The employees here are super friendly and helpful. I asked a bunch a questions before placing my order and they were very patient with me. They even wrote little messages on our drinks which put a smile on my face. My only complaint is that there wasn’t any of the sweet stuff and not much black pepper on my snacking bacon. I got 2 orders and both tasted like regular bacon was extremely disappointing. I couldn’t go back to get a refund because we were just passing through the area. ☹️

I have been on a kick lately that I want to try frozen drinks elsewhere……. Other than the “S” place. I keep having bad luck! I see why they continue to be #1. Not much effort put into the service. 1. I’ll have your total at the window 2. Cup handed out the window with contents dripping n no napkin 3. All of this solid ice in a blended drink. I’ve literally just started eating ice…….

Came in around 5:45 a.m. and was served Day Old Donuts in the drive thru. The gentleman taking my order was cold and kept saying anything else, anything, else anything, else anything else? I wasn't really too upset as the donuts were still good. What frustrated me, was calling in to inform them of the issue of freshness of their product, they never answered the phone. Called multiple times.

If I could give a negative star I would. I ordered my mom a valentine cake and had my little brother go pick it up. He arrive at the time that was on my order confirmation and said that they don’t have the cake. The poor employee working told him she’s trying to message the manager. I tried calling the store and NO ONE is picking up the phone. My brother has been waiting at the store for over an hour to pick up a pre ordered cake that had a confirmation number. The lack of communication is unacceptable. If the cake wasn’t made it should have been communicated to the number attached to the order. After over an hour waiting they won’t issue a refund without the card physically there. This nice gesture I was trying to make is a night mare that wasted my brothers valentine afternoon

The staff at this location are repulsive to even look at. It’s mind boggling to me that a manager would hire these people to be around food. Both females here had septum sings that they get rubbing and messing with as they were packing donuts and making food. It was disgusting to watch. Brace yourself for seven hair colors and a staff that acts out put out to take your order. I said thank you politely THREE times before the younger girl would even acknowledge me taking my coffee.

I always come to the Dunkin’ Donuts usually pretty nice but today I just had the rudest lady wait on me. Did not get a receipt and there’s chocolate all over my box on the outside. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect at this Dunkin’ Donuts. The management needs to look at who they are hiring or at least teach them manners Once I got to my destination and opened the box the donuts didn’t look as tasty as they normally do. Plus when people started eating them they complained that they didn’t taste well like they were under cook. So disappointed Update, I went back again to give them another chance this time they had s as new employee and out of the other two who were working there neither of them were training this new kid. This is why no one wants to work! I had to all one of them to stop what they were doing long enough to help this young man. I had been standing there AC the other two were ignoring me while this brew employee was willing to help me. They are so workers and the manager should be ashamed of himself. Really wish we had a Krispy Kreme who know how to treat their customers

Went to order and the lady with blonde hair was nice until she wasn’t. They got my order wrong 3 times and said that I could keep the messed up order and that they would fix it as well. Waited another 10 minutes and nothing. Went up and said something and they ignored me. Finally got the order and they didn’t include the food that she said I could have for free for messing up the order and for the time spent in the shop. I was told by another employee to leave a good complaint on Google because the BLONDE haired lady has apparently been rude to everyone so far that day. It was 8am, I can’t imagine what her attitude would be by the time they close. Do not go here, go to the other one on Troup hwy. I haven’t been to that one yet, but I can’t imagine it being worse than the blonde lady at this location. Pitiful.

I normally don't have bad visits at places but today's visit takes the cake. 4 employees working wasn't greeted when I walked in. I dont like ordering on a kiosk stood at the counter for a few minutes, made eye contact with at least 2 employees and still wasn't acknowledged so ended up trying the kiosk to order which took longer than the amount of time i was standing at the counter and when close to finishing i was then asked by a employee if I needed help. In which all because i asked for less in my coffee the manager was arguing the employee who was making my coffee. When my coffee was finally ready and handed to me I kindly reminded her that I had donuts with my order as well (they already cleared my order from the screen)so she asked me what donuts I had told her the flavors and still gave me the wrong the flavors af this point i was just done and wanted to leave since I had been almost 10 minutes for a simple coffee and a few donuts. Won't go here again ...

Please just close now. You're a disgrace to the Dunkin' name and nothing like your originals in NE. Did a drive thru for a breakfast sandwich and toasted bagel with cream cheese. Wait time was a bit for no line in the drive thru. The breakfast sandwich had a stale croissant and flavorless sausage patty. But the worst was the everything bagel with cream cheese. The amount of cream cheese put on the bagel was no better than a spit, and it wasn't toasted at all. Bagel was hard and stale. Never going to wasted my time at this Dunkin again. Can buy better Bagels (6pk) and tub of cream cheese for less at the local grocery store than what this sorry excuse for a bagel schmear cost.

I paid 5 bucks for half a cup of whipped cream. Hash rounds were black they were so burnt. This used to be a good location but the last 2 times I’ve been here sucked. The coffee was good but I think the Starbucks on Old Jacksonville hwy will be where I go from now on.

Absolutely the worst DD! One photo sums it up. The plain donuts had to have been from yesterday. Pathetic poor excuse for a donut! If the coffee wasn’t good they’d only rate a 0 Star.

How is this considered a full cup of coffee? And a large at that. My husband got the same thing and while still low, it wasn't nearly this bad. We showed the cashier and she just kinda offered to put more milk in it. Like. I get that milks part of the recipe but you're not really offering to fix it, just dilute it. That's pretty terrible. Do better. :/
