatched them from the table threw them at the trash can luckily they fell in but some were on the floor she says from the dining area to the cook "drop a fresh order of fries she says these are old" waited a bit fries we were given were COLD so new fries were not made. Clerk having a bad day, don't know but being rude to a customer is uncalled for. Could have made a stink but I didn't.
They have an automated order taker. It's like talking to a wall. It can't hear and will cut you off. Horrible! Soooooooo irritating. People that work here look like the don't shower or wash their clothes either. And the prices are horrible. Shut them down!
they need new managment. or stop being stingy with staffing. every time i come here the drive thru takes forever and i go inside and its always the same guy working the front counter and the drive thru. he does a good job he is always focused and kind great costomer service skills, john, i beleive, but becuase he is the only service guy the wait time is forever. i dont know how he holds his composure as well as the girl in the kitchen alone. why are there only 2 workers!?!?!? need better staffing
Employees were great, they problem is the computer taking my order and giving me a total, then not placing my order at all. This backed up the line when I had to END UP TALKING TO A HUMAN ANYWAYS, to resubmit my order. Please keep humans employed and not robots. Very hard if you want anything other than standard order. Huge mistake adding robots to take an order.
this drive through took 15 mins with no one else in line, food was lukewarm and expensive very disappointed other locations are way better, didn’t expect bad performance for such high competition on Main Street. Cherry on top the worker looked like he hated his life very rude for no reason
How is this place still getting business?? Tried to order food but the woman didn’t seem to understand us fully. We had to repeat ourselves constantly and when she repeated everything back she left out sizes and specifics so it sounded right. When we got to the window and got the receipt… it was not right. We told the man at the window and he asked if we were charged for the smaller size/option and took our card to charge us the difference first before offering to fix the food. I was shocked when he asked us to give back the whole bag of food so that they could remake everything for the two items that were wrong, instead of just replacing those two things! When we pointed this out he said “Well I can remake it, but I figured you didn’t want to be charged for a second one”… so we would have to pay to fix your mistake? The food wasn’t great, not going here again.
Went through the drive-thru at about 10:30 p.m. the girl who took our order seemed very springy in her voice when she asked as we want it to order but when we got around to ordering her voice changed when we got up to pay her we were looking for the money to pay as she shut the window on us when we paid her she handed us our food and like she shoved it in our and I told her she wasn't acting very nice why did she change her tone when we were ordering and when she took our order she started to act sarcastic I told her why are you acting like a b and she said no your the bee she was very rude sarcastic and she laughed black young girl you need to get her out of Hesperia Main Street and 9th she's very rude 5/27/19
We asked the girl working the window for a ranch dressing. She said yes and then shut the window and we watched her mill around doing nothing for quite a long time stalling to bring me back a ranch. It was obvious that she was slow playing us. That was just the service. The bun on my wife's chicken sandwich was so hard it was undateable. My wife is going to contact corporate. Not about the food, it's about that young lady working the drive through window.
Tried the new "Midnight Moonshine" burger. Don't know if it's supposed to come with a burnt patty and no sauce? Thing was so dry I literally just threw it away. And also threw away $8 for the dang thing. Won't be going back anytime soon. Used to like Carl's when the food was juicy and worth the price point.
This is the only Carls Jr food that tastes terrible.. fries taste old and chewy and never hot.. sandwiches are sloppy, bread is hard.. too much mayo and ketchup and wilted lettuce.. they should take some pride in their food preparation. Never going back to this particular Carl's Jr.

I came through the drive though , ordered a western burger , they forgot to put onion rings and bbq sauce! That’s like the main part of the seasoning on the burger ! I was not pleased at all , I came in the next day to complain, I was not looking for any compensation ! I didn’t even get an apology from the manager ! I frequent this Carl's as it is in my neighborhood but I must say the food is never hot!! It's ridiculous. The best part of a combo is the drink. Thats sad. It could be great if they'd just figure out how to make it hot.
Today, Saturday March 06, 2021 at approximately 1730. Went to get a meal for myself and two kids meals. Long eyelash girl charged me for two and my meals, but had the audacity to give me my complete meal, one kids meal with only fries and no chicken nuggets. Didn’t even give me my second kids meal. How you completely miss this. Lack of attention. Would have return but instead I had to go to my destination. And on the way to get more food because unfortunately they can’t do their job right.
Wish I could give less than 1 star. Took forever in the drive thru. Spent $35 and the only decent ish looking thing out of the meal was MAYBE the burger my husband got. Ordered 2 5pc chicken strip combos and what I received could in no way be considered a chicken strip. 4 1/2 cold, hard, over fried and almost meatless "strips" is what I received. If you're going to charge that amount for food at least serve what you advertise. The Thisfood was basically inedible, had to toss it. It was just horrible. Super disappointed and dissatisfied. Won't be eating here again 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
Never come to this Carl's jr again both employee and manager were very rude . My husband went back because they forgot our jalapenos they made us pay extra for and told them they did put them in and they swore he was trying to get free jalapenos. We paid for them so we expect them no need to make it seem like we were just trying to get more for free! Get it together people they all need to take custoer service classes
Got 2 beef tacos salads. No beef in the salad. Use to love Carl's. But after this. No way. Tried to complain on there website. Could not do it. I guess it doesn't matter with one customer complains. Never again
Went there twice....very pricey for nothing. Staff is super nice Food quality has gotton unedible best to go to in and out across the street its cheaper and far superior quality. Atmosphere is dirty and disinteresting . No one seems to care about the place thats the vibe and its obvious. After you eat..you regret going there Did I mention its expensive and quality sucks?
Went thru the drive we asked for veggie burger gave us buns with lettuce and tomatoes no pattie got home home realized what they gave us no problem maybe I we ordered wrong since we didint know we just ordered a veggie burger . When I called and explained it to them they told me they only have vegan burger and laughed at me because they didint have a veggie burger I asked how is that funny and why didint they explain that to me when we were in the drive thru ? Then she past the phone to someone else reassuring me there is a veggie burger called the beyond burger. So idk if they where having a laugh at me but I didint think it was funny
I have to forcefully give it a one star. They dont take your order right. They charge you and give you complete different items than what you ask for. They gave me my drinks with slippery grease prints all over the cups, messy and when you call to complain with management I'm hit with well that's what we charged you for. I dont care what you charged me for...I want you to charge me for what I ordered.
They got to fix their prices on the board for a combo it gives me a price and for the large size it jumps up 7 dollars, and they charge you if you were to get more than one sauce.
Arrived at 7pm on a Saturday night for dine-in, closed at 11pm. People were backing out of the drive-thru as they had been waiting over 30min. One couple was sitting inside eating. Doors were locked. Two staff people behind the counter. Knocked many times on the door but staff wouldn't respond. I then called them on the phone, after many attempts women finally answered, I asked her why the doors were closed, she replied in broken English we only have "one" cook. I asked her to open the doors as that was no excuse, she refused. I've worked in a fast past restaurant years ago and we only had one cook. What's with society now that they don't want to work to make their money. Question to authorities isn't it illegal to lock the public doors during working hours with customers inside, unless theirs an emergency? This restaurant needs new management.
If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service. I ordered 12 charbroiled burgers and 3 orders of fries at lunchtime. When I counted the burgers (like I usually do because sometimes restaurants usually miss one or two items), I noticed I was missing 3 burgers. I went in to go ask for my 3 burgers that I was missing, and I was given one burger of a different kind that I did not order. I tried to talk to one of the workers but the one that gave me the "missing" burger went between me and the worker, rudely telling me that I was given the burgers. I did not want to talk to them because I was not given the burgers, but they were persistent in getting in my face when I asked them to back off. As the worker was arguing with me, the fries that I ordered got cold, and because of that, I ended up getting a refund, and still had the rude worker yelling how much to refund me an incorrect amount when they were in the back of the kitchen. The worker ruined that restuarant for me. Never spending my money there again.
Just had the worst time through the drive thru... If the employees don't want to be on the drive thru order taking they shouldn't. They need to train their employees properly. Never had an issue with this place, but their is always a 1st time for everything I guess. The manager then just watch as I talked to her employee, didn't bother to say anything. Thanks Carl's.
Food was trash! Very, very, very hard, french toast sticks. Waited almost 10 minutes for food, but I couldn't eat it. 😫 customer service 10. I wish the food could have matched the service.

I really hate when workers hate their jobs and job duties. You are the ones that bring good companies down as well as the atmosphere and other employee's morals down around you. This was the first time I went to this Carl's Jr. but it will be the last. It was myself and 3 other cars in line and I swear it took 32 minutes for the 2 cars before me till they got to me that is ridiculous instead of fast food it felt like each person was getting dinner cooked.
What is with the new chubby man working there. And why is he at the drive through being as slow as he is. I literally saw cars pulling out the drive through, he takes so long. His customer service is terrible. He always says he puts condiments in your bag after asking him and nothing. What happened to the nice ladies that used to work there? Please bring them back.
Employees are awesome, but they need more workers and their system is horrible. They need to do better, I will no longer be coming back they take forever do to short staff

Carl's Junior used to serve fresh food made to order. They don't anymore! Prices are very high and the food is always cold or barely warm
"I came to grab 2 Diablo burgers because I was extremely hungry. I took a few bites of one burger (it was my first time trying El Diablo!) and noticed it was a lettuce wrap instead of the bun I ordered. I drove 5 miles back, frustrated by the wasted time, gas, and the fact that I paid for what I ordered, not someone else's mistake. I explained the issue to the staff and requested they correct the order. Instead of replacing both burgers, they took both and only gave me one back. They claimed their policy prevents them from replacing partially eaten food, and management stated, "We took in 1 1/2 out of 2 burgers, here's your order (1 burger) and leave." I was confused and asked where the other burger was. The employee rudely demanded I leave. I argued that if they weren't going to honor my order, they should at least return the half-eaten burger I'd already paid for. I was starving and embarrassed by the entire situation. The employee became increasingly angry and repeatedly demanded I leave. This was incredibly unprofessional and unethical behavior, reflecting poorly on the restaurant's management and corporate leadership." I took off with only 1 burger when I paid for 2.
Waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes just to get my order taken and then another 10 till I got my food. All I got was a shake, and the line wasn't even that long. There was hardly any customers inside either. I have worked in the restaurant business and fast food. I have worked drive thru's myself. And I have never seen such a short line take such a long time. Honestly extremely disappointing. I wouldn't have even ordered if it wasn't for the fact that I waited in line and couldn't get out without going all the way through.
