I just left Wendy's in Tyler on Front Street around 12:24 p.m. & the cashier in the drive thru had an attitude. She didn't say hi or anything, & she just shoved the bag & drink in my hand. She has bad customer service skills.
The day is Wednesday, October 29th at 11:09PM when I’m writing this review. I have to say I wish I knew the workers names because they did such an exceptional job! The most kind and generous people. I absolutely love this Wendy’s, and they made it an even better experience with their attitude.
Only at a certain time of day and night the food is fixed like a great juke joint burger and makes you sleepy. But it's good on front street. Just have too know when too go. The soda machine needs too be fixed but the service from certain employees are great and respectful. With the new employees. And new management. The breakfast potatos are fulfilling and fresh each time.
Ordered family nuggets pack (50 piece), 2 large fries, 2 sweet teas and a cheeseburger. Order was correct, hot and fresh but…..no sauce!!! I was asked 3 times what sauces I wanted….and I got 0. Hard to eat that many nuggets w/out sauce! Spent $32 and just wanted sauce.
A quiet and peaceful location, the food is good and the service is prompt. It's a bit cramped and there's no music playing tho, so you have to listen to the sounds of the kitchen if u eat inside. The bathrooms need some renovation bc both soap dispensers are broken and one has a giant hole in the floor.
We ordered the Chicken Bacon Asiago Burger Combo, and Chicken Nugget Combo. Burgers were not freshly made. They were cold but tasted okay. Fries were hot, though. The chocolate Frosty machine was broken, we were told, so we tried the Pumpkin Spice. It's not our flavor, but that is just our opinion.
Me and my mother went through the drive thru today at 1:26pm and the black lady with dark patches in her face was so rude. She wouldnt give a us a chance to even finish our order without her saying "anything else, anything else". After we pulled up to the window she immediately said the total with an attitude. We said thank you and she just slammed the window. She didnt know if we needed anything else or anything. She has extremely bad customer service.
The prices listed on the menu are significantly different than what they actually charge you.
This was one of the worst fast-food experiences we’ve had. We sat in our car at the drive-thru order board for roughly 15 minutes after being told, “Give me a minute.” When the employee finally returned and asked for our order, we had a simple question about the box meal. She responded with noticeable attitude, said she “couldn’t do this,” and passed us to someone else. When we pulled up to the window, we were ignored for several more minutes while staff continued chatting and joking. After finally receiving our food, I asked for ketchup. The employee rolled her eyes, kept talking to coworkers, after a minute she then basically threw the ketchup at me and then closed the window. Unfortunately, the food matched the service. My wife was given a junior burger despite being charged for a double. The fries were undercooked, and some were still raw inside. Poor service, incorrect order, and badly prepared food. We won’t be returning.
This is the worst Wendys I have ever been too. About 2.5 months ago I went with my family. Took 10-15 minutes to order and then sat 20 minutes waiting for my food (dine in) plus liquids around soda dispenser, never even tried to clean up or put a caution sign. Yesterday went with my family but used the drive thru, there was only one car ahead of me. Waited 7-8 minutes to order, get to the window and lady takes 5 minutes to hand me my drinks, then just holds her hand out for my card doesn’t even say anything. Leaves my card in the machine for about 10 minutes goes and does something else comes back gives me my card, once again doesn’t say anything. I asked for straws, she just walked away from the window. Comes back another 10 minutes with our food finally and then hands me my straws with my food. The whole entire time she didn't say one word to me, didn’t even look my direction when handling me my items. Horrible customer service. I never write reviews but this one I just couldn’t pass. If you don’t like your job then find something else. Also didn’t receive the bacon on my 2 jr bacon sandwich
Went to Wendy’s around 5:15 p.m. Sunday, February 22, 2026. Sat in the drive-thru waiting to be helped. While waiting patiently, I realized there were no cars in the parking lot and should not be just sitting. Therefore, I decided to drive around to the window. There was a male staff member hanging out the drive-thru window talking to 2 ladies just sitting there in a full-blown conversation. I let the window down and said, “Did you not hear me waiting at the speaker?” He said, “ Oh, we short-handed today.” Therefore, he continued hanging out the window and continued his conversation. If they were short-handed as he said, then why was he at work?
Rushed through the drive through Lady at window was rude and rushed us there now There’s no one inside or waiting in drive through told us we had to wait but wouldn’t say what for and I asked for honey mustard and received no sauce. Also we ordered at 7 and they close at 2am
Took over 10 minutes to get out order even though no one else was in line, food was cold, chicken undercooked, forgot items, dirty, both bathrooms were out of order. Won't be going there again
Went to eat lunch. Lady at counter acted like it was an imposition to wait on us. Walked away three times while we looked at menu. When we were ready to order she was no where to be found. Oh yes there were no customers. Won’t go back. We didn’t even order just left. Sorry we bothered them.
My mobile order #1407318873 was not ready and I had to wait 25 minutes for food that was cold by the time I got it. Employees were rude and didn't give me sauces or straws. They forgot the juice for my kids meal until I reminded them about it. Will never go to Wendy's in Tyler Texas again
Food cold, at first I asked for a vanilla shake. Then ask if they had pluming problems due to the smell I was smelling after opening my car window, She was rude about it and then she said all we have is vanilla, I was asking for a vanilla one i don’t know y I have to know that and for you to say it rude like. Went inside to get the barbecue sauce because they forgot to put it in the bag and the lady was rude and basically only said that she could only give me one, like really yall forgot and now yall won’t give me a extra one. Don’t go here the workers think they can treat the customers badly and no get attitude back. If they don’t wanna work with customers then don’t get a job at a fast food place!!!!
To begin with, when a customer arrives to dine, they would likely prefer not to be greeted by an employee whose pants are worn low while taking their order. Furthermore, ensuring the accuracy of orders is essential. For instance, when a customer requests a Baconator, it is reasonable to expect that it includes bacon.
Idk what is wrong with these people but they were so rude. They didn’t say anything rude but all of us in the car were left extremely confused by their body language. When we got to the window the lady didn’t look at us once just demanded the money and walked off then a younger girl walks over says “oh this them” hand us out r food making EXTREME eye contact with my friend then not letting go of the bag… idk what the issue is but we were so nice to them even though they were out of everything we wanted we said absolutely no problem. I don’t leave reviews often I swear. I just go out of my way to be nice to people and just didn’t understand why they were like this even as we drove off she said “can this girl even drive”. The ice cream was spoiled too.
On a positive note the staff was NOT rude in any way, just seemed like they were short handed and overwhelmed. I ordered a 10pc meal and after paying was asked to pull forward, due to another customer already parked in the foward spot I pulled in one of the parking spaces adjacent to the drive through line. Roughly 5-10 minutes go by and another car pulls up next to us (note that the previous car is still in the pull forward space), another 5 minutes go by and they both received their food before I decided to go inside. I wasn't in a hurry and figured there must be a ton of nugget orders. After standing in front of the counter amongst others who had been waiting several minutes for their order the manager walked past and I assume used the facilities returned and exhaustedly asked who's waiting on what meal. I then told her what was waiting on and she replied that they thought I just left (Not sure why anyone would pay for food they didn't receive and just leave) but they made a point to remake the meal. What really made this whole experience so disappointing was not only are the nuggest we've waited about 30 minutes for half the size of what they normally are but they didn't give the barbecue sauce that was requested when I order, then when I asked for the sauce the one that came to the register had the audacity to just hand me one 😑. Will not be returning.
This was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had. I came here to get my son the new Wednesday meal, and we will not be returning. The food quality was terrible, the burger patty was burnt and rubbery, the fries were undercooked, and we didn’t even receive the “mystery” sauces that were supposed to be included. On top of that, the service was extremely rude. When I politely asked the cashier if everything was in the bag, she rolled her eyes and gave a dismissive “uh-huh.” That kind of attitude is unacceptable. If you don’t like your job, get a new one. Overall, between the poor food and unprofessional staff, this location is definitely not worth visiting.
The Wednesday meals are great but the workers only gave us all the same mystery sauce. That was disappointing. We order three meals and it came with six sauces all the same. Upsetting to say the least.
I was there 7/22/2025 around 10:30 and I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries and a drink. My food was cold the fries tasted like the grease hasn't been changed. The guy in the drive thru wasn't friendly. He didn't even fill my cup up. I have tried calling to talk to the manager. But no one want answer the phone. I want be going back there.
Very rarely is my order correct including today. Most of the time I am missing something and Rarely ever is the customer service decent. Do not expect them to be friendly. Everyone working there seems like you are an inconvenience to them for being there. Both Wendy’s and Tyler have the worst customer service in Tyler…. And it’s not even close.
