Juice It Up!

This Juice it Up is by far the BEST!!! I was not a fan of Juice it Up until I started coming to this location. Whoever is hiring and training the exceptional workers knows what they are doing. Everyone is always pleasant, friendly, helpful and even through the mask you know they are smiling. I've never been able to tell if anyone had an attitude. I once dropped four large drinks on the floor and they were absolutely amazing at taking care of the clean up and remaking my drinks. I left a $20 tip that day because they freaking rock. The manager of this store should get a raise, the employees definitely should get a raise but they should be honored and celebrated by corporate for their level of courteous professionalism. Other locations(especially Lake Elsinore , see my review) don't compare. This needs to be the flagship store on how a store should be ran and how employees should be with the customers. I wish I could give them TEN stars.

I've been to the one in victorville, and that one was great, but this one, the one who took care of me didn't seem like she was interested. She wasn't rude to me. She was just off putting. Made it seem like I was asking for too much. Things like that really make a difference . That's why I I choose to drive to the victorville, one from now on.

Fast and friendly customer service! The three girls working today were phenomenal. Even with a line, they kept things moving and got everyone in and out quickly. Everyone was so welcoming and greeted customers with a smile — especially Jordan, who really stood out. Great experience all around. Will definitely be back!

OMG!! Ms. Cammie makes the best Protein Açaí Smoothie in the world. I live in Redlands and I’m out here in Apple Valley on a business meeting and I needed a smoothie. I recommend ALL PROFESSIONALS in the High Desert to come see Cammie and have her make you a smoothie! God bless you Cammie!

Been coming here for a few years and never had any issues! Everyone is always friendly/welcoming & never had any issues with my orders! Please be patient and kind to the staff if they have a lot of customers to take care of, they are doing their best!

Small location next to the Starbucks. Happy and helpful staff and I would have to say much faster service then Starbucks.

I usually don’t have issues with this store, but I found a piece of plastic in my food halfway into my açaí protein bowl. I’m not sure where it’s from, but it definitely didn’t fall into it after it came to me.

You decide to cut me off during my order and reassuring that you heard the order. I did not appreciate rushing me especially since i was the only one in line to order. I asked for no pineapple for a reason. Guess you guys don't care when people say they have an allergy. Thanks for nothing

I have been ordering the same thing for years and I always go to the Hesperia location with no issues. My toast was so small as well. 20$ for the smallest piece of toast and a screwed up drink is a waste, I don’t go to Starbucks and this is my treat after the gym super disappointed.

Unfortunately this location has a bad habit of NOT answering their phones to say , please hold. I had to call 4 times . On other days it is exactly the same, no matter what time you call. It is very unorganized and I am sad that I’ve had to go other places over juice it up because they simply don’t answer their phone. Also, it is very disappointing to still show up to the store even when the employees don’t answer their phones… Just to see that they are not even that busy! The drink was not bad, but definitely could have been made better. This location lacks consistency with customer service and with how the drinks taste. It was also very tense and that environment. As a customer you don’t really feel welcomed.

Their drinks arnt flavorful at all and sometimes lacks any flavor. They are lucky they are the only ones in the area. The one owned by the mall is WAY better in customer service and quality drinks.

It was about 9:20am when we arrived, we often go and get a smoothie, today Jayden decided that we were unworthy of respect and was rude and demeaning to the both of us for no apparent reason other than he had a nasty attitude and appeared to be prejudiced!
