Had time to go to dinner and we chose Texas de Brasil. Made reservations online. We arrived 15 minutes early. We were greeted and sat immediately. Our waiter was Juan Carlos. He was the best, great customer service and went above and beyond. The food was extremely tasty. I know what a good Churrascaría is, and let me tell you, this is one of the best in terms of the food, with a big undeniable exception, the feijoada. That’s like the most traditional plate of Brazil and it was bland, no meat in it. Would definitely go back.

Last night, my husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Texas de Brazil, and it was our very first visit. We were absolutely blown away! From the very beginning, everything was outstanding. The hostess, HATICE, greeted us with warmth and friendliness, instantly setting the perfect tone for the evening. The atmosphere was beautiful, the food was fresh and flawless, and the wine selection was excellent. Service was fast, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. The highlight was the meat — we’ve never had beef this delicious before. Every dish was cooked to perfection and served with a smile. But it’s not just about the food — the servers, dressed in elegant uniforms, bring perfectly prepared cuts of meat straight to your table. It feels like a performance, adding an unforgettable touch to the evening. For dessert, we ordered the crème brûlée — and it was simply exquisite, the perfect ending to the night. The dessert was beautifully balanced in flavor and sweetness, light yet indulgent. Thank you, Texas de Brazil, for making our anniversary so special. We can’t wait to come back!

Came to this restaurant for the 1st time for my Bday dinner last night & it was great! We left very satisfied & full. Really enjoyed all variety of meats, especially the picanha 😋😘 A lady came by after we were seated, asks us how's everything. Roger (also the tall, slim guy & another guy) did an excellent service, recommended the Brazilian cocktail, refilled our water glasses, asked how's everything & constantly asked us if we need anything else. Wasn't sure if the hostess said that we're celebrating my Bday..... since there was no acknowledgement of it 😟 My overall experience was awesome!!!

I recommend this place, the atmosphere here is very energetic and fun, the food is very delicious, my family and I got the (all you can eat BBQ and Salad bar) which made it easier to choose what to get. The salad bar has lots of nice items specially sautéed mushroom and the flavor of the BBQ is very good, we would love to come back here for a special occasion.

As a vegetarian a lot of people find it funny this is my favorite restaurant of all time. I eat from the salad bar and the vegetarian options are so fresh and amazing it really leaves nothing to be desired. Pão de queijo with chimichurri is heaven. Highly recommend. (They do walk around with meat on sticks and often times they cross you to serve other people on the table. So just as head up if you don't like the smell of meat or literary having it right on your face) servers are great and attentive. Also even though this was like my 20th time here I was told that when you're eating salad bar only you should tell your server not the host. Otherwise you're billed a regular meal.

We went there for late Easter lunch (ended up being dinner price because of Easter; $460 for 6 people with sodas and lemonade, excluding tip, we didn’t get any desserts). Service and food were very good. Skewers of meat kept coming to our table rapidly. Not my first time at this location. We had our Christmas party there in 2019-40 to 45 people-and have been there for lunch a few times.

Everything was great 👍 good service, very friendly staff and the food was delicious. You definitely have to bring your appetite to this place because they have so many things to try. On top of the endless meats they bring there is a full buffet with some really good stuff.

Came for christmas. I loved this restaurant from chicago to las vegas. Always a great experience. Pros: Food was great. Employees were nice. Cons: 1. They crammed every space. When I went to the other restaurants, there was space where servers and patrons had room and some distance. 2. The employees I felt were understaffed. I had to ask several times for things. Not that the employees were bad, they just seemed rushed and over worked. Too many patrons to attend to. So though i made reservations, we waited about 45mins to be seated. Mind you, i was still able to book online which tells me they overbooked. Previously, waiters always had time to help with your request. Here, they didn’t get take away plates until at the end. 3. Overall experience- felt rushed, people bustling around constantly due to lack of space. The meat came at us all at once then would disappear. The restaurant experience at the other locations had more class and a positive one for me. For holidays, desserts were included but here was not. I don’t know if i would visit this location again.

This review is for the obvious poor management on one of the busiest holidays of the year for restaurants . We had a reservation booked almost a month in advanced. We show up and we are told the wait is STILL over 1hour for parties with reservations. Then what is the purpose for reservations? The place was over occupied with nowhere to wait, sit and a line out the door. Poor planning on the managements behalf . Whoever is in charge of this location needs to get their common sense checked out. Do you guys get commission on how many reservations you make or what?ANYWAYS this part of the review is for the actual waiters, and servers. 100 stars!!!!Regardless of the shitty situation their management put them in , about an hour and a half later we were finally seated and received excellent service from the waiting and serving staff , I forgot the gentlemen’s name but he delivered! Management really needs to give props to their servers for making up where they lack and messed up. The food was mediocre , they served the same three meats . No variety. It was so busy and obvious they couldn’t keep up with the demand because how over crowded it was. The management set up all their staff up for disaster,yet they still tried to do their job with a smile . SHAME on whoever is running this place. It definitely was NOT worth the almost 200$ we spent and will probably NOT be visiting this location again . And FYI management your floors where slippery as hell and someone could have slipped ….

My boyfriend and I are returning customers, but this last visit honestly made us rethink whether we’ll ever come back. Every time we’ve come before the servers have always asked if we were celebrating a special occasion (even when we weren’t). We just genuinely enjoy eating here. This weekend was my boyfriend’s birthday and he wanted to come here. So I made a reservation, drove 1hr to Irvine, and noted on the reservation that we were celebrating a birthday. When we arrived we were seated immediately. Our server was Emely S. She didn’t even bother acknowledging us beyond saying, “I’m just going to leave you 1 menu here” then asked what we wanted to drink. The hostess leaves a reservation paper on the table with all the details for the server so it was obvious this was a birthday reservation but she just disregarded the paper. The interaction felt cold and rushed. Completely different from how we’ve been treated before. We did not feel welcomed at all. They sat us in the bar area which we were fine with. Maybe because it was later in the night but we barely received any meat service in that area. Our server was also nowhere to be found so we couldn’t even request specific cuts. We had to start asking the gauchos directly for what we wanted. A manager did come by and asked if my boyfriend wanted another drink. He originally wanted to try different drinks since it was his birthday but with how the night was going we honestly felt like we were a burden even asking for anything. By the time our server finally came back and asked how we were doing we had already lost our appetite and just wanted to finish up. Everyone else had helped us more than she did. To top it off we weren’t even offered dessert. All she said was to let her know when she could take our plates. We don’t mind paying for dessert at all but at other restaurants like Fogo de Chão offer a complimentary birthday dessert. Here, nothing. This was the worst service experience we’ve ever had and it’s especially disappointing because this was the first time we came for a special occasion. What made it even worse is that we went to Applebee’s for drinks afterward before going to an arcade and the service there was amazing. We were honestly shocked by the difference in how we were treated. My only recommendation is either dine somewhere else if your server is Emely S. or request someone else. There is a gentleman Richard (I believe his name is) he has a mullet type of hair cut with wavy hair. He had been amazing with us before and he’s the reason why we might consider coming back.

I was disappointed with my recent visit to Texas de Brazil. We had a reservation but our table wasn’t ready upon arrival. Girl at the front (wearing tons of make up) was not welcoming or friendly. The service felt rushed from the beginning and the rotation of meat cuts was very slow. They were also out of stock on some of the meats. We had to make multiple requests and wait long periods. Waitress asked us how we liked our meats cooked? I told her well-done and she said she would put a note for them. Never came with any well done cuts. At the end of our meal, it took over 15 minutes to get the check. While I understand the restaurant was busy, the overall experience was not good. The manager saw us waiting but didn't even pass by our table to see how we were doing.

This place does not know how to handle the number of reservations on holidays/events. I don’t advise going on anything big like Valentine’s Day and maybe even on weekends. An hour wait with a reservation is crazy. That’s not what a reservation means. Reservation at 9:15pm, got seated at 10:20. I don’t know if I can even trust going on weekends, when crowds are out. The way the guys with the meat go around is crazy too. Our table was cursed. They straight up avoided our table. We got seated up against the wall by the corner. They would go to the table next to us or behind us to offer meats and then walk away. It happened many times. Their green/red circle system doesn’t even work. One of the meat guys sliced the smallest, thinnest meat for me too. When I asked for a second, he did the same thing again. It was so pathetic that my bf gave me his. When one of the meats came out but we didn’t want that meat, we took it in case because we knew they’re never coming back. Another time a guy with sausage went to the tables right next to us and I said “oh look it’s the sausage.” My bf said “it’s okay I don’t want that anymore.” I said “don’t worry, they’re not going to come here anyways.” And of course they didn’t. Even when we told a waiter and she said she would send them here for specific meats we wanted to try, they either took a really long time to come or never came at all for some meats. She had to do it twice and we still didn’t get all the meats we wanted to try and it was just 3 kinds of meat that we were asking for. The only thing that was good was having a self-serve salad bar, because we would’ve been starving if there wasn’t one. I never was able to feel full despite being there for 3 hours. We stayed there that long because we kept waiting for meats to come, but they don’t. We got tired of this and left at midnight. I don’t know how much my bf paid, but it wasn’t worth this trouble. I only waited to go in because my bf never tried this place before. Otherwise I would’ve left when they told me it was 45-50 minute wait for our reservation.
