Delicious pizza... so many flavors, even with unusual ingredients (shrimp, Castelmagno cheese, burrata, etc.). Classic round, meter-long, and even half-meter-long pizzas. We ordered the half-meter and a round pizza to try both the rustic and classic dough... delicious and easy to digest. I'll definitely be back! They sell soft drinks and beers, but also PROSECCO! TOP! Next time I'll try the fries and some focaccia! Friendly staff. A new customer :D

The pizza is undoubtedly very good, with a wide selection of shapes (round, half-meter, and meter) and toppings. An honorable mention, however, goes to the woman (whose name I unfortunately don't know) who takes phone orders, and the man (whose name I unfortunately don't know) who delivers. Both are absolutely delicious, fast, attentive, and kind.

We often get takeout pizza, usually the classic one, but this time it's by the meter. The flavors are very unique and worth trying. The pizzas were good, the only flaw being that when we ordered ham and fried egg, only two slices had egg and two slices had cooked ham, and that was it.

The pizza was good and the staff was friendly, but the outside of the pizzeria is a mosquito den! Empty that swamp near the umbrellas. It's a mosquito den! We were there for 15 minutes and they completely destroyed us. The spaces are absolutely unlivable.

Lots of choice in flavors, "typical" pizza from Northern Italy, good dough, well leavened, very special black coal dough. They have their own app for home deliveries. Only flaw: if you order home delivery on the weekend it always arrives late and with at least one wrong flavor or with the wrong cooking. Since it only happens on the weekend I guess they can't keep up with the load of orders... But I have to admit that when it is pointed out we always fix it on the fly, in a very professional and fast manner.

It's a pizzeria that operates more as a takeout place in the winter than as a dine-in option, although in the summer there are arbours and outdoor tables where you can eat pizza to order. However, it's unhygienic because right next to it is a fairly busy, unpaved private road, which is therefore very dusty, and you risk ingesting the dust. I have no complaints about the quality of the pizza; it's very good, and the ingredients aren't subpar. However, I would suggest a little more attention from those taking orders, as more often than not, at least with me, they get the flavors wrong. In any case, I highly recommend it for pizza; it's truly delicious.

Pizza buona, fra le migliori in zona ma per quanto riguarda il delivery fanno sempre finta di essersi dimenticati le bevande. Penso sia per farci la cresta, davvero una strategia triste. Perdere clienti abituali per pochi euro di guadagni.

Yesterday, November 16th, we ordered a meter of pizza, which arrived 20 minutes late, which is fine. I open the box and notice that it's not exactly a meter of pizza, as you can see from the photo. DISAPPOINTMENT

I ordered 3 pizzas and 2 fries, unfortunately I realized after rereading the receipt that they marked me an extra pizza... also when I placed the telephone order I asked for 2 portions of fries I didn't know there was the free sauce I saw it later on the receipt they could ask if someone wanted it or not but they put it automatically no, this is a small matter, but marking an extra pizza on 3 pizzas ordered is a bit of a burden... maybe more attention given that the place was empty... I want to think it's a careless error... I went on trust and didn't immediately check the receipt now 6.50 is gone, but as a customer I don't think I'll come back again... I recommend more attention to the person.

Unfortunately, having hired young and inexperienced staff has significantly decreased customer service. It used to be a great takeout pizzeria where the owner was always available. Now it seems like a pizza factory that no longer recognizes and distinguishes between regulars and occasional customers. Another major flaw: I don't think it's fair to charge for home delivery now, especially since COVID is still a concern and the restaurant is mostly doing home delivery rather than physical takeout. Customers certainly shouldn't be blamed for the pandemic. The pizza is good and, in my opinion, remains the best in the Arcisate area, but it's not the only one, and at this rate, it risks losing a lot of customers.

Spurred on by the good reviews, I ordered directly at the counter this evening, and after waiting an hour, I discovered that my fig pizza had Gorgonzola on it, and it was completely burnt. I threw it away without eating it. I highly recommend it. You'll never see me again.
