The dirtiest chipotle I’ve ever been to. No attention to cleanliness in the dining room. Every time I go it’s always dirty hopping it gets better but it’s always the same.

Was trying to pick up a mobile order for a friend. I asked if this was the pick up area because I saw a bunch of orders sitting on the counter, and the employee looked at me with disgust and walked away saying she was busy. Really wild response to a yes or no question. I think she thought I was a door dasher or something? Not okay either way. I’ve worked food service for 5 years and I get being busy or it being hectic but I’ve never been treated with that level of contempt.

Mr. Delgado I was just in your establishment at 6:30 to order some food for takeout. There was only one table with 3 ladies sitting and 2 gentleman outside. I approached the lady who was preparing my bowl and began my order. As she was working 2 younger gentleman just watched and made comments to each other and laughed. Then one of the gentleman corrected her on how many pieces of foil to use. The gentleman then asked me what I wanted and again they laughed. I asked if there was something wrong only to be completely ignored. I then told him 3 times about what I wanted and again I was ignored. Clearly what I was wanting was of little to no importance but they continued to laugh with each other. I realize that the bar for customer service is low but this was completely unacceptable or I guess I should ask you sir. To add insult to an already annoying experience two girls busy looking at pictures on their phone were too busy to look up but just gave me my total. Again is this a representation that you approve of? The drink area was a mess but I guess talking about people while making food and sharing photos is more important than actually taking pride in their work. I wanted to make you aware that the establishment that you proudly put your cards out at was at 6:30 tonight unwelcoming, unfriendly, and unprofessional. As a person that works in the community I would not want my name associated with the front line except for the lady who started my order.

The rice is hard and not cooked. Maybe take time out to cook the rice this is the brown rice that I had in my bowl .

The store is always messy with food and junk on the tables and floor. This particular time, I had to repeat everything I said twice. Employees have very poor listening skills. They are often out of certain things like white rice or chicken. Yesterday, their credit card machine wasn’t working and they were only taking cash. Twice, the rice was undercooked and was crunchy. They play obnoxiously loud music making it impossible to have a conversation. This is the worst managed restaurants I’ve ever been to.

Didn’t give me all of my sides didn’t give me any meat skimmed on everything!!! $30 meal what is so hard about just giving the customer what they pay for. I’m not even asking for extras I just want my $30 order RIDICULOUS. Rude workers to for no reason but just hate being here doing there job…

Over $20 for this bowl and it was completely wrong. No lettuce, tomato, mild salsa, sour cream or extra meat. Wow no support and ineligible for refund also. Called the store and was routed to customer service, no help and was told I would only get reconnected to support if I was transferred to the store. Horrible call filter to avoid speaking to customers.

I just ordered my food to go… 2 steak quesadillas. They gave me raw tortilla stuffed one side with sour cream and the other side with uncooked cheese. It’s not cut… I have never seen anything like this. It’s completely inedible and disgusting. Shame on you for serving food like this to a customer.

This is the 3rd time ordering online. I ordered extra everything and you can’t even see any meat. Imagine working at Chitpotle and being stingy for them when they’ll fire you any moment. They could be lazy workers but this is definitely a rip off. Funny you see jokes about this online but you definitely have to watch the workers.
