Definitely one of the better places to eat in the food court. First of all the staff are super friendly and helpful. They offer free samples for their drinks and are very welcoming. The menu has something for everyone and the food is quite good. The portions are large and affordable priced.

Honestly, this place is great. I’ve had their fast burritos, breakfast croissant, breakfast muffin, and drinks and they were all delicious for something so simple. The horchata is hands down some of the best I’ve had ever. Also, the staff are always very cheery and happy to help. Definitely my go-to spot whenever I come to the mall.

Food is amazing! Honestly, anything and everything on their menu. Here once a week and my top go to are the breakfast burritos, steak fries, any breakfast items. The employees are ALWAYS friendly! Always recommend it.

Their burrito is delicious and its not drenched in oil like many other places. They're also not stingy with the food and give portions accordingly with the price. Phenomenal food 🙂 will come back

By far one of the best Mexican food spots I’ve ever had!! Not to mention the staff is super friendly and a joy to interact with. I’ve tried plenty off their menu but my favorite is the chilaquiles plate! So full of flavor and so delicious paired with their mango orange agua fresca :) will definitely keep coming back

You could wait at the register forever for someone to wait on you. Then if you special order a well done hash brown, absolutely nobody cares. They stand and look at each other. But wait...a person jumps in that actually cares about the customer, she cares about the reputation of McDonalds and she wants you to be a regular customer. Haley is that person. Haley took my order which had a well done hash brown on it. It was on the screen, she yelled to the expeditors and like usual they just kept talking to each other and not caring about the customer. She went over and did EXACTLY what the other three could have done. She grabbed a cooked hash brown and put it back in the fryer for two minutes which makes a perfect WELL DONE HASH BROWN. It is what the customer wants and if you do it right then the customer knows you care and they may come back. Thank you Haley for being you. While Haley is leading the staff at this location I must mention others that are realing stepping up to be the best. They have a ways to go to be at the level of Haley but they are coming up fast. People have a choice of where they want to do business and once management reads the reviews to find out what is good and bad, they need to take action. I must strongly recommend Josk (Josh K), Yolanda, Jasmine and Damien. This location still gets lots of bad reviews but having owned a business for 42 years, these people are the ones to watch. My warning to management here is that you need to fix what is wrong and praise the good ones on your staff. If you don't, someone will grab these five superstars and run a great business and you will go down.

They say fast food is overrated. Considering it's just a fast food experience, the McDonald's here in Arcadia Florida is far from extraordinary but I would like to praise the staff for their exceptional cleanliness inside the restaurant & outside around their parking lot. I would also say that they quickly made my order to go & made sure everything was hot & in the bag! Maybe just fast food but worth a second trip if I do say so myself. One of the most clean and hospitable fast food joints I've ever been too. Of all McDonald's restaurants this one is my favorite. It's got a hometowney atmosphere, the people are friendly, they're open twenty-four hours, there's two televisions featuring the news, and there's plenty of seating room. Their service isn't always the greatest, but the managers are always willing to fix things and make it right. Another plus, they give free refills on their coffee!

Their Agua Frescas are really good! Nice selection of flavors too! And fairly affordable! Always a plus in my books! 👍🏻 My friend ordered their Siu Maai & Haa Gow of all things, AFTER having had Dim Sum too! Sadly, as of Labor Day 2025, I just found out that they no longer serve those items. It's OK though, everything else I've had here has been pretty good, and I can't complain! On average, food takes about 8 minutes to get to you from ordering it. Best of all, if you get their cute bear containers that you can hang over your shoulders, you can bring it back and get their agua fresca for half off. *Pro-Tip*: If you go in for a re-fill, make sure to take the straw out first. You'll thank me later when you realize how it reduces any confusion.

I like this McDonalds. Fast service but this is the second time I have ordered at this McDonalds an unsweet iced tea and they gave me sweet tea. Do you know how that messes up a persons taste buds? lol! There is no way I can drink tea with sugar in it. The worst part is because I have had a problem with this I asked the girl when she handed me the tea at the drive thru window if it was unsweet tea she said “yes mam” . She is the one who filled the cup so she knew it was sweet tea but gave it to me anyway even after I asked her. Dont go to this McDonald's!! After waiting 40 minutes for our food we went inside and they told us our order was no longer active cuz no one was available to do our order. They told us we had to make a new order which was going to be another 30-50 minutes wait. We were very unhappy with the service and how they handled things. We were still charged for the order we never got and werent offered a refund. We will not be going to this McDonald's anymore!!

Ordered on the app like 45 minutes before breakfast ended, a friend of mine went to pick up the order, had her waiting at the speaker for at least 20 minutes!!! This unacceptable and then they had the audacity of when she got to the window they told her the order “HAD” to be refunded because it was already lunch time. She was at the speaker before 10:59! If you like waiting forever for anything you order ever this is the place for you. This time around ordered a hot cakes and waited 25 minutes while the entire drive through emptied out. Then when we see an employee SLOWLY coming out just to find the syrup was opened and covering everything. Best breakfast is somewhere else

Ordered 2 French vanilla coffees. I asked for an water pump of vanilla and a pump of liquid sugar. I got out to my car and tasted it, didn’t even taste like French vanilla coffee. Mind you, I get it from mc Donald’s every morning. I went back in, told the manager (Belinda) just to be given a cup of liquid and told to do it myself. It is t my job, I don’t work there, I paid for my coffee. Will NOT be going back. Ill rather take my money elsewhere.
