I have been out of state for 25 years and I am visiting for Christmas and had to check out my Sharky's. Better than I even remember. That fire roasted salsa is to due for. My niece got their nachos and it is definitely a wow factor. The tortillas are so tender and fresh, yet hold all the ingredients in place inside my burrito. The decor is updated and inviting and they even have a bar with taps of craft beer. Definitely check it out if you haven't been or visit again if it's been awhile. You won't be disappointed!!

My sister-in-law just graduated with her doctorate, and she wanted Sharky’s tacos for her celebration. This is the first time I have ever tried Sharkey’s. I was really impressed by the veggie tacos. It had such great flavor, and I felt so great after eating it. The chicken fajitas, black beans, and rice were great also. The salsas were fresh, and the hot salsa had a nice kick to it. The manager, Jose, was extremely nice when I came to pick up the food. The cost for catering was reasonable for all of the food that we had. It would be worth going there again.

Love this place. Came in last Wednesday at 830pm ordered food, got all the salsa we needed, sat outside and was able to finish our food without being forced to leave at 9pm. Always love visiting this Sharkys location with in Northridge. Staff is very nice as well. Grande Nachos are so good. Didnt even feel bloated or heavy after eating either. Nachos are good when you have enough salsa on them so it will not be dry. One of my favorite along with the Ranchero Style burrito with extra salsa on top from salsa bar.

It is a little pricey to come here, but the food is all very delicious. They have fresh horchaata, hibiscus ginger juice, pineapple lime juice, and watermelon basil juice, and they were all so good, and flavorful. We had the cauliflower quesadilla, which was really yummy, and so were the chips & guac. All of their homemade salsas (at the salsa bar) are very good, and honestly, they have some of the best pickled carrots that I've had in a while. There are even huge chunks of pickled garlic in the carrots, and it's just so fresh and delicious. We had the AJ jburrito, which was okay, but I probabaly wouldn't get it again. It's basically a bunch of brown rice rolled up in a tortilla, but if you add salsa and guacamole to it, it's just fine. We will definitely be back:)

Great food, service and prices. This was my first visit, and I was totally impressed. The server was helpful and patient, the restaurant was clean and had nice atmosphere. The food was great! Tha ks! We WILL be back!!!!

Sharky's is very similar to a place like, Baja Fresh or Rubios. The food is very fresh but also organic. To be different, however, they have pizza which looked very good but I haven't tried yet. I highly recommend this place as a healthy alternative to fast food.

This was my very first visit to Sharky’s. I’ve always wanted to try their food and their new Wagyu menu finally convinced me to give them a try. I ordered the Fiesta Burrito with Wagyu Beef and two Original Tacos with chicken. The food was fresh and I love the Fire Roasted Salsa. The only thing that didn’t wow me was the Wagyu Beef. For a Mexican restaurant, I expected the Wagyu to be more seasoned. It was more on the bland side.

We like dining in at this particular sharky's...getting "fast food" on real plates and eating it with silverware is a lovely experience. We had a recent quick meal here which included a bean and cheese burrito for our kid (which he liked), a superfood salad for my wife (which she liked), and I had a Power Plate with Tofu as the protein, and yams, and quinoa with vegetables as the side. I really liked the grilled tofu...not overcooked and nice flavor from the grill. The yams were good too (though served with a plastic spoon when dining in)...the quinoa with vegetables was a bit lacking in any kind of flavor. The food came out at different times too with two of us getting our meal about 5 minutes before the other one. 5 minutes doesn't sound like a long time, but it's pretty long when you're all sitting at a table with 2 people being awfully polite about not wanting to start eating the hot meals in front of them until the third one arrived. Generally speaking, we're fans of Sharky's and appreciate the variety of Mexican dishes available, and especially the many vegetarian options.

You can't go wrong with the Shrimp Burrito at Sharky. I haven't been here in a while and was craving something different so I decided to come here to get my burrito. I was luckily able to find my reward card and went to the store. I learned later that I should've done online ordering so I wouldn't have to wait. It took around 15 minutes for my burrito to be ready and I asked for extra pico de gallo on the side since their sauce station was closed due to covid. I thought I got it when I saw 3 red cups in the bag but it was the sauce for my burrito and chips. Now I know if I go next time to double check it and asked for no rice as well since they give a lot. The burrito was overall good, all it was missing was the pico de gallo.

The burritos are priced way too high for such a tiny little burrito. You guys need to put some more substance in them, if you expect us to pay 15 dollars for a burrito. Delicious food, but the size compared to price is very much wrong. Time to go back to Taco Bell, where they at least fill their burritos, and they're only 3 bucks. The hungry suggest you either lower the price, or at least give us out money's worth, or time to find a new resturant.

I visited this location today and truly regret it. I ordered a steak burrito for $18, and halfway through I realized there was barely any steak in it. I brought it back and explained that I didn’t order a veggie burrito. They made me a replacement burrito, but when it was brought out, the staff member had a terrible attitude. Instead of apologizing or saying something like, “Sorry about that, hopefully this one is better,” they made me feel like a burden for speaking up. Overall, the burrito wasn’t even good, and the poor customer service made the experience worse. I won’t be returning. The Tarzana location is much better and has cleaner, better food.
