Good food. The servings are huge. Very clean. The employees are super friendly and personable and hard working. I've been coming here off and on for years.

Always came for the fries but once I realized they had veggie burgers its kinda been a usual craving. I went today to get my usual veggie burger combo and had an issue with the fries on the previous visit. We didn't receive them. I had Alma help me, name on the receipt so I hope it's her, and she was soooo nice and polite about the issue. She was super sweet, had to leave a review! She got my order completely correct and didn't act like it was a hassle. Very hard to come by these days so shout out to you Alma, you were amazing!

I love toms. I don't always have time to sit down somewhere so anywhere I can drive through and get food that was actually cooked like is supposed to be is a good thing to me. You can get real breakfast here too... Through the drive through. It's great.

I used to have a 5 star rating for this Tom's until today. Went to get the family burger deal that we've got many times before. 4 double cheese burgers, 4 fries and 4 drinks. 2 of us have diabetes so instead of fries we get side salads. According to the lady at the drive thru window, we can't substitute fries for salads like we have in the past more times than I can count. We were supposed to get the burger topping ie. Lettuce, tomatoe and pickles, its on the receipt, and we didn't get that or the sides of thousand island we requested. She was rude and I'm questioning if I'll ever go back or not. I talk this location up compared to the other one on highway 18 and now I feel like I'm going to stop going to Tom's all together. Very disappointed.

We started going to restaurants specifically that serve loaded nachos. First time at a Tom's. Tom's Diner did not disappoint! Full plate of toppings and the nachos stayed out of the sogginess. I also ordered a pineapple shake and it must be one of the best milkshakes I've ever had. The texture was PERFECT and yummy to boot! Service was also very friendly. Well done Tom's!

Came in on Tuesday and had a cheese burger combo here and I have no complaints at all. The meat was well cooked and juicy, very tasty. The fries were freshly made, not soggy at all, and well salted. The servers were friendly and seemed to enjoy their job. They really take care of the customers, without intruding in their meal to much. My order was ready and brought to my table quickly, so no long wait. I really enjoyed my visit and would definently recommend this place to any one looking for a good burger.

We took my daughter and her boyfriend here for lunch and got the 4 double cheeseburger special, added bacon to all of them. We added onion rings which was unnecessary, as none of us could finish what came with the special. The price was very reasonable, about $12 each

Tom's Burgers #20 is a must have . The food is great, the staff are welcoming and offer exceptional customer service. They definitely make you want to come back. I love this place and I'm sure that you will as well.

I ate here for the first time last week and everything we ordered was delicious! The prices were reasonable and the service was great. They have a convenient drive-thru although we ordered for pick up. Can't wait to visit this place again next time I'm in the area.

So far we've had great experiences at this location. Everything we've tried is really good especially the chicken tacos and the steak sandwichs. My hubby loves the fried chicken too. The fries are absolutely delicious, not anything like the nasty fries at "IN AND OUT."

Food was AMAZING and so was the customer service and the staff. The staff members were really patient with us and helped with any question my husband and or I had. They let us choose where to sit in the restaurant, and it was empty when we got there and after we sat down, there was at least 4 more groups of ppl that came in. Only one day down inside, the rest ordered to go. Again, food was excellent and so we're the staff members!

I really like this place mostly for breakfast because they actually make my food the way I requested which is difficult sometimes I'm one of those customers that wants the hash browns light and my eggs cracked out of the shell and scrambled so sometimes they don't want to accommodate my preferences but they always do it perfect here and the prices are really great compared to everywhere else. They have good coffee too

They were just okay.....maybe more crisper or seasoning????....all in all a great experience. Prices and portions great.....

I absolutely love coming here (espicially for breakfast) staff is always friendly, place is clean even when its packed. My only gripe is the really weird tasting soda they switched to.....makes my food taste weird afterwards. But other than that this is a wonderful place to grab a bite.

Update- 6/25- I took them up on their offer and went back for lunch on Toms. Well they made my frown turn upright! This time my order was done quickly and the service was great. I was explained by the manager, that they had a mix up with their electronic pads that uploads the online orders. I can understand things like this can happen. I am extremely happy because I was getting the service and treated well as Tom's has always done. I want to thank you Team Tom's for making it all better Again! I placed an online order on the google maps app. It said online order thru restaurant/doordash but underneather it also said only doordash but I chose the top restaurant/doordash, for some odd reason it placed the order without me knowing at a the Toms 19 instead of 20. When my lunchtime came around from work. I drove over got in line at the Toms 20 and after 15 mins they told me that my order was not there and that maybe it was at the other Toms. So while I drove over I called to ask if my order was there and the lady said yes after I explain what had happened. She said no problem come its here. So when i got there i went inside to explain and to try and show her what happened on the website. But the line was long. I saw a waitress asked her if I could please pick up my already paid order. She went and spoke to the cashier and came back and told me i had to wait. I told her I cant wait its been already 35 mins. That my food was ready earlier and that i spoke to someone who said my salad was ready. So then I said forget it and left. I called and spoke to some lady who told me that i should come back because my salad was ready. Why did i leave. I told her my salad was ready more than 30 mins ago must be gross and that I called and when i came in i was told to stay in this long line. I had to get back to work without eating lunch. After a few days i called to ask for a manager to get a refund and i was told manager was off. Then i called again i was told to call a district manager and i left 3 voicemail and he never called me back. I have been told that i have to contact door dash for refund. But in all honesty, i think Toms should make things right and make sure the customer is happy. Lousy $13.69 for headache! I work near by and have alway gone to Toms for lunch. But after this experience I am really disappointed.

Great Hard working people working here. Everything is clean . I own a cleaning business and they seem to be on top of everything. It’s good to see a clean restaurant. The food was great. Meat could use a little seasoning. Chicken strips were really good. Fries were good as well could use some seasoning salt. Coke taste really good here which means their taps are clean and fully stocked. Hope it stays this way for a long time .

This is your typical burger joint. It has burgers, fries, zucchini, breakfast items, Mexican items, etc. The food was really good, the service was very good also. The dining area was clean with ample room. I'll be visiting this place again soon.

Their breakfast burrito is one of our favorites. Or maybe it's the chicken fried steak and eggs. The burgers are good too. Same with their club sandwich. Well, I haven't been disappointed yet. My only complaint about this place is the drive-thru lane. It is a very sharp turn to get to the window. Many people have hit the bollards that protect the building. Occasionally, if the turn isn't made correctly, you will have to back up a bit to fix the turn.

Good deals for food. Decent taste and a bunch of options to choose from. My gripe with this visit is. I paid for extra ranch for my zucchini. I got none. It's very disappointing when you are craving something that you didn't get.

The hamburger was good but it came about 10 minutes after my friend's club sandwich was received. I went towards the counter with my receipt and order number card and the cashier looked back at the grill and said something to the cook staff. It was still a few more minutes. People who had ordered after I did had gotten their food. I am a patient person and that is why I waited as long as I did before questioning things.

Some may rate their atmosphere lower, but it's just an older diner and nothing more. It is what it is. I've been here several times and can only rate it based on their gyro, which I was surprised they had. They are delicious. I wish they offered them in lamb as a gyro should be, but I can't deny they're still good.

Tom's is always consistently good. A very diverse menu. Something for everyone. The restaurant is always clean, the employees are always friendly, organized, and hard-working. Great burgers and breakfast specials.

It's usually quiet here. It's clean and the food is good. They make it to order so it's slowly coming out. They often make mistakes but if you have an allergy they are made aware that your chances of mistakes are lower but still there. Best pita bread I ever had but I can't have it anymore due to a gluten and dairy allergy.

Foods great but the staff doesn't welcome you in the door and you feel very unimportant. It's been this way for some time but again the foods is very very good and at an okay price. So that helps me overlook things like no greeting. I had a double cheeseburger and it was amazing and our Patty melts were so wonderful. They had papers available and free refills. The fries were amazing and sprinkled with season salt made them irresistible. I have been coming here for over 30 years and will continue to keep coming back. I used to come with my grandparents all those years ago and have fond memories of this great restaurant.

Tom's makes the best nachos. Don't expect any cheese sause, but expect everything else, they even add lettuce, which i love. Look at that plate, doesn't get any better

Still they can't get my well done fries right. How hard is that.. My daughter went through the drive-thru and ordered shakes. Both of ours was not even mixed. She had a chocolate shake with chocolate syrup on the bottom and I had a chocolate peanut butter with clumps of peanut butter on the bottom and no chocolate syrup. Try harder. Smh. Went to this place while on vacay and we happened to go twice while in town. The first time we went, the restaurant was a little busy, not the cleanest and the steak was over cooked when we ordered medium. Other than that, the food was amazing. On the second day, we just had to re-order the Zucchini... Well, I call them Zucchini fríes. They we're sooooo yummy. I would have had the burger again too that day but we weren't all that hungry and specifically went back for the Zucchini. Both times, the customer service was lovely. Seems to be a town go-to place. Busy-ush both times. When we go back, this place Will definitely be a place we frequent regularly.

Their food is good in a pinch. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's not. They forget some ingredients on some of the dishes I've had. Makes it disappointing. And who wants to have to drive back to a place for them to correct their mistake. Always best to check your food before you drive away. Counter help is not always friendly. And they've taken orders from customers before me that were standing behind me. ??

I ordered drive through a coffee and Tom’s breakfast burrito with verde salsa the lid wasn’t put on the coffee correctly it burnt my leg hands no napkins in bag the young lady got me some and the burrito had not much bacon and tortillas was old not a wonderful experience my leg is pretty red where coffee spilled just sucks

For as much as they charge for food and as much as they pay employees there is no excuse to leave food out of orders. Absolutely ridiculous.

Been coming here regularly over the years. Normally never had a problem. Most recently ordered a Chorizo and Egg Burrito. Something was up with those eggs, they taste like they have nutmeg or allspice. Wouldn't be bad with French toast, but disgusting with chorizo.

I stopped here to get dinner for my husband and I and I was very disappointed. First, they don't have baked potatoes for the dinners. I guess because of the pandemic, the cashier told me that no one asked for them, so they aren't selling them right now. I thought the reason was kind of lame. Anyway, I ordered onion rings. They were the poorest excuse for onion rings that I've ever seen! They were not fresh, they were cold and all the breading was falling off of them. I should have checked them before I left, but I didn't. If I had, I would have had them make me two fresh orders. This isn't the first time that I have ordered from here and been disappointed. I will think twice before going here again. The shrimp basket was good, a tiny bit undercooked, but it was still good, but the rest of the meal left something to be desired.

Don't care for this location. Tables were dirty. I guess people are no longer taught to clean from top to bottom.

Why does the drive through always take 30 plus minutes. Its not even busy inside. The fries were overcooked. The bacon for my bacon cheeseburger was just thrown in the wrapper with the burger. Pretty sure the bacon is supposed to go in the burger , not on top of it.

For starters the vibe at this place is very awesome, the staff is very friendly, and polite. However, I ordered the ribeye and eggs with home fries. I order my steak medium and the steak was overly cooked and very tuff to chew. The potatoes had no seasoning and the toast tastes like croutons. Now my wife got a double cheeseburger with fried zucchini and OMG, that selection was so delicious. 🤤. The burger was so juicy and tender. Just some friendly advice if you are extremely hungry just know the wait time to get your food takes a while.

I called and asked for them to put some condiments in my order because I always recieve my weekly order without. (Door Dash) Well, Maria R, claiming to be the manager, was very rude over the phone. To the point, where I started speaking Spanish and asking for the name of her manager due to her terrible attitude. At that point, she decided to be kind. Over all, not A great experience to be on the phone arguing with her over CONDIMENTS .

Thanks for making me feel welcome standing in line and someone decides to cut in front of me your Cashiers didn't say anything and just proceeded to take his order. Extremely bad customer service. Last time I'm ever going into a Tom's thanks for failing. P.s. I got my food from Jack In The Box with no hiccups and tastes a hell lot more better

The food still tastes good, but prices are getting ridiculous, and the portions have failed miserably. This morning 08/19/23, we craved breakfast burritos, and we ordered 4 Tom's breakfast burrito, which comes with ham, bacon, and sausage supposedly. In actuality, 3 pieces of sausage, crumbs of bacon here and there, and no ham!!! The picture of the burrito is half eaten, and I'm still looking for the sausage, ham, and bacon. I usually order a dbl cheese with pastrami, used to be called the colossal burger, now you have to order separately and pay a hefty price, which I wouldn't mind if they actually put some dam pastrami in it!!! and they didn't put the dam cheese or the 2nd patty!!! The picture of the dbl cheese burger shows what they put on your burger for an extra $4. They used to pile it on. I keep coming back, hoping it will get better This used to be the place for a quick fulfilling bite but service and food has fallen this past year

Some of the worst drive-thru order person I've had to experience. I had to repeatedly yell out to the speaker box to have to correct the issue of size of drinks .the type of menu items and sadly the wait time on the "fast service "that they claim to have. I ordered there supposably double burger family meal it was disgusting lettuce was not fresh only one burger out of the 4 had a double Patty the oil from the fries was old and I will never order from that place again all the drinks were disgusting also pink lemonade and there cola . Don't waste your 40 dollars on this place if you want to feed your family.

Place use to be good, asked for no onions on my burger. Unfortunately had onions no biggie simply fix. But while waiting heard one of the cooks say “double burger ready with extra onions for the crybaby” in Spanish. I can speak and understand what you say. So don’t go to this place where they don’t respect you as a customer.

Wow. So we were in the drive thru for about 15 minutes waiting for the window person to resolve whatever was happening. When we finally arrived at the window, our food still was not immediately ready so my hope was it would be hot and fresh. My burger was cold and the bun was hard. The fries were cold and had to be thrown out. I called and spoke to them manager and all she could say was sorry and hung up. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!

Went to Tom's which is a 5 minute drive for me and it was a 1 hour trip for one burger to go. I originally went through the drive thru and I made it far enough to place my order. I had to keep saying hello until someone finally answered and I could place my order. I then waited without moving for quite awhile. The person behind me had already backed out and then two more cars pulled in behind me. They decided to back out as well because of the long line that was not moving. I then backed out and went in. Multiple people were already waiting and after paying for my food I was amongst the others waiting for my food. The cashier was not even apologizing to the customers that had been waiting. She apologized to me but not to the many others who probably waited just as long as I did. After finally getting my food and getting back home after my hour roundtrip, the food was cold and did not even taste good. I could have gone to In N Out 15 minutes away and got two double doubles for the price I paid for one burger and probably made it back home sooner than I got home from this trip. Sad because this location used to be good. There needs to be some definite overhauling done in all areas before I may consider returning.

Prepare to be rushed at the drive thru. Rude girl at the window will just hand you the food and then close the window right away. At the prices you'd think I can ask for condiments. 2nd time it happened. Will not be returning.

I made this account just so I could leave this review. If i could give them negative stars I would. My sausage was crunchy it was so burnt. The bacon looked like it was made 2 weeks ago and to top it all off it looked like they gave me 2 pigeon eggs.

They need to train their cooks, I ordered a club sandwich on white and I got home only to find out that they hadn’t toasted the bread. I ordered a cheese burger as well and they put the cheese on top of the lettuce instead of melting on top of the patty. What made the experience worst was that when you call their number to speak to someone it sends you straight to a machine that asks you to put your number in followed by your code. ??? So disappointed about toms i’ve been going to toms for many years and their service change so bad we need to satand up to ask for coffee for boxes and refill staff so bad now i just see many young people just walking around they are soo loud laughing instead of giving service to customers i talk with other people to next table they shared the same poor customer service you should hired people that wanted to work we spend many money for nothing

Our family has order the same family meal deal for years . With salads instead of french fries. We come weekly sometimes multiple times a week. Spending alot of money. Our family is extremely disappointed in the manger today. Told us we cant do that. No response to us of why either. They also messed up our order. It was a to go and who wants to get back in the car. Go get the missing items and eat a cold cheeseburger. I feel sorry for the staff. To have to deal with this manger very rude!! We will not be returning you have loss our weekly sometime multiple days….business!

I just left this restaurant. Unfortunately, I did get questioned when ordering after telling the waitress I would like extra ranch, with an attitude she replied "it comes with two" & I had to tell her again that I would like extra. After that she had an attitude the whole time as if ordering extra ranch was such a crime & I could not understand why it was even an issue at all so I let it go after finally ordering a cheeseburger combo, French toast & a grilled chicken salad. A different waitress had brought out my children's food as I sat through more than half of their meal waiting for a salad. I finally got up when they were about to finish their food and nicely asked for a refund so we could leave without making my kids wait till I was able to eat. I was asked why & explained. While explaining the waitress with the attitude walked behind me to the table & said "I have you food right here" so once again, I dropped the issue & started eating. My son pointed out that the waitress who seemed as if she didn't like me walked behind the counter & informed her coworkers & literally the whole staff turned around from cooking & doing whatever to talk about my family & myself while one of the cooks pointed at us while talking about us in Spanish. At that point I had had enough & felt as if the waitress did something to my food & just asked for a refund of my meal, not all of the meals, just my plate. They refused at first saying their card machine doesn't allow such transactions. I explained why I felt alienated & felt the way I did & I got told it was not that & they did not spit in my food, even though I did not say they did. One of the cooks even agreed that it would be weird & he would feel the way I do if it were his family. Unfortunately the manager just kept talking in circles, never excepting any responsibility or speaking to the staff about making their customers feel alienated or unwelcomed. Especially, to point out that because I'm white I might not know Spanish & therefore don't know for sure if they were even talking about my family. This place is extremely rude with what they do to their customers. I have never dealt with such an experience at any restaurant before. I felt my food was purposely held back & possibly tampered with due to personal feelings of a worker. I feel as if the staff in that restaurant will stick together & I feel unsafe eating their anymore. Hopefully they will not ever treat another customer the way they chose to tonight!!!

I ordered a shrimp plate. Although there was an ample portion of fries, they were cold and yet tasted uncooked. The shrimp was straight out of the fryer, though, and also a decent portion. But when I bit into one of the shrimp and luckily missed what I assume is part of the plastic bag that the shrimp came in, i had to come on here and give my first negative review of a restaurant. Buyer beware. Like, cut open your food first. That is the food that is cooked. BTW I'd post a photo, but that option is not available. I'll keep the image in case Tom's reaches out.

Unsanitary, most of the employees are nice, but not 1 of them seem like they know what their doing.... and prepare to wait because every time I went it was always long. Unless you have a lot of time on your hands and don't mind sitting at sticky tables waiting for your food while you look down at the black crud in the grout on the floor then go ahead. Not a place I'd ever go to for a meal!

Highly disappointed. This prices have been increased by 20% or more while the quantity has been reduced by 1/3. Yup that’s right pay more for less like most other companies. Go to Tom’s oh HWY18 you still get a fair value

I only live 2 miles away from toms and when I opened my food, it was cold and buns were hard as rock and they left there phone off the hook so they won’t be bothered I’m very discouraged I paid this much and I they gave me what they wanted and charged me what they wanted! I had asked for them to take two of my order of fries to make my chili cheese fries and just charge me the difference for the chili and cheese and I got two fries that were cold and a cold order chili cheese fries! I’m never going to there location again

This was one of the worst drive thru experiences I've had in awhile. The drive thru attendant did not say one word to me. I ordered the steak burrito and it was disgusting, full with refried beans and sour cream, hardly no meat. Got and order of fries and it was almost half full for over $4. I will not be back anytime soon.

I went through the drive-through ordered a cheeseburger special. They gave me half a cheeseburger patty and the rest was mangled so I went down there to speak to somebody in charge and they had nobody there. Who’s in charge so they say I showed them the cheeseburger they didn’t cut my meal. They didn’t care don’t eat here. Definitely don’t go through the drive-through. They didn’t even reprimand the cook. They knew all about it, and I know that was a manager sitting at the table and she wouldn’t help because she knew what happened. Go to the other toms this one blows.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY My dad got us breakfast burritos from here and even paid for extra bacon and cheese. We get home and start eating the burritos and they are TINY and 90% potato. Extremely disappointing. We call to complain so they can make sure this doesn’t happen to other people and they are Irma was extremely rude and unprofessional. They kept asking for us to bring the burritos back and did not even say sorry or acknowledge what they’ve done. I will not be coming back. They cheat you of what you pay for and don’t even care. Don’t waste your time here and watch out you can get scammed.

Got home to this. I live 20 miles away and was told by the manager Irma to bring it back the next day for a refund. So I’m suppose to leave it in my car all day till I get off work for a refund. Definitely not going back they can keep my refund and they lost a customer.
