My experience at this Whataburger location was pleasantly surprising. The cashier who waited on me at the front counter was so very enthusiastic and happy. I had the number 25 breakfast menu item which consisted of a honey covered chicken biscuit with breakfast tots and drink.

There is an amazing employee that went around offering more napkins, and asked if she could take the trash. She was absolutely amazing! Best service I've ever gotten from any restaurant! I don't remember her name, but she has long blond braided hair.

From the moment we ordered to the moment we got to the window, the gentleman that handles the drive thru was amazing!! My husband ordered the spicky chicken sandwich load with cheese, jalapenos, and bacon and he loved it. My tenders are always good, just the fries could have been fresh. But seeing as to we are ordering food at 2 am, it was an exception. WTG Team overnight!!

We've been dining here and stopping by here for decades since working at the hospital back in the late 80s/ ealy 90s. Moved to different jobs, visited on a Friday and met for lunch here ... still a great place with great customer service enjoyed the manager telling jokes and having fun!

Food is ALWAYS delicious, served hot and is the restaurant is ALWAYS immaculately clean. There is a wide variety to choose from on the menue and value priced. The staff is friendly & professional. This particular location has beautiful landscaping as well. I highly recommend!

I've been in a lot of Whataburgers but this one was different. Jose, the manager, personally took my order with a huge smile before 7am on a Monday morning. He made sure my order was right, even going back to the kitchen once to verify they understood his special instructions. I saw him cleaning surfaces that don't usually get cleaned and I could tell his staff was first class. They were well groomed and very cordial as well. HIGHLY recommend!!

My husband and I are here for lunch today. It was delicious and the sweetest people work here. Amber is one. She made our day. Just as precious as can be. We'll be back for her and her hugs!!

The service is always good, always quick, good staff, friendly and very responsible. The quality of the food is always good. The place is always clean, and a very relaxing environment. Every once in a while they forget to give stuff that I order, but that isn’t a problem, because they’ll give it to you quick. The drive-thru is very fast when there isn’t a big line. The restrooms are all right, and the quality of the restaurant is overall good. It is more expensive than McDonald’s and Burger King, but it is definitely worth it. And the burgers are bigger than McDonald’s which is good. I would say that if you don’t want to waste a lot of money, you can go to Burger King, which is also good, and has burgers similar to the size of here but for less money. But overall this is a good place.

A cashier were waiting at the register to take our orders and was helpful with our choices. We filled our drink cups, chose a table, talked to each other until our food was served, then got down to business. No one can beat Whataburger's ketchup! I ordered fries with my burger just so I could enjoy the ketchup! All 6 of us liked our food and no complaints were heard.

This place is honestly very good. If you're craving fast food, Whataburger has it. This location is one of the best, it is always clean and you get your food quickly and it is a perfect temperature. There are hardly any mistakes.

The staff is very friendly to me and my kids every time we go and eat. The drive thru is also very convenient and most of the time quick. They have never gotten my food wrong, but when they got my wife's wrong they changed their mistake and through in a free pie even though we weren't upset. They will keep getting our business.

I just want to give a big shout out to the great team at this location. I visited this location Friday 03/01/24 and the line was literally out of the door and the drive thru was wrapped around. This team did such an amazing job with customer service and quickly getting everyone taken care of in a timely manner all while doing it with a great attitude. My food came out fresh as well. This was a great dinning experience. I've eaten at Whataburger restaurants all across Texas but never had this type of experience. Everyone knew each other and they were all so excited to see some new people come in for breakfast. The locals were so kind! People were seated all around the dinning area but having 1 large conversation. We got to know all of the "regulars" who eat there every morning. Such a warm and welcoming place. All of The employees were very kind and they brought your food to the table. It was spotless, extremely clean throughout the entire restaurant. The food was on point, fresh and cooked just right. We met a 91 yr old man and his wife who've been married 73 years (they started dating in 8th grade)if you are there at breakfast they will greet you and share their story💕. Excellent service, atmosphere, and food, drop by, you won't regret it! SIDE NOTE: I'm handicap and their bathroom IS handicap accessible.

This place is a hit or miss. I come here alot through the drive thru and most of the time my order is right. Once, they got my order wrong and gave me a patty melt instead of a burger, which I did not mind eating since I was hungry but I prefer my burger. The strawberry malts here are the best compared to all the other Whataburgers I have been to.

Growing up in east Tennessee I never got to experience this restaurant. But after moving to Texas I had to try this place it was a much anticipated restaurant. The results were good not amazing but as someone who reviews foods nothing fast food lives up to the hype. Don't get me wrong its definitely a MUST TRY I ordered the original Whataburger combo with fries. The burger was like a Big Burford on steroids juicy huge cheeseburger with mustard, onions, shred lettuce, pickles and ketchup. Fries were amazing burger is good so if you're ever on the Westside of the US try this place

Just went through drive through, but here's a "SHOUT OUT" for them because everything we ordered was in the bag exactly as we ordered it! Whataburger on S. Beckham " You are amazing". The food was fresh, cooked as requested, not greasy, and scrumptious.

That boy behind the counter I believe his name was Eric. He was a young man but he was VERY polite and knew exactly what he was doing. I was having a tough time deciding what to eat. This young man sat there and talked it through with me. He also made sure I had everything I needed with my meal. It went above and beyond to help me.

I'm from up North. Cleveland Ohio to be exact and we don't have those up there but when we moved to Texas and had our very first experience with Whataburger and it was amazing. We are regulars there now. Breakfast lunch and dinner. . The kids grilled cheese meal is a definite hit with my very picky 4 yr old. And the sausage bobs are the best. They should be served all day.. and the fact that they are open 24 hrs across the street from my job and I work the 10 pm to 7 am shift means I can enjoy the 44 oz shakes all day and night as well. A little pricey but worth it.. thank you what's burger for feeding my hungry bunch..

We stopped in for breakfast. The service was a little bit slow. Food was great. I used the app to order ahead, so the order would be ready on arrival. However the person who waited on us, told us it would be about ten more minutes. So, ordering ahead did not help.

Food was hot and great taste at 12 am. They forgot the cheese on my boyfriends double burger but by the time he noticed it wasn't worth fussing over. Whataburger has always been pricey but it's getting kind of ridiculous I got the grilled chicken sandwich combo he got the double cheese burger (forgot the cheese) all regular size and was almost 30 bucks...but the staff was friendly too

The food is good. The burgers great. The staff are friendly..... This location is very close to the hospitals and so useful to grab a meal in between calls.... Day 1 a staff member gave me a 50% discount as a First Responder. Which was really appreciated. Day 2 the same staff member was embarrassed because she had been disciplined for giving me a First Responder discount.... because only Police and Fire qualify, not EMS. Honestly I don't mind paying full price, I don't expect or need a discount. It's just a little insulting to not be as valued in the community as much as my colleagues in the Police and Fire and told to my face so. I'll still go and buy food from here though. It's not the staff members fault. She was very sweet.

This location is the original whataburger from the 1960s. Just renovated in an updated building. The bugers are as the name implies, " Whataburger "!

Amelia , was very rude when we told her that our order was wrong. Please don't be rude, just relax and listen to the customer. My husband did say he wanted 2 pancake platters and a scrambled egg platter. She brought out 3 scrambled egg platters. Then she says she repeated the order like this ...you want 3 scrambled egg platters and not pancakes? Now does that really sound like it is my husband's fault? If you heard pancakes, then why didn't you put that in and repeat that order, which would have been right. Also when we left she hunkered down behind the counter so she wouldn't be able to say "have a nice day!" Do better and listen to the customer.

I tried the chili burger and I was not impressed. The sandwich was warm at best and the fries were room temperature. The service was good and the dining room was clean, however, the food was mediocre. Overall a disappointing visit.

Food was good, but upsetting that water wasn't free sometimes. Most times we've visited there was no issue getting a water cup unless we asked for a large water then there was a charge. However, the water cups are suppose to be free and on three separate occasions, both drive thru and in store, there was going to be a charge for water.

If you're looking for a "fast food" hamburger, this Whataburger is the best one in town . If you want the best burger try Jucy's down the street.

Ordered with points and had them scan it in the store, then added to the order. Waited for 20 minutes for our food. Gentleman brought it out and said they had put it in the warmer as a pickup order. Didn't offer to remake us fresh food, served us luke warm food. No apologies, almost made it sound as if it was our fault because we ordered online. Do better whataburger. Your prices have gotten very high, I expect better for my money.

Ordered on the app for pickup, went through the drive through and they asked me to pull to one of the pick up spots. I waited 20+ minutes then called them. Apparently my food was under a heat lamp for that long. When she brought it I asked is it still hot, and she said yes. It was more like Luke warm at most. Not happy with this experience at all.

Great service but sometimes people want to just eat and be left the heck alone this one younger gentleman was very enthusiastic about his job which is good but he couldn't take a hint that we just wanted our good and nothing more. He kept bothering me and my friend as we were eating.

Get a burger at Wataburger. My spicy chicken sandwich seemed like it was cooked a few days before I ate it. Also, the breakfast chicken biscuit was a complete rip off. The meal is $11 for a 1-1/2 bite "sandwich" and 3 "hash browns", smallest than a child's thumb.

Apparently the gal at the drive thru has a hard time getting orders correct. Two nights in a row and she still seems to have a hard time understanding what I'm ordering. I'll just make the longer drive to a different one.

Not thrilled. Order screwed up (missing extra gravy I paid for - x2). Didn't get a receipt so I can get $ back (order #358132). Fries lukewarm and FF carton only about 1/3 full, Texas toast cold, squished and uncut. No napkins, no condiments. This is about par for the course at Beckham Whataburger now. Disappointed as this used to be my favorite location.

This is one of the best whataburgers in town! They're always courteous and do the best they can! I went through the drive-thru and Aylon served me politely and quickly! I am impressed with the friendliness the accuracy and the efficiency of the drive-thru people and the cooks who get the orders right, always charge the right price and make just really the best stuff! Very good job and I will be returning! Especially now that they've got that banana pudding shake!

Food was OK. 20 bucks for a burger fries and a shake is a little steep. If you like the smashed burger style and shoe string fries then maybe it will be more enjoyable of a stop for you. For me it was just so-so, and that doesn't do it for the price they charge.

Got my husband's burger wrong. I made an online order through my whataburger app so they had plenty of time to get my order prepared. But forgot to add my bacon which was kind of expensive, I ordered two shakes, a small dr pepper and medium vanilla. When I got there to pick up my order it took a long time to get my order through the drive thru and I was the only vehicle there and it was like 2AM in the morning. The lady only gave me the vanilla shake and I didn't realize til I drove away so I pulled back into the drive thru and requested my Dr pepper shake and she said she was sorry but was out of ice cream at the moment and couldn't make any so she gave me a soda Dr pepper instead and still tried to charge me. It wasn't til I got all the way home which is 15 miles away that I realized my husband's burger had no bacon on it and I had to call up there to tell the manager which is the same girl who wouldn't serve me my Dr pepper shake I had ordered through the mobile app and she seemed to be bothered by the fact that I was even calling to complain. I never even mentioned the whole ice cream fiasco to her again, only the burger they made wrong. Its almost like she was trying to make me feel like it was my fault that these things were wrong on my order and I'm the one who spent 40 dollars on a meal that was not made correctly. So what if it's almost 3 o'clock in the morning. 24 hours is 24 hours and no matter the time of day, if I pay for a meal I expect it to be made correctly and to not be given any grief over complaining that it wasn't right.

Went through the drive through at 7pm on a slow Monday and they forgot my whole burger and gave me the wrong drink. Didn’t realize til I got home so I drove all the way back for them to give me my cold burger that was sitting and a cold apple pie because they felt bad… This isn’t the first time this location has messed up my order. They need to practice quality checks before they hand out their food. Please do better.

They used to have good fries but lately they have gone down in taste/quality. The fries seem to be undercooked to me. I would have asked them to make my fries "well done", but there is no customization options for the fries when ordering in the app, nor is there any option to place any special requests / comments regarding your order in the app. The sandwiches are good though. They just need improvements done on how they prepare the fries and/or put options in the app for people to make special requests regarding the fries.

My reciept showed the correct order but I get all the way home to see they put onions and omitted the tomatoes. I ask for no onions. Picked them off and still tasted them an was missing tomatoe.

Ordered online, was told a time the food was going to be ready. Arrived there at that time and still had to wait 20 minutes to actually receive the food. And when I got home, my order was completely wrong. Nothing was like what I ordered online, and my fries were cold and not salted...

This Whataburger is usually good, but tonight? I have never had slower service in my life. Took 45 minutes from the order board to the pay window. Five cars. Ridiculous. Got our food, and it was stone cold, as if it had been packed up and sitting there for the last twenty minutes. My onion rings are in the toaster oven right now, only because it is too late at night to take them back and make YOU eat them!!! Never again.

This place is nasty. Never had anything this bad. I'm in the hospital. Just found out I have bone cancer and got trash for breakfast. Then. the manager thinks it's funny when I called. Let's start with the fact that there was 7 people running around in the back. 3 of which weren't doing a thing but looking like headless chickens. One person taking orders a line of at least 5 people. My order was almost right. However terribly made, my fries are stale, my burger was sloppily made with things I did not ask for. The manager was the one in front of the swamp. The floor in her area looked as if someone had thrown up there plus multitudes of trash. Mind you I worked in fast food for at least 7 years 5 of which at sonic. I do not take this lightly, I may be coming off as an "a-hole". Sorry, not sorry.

Every time I come to this Whataburger I get a large sweet tea and I always ask is it fresh and they proceed to tell me yes sir it is, and yet it taste like old brewed gym socks and to note it’s almost 5 bucks for just a large drink now on top of that imagine paying 5 bucks for a large cup of out dated brewed gym socks that they claim is “Sweet tea” 🤦🏾

Food was awful. Burger appeared to have been prepared hours before. Meat patty cold. Bread and vegetables room temp. The taste was terrible. The wait staff was terrible. No communication. I Would say skip this place and get something good to eat.

Terrible service! They had at least 12 employees on duty. It appeared n I one knew what to do. We waited for 30 min and asked the waitress at least three times why the delay, eash time she apologized and said we would be next. We asked for the manager hoping for a professional and courteous explanation for such a terrible service experience. The manager was rude and unprofessional.We asked for our money back. We again had to wait even longer as it appears not even the so called manager didn't know what to do. Whataburger is a great place to eat BUT not the new one in Pittsburg, Tx GET RID OF THE MANAGER AND STAFF.

Don’t worry about doing an order ahead on the app at this location, you’ll be told to park in curbside and forgotten about while everyone else on the drive through rolls right through. You food may be prepared but it just sits til it gets cold and soggy. This has been an issue with this location multiple.. I won’t be back.

The Hamburger I ordered was smothered in mustard so that's all I really tasted and it made the bun so soggy it fell apart as I was eating it.

The person who took my order had "Manager" printed on her nametag, but she acted like it was her first day on the job and struggled to enter our order in the computer. When the food finally came after a long wait, it included only two sandwiches and our three orders of fries. We had ordered four sandwiches. I went to the counter, and a different manager took my tray and said they would bring us the rest of our food. When they finally did that, they had taken away the fries! We told the lady who brought the food we had ordered fries. She looked at the receipt, and promised to bring them to us. After 10 minutes of waiting, we went back to the counter and asked for our three orders of fries. They finally gave us a bag...filled with ONE order of fries. I had to ask yet again before finally getting my three orders of fries. It took four tries and 40 minutes for these people to fill a basic order. Nobody in the restaurant seemed to have a clue what they were doing.
