This was a great dinning experience. I've eaten at Whataburger restaurants all across Texas but never had this type of experience. Everyone knew each other and they were all so excited to see some new people come in for breakfast. The locals were so kind! People were seated all around the dinning area but having 1 large conversation. We got to know all of the "regulars" who eat there every morning. Such a warm and welcoming place. All of The employees were very kind and they brought your food to the table. It was spotless, extremely clean throughout the entire restaurant. The food was on point, fresh and cooked just right. We met a 91 yr old man and his wife who've been married 73 years (they started dating in 8th grade)if you are there at breakfast they will greet you and share their story💕. Excellent service, atmosphere, and food, drop by, you won't regret it! SIDE NOTE: I'm handicap and their bathroom IS handicap accessible.

This location is the original whataburger from the 1960s. Just renovated in an updated building. The bugers are as the name implies, " Whataburger "!

Best Whataburger in Tyler. Service is great anytime of the day or night and the food is always fresh.

Amelia , was very rude when we told her that our order was wrong. Please don't be rude, just relax and listen to the customer. My husband did say he wanted 2 pancake platters and a scrambled egg platter. She brought out 3 scrambled egg platters. Then she says she repeated the order like this ...you want 3 scrambled egg platters and not pancakes? Now does that really sound like it is my husband's fault? If you heard pancakes, then why didn't you put that in and repeat that order, which would have been right. Also when we left she hunkered down behind the counter so she wouldn't be able to say "have a nice day!" Do better and listen to the customer.

Another great dkt investment lol. I loved how I had the door opened for me since I had my hands full. It was a great environment to be and do my daily vlogs.yoi can get to this Whataburger via the green or yellow line. You have several other things to do around the area.

Great service but sometimes people want to just eat and be left the heck alone this one younger gentleman was very enthusiastic about his job which is good but he couldn't take a hint that we just wanted our good and nothing more. He kept bothering me and my friend as we were eating.

They used to have good fries but lately they have gone down in taste/quality. The fries seem to be undercooked to me. I would have asked them to make my fries "well done", but there is no customization options for the fries when ordering in the app, nor is there any option to place any special requests / comments regarding your order in the app. The sandwiches are good though. They just need improvements done on how they prepare the fries and/or put options in the app for people to make special requests regarding the fries.

The food was fine, but the staff was rude. We ordered 1 cheese burger and 1 chicken sandwich. No fries and no drink. Our bill was $24! That's insane! Will not be going back.

The Hamburger I ordered was smothered in mustard so that's all I really tasted and it made the bun so soggy it fell apart as I was eating it.

I stopped in for a cup of coffee in between Dr visits today and paid $5.11 for 2 small coffees that were so nasty we could not drink them. The cashier tried to offer a senior discount but the Managing Partner said he couldn’t. This is ridiculous! I will never go back to this location again.

They got my order wrong after confirming it the right way. Tried to act like I’m stupid. I order the same thing every time. Didnt give us ketchup and when I went in to fix the order put cold chz and handed it to me

Well gave it another try 6 times I explained it. I wanted 2 number 26 double whatameals then one more time at the window Thats 4 biscuits, I get home open my bag. Start to prepare the food so that my wife and I can eat and guess what? Only 2 biscuits, not 4 biscuits. Naturally, they don't have any accountability. Whatever happened to a good manager

The person who took my order had "Manager" printed on her nametag, but she acted like it was her first day on the job and struggled to enter our order in the computer. When the food finally came after a long wait, it included only two sandwiches and our three orders of fries. We had ordered four sandwiches. I went to the counter, and a different manager took my tray and said they would bring us the rest of our food. When they finally did that, they had taken away the fries! We told the lady who brought the food we had ordered fries. She looked at the receipt, and promised to bring them to us. After 10 minutes of waiting, we went back to the counter and asked for our three orders of fries. They finally gave us a bag...filled with ONE order of fries. I had to ask yet again before finally getting my three orders of fries. It took four tries and 40 minutes for these people to fill a basic order. Nobody in the restaurant seemed to have a clue what they were doing.
