We just went to a Chipotle in Royse City about a month ago and had a COMPLETELY different experience. Their food was almost burnt, their people rude, and the entire experience was horrible. Today was absolutely wonderful! Our food came out perfect and the service was spectacular! Thank you guys so much for finally satisfying that Chipotle craving that I’ve been having for months. I would HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone that is already a Chipotle fan or looking to become one.

I normally don’t do this but had to give some kudos that are well deserved to a young man working at this Chipotle location. While in the restaurant today ordering food I witnessed the most genuine, caring gesture that I have seen in a very long time. Trey, the young man attending to the check out register of this very busy and very congested favorite food spot, was checking out an elderly woman and with the longest line of folks behind her he noticed she was moving slowly and walking with the assistance of a cane. Without hesitation once he checked her out her offered to help her to her car and Carrie’s her food and even stopped to fill her drink, checking to make sure the ice amount was to her liking and had her beverage of choice filled. He then patiently and calmly walked with her step by step through the restaurant and to her car where he assisted her and the items purchased safely into her vehicle and wishing her a good day! Wow I stopped him and thanked him for being so kind to a person of age that he saw could use the assistance and didn’t hesitate to jump into action, and then added “weren’t you worried about the rest of the growing line inside.” To which he replied “oh no ma’am, the other guys got it so I can help her, it’s no problem.” I turned around and sure enough the remaining workers had shifted spots and the line kept going without skipping a beat!! This brightened my day and gave me a whole new hope for our world today and reassured that there are still kind ppl spreading love and happiness to others in the community even when sometimes it might not be lucky enough to witness it first hand as I was today! Great job to trey and all the staff at this location! Keep up the great work you’re doing for Tyler!!

Really nice people working here. They definitely try their best to accommodate everyone! Really great tasting food too! Take out was super easy and if I’m ever in a rush I can use their app to order ahead! I love that they have their calorie counts very visible. I just wished I could see the calories per serving for the beans and rice.

Everything on the menu is incredibly fresh, flavorful, and handmade right in front of you! I highly recommend! The service is of the utmost friendliness and every employee genuinely wants to make your order correctly. The restaurant stays very tidy, as there is always someone cleaning something. Overall, this is a wonderful family-friendly restaurant perfect for a healthy brunch or dinner.

Happy Fourth of July everybody I’ve been working so hard I haven’t had time to write this, But I went to this location on Wednesday and the two young ladies at the front were awesome They paid attention. They were nice and courteous and everything. It was about 2 o’clock in the afternoon maybe There is a backstory, but who cares Just know, everybody was happy

They are always fast and efficient with fresh ingredients and always serve us with a smile. Sometimes there is a line but they move fairly quickly considering how many people go there during key times of day. I also feel a lot of the customers are extremely rude at times and they handle it with grace. I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff. Me and my family would highly recommend! Don't believe all the negative reviews. Be kind with service workers and don't take your bad day out on them. It's that simple folks!

Highly recommend! I placed a catering order last week and needed to move the pickup time up by several hours at the last minute due to a scheduling conflict. Ashley, the Assistant General Manager, was incredibly professional, positive, and accommodating. Food is some of my favorite, staff however is not. For the most part, it is what it is. I stand in line, I order, I pay, I eat, and I leave. Yet, there have been a couple of occasions of the staff being upset at customers. There is one cashier I have encountered 4 times not that has not spoken a single word to me despite me speaking to him, I also had a very bad experience with another employee who had walked up to my party of 4 and grabbed my friends drink, commented that he has lemonade, threw it away, and walked off. Now, I do understand that my said friend ordered a water cup and filled it with lemonade and that he was in the wrong for. However, the matter at which the employee went about solving the problem was highly unprofessional. When my friend attempted to go back to the register and ask for another water cup, he was denied anything to drink. So, I did it for him and got him a water. I looked over as I was filling the water and the employee gave me a very noticeable bad eye and shook his head. I returned to my seat and continued eating my meal with my group of friends. I have visited this location approximately 30ish times and for every 5 visits, 4 of them are excellent, one is not, hence the 4/5 stars.

We love Chipotle! I ordered the Barbacoa, which was delicious, until I found a huge hunk of fat. That totally grossed me out. I think the prices are a little high, but the food is delicious.

This is my wife's go to Mexican burrito shop when she is on the run. The meat is always fresh, as is the condiments that go into the bowls or burritos, I love the soft shell chicken tacos

Food wasn't that good today. Usually the food is delicious. On a bad day, it's good. It's always filling. Today I ordered steak burrito and got chicken burrito. They're kinda expensive to be making mistakes like that. I'd expect that kind of mistake from McDonald's, not from these guys. Otherwise good. Service was good. They were busy.

Food is always delicious! Employee was checking temps on all foods and recording info last time I went. That’s good to see. The dining room has been messy every time I go in. Every single table was dirty. The floor was a crumby mess. But I always get it to-go, so no big...as long as that’s not a sign of the kitchen cleanliness.

I had a soft chicken taco and hard shell chicken taco. Honestly, it was ok but not for me. I prefer an old fashioned beef taco. They also do not sell Dr Pepper products which is all I drink. I did try their sweet tea and enjoyed it.

Low scores for this visit due to the entire restaurant was out of ice. I asked if the drinks came out of the machine cold, and I was told "it should". Paid $3.40 for a large coke and it was not cold at all. Threw it away. Not sure who was the manager for the shift mid-day, but they could have went somewhere and bought some ice, or shut the drink machine down. Nobody wants warm soda! Other than that, the food was great!

The food is fantastic, I will say. However, this has been twice in a row now that we’ve ordered chips and we haven’t gotten them. We also rarely receive silverware. As I’ve said, the food tastes great but the service is lacking.

This was my first time going to Chipotle and I had high expectations from everything I had seen and heard. Was not impressed. The staff wasn't mean, but you didn't feel like they cared. Just a number to push through the line. The food was average. Wasn't bad, had a nice kick, but not impressive enough. Oh except the chips were awful. Like they bought chips from the grocery store then dumped a ton of extra salt. If you have the chance, I recommend Moe's before Chipotle.

Food was great. My husband and I were at the counter to order. My husband gave his order, the girl asked what I wanted. I told her a steak burrito. She then pulled a lady that just walked in and said I'm going to make her order first because she was waiting. The lady took out her phone to I guess see what she wanted to order. The lady was not in the store when we arrived, as I could see where she parked. Then my order was made after my husband was already sitting down eating.

This place was dirty! There was downtime available and not a single employee tried to clean up! What's even worse is an employee sneezed in his shirt, didnt wash his hands OR put on gloves..and proceed to take the fresh meat off of the gril!!!! Where is the management for this establishment!!!!!

come here all the time to get beans and rice and they always charge it as 2 sides at like 3 dollars but lately the rice has been LOADED with undercooked cilantro stems. like honestly it might be intentional. rice is a safe haven for picky eaters and they're losing that whole demographic with how it's been lately. :/

We found this place very busy with younger people. Just not my idea of a nice time eating out. Chairs were very uncomfortable-tables crammed- food line servers to interested in FAST to get order right or help new customers. The food was good but the serving line, drink area and most tables were unclean. The food cops would have issued lots of demerits 😂 We won’t be back. Oh yeah and it was pricey for a taco stand. A food truck would have been better.

This chipotle is very mismanaged. I have been to this location on one occasion where the business was open, but there was zero employees within the facility even a cop was confused on what was going on. There has been many times that they have been out of certain drinks like coke, Coke Zero, and etc. The main complaint is the ice machine it has been out for over a month with no attempt from the company to fix it or provide ice to the customers. I’ve never had any problems with the food or the employees. It’s just the lack of keeping up with maintenance is obvious and annoying.

We approached the prep station at Chipotle around 3p to order. As I looked at the meat prep table...it looked very messy...needed a good wiping. The meats needed stirring and the fajita vegetables were almost empty. After we placed our order and the server was heating our tortillas I stepped in front The next prep station was in worse shape...it was in need of a wiping around the food bins. Every table was dirty and we had to ask 2 people to clean one for us. So yeah, she cleaned 2 tables and then went back to lean on the counter and mess with the tablet. The floors were messy. The drink station was dusty and needed a good wiping. This was not acceptable because it was not busy at that time. There were 2 in the kitchen cooking but casually talking. The cashier was leaning on the counter on a tablet. The Mgr appeared to be interviewing someone but when she finished , she didn't appoint anyone to clean tables or the prep stations.

I told the manager that I have celiac disease and she asked me if I wanted a burrito... it made me feel like she wasn't educated abt my allergy and that I was risking exposure bc of her lack of knowledge. I'm disappointed bc chipotle is one of the only places I feel comfortable eating at. I wish she had been more aware 😕

Food was mediocre at best. Not bad but not what everyone was hyping it up to be. Music was playing so loud I couldn't hear the workers while I was ordering. They proceeded to give me and my mother nasty looks for having to ask them to repeat themselves. They rushed while making our order and was sloppy. Inside was nasty. Decided to eat in the car because the floors were trashed, there was a spilt drink, and the unoccupied tables were filthy. Not going back.

I think that this place may do better , I ordered a beef bowl, the manager on floor Rogelio was serving ... One scoop of beef ... and when I asked for more , he looked bothered , so he told the cashier to charge for extra meat , and it's ok, but the scoop was with hardly with meet ... the receite shows total just for a bowl and an extra side of the meet , total was 17.75 , what a rip off and I don't think they have changed ... they seem to disappoint

Every table in the restaurant was dirty. There was food all over the floor. Employees were lackadaisical. The music was loud so you could not hear them speak. Yet they got irritated because you didn’t answer their question. Management seriously needs to hire a cleaning crew. Also the grill they were cooking on was black and smoking. It had not seen a decent clean in a while.

This was by far the dirtiest Chipotle I've ever seen. My husband had the steak and it appeared to be boiled, no flavor and very strange texture. I had the new Chipotle honey chicken and that was actually pretty good, however the cleanliness was just lacking in the front and behind the counter.

We use to enjoy this chipotle location, but I have to agree the location is not clean when you go in. The food was good, but this is the second time our to go order received stale chips. 2 bags of chips and neither were fresh and crispy. They have changed their chips. They use to be thicker and consistently very good. Disappointing, as we had queso and guacamole.

Always loved Chipotle and been to this branch a couple of times but every single time we go, the place is extremely dirty. It really makes one lose appetite. Plus, who knows how hygienic they are in the back when they can’t keep the front clean and sanitary? Somebody needs to check in on this branch because it is not acceptable anymore and we won’t be ordering/dining in anytime soon.

The food was good, it took a couple of minutes for us to be greeted because the guy was showing someone new how to do something. I feel like he should have taught her the guests are the most important part of the business. The restaurant was a disaster! We had a couple of tornado warnings in town today, I think I know where they touched down. We asked if they had just had a busy rush, and the cashier told us “no”. We had to wipe our own table and chairs down, not one was clean. We will not come back to this location. The other one is much cleaner. There has been two guests in here since we’ve been here, someone could have come to start wiping tables and sweeping.

So. This place is terrible. Meat was cold because I put to many cold ingredients on it. Had my burrito remade and it came back half the size. Manager (Keith?) said “ hey, it’s nothing but Burritos and beer!” And I can’t make everyone happy.” Bathrooms are so trashed you don’t even want to use them, every single table is dirty. One employee on break said that no one like the manager.. she was sweet. Do yourselves a favor. Maybe go a couple mile further down broadway to the other location. This one just plain sucks. I demand my money back.

The whole store was nasty, looked like it hadn’t been swept in days. The tables all need a good wipe down. I couldn’t eat inside, had to take my food to go cuz it was so gross. Edit: after posting this I went back and read reviews, apparently this location has been nasty and unclean for months yet nothing has changed. Chipotle needs to do better, the owner should be ashamed.

When eating lunch today the workers acted like they had 20 seconds to get you through the line. For the price we payed we barely got any meat in our bowls and when telling the girl what veggies we wanted on the bowl she heard shredded cheese put it in the bowl and then walked away to do a mobile order. I had to ask another worker to finish our order. I get it’s lunch time but I work in fast food as well and these workers need to slow down and listen. I was also never asked if I wanted my receipt. We paid for 2 bowls and a 2 drinks what we normally pay for that plus a kids meal. We usually always go to the new location at Cumberland the service there is amazing. We won’t be back to this store

Worst experience. Waited almost 50 min in line. One person making food, making to go orders, and restocking food which means people just stood and waited. There was another employee running the register but I guess if you're doing that you're not allowed to pitch in anywhere else. I understand being short staffed but having someone stand there doing nothing waiting on cash outs which were few and far between is just bad management. I left.

For the price there is absolutely no reason the rice should be undercooked. Nothing like biting into a mixed bowl and none of the rice is cooked so now you have no choice but to eat the uncooked rice because it’s. They also had no cilantro rice because “day shift didn’t make it for them” , I guess night shift isn’t allowed to make things when they run out… idk. Thanks for letting me waste my 35$ on your trash. Lesson learned

The outside was cluttered with trash, and all the tables inside were dirty, creating an unwelcoming environment. To make matters worse, the staff was inattentive and took way too long to take our order. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and unlikely to return.

The taste of the food in this restaurant is good overall when it’s not uncooked, but the rice was literally uncooked this time. Please cook your rice all the way, how it should be. I couldn’t enjoy my food at all. This order was a waste of money.

28.00 for a burrito and guacamole and a drink. The kids working were into the girls instead of taking care of the customers and the food its like they are told to put bare minimum and absolutely no flavor what so ever. The place was piled trash and food on the tables. These young kids have no business working without leadership or good management.

DO NOT GO HERE unless you want them to stick the nasty hands in your food. We order once and my husband ask for more rice and the manger KEITH stuck his nasty hands in the rice and put it on the bowl and asked “is it good enough” and we walked out because that’s was just nasty. Also another incident it was 10:05 and they close at 10:30 or 11 PM and he had the doors locked and when we asked why was it locked he gonna say “oh I didn’t know” yes you did but you wanted to close up because you told us “we don’t have a lot of food left” when there was plenty left. I asked the workers there and they said he makes them uncomfortable because he is werid. I seen many people left that place while Ordering because the service sucks and the portions are skimpy and the price is expensive. Honestly if chipotle corporate reads this I hope they fire Keith then work on the portions because they losing money !

The girls who fixed my bowl was very rude and the manager was very dismissive and just as rude. On top of this my rice was not cooked all the way it was very crunchy. 10/10 DONT recommend!!

Every time I go here it’s a bad experience so I often try to avoid the place but sometimes when I just have a craving I give in and regret it every time. The customer service is trash. I’ve had two incidents where an employee was being rude and not really making sense. The first time was when the cashier put in the wrong order (put in chicken when I had a steak burrito) and told me next time I would have to pay DOUBLE for my burrito when it was HER mistake and the second time they messed my order up while I was ordering (our hot instead of medium) after I waited 20 minutes in line and then they told me to go to the BACK of the line and wait in the line again if I wanted a new one made. They are known to always have a long line so I stood there for a good 40 minutes. They are ridiculous and I’m actually surprised they’re still in business.

It’s just a bunch of teenage boys working. Playing around, and quite frankly when I’m yelling my order and I keep getting a “what?” with a smirk from the employees it’s embarrassing. Especially when my friend who’s on the OTHER side of that restaurant can hear me and people are looking at me from speaking so loudly, it’s humiliating. I know you can hear me please stop publicly humiliating me 😔

This is by far my least favorite chipotle to visit. Management is typically rude to both guests and employees. Most visits the food is not up to standard (cold, unseasoned, etc.). Multiple times I have ordered online from this location and will be missing items from the order upon delivery. Cherry on top of it all, this location is disgusting as far as cleanliness. Food line is always dirty, tables are a mess, floors haven’t been swept, and bathrooms stink terribly. After my order mess up tonight I will no longer be giving this location my business.

Just came to order a bowl with my boyfriend, we wanted steak on the bowl but found out as we waited in line that they were out. We asked to have the little bit that was left (1/4 of a spoon full) and the guy who was making our order sighed out loud and served us with an attitude. He then proceeded to drop/throw the spoon as if it such an inconvenience to have asked him to do so. He could have easily said “no” or made up an excuse as to why he couldn’t serve it, but instead acted unprofessional and proceeded to write on the bowl as if he gave us a full spoon of steak. We arrived well before they closed and the other workers were pleasant as they agreed to make steak for other customers in line. We didn’t want to wait so we got chicken, but I hope he doesn’t continue to act that way towards other customers.

Completely screwed up our order. One bowl was missing 6 different ingredients. They literally just gave me a bowl of rice beans and fajita veggies. Other bowl had stuff added that wasn’t asked for and had some of the meat that didn’t come in the other bowl mixed in with the meat it was supposed to come with. Asked for half and half steak and barbacoa. Smallest scoop I’ve ever gotten. And than adding one more piece of steak to make it look like them gave me extra is just shameful. I don’t want even to start with them being out of cheese and letters 2 hours before closing. All this is not the first time happing. Worst Chipotle in the country by far!!

This was the most unorganized, unhelpful, disgusting service I have ever been to. I went to order diner with my husband. There were 7 people behind the counter and no one was cleaning up after themselves. The tables, EVERY table inside and outside was filthy and had not been cleaned. Other customers were looking around and ordering to go. We wanted to eat here to rest and were not even asked if we wanted to eat here or not. The view behind the counter was a filthy grill. Filthy counter. No hair protection for some of the employees. We were bagged up like a to go order and they almost forgot my cups for my drinks. The ice was falling out of the trays. The forks, straws, napkins and lids were all in disarray and the trash can was over flowing. The service was rude and the lady in front of us had a card malfunction and one staff member announced it to the whole restaurant. The same for us because of the machine it was taking twice to run it. I have never felt so uncomfortable. I have pictures for proof but it won't let me add them.

This is more of an ongoing thing. When I moved to Tyler a couple years ago, this location was fantastic about being easy in and easy out with either the app ordering ahead or in person. Recently it has gotten pretty bad about app orders either getting misplaced or just being put together slowly. Tonight I had a later order, but this has happened to me when I order around lunchtime or dinner from time to time as well. For example, from my order tonight, the order was promised at 10:00 and I actually got held up from arriving at that time and was about 15 minutes late and the order wasn’t ready. I asked about my order and was asked all of the “Are you sure you ordered at the right location” and such and then the person at the register looked up my name and reprinted the order. Right after that another person found the original ticket buried under some paper and they apologized and said they’d make it right away. About 10 minutes later I got my order and left. Out of everyone that was there, only one guy seemed interested in making sure I was taken care of. I wish I caught their name so I could shout them out. Honestly, I like Chipotle for its consistency and quality of product, but recently the quality of people and service has been pretty bad. I don’t like leaving bad reviews because I know there’s a flood of rude ones, but I also know that a lot of times problems cannot be addressed if they are never made known.

Worst service ever! I walk in to get my online order and they are talking and laughing about my order and who is going to tell me they can’t make my bowls because they have no rice, I advised them I’m Tori and they looked speechless then another employee apologized and said “WE GOT RAN THROUGH TONIGHT” I asked for a refund and the manager who didn’t even want to come to the front because he was outside the back door told me I can’t do your refund and gave me a number! No sincere apology no nothing. This happens every time we try to visit this location! They need better workers and leaders because this is HORRIBLE. And when you spend almost $50 to be told you have to call to get a refund and it’s an automated system is ridiculous

This is supposed to be one of my favorite places to eat but there’s something about this particular location that makes me run for the hills. If I had to pick one big issue it’s that they’re always out of stuff. I’m tired of having less in my bowl than what I ordered or having to change things I normally get because of it. Whenever we’ve gotten chips, 9 times out of ten they’re stale. Service is decent because I know they’re kids trying their best but I wish I could say the same for the management.

I’m not sure why anyone keeps giving them a chance. The only thing I can say positive about chipotle is that they have an app that makes it easy to pick up and go. That being said, I’ve never received the correct order. I can’t figure out how the employees work… it seems like they get together and see who can give the worst customer service. Both locations in Tyler are always dirty (nasty) when I go in. The problem is much larger than just the front line employees. Not sure if it is owners or managers. Ive had the same experience at both locations.

This has got to be the WORST customer service I think I have ever experienced PERIOD. They had a couple sing posted that they weren't going to be taking orders in a timely manner due to being short staffed which is okay for the first 10-15 minutes I was waiting first in line but then I started to realize that EVERY SINGLE ONLINE ORDER that is ordered while they are making others the manager was making them do. So 40 minutes go by and 15 people already walked out and still another 20 in line. They finally make my bowl and I asked if there was any discount for making us wait 40 minutes and the managers response was "if your CRAZY enough to wait that's on you" this type of behavior is unacceptable on any level and should be brought to the immediate attentinion to someone high up. I will probably never be back and if you value your time, don't come here or place an order online. The manager said his name is Terry just for the record but I bet he lied about that based on all the other decisions he made.

This location has declined. When you walk up to the establishment the outside is filthy. Upon entering the business in the last five times, each time the inside of the Chipotle is littered with old food and trash in addition to the air conditioner not functioning for over a month. When placing app orders, 4/5 times the order has been incorrect. I recently ordered inside of the establishment because it would appear mobile orders are too complicated. When ordering inside, I was greeted with a rude, pompous, and abrasive employee who identified himself as the manager. It was clear as to why the establishment has declined. Due to a computer error, the manager became aggressive about refunding my money. No matter if it’s $1 or $20. Due to the unprofessionalism of the identified manager it is clear why this establishment is trashed out and provides less than subpar customer service. Its trashy.

I’ve started to only come when they have the chicken Al pastor and when I do come the majority of the workers seem to not care that much. They are always out of something and instead of seeing if they have more or giving a time frame of when there will be more they are very nonchalant about it. I’ve started to go to the other one even though it’s way out of my way they seem to care more and are a lot more friendly. This isn’t the first time it’s been like this, a couple weeks ago a line of about 10-15 people started forming, none of the workers had any urgency and they just kept talking to each other about personal business, one girl that was in line looked like she’d been there for a long time waiting. They could really work on customer service, I don’t like writing reviews but it doesn’t seem like there is ever a manager on duty and if they are they must be in the back office or something. Something needs to happen or I don’t think this chipotle will last much longer.

It never fails every time we come to this location, and we ask for guacamole and chips they tell us to order the chips (small bag) online and we have to pay for LARGE chip bag in store! Like why? It doesn’t make sense at all! Where is your customer service? Not to mention the counter on their side was DIRTY, and the tables to eat in were dirty too!

I've been coming to this location basically weekly for 6 years. Past managers managed this place amazing. Did not go for a month, came back, and it seems like a different place. 1) food not completely prepared for the early comers, seriously, finish your prep work before 10:45 when the doors open. 2) putting toppings in bowls, in just little corners of the bowl, and I asked why, and they said "we just do that now because that makes it easier to mix the toppings" (hmm I don't remember having an issue stirring my toppings in before) 3) queso half-filled in the little cup 4) And, I couldn't scan my app or use my gift card, because I waited too long to show my app or gift card? I was still having my bowl made before I got to the register. All-in-all, I love Chipotle in general, and whoever that manager was at this location about 5 years ago, was the best guy ever! Whoever manages this place now, doesn't know what they're doing and needs to be replaced.

This location is disgusting. The outside is littered with trash. When you walk in EVERY SINGLE TABLE WAS DIRTY. The floors covered in food, the drink machines disgusting. 🤢 We walked in and right back out. NEVER AGAIN !

This location is terrible. I used to eat here 3-4 times a week. Portions are always small, I pay 4$ extra for extra meat and they always skimp. Last time there were multiple hairs in my food. The restaurant is the most disgusting and dirty I've ever seen. Whoever is running this place should have a serious review of their performance from corporate because if anyone from corporate saw this place, they'd probably clean house.

Got a chicken bowl, everything was fine and dandy until I took a bite of my first chicken and it was very soft... Too soft. I ate some more and something was telling me not so I only picked it out and it still looked undercooked. No biggie... Currently on the 4th day of being very close to my toilet, I'm pretty sure it's food poisoning or salmonella. :D

Incredibly Disappointing Portions & Service We ordered two burritos online—one steak, one chicken—expecting the standard portions that Chipotle claims to provide (4 oz of protein per serving). What we received was, at best, half of that. My chicken burrito had maybe 4–5 small pieces of chicken—hardly 2 oz—and was essentially just an overstuffed wrap of rice, tomatoes, and sauce. The steak burrito was no better, more like a vegan option than something you pay premium prices for.

Don’t know what his name was , but bet if you go in this restaurant you will know who im talking about. Terribly rude employees and manager!!! While making my sons 3 tacos they are not consistent w how much they put on each taco. 1 had 2 pieces of chicken, one had 5, the other had 3. The beans were disproportionate on each one as well. When we asked the girl behind the counter do you not 'ale then the same, One taco only had two pieces of chicken. She says when he gets it he can move them around. That is asinine!!! So once the cheese the beans the sour cream and everything's on there he supposed to move them around? Good grief you're the one making the food you should make it correctly. So when I asked to speak with a manager she rolled her eyes at me. The manager rolled her eyes at me after I told her or asked her did they not have a policy and making them all consistent. She said, we just try to. No promises. . After that the rest of our family decided not to purchase anything. We had seven in total. And just purchased one set of tacos. Which we probably should've refused buy.

First impression it’s a small chipotle. Secondly we were in line and they got my order started and then skipped my wife for the people behind us. Had to order around them instead of just having them wait their turn. Thirdly the portions of meat were very small for the price.. Wife got the honey chipotle chicken. Said it was taste less. I got the steak and it was okay. But just wasn’t all around a good location.

Never again will I step foot in another one. Brought my family in today and the staff was terrible. The girl who was making the first order which was three tacos put the chicken on and put three pieces on one, two pieces on one and five on the third. When asked about it she explained that he (my son) could just move it around himself. After speaking with the manager she said we make no promises about equal food portions and rolled her eyes due to our complaint.

If I’m paying $15 food, I would expect a clean establishment. If the lobby is dirty, I question how clean the kitchen area is. Unfortunately, I ordered ahead, so it was to late. Had to throw away this food immediately.

This is my fifth times in a row that they're out of sweet tea and the employee at the register said they're not going to make any more sweet tea for the night. The time is 7:43 pm and they're open till 11 pm. They got a little over 3 hours to do it. Bad service. Unfortunately, I'm not coming back. I'll go to the other Chipotle. Oh, what's more. Was trying to pick up a mobile order for a friend. I asked if this was the pick up area because I saw a bunch of orders sitting on the counter, and the employee looked at me with disgust and walked away saying she was busy. Really wild response to a yes or no question. I think she thought I was a door dasher or something? Not okay either way. I’ve worked food service for 5 years and I get being busy or it being hectic but I’ve never been treated with that level of contempt.

Mr. Delgado I was just in your establishment at 6:30 to order some food for takeout. There was only one table with 3 ladies sitting and 2 gentleman outside. I approached the lady who was preparing my bowl and began my order. As she was working 2 younger gentleman just watched and made comments to each other and laughed. Then one of the gentleman corrected her on how many pieces of foil to use. The gentleman then asked me what I wanted and again they laughed. I asked if there was something wrong only to be completely ignored. I then told him 3 times about what I wanted and again I was ignored. Clearly what I was wanting was of little to no importance but they continued to laugh with each other. I realize that the bar for customer service is low but this was completely unacceptable or I guess I should ask you sir. To add insult to an already annoying experience two girls busy looking at pictures on their phone were too busy to look up but just gave me my total. Again is this a representation that you approve of? The drink area was a mess but I guess talking about people while making food and sharing photos is more important than actually taking pride in their work. I wanted to make you aware that the establishment that you proudly put your cards out at was at 6:30 tonight unwelcoming, unfriendly, and unprofessional. As a person that works in the community I would not want my name associated with the front line except for the lady who started my order.

The store is always messy with food and junk on the tables and floor. This particular time, I had to repeat everything I said twice. Employees have very poor listening skills. They are often out of certain things like white rice or chicken. Yesterday, their credit card machine wasn’t working and they were only taking cash. Twice, the rice was undercooked and was crunchy. They play obnoxiously loud music making it impossible to have a conversation. This is the worst managed restaurants I’ve ever been to.

Called the store and was routed to customer service, no help and was told I would only get reconnected to support if I was transferred to the store. I just ordered my food to go… 2 steak quesadillas. They gave me raw tortilla stuffed one side with sour cream and the other side with uncooked cheese. It’s not cut… I have never seen anything like this. It’s completely inedible and disgusting. Shame on you for serving food like this to a customer.

This is the 3rd time ordering online. I ordered extra everything and you can’t even see any meat. Imagine working at Chitpotle and being stingy for them when they’ll fire you any moment. They could be lazy workers but this is definitely a rip off. Funny you see jokes about this online but you definitely have to watch the workers.
