I have been here for 20 years - but not very often during those 20 years. I no longer live in Hesperia, but if I did this would likely be a once a month stop for me for sure. Food is good, servers were great - though a little distracted because they learned the day I was there that the owner had sold the place to a new team. Hopefully nothing will change - time will tell I guess!

Well, this is one of the best Mexican food restaurants I have been to in a long time! Every single food item was absolutely delicious! No wonder the place seems very popular evidenced by the large crowd we experienced on a Sunday afternoon. Even though they were extremely busy, our waiter did a tremendous job keeping up with our party of 8 and our constant cries for "more salsa, please"! Speaking of their salsa, it is the best! It is not very hot at all, just bursting with flavor! The atmosphere is charmingly decorated in traditional Mexican style which adds to an already wonderful experience! Located in a strip mall, on Main St. in Hesperia, the outside is not what you would expect. Don't let the "strip mall" appearance fool you because inside, this restaurant packs a power punch of flavor!

Great Food and Great Value. Affordable and very filling plates. Taco Tues. Was great today arrive before 6 PM for faster service. But was about 30 min wait at 630 arrival. On Taco Tues. Servers were friendly and food was Flavorful. Good portions.

I stopped by this cozy spot on Main Street and was immediately welcomed by the aroma of sizzling spices and warm tortillas. I ordered the carne asada quesadilla, and it was packed with flavor—tender beef, sautéed onions, and peppers, all wrapped in a freshly made tortilla. The side of refried beans and salad complemented the dish perfectly. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the dining experience enjoyable. However, the wait time for our food was longer than expected, and the place was quite busy, which made it a bit noisy. Despite these minor issues, the delicious food and welcoming atmosphere made it a worthwhile visit

I called today which is Sunday, September 14 to see how late they stay open. They told me 10 o’clock unless they’re slow and then they close a half hour early which would be 9:30 this is what the lady told me on the phone. The waitress did not want to pick up the dishes. She was waiting for the busboy. The table was crowded and she didn't care. We had to look for her to ask her for things. The food was alright. The potatoes and fajitas were the best thing we had. The chilaquiles verdes had the scramble eggs mixed in with the chips and it was gross. This was the second time we came after this service, we decided not to come back.

This place has seriously gone down hill! And if you don’t get one of the OG servers your food will be wrong and you will wait an hour for food.

I called in and ordered ground beef nachos from La Casita Café in Hesperia and waited about 20 minutes. On my second bite, I was trying to figure out if I had lost my sense of taste because the food had zero flavor then my husband noticed the meat was raw and in clumps 🤢🤮. It was my first time there since I was craving nachos, but definitely my last.

This used to be one of our favorite places to eat. However, since the change of ownership it has gone down hill. We didn’t see any familiar faces on the waitstaff, and it showed. Our drinks took forever, and we ran out of drinks on multiple occasions. We were given hardly any chips, and were never offered more. I was hoping that our food would still be good, but it was not the same as it used to be. I ordered the floutas and it was mostly tortilla. The waitstaff was rude, and the food was mediocre. We went early on a Sunday for fear that we would have to wait (we were used to waiting for a table at this popular restaurant), and there was no one there. It would seem everyone else has discovered that this place has gone down hill since the change of ownership.

Place is not clean, came in hungry & left starving. Everything is cross contaminated (cheese quesadilla has steak bits all over it, red sauce made with old pork juices, guacamole has cheese in it, rice taste fishy, tortillas very very dry, carne dry with fishy taste). Ingredients listed in menu are not the same ingredients we were served. Every inch of the place is filthy inside. Cameras directly in our face of arms reach at table booth. Had to leave and eat elsewhere.
