Came with a huge wedding after-party and Becca and the rest of the bar handled us with grace and the coolest attitude. Cool local joint with the best people. Had a great time!
Andy Furman and his band played last night and they were excellent
Great bartenders, fantastic live music and the prices on cocktails are super reasonable which is rare these days! Love this saloon
One of the kind, and kind to all. A great local's spot, with good traveling music from time to time. It's reasonable pricing for Capitola, and you won't have to deal with the worst things to exist on this side of town: tourists. Happy they're around and still doing the honest bar tending of days past. The only negative thing is they stopped smoking in doors some years back. But times change, I guess.

Great neighborhood gem. Friendly bartenders and customers made us feel like regulars the first time we were there. AWESOME food available out front from a food cart and eclectic live music added to the experience. Highly recommend checking this place out!
This place is frickin awesome! The crowd was super friendly, the bands were fun. The bartender Joanne was fast and attentive, I never waited more than 2 minutes for service on a busy night, she straight up rocks. We had a blast!
Love it here! It’s a dive bar but better. Food truck plus a band makes fit the perfect night. Not over the top prices so you don’t feel depleted. Enjoy!
Great bar with live music and a very nice bartender! She came from behind the bar to the outside area to check in and see if we needed any drinks. Excellent service!
Love this neighborhood saloon! Drama not allowed! Everyone welcome as long as you respect others the way you want to be respected. Pretty basic, no frills or fancy schmansy, full bar great staff, even better customers! Juke box, barstools, dart board and beverages with good company, what more do you expect?!!!
I just like it.I came back to Calif. again this year for a visit. Went to OTHGS and Ed and Pete were out side and recognized us even with masks on. The place was pretty busy with people enjoying food from the taco truck with a soda or cocktail. Malinda was very nice calling some people that we know to come visit with us. The little blonde bartender was very professional and attentive to everyone's needs. Good job Pete keeping the bar alive even through covid 19 and the loss of your mother and Joann. I will be back next year. See you then!!
Cozy ambeance. Friendly unpretentious patrons and great bartenders service #1 priority .All alone? Wont be long befor your included in the fun conversation a.game Of dice or elecronic darts play music and if you dance.. you wont dance solo. Tell them Lulu sent you ! Ps. Always clean restrooms
What a great neighborhood bar. Misty was so friendly. The decor is western and done just right. Would recommend to everyone even if you're not " Over the Hill"

Best cheers bar in Santa Cruz County. Joanne closes too early because will yell at her. But she's the best. Koleman rocks.
