I found a way to get Starbucks for three dollars. I asked for three shots of espresso and a tall cup with a shot of white chocolate mocha. It’s delicious and then they fill the rest with ice and milk.

I love this location I got a chai latte like at around 8:55 am it was so good also someone put Danny Boy as name it was so cute <333 definitely coming back here

this is a very nice out of the way Starbucks I don't like going to most Starbucks because they're too busy but this one has a very nice atmosphere and you can sit outside and enjoy the weather

Having been to scores of well run Starbucks, this is the best managed. It shows in the friendly effective attitude of every employee.

This is my local Starbucks there friendly very nice and have good customer service. What I like is they always say hi to everyone who comes in the door. The drinks are always consistent and I love this place

This location is tucked away on the back and does not face traffic - on a sunny winter morning it's just wonderful to soak in the sun and sip in the coffee!

Service was outstanding. The cashier helped with my starbucks card until it finally worked even though I offered alternative payment. The order was prepared while we worked out the payment. Everyone treated us well with a smile. Update: again the cashier was friendly and the order was prepared timely and correctly. This is one of my favorite locations even though it is not on a main route for us.

Great service. The staff is always helpful and friendly at this location. I was lucky to grab a parking spot in the front, my work van is a lil on the large side. Glad I stopped in today. The shaken espresso i ordered was perfect.

We have small real moments, along with just sweet and happy mornings. I once came in not at all okay, and I was recieved with such love that I was overwhelmed with gratitude. I really appreciate the staff here, and they make my drinks in perfection. I appreciate you guys!

Will def come here whenever I’m in the area.

One of the Starbucks locations a bit further away than my normal neighborhood stores. Would have given a 5 star rating, but there is quite a bit of traffic and congestion during the night construction. The addition of a traffic light at Soquel and Trout Gulch helps to alleviate some of the congestion.

Super sweet and helpful staff. I ordered on my phone and then went in and asked some questions about options that were available that I didn’t understand. I didn’t give it a five star because they didn’t have a basic ingredient available for my order and had to substitute.

Classic starbucks, always busy, got treated for a free drink by young barista, either I look at it from a single, no kids fellow, but I do believe this to be a hipster type of place, where children should be excluded.... again... just my perspective... either couples are bored with their living situation and they feel the NEED to socialize with their KIDS.... if I wanted to listen to crying children, or see their bratty faces I would have my own.....again... FROM MY PERSONAL PERSPECTIVE

I use the app. When I'm in the mood for a coffee or iced coffee I order a head and usually it's ready by like 10 minutes. It's a great place to come outside and sit and have a cup of coffee or take it to go. I recommend this place.

Nice location, parking can be a challenge. Slow service on our visit, long line and only one cashier. Iced coffee was not as rich tasting as usual, cashier did not use my points for my order like I asked. 😡 not a good experience.

Very cute location, but parking is at an extreme premium, and every nearby shop is clamoring to claim their own sets of parking spaces for their customers. There's a good set of spots, towards the back, but it's not really enough to handle even normal busy days.

Definitely not my favorite Starbucks. While they have food staff and it is clean in there, it is so packed and no parking. Its frustrating when you can't find parking so you have to walk far away.

Not a very good experience, purchased several drinks and snacks. The brewed coffee was warm and old tasting. The place is not kept very clean inside or out.

Usually this Starbucks plays music that isn't too intrusive – but on the last visit the music didn't allow relaxation . They are always out of things . That said the back outdoor seating overlooks redwood trees even though it's sunny . So on a nice day it's a very pleasant place to be

I get the pistachio latte a lot when it's in season. The one I bought here had a strange flavor, almost like there was some mocha added to it. I only drank about an eighth of it and threw the rest away.

Went there with my wife to get two (2) peppermint white mochas. Both venti in size and we paid for venti. What we received was a grande mocha and a venti plain white mocha. Accidents happen, I know that. However, it happens at this specific store more and more. Rarely do we see the same staff, which would lead me to believe turnover is high at this store. It's unfortunate, as this site is in close proximity to us walking there.

No trenta cups and they didn't offer to accommodate like other Starbucks by giving a venti and a tall to give the trenta amount since its only a 20cent difference from venti to trenta for cold brew and no chocolate croissants :(

Too crowded. Apparently, SBUX was having a Barista competition. That's great, except that the 40 + Baristas in the SBUX were taking up every parking spot in the tiny parking lot. Next time, maybe SBUX can have their competition in a Mall shopping center parking lot.

May be friendly to selective people. I Ordered simple grande black coffee. I waited 5 minutes for brewing. They made a mistake. Instead of getting another cup and pump it from the thermo she said she’s working on next order. I waited patiently. Then she was working on fixing nitro brew dispenser. I had to say something after a minute to just get me a cup of coffee. August 10th 9:45 AM. Unfortunate thing is she didn’t say much. Not a good way to start a day. Recommend Starbucks 0.5 miles down the road.

This Starbucks has removed the see-through plastic glasses, and now everything is served in paper cups. That takes away the ambiance of the cold drink. I like to see my drink when the cold foam falls into the coffee. Bring back the see-through cups. I will shop elsewhere until then.

The food took 30 min to be done. All they were doing was making mobile orders and not walk in orders. There should be two seperate systems for mobile and walk in. There were plenty of workers.

Friends don't let friends go to Starbucks. Prices are too high and coffee tastes burnt. I went there one time years ago and will never go back. I was asked about my experience there but I did not go in. They share a parking lot where I went.

Then it spills onto the compostable paper straws which are ruined before even inserted into drink. The paper straws disintegrate before you are half way done with the frappachino making you use not one straw but two. Recently i got the wrong drink and told the barista he leaned jnto me and said, “where did you get that drink?” No joke lol . Whoever orders the products for this starbucks should be fired. Happy holidays

You have lost me and all of my friends and family has customers
