Excellent experience at La Raspa. High-quality food, carefully prepared and tastefully presented. The dishes are hearty and full of flavor. We tried the croquettes, scallops, sautéed cuttlefish, Iberian pork tataki, tuna belly, and baked cod, all cooked to perfection and delicious. For dessert, a spectacular tiramisu was the perfect finishing touch. A place that combines good food with a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended for enjoying a good meal in Aranda. I returned this year, and both the food and service were impeccable. The daily menu was super-complete, with options for all tastes and exquisite quality. I also tried the udon noodles with gyozas, and they were amazing. The meat was okay but nothing special.

The place is very, very nice, spacious, not noisy, and, in short, very pleasant. The service is good. As for the food, I recommend the tataki, which we found delicious, and I wouldn't recommend the artichokes because they're a bit oily when fried. The gyozas are a fairly hearty dish, served with noodles and sauce. Very good and slightly spicy.

June 30, 2025 - I've been visiting this restaurant occasionally since 2019, and I get the feeling that the quality of their set menu has declined slightly. The menu is currently €19.50. January 3, 2025 - We returned to this restaurant after quite some time and discovered that they no longer offer their daily set menu, which we loved so much. We ordered à la carte, and everything was delicious: - The 10 croquettes I ordered; I would have preferred them a touch creamier. - The "señorito" rice dish had a very strong flavor. - The Iberian pork tataki was a more than adequate portion, but instead of mashed potatoes, I would have preferred the potato wedges they recommend on their website. - For dessert, the cheesecake was too sweet for my taste, and I would have preferred a stronger cheese. By the way, the cornbread was very tasty and crispy. ---------------------------------------------- November 22 - Getting back to old habits. As on other occasions, the menu was fine, but I wish they had more options for the little ones because if you order the set menu, you have to order a full menu for them too. And regarding my second visit: September 19 - This time I would highlight the friendliness of the waitress who made us feel very comfortable, even though our little one can be a bit of a handful at times, and the cheesecake. June 19 - This restaurant has become a regular stop whenever we travel on the A-1, and as always, they never disappoint. Their menu is always good and always includes dishes that go beyond the traditional, but that doesn't make them any less delicious. Plus, all their staff are super friendly. April 19 - Back from vacation and back at this restaurant again. It's a shame we couldn't try their excellent set menu because it was the eve of a public holiday in Castile and León, so we had to order à la carte. What a problem! 😁😁😁 Everything was delicious. By the way, the dining room filled up very quickly, so next time I'll call to reserve and make sure I get a table. February 19 - Another stop along the way, and another meal at this restaurant. Why look for another when their set menu never disappoints? For starters, cream of vegetable soup with sautéed mushrooms. It tasted great, but I have to mention one minor complaint: it wasn't piping hot enough. For the main course, wok-fried baby squid with sate sauce. Delicious! It was a real surprise this time. And for dessert, a brownie, which was very good. All in all, a great choice. January 19 - We visited this restaurant again while traveling, and just like last time, the waitresses were incredibly friendly and the food was perfect. A very pleasant surprise. We stopped for lunch at this restaurant because of its good reviews and decided on their €18.50 set menu. Upon arrival, we had a couple of beers with a tapa, and once we finished, we went to the dining room. I have to start by saying that all the waitresses who served us were incredibly attentive and friendly. We were with a small child, and they quickly offered us a highchair and brought it to the table. The starter was delicious. The first courses were perfect, especially the flavor. The second courses were even better than the first courses. And the dessert, especially the chocolate one, was a real winner.

I was pleasantly surprised. Good food, good service in a pleasant and welcoming setting. The rice was delicious and cooked to perfection. The gyozas were delicious. The cod and tuna belly, as well as the crispy artichokes, were very good. Dinner was a bit disappointing; the baked turbot with potatoes was decent but could be improved.

If you're looking for something different from the typical local cuisine, this could be the restaurant for you. We noticed they were doing paellas to go. We ordered two dishes to share and a paella for two. Everything was very good. The only downside was that the tartare pieces were a bit too large. The service was excellent, and the restaurant itself was nice. Highly recommended.

Sitio agradable. La ensalada de pollo muy bien elaborada y con bastante pollo. El arroz del señore rico, pero nada destacable. Precio medio alto.

Solemos ir a tomar un vino,en general lo que hemos pedido hasta hoy ha estado bien Pero está mañana hemos ido y hemos pedido un torrezno, y la decepción ha sido inmensa,el torrezno nada que ver con el de otros lugares y además carísimo 7'50 una locura. El torrezno en cuestión lo han calentado y troceado y ya y además esto ha hecho que hubiese una gran cantidad de grasa en el plato. No me ha gustado nada,por lo que no recomiendo para nada el torrezno.

Pedimos una paella de marisco para llevar, escasa cantidad (5 personas), arroz seco, duro e insipido. El marisco me pareció escaso y alguna pieza en dudoso estado. 60€. Me consta que se come bien en el restaurante pero no recomendaria este pedido, terminamos descontentos

Comimos dos persona …lugar acogedor ..: Pedimos un arroz de costillas y alcachofas … Arroz al punto alcachofas muy buenas … pero las costillas olían un poco a que no eran frescas !!! Es más las costillas las dejé aún lado … de segundo un rabo de toro estaba bueno … de postre un sorbete de limón Y caba que marca la carta así … me lo traen y nada más verlo por el color le digo al camarero perdona esto lleva algo de lácteo me dice que si !!!! Y le digo soy alérgico a los lácteos … a lo que me responde pues ya no podemos hacer nada y me deja la factura en la mesa !!! Soy cocinero y trabajador del sector ….me ha molestado mucho su respuesta en lugar de decirme perdona te lo cambio por otra cosa !!! Y se puso a debatir conmigo que todos los sorbetes llevan leche y yo ok vale …. Iba con muchas expectativas en este local xq me han hablado bien de este sitio y por las reseñas …pero la verdad me he ido defraudado
