Went through the drive-through tonight best red burrito I’ve had at Del taco in years. The service was excellent. I would highly recommend this Del taco to anybody that lives in the area.

I was ordering via the kiosk and my coupon from my app was not scanning. I asked Jordan for assistance and he was able to help me regardless of him helping his coworkers with the drive thru and restaurant orders. He was very friendly, solved the problem very quickly, and was back to helping his coworkers in a timely manner. Thank you Jordan for the help today! Chicken soft tacos and fries were great, a little salty but good nonetheless.

I went today "inside" November 19th , Around 4:45, There was only 3 Male Employees working, I stayed waiting and waiting. A "Little"a bit heavy set guy says,did you need something? ➡️Yes, He says please wait we're short staffed.I Didn't want to be rude, and Say,but I had been waiting🤷‍♀️ well a Nice Employee comes around counter, his name was "Tay" something like that.and helps me order on that screen Menu 😲🤦‍♀️I totally didn't realize there was a screen to do my order on screen😔😟, this guy was so so kind and very Patient. However when I get home, family bites into the first-Burrito 🌯 Beans tasted "horrible" burnt flavor😖I still have all burritos in bag, because of course whatever burritos 🌯 have Beans are gonna taste burnt / or horrible🤨😬. Waste of Money for a Dinner (paid Cash $ 22.25)

I have to admit we couldn’t sleep and needed a quick fast food fix, so we went to Del Taco. I was in a pretty great mood and ordered the food we wanted, and after returning home we found that we received the wrong meal, as well as no receipt. No harm no foul. I didn’t mind driving back. So I did. As soon as I pulled up and informed the woman working of the issue I was immediately met with attitude. I shrugged it off since I could relate working retail and fast food. But despite this her attitude persisted and even got more sour. If I had her name I’d go to corporate but as I said, no receipt was given. Her attitude was rotten start to finish and I think next time I’ll just go to Jack in the Box. Haha oh well. Food was actually good though. Just the brat behind the counter was a joke. Definitely not coming here again regardless. PS: gotta love it when your sloppy taco is legit fused to the paper. Spoon please?

Usually Del Taco is great, and I love to eat here. But this day, just not the case. The fish tacos were dried out, the limes were dried up, and the strawberry lemonade didn't taste like it should.... And service?? There was none

This del taco is ridiculous. The bathrooms are smell and are so dirty. The tables and floors dirty. The assistant manager Jose is rude. Very argumentative, I received a burrito with a few pieces of lettuce. A few tomatoes chipotle sauce and I don't know what else was in it. It was a hot mess. I brought it up to his attention. He said that's what I ordered. I told him wrong. I would never order anything like that because of my issues with my stomach. He wanted to continue and argue with me telling me that I did and I don't know what I'm talking about. I gave him the whole meal back including the drink and said I want my money back. The meal came to $17. He only gave me nine said that he's just going to refund the burrito and nothing else. The other manager was there but he was too busy taking a personal phone call. This is not the first time I've had a problem with this del Taco but trust me this will be the last time I attend this del Taco. Again, this still Taco is a hot mess. I don't even know why people still go to it. Never again. I'll make sure I let people know how rude the staff is and how filthy it is and how rude the staff is.

This Del Taco is on Main St. in the parking lot with Stater Brothers, I have never had a good experience here, and trust me, I've tried quite a few times thinking it was just that time. Nope, it wasn't, I have never received food from here that I actually enjoyed. Every time, it was a waste of money to me. They hardly buy meat or cheese, and I always pay for extra cheese and extra sauce but never receive what I pay for. The staff didn't even acknowledge us standing there even as I tried to get their attention. When they did finally acknowledge us, it was like I was bothering them, and it made me feel uncomfortable. The food was absolutely terrible, the soda machine wasn't right because it NEVER tasted like soda the tables were all dirty. I would NOT recommend this location at all. 0/10 to me

I never leave bad reviews, but this place really chops my hide! I was just in there and they wouldn’t manually take my order insisting I had to use their kiosk. They were completely unhelpful and I ended up leaving without placing an order. If the kiosk truly is the only way to order, count me out!!! I’m sure I’m not the only person who expects the most basic courtesy and convenience of having an employee navigate the menu and input my order. If this is the future, it’s a dystopian nightmare at Del Taco.
