Such an awesome experience we had here. Farbod, the owner , is so awesome. He provided us with such great service. He gave us some beer tasters and when we wanted our tots cheesier, he gave us an option to reorder the tots any way we wanted so we ordered it loaded. Just great food and service. It wasn't Burger King but we definitely had it our way. I highly recommend coming in and not ordering online. In-person dining is back and this is just the way to do it! Come to the Dog Haus... you won't regret it! Order the meanch!

Great service from really nice crew. The place is clean and they make you feel welcome. The food is fresh and you can taste the difference. Love the drink selection. Tons of food choices and really something for everyone. Vegan to hardcore meat eaters. I can't say anything bad about my last visit. You won't be disappointed eating here.

What a place to go for amazing food. Not only is this place professional with amazing staff, but also has high quality in the food that they offer the customers. The Hangover burger is the way to go honestly. Their meat is so fresh and i really appreciated the atmosphere every time that I go. We love this place! We have been coming here once a week for years and it's a family favorite. We've tried most items on their menu and I can confidently say that they've got some of the best burgers, fries, and hot dogs I've ever had anywhere in Los Angeles or elsewhere for that matter. You must check it out if you're in the area. The quality of their food is amazing. The service is excellent and they really take pride in the food they serve. It's a completely fabulous experience you're sure to enjoy!

Great experience! Starting from the ambience, followed by the amazingly friendly staff and ending with organic delicious fast food. You gotta try the fried egg on your burger! Out of this world! The vegetarian options for the sausage and burger are small but the quality and taste makes up for it! We also had the pleasure in meeting one of the owners as well as his younger brother. The owner is in this business with his heart and soul. You can see and feel it. You gotta try it! You will not regret it!

I haven't been going out for food much since the shut down but I was REALLY craving a Dog Haus dog! 🤤 I was glad to see a familiar face, Noushin is always so friendly! Downtown Hausdog, Little Mule, and Haus Slaw - all so yummy; they were all cooked right, with the right amount of condiments. The food was served within a reasonable amount of time. This biergarten is clean, inside and outside in the patio. This is an affordable way to have brunch.

The food wasn't fresh. I asked for fresh taters and was told that they're made in batches every 30 minutes and he refused to make me fresh taters. (And the beer was flatt) Because of that I only go to the BURBANK location. Just seems like there more experienced and have a better crew there. Have been here a few more times since then and outside of the taters everything else is bomb !!! 💯

Wow, I have not had a good hot dog in a while. Dog Haus has a great variety of hot dogs and other sides to go along. The bread they use is amazing, super soft. I also had a corn dog and loved it. Cant forget about the tater tots. They were nice and crispy. They have many drinks to choose from. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Found this place on Instagram, used to be an ihop years ago! Came in at 11am on a Saturday it was completely empty. Ordered our food, 2 breakfast burritos. They where delicious! Definitely recommend them! Got a side of cheese tater tots, also very tasty. Only downside was the wait time. A little over 30 minutes for the food on an empty restaurant, I did see someone leave with a to go order so that’s probably what kept them busy but still a bit too long. Other then that it was great. Will come back to try the hot dogs!

Today I ordered a old town dog from Dog Hous and I was amazed by the results. I can honestly say that this is the only place I’ve been to that the food looked like the picture in the menu making it very appetizing to the eye. The food also tasted amazing and was nice and warm giving the food the most amount of flavor it could have. I would totally recommend this place to eat specially if you’re coming with a group of friends.😋😋

In the past couple of weeks I tried Raising Cane's and Dave's Hot Chicken for the first time. Dog Haus The Hot Chick is other level good, and then add Hefeweizen. Can't wait to come back.

DogHaus was awesome. They have so many options of hot dogs, links and burgers. The quality was excellent and the presentation of the food very nice. The groupon is def worth it, but without a groupon, the prices are still affordable. For vegetarians, they have a veggie dog and sides you could munch on. The portions are good, so you may not need to get a side with your hotdog or burger. Other than that, it was worth the visit, I drove from LA to Northridge. The restaurant felt like a fancy "millenial" wienerschiztel...idk if I spelled that right, but hope you got my drift. You can dine-in or take out. This is one of my fave new spots.

Very friendly staff and everything came out to be a great experience in this area. The food as always as expected hot and delicious 😋 Luckily I had my hot sauce with Me, unfortunately, all that was missing was the signature " Habanero sauce at this location, they always have it elsewhere. 😔

Love this place, one of my local favorites for take out. Orders always right, always ready. The variety is outstanding and price is good when you consider these aren't just hot dogs, they are quick gourmet meals. No more than any of the local fast food and much better quality meal. I also love the breakfast burritos. I haven't had a chance to sample any of the beer menu but it's extensive and looks fun. No crowds that I've seen although we are near the university and it is clearly popular with many there. Still, never had to wait behind more than one or two. If you like hot dogs or sausages with anything or everything I highly recommend you give it a go.

The hamburgers and the fried chicken sandwhiches are horrible; sloppy and salty. The breakfast burritos, the hot dogs, the sausages. All really good, and they have good haus made chili. The service is sometimes very slow. Be prepared to wait a few extra minutes for your order. Usually it's worth the waiting.

Very quickly cleared up an error, without me having to ask. The staff and ownership are amazing, definitely worth visiting this location or making it your regular. I love hotdogs and my go to hotdog spot is usually Dirt Dog but it was a little out of my way so I stopped by here and I was not disappointed. Ordered Sooo Cali dog, Cowboy and one corndog and one sausage corndog. Wasn't a fan of the the sausage corndog but everything else was fire. Plan on trying everything on the menu at least once.

Ordered the bratwurst burrito, T-Mex Sausage with Southwestern tots and a cold 805. The food was delicious and I definitely ordered more than I could eat. The sausage was juicy, had great flavor, fresh toppings, soft bread and good sauce. Tater tots were so crunchy outside, tasty sauce and cheese. Burrito was hefty and filling with good flavor. Washed it all down with a cold 805. The staff was friendly and it was clean inside. Thankfully they had outside seating, cute lights across the top and a tv playing football. It's located along a strip of other shops and there's a pretty big parking lot in the back. They have a bunch other tasty options so will definitely be back.

Got our food to go. Unfortunately when we arrived back at our complex, the food just fell off the bag and dropped on the dirty floor. Found out that the bag doesn't have enough glue to hold weight of food. Called them up and they couldn't issue a refund over the phone and that it had to be done in person. We were just hungry and wanted our food so they re-order our food and gave us new bag. They were aware of this issue and had a few other incidents, hopefully they'll get this fixed. Rating is for the delicious dogs and service. The place has an industrial feel and always plenty of parking in the back.

A bit pricey for burgers and dogs but they are not typical. They use Hawaiian King rolls for their buns. Their menu is uncomplicated. Be careful if they offer you the sauces. They charge for each one but don't tell you unless you ask. It's worth a try at least once.

Excellent burgers and sides. This is NOT your typical fast food. It's a premium burger or dog. Those complaining about "overpriced" need to understand this. The burgers are generous. You taste REAL beef, not "breaded" by product. I've had both the onion rings and tots. The rings are excellent and the tots are not greasy. The service has been friendly each time I've gone. I look forward to returning. I appreciate the classic rock music and overall atmosphere. The servers are attentive and the food orders are quick, especially when burgers are made to order. If you love burgers, Dog Haus is a must.

This is a fun resturaunt with a hybrid selection of foods from some different places. I didn't know it was National Hot Dog day on the day I went there, so the line to the counter was long. But, if you check "peak" times online they usually are busy around noon and 1 p.m. Dog Haus should consider an online pre-order service so the food is ready by the time fans arrive; or hire more people. Food is good, and you need to try the different mustards.

I very much enjoyed my Reservoir Hog! I look forward to returning and trying the rest of the fare. The food is all served on Hawaiian rolls which is interesting, although I would say unnecessary; the sausage and toppings stand on their own, Hawaiian roll or bun. One thing that did bother me was that this location calls itself Biergarten, but they did not seem to offer any German beers. Local beers in German styles were available, but I would like to at least see Weihenstephaner or some beer actually brewed in Germany if they are going to call it a Biergarten.

As a vegetarian who didn’t give up meat because I didn’t like it, I’m always thrilled to be treated like a “full citizen” at meat-centric restaurants, and I got that treatment here at The Dog Haus (Northridge, CA location) where they have a veggie hot dog, a veggie sausage, and a veggie burger all available to go on any of their menu items. It’s an order at the counter, small-ish establishment with craft beers on top and a family friendly / bar environment. I was glad I could order anything off the menu and specify the vegetarian protein I wanted in it, though I rolled-my own with the the vegan apple sage sausage with mustard, onions and sauerkraut and cheddar cheese. This was super yummy. The flavor and texture of the veggie sausage was spot-on…the bun was perfect and I would definitely eat this again! I also had tots on the side…these were perfectly cooked, not over done, not underdone…just the right amount of crispy on the outside with the inside being as tender as it should be. Pair that with the stout on draft beer and I felt like a full fledged human being eating at a meat restaurant despite my vegetarianism. It was all super-yummy! My son had a veggie hot dog with ketchup. He didn’t love it but I think it’s because there was too much ketchup on it, but in my eyes the veggie dog itself on his sandwich looked pretty good, and large (unlike the small veggie dogs you see in packages in the market.) Since I was dining in, I wish the beer had come in a real glass, even a reusable plastic stein instead of a throw away plastic cup. I saw someone drinking from a large stein and think if people are dining in they should automatically serve in reusable glasses instead of throw-awayables (or at least ask what you want there...better for the environment and "nices up" the experience a bit to not be drinking out of a plastic cup, but other than that I loved the meal there. The service was super-friendly and fast and I will definitely be back again!

The custom hotdog was good, cheeseburger slider and onion ring good , but the coleslaw was terrible ! Who puts sauce in slaw. Keep it natural or give a choice of plain or mixed with something. Dunno not really impressed. Cupids hot dogs on Winetka would have satisfied my hunger. No going wrong with cupids always on point even with their limited selection. Always better choice.

Northridge has everything including Doghaus with options for all including plant based "plant b" menu options... 100% vegetarian, but able to make vegan. The sweet potato fries are great. They don't specific dietary restrictions on their menus, sauces, etc but have great customer service for takeout or pickup.

Love the vibe of the place. Cool place. Indoor and outdoor seating. They have tater tots???? I was in childhood heaven and they were great. Everyone enjoyed their food. I appreciated the self serve refillable drinks. Would love to come more often but, for me, prices were too high. $20+ for hot dog meal is a bit much. Worth the extra splurge every once in a while. Friends were not fond of the chili. Easy parking in back, clean restrooms. Staff is friendly, wonderful and helpful.

The food was super yummy, no doubt about that, but where my rating is based off of is the customer service at this location. I ordered 2 sides, a corn dog, and one slider. It was Memorial Day (5/31/21) and I placed my order at 8:44pm. Wasn’t a busy day but I still waited 30minutes for the food to arrive. Also, when a server brought food out to a group who was already there before me, she started recommending someone else from that group a food item, took money from him, and in no time brought out whatever item she had recommended.. like if her only priority was that one guy… I understand the wait at a restaurant and I’m patient but what I don’t understand is the wait for such a small order. I mean, even the group who ordered AFTER me got their food first. On top of that, some items from my order were burnt! I’d definitely give this place another shot since from what I tasted it deserves another shot, but they’ve got to work on their customer service and the quality of the food they're serving. *From the pictures: Although you can’t tell very well, the corn dog and the onion rings were really burnt and had a bitter taste to them. The really tiny slider was so yummy but $2.50 for that?! Yikes! And the cheese tots were also super yummy but they’re pretty cheap with the cheese:/

I sat at the outdoor table and the little sign that reads dirty or clean was set on dirty. When the guy brought out my food I asked if he can clean the table before we eat. His reply was, oh I think it's clean they just forgot to slide the little door that reads clean. At that point he reached over and switched it to clean. With covid going around, everyone has the right to have a clean spot to eat. As an employee his response should have been, my apologies, let me clean your table for you. Regardless of what he thought, he should have cleaned my table so that my son and I can feel comfortable eating. Management please make sure your employees are accommodating your customers needs. As customers coming into your establishment we should be feeling safe but instead I had a very unpleasant visit.

This particular location is around $3-$4 higher then other locations I have been to, so I take it that this location is franchised and the franchisee is greedy. No Thanks, will not give my business to greedy owners!! The person behind the counter seemed pretty clueless too..

Food was not bad, onion rings were overcooked. The tables were dirty and needed to clean a table for ourselves, the place was empty so its not really excusable. Tv’s could have the football games on and could bring in more business. A lot of easy fixes but overall it missed the mark. Its too bad, also staff was not terrible but seemed to lack understanding of proper food practices. Couldn’t wait to leave there. Probably wont be back..

This place was so good when I came before Came in today and ordered @ 11:12 am and did not get our food till 11:49 am Burritos were no warm and the place was empty as far as dine ins. My roommate and I had the worst experience here on 9/22/24 at 8:30pm. Ordered food in person and waited about 5 min before we were told that half of the order is unavailable. I would have ordered something else on the menu like the cashier offered, but we ordered plant based items and they did not have a substitution for it. With that being said, I proceeded to let the cashier know that we would just get a refund and head out (spent about $70 total). But to my surprise, he told us "I'm sorry but I can't give you a refund" and we were so confused as to why he couldn't. So we asked for a manager so we could sort this out. Apparently there was no supervisors, shift leaders or managers on site. This baffled me because I'm sure this isn't the first time they have been asked for a refund. So we asked him to get on a phone with a manager and he did, she gave him clear instructions to take a picture of the receipt and for us to text her a picture our credit card and include our names and security codes. I don't know what kind of business would think that this is acceptable, as if I was just going to leave all my personal info for someone to use and scam me? No thanks! So I told her over that phone that if she thought this is acceptable from a business owner standpoint to ask for this and she told us she would call back in a couple minutes. We wasted about 25-30 minutes at this location dealing with this ridiculousness. She ended up calling back and somehow figured out a way to fix this on her end (with attitude by the way, as if this was our fault for inconveniencing her). I ended up asking the cashier if he could give me her name so I can call corporate... He proceeded with saying "I don't know her name, everyone here calls her Mama" this was beyond bizarre to us so when she called back I made sure to get her name (Nancy). By the end of this interaction I was beyond irritated with the situation, I wasted almost half an hour of my time, had to deal with ridiculous customer service over the phone with this manager and to top it all off, we didn't even get any food or some kind of apology from this manager. I've worked retail and in food service before I know from past experience that this is not how you provide good customer service. Especially when it's YOUR FAULT, the least you could do is compensate with literally ANYTHING for the wasted time and all the hassle for them not being able to figure out their return system. But instead we were left with attitude from this manager, I'll have to wait and see if we actually end up getting the refund because we left and were not provided with a return receipt. But how embarrassing on their end. won't be coming back here obviously which is a shame because their food is actually pretty good.

I’ve been wanting to try this food for a long time, I came with my husband. As a result, they tell us the amount of the order is = $35, we paid, and a few minutes later a message comes from the bank stating that the amount of $42 has been debited from the account from this restaurant! I went up to the restaurant manager and ask why did this happen?! they promised to refund me the difference of $7. 2 weeks passed and no one returned anything to me! and the food was disgusting!! some kind of vomit

"absolute würst" is right tried this place twice, first time my burger completely fell apart with all the sauces and the puny watery burger destroyed the buns, second time the burger was completely raw and stone cold, never recommend here

As a delivery driver, orders are rarely ready when I arrive. There is always a long wait of over 10 to 15 min. The workers work at a very slow pace. Very slow pace. I trip out as I sit and watch them work. There is absolutely no sense of urgency when you go there. Fast food is called fast food for a reason. Not everyone has extra 10 min to spear. My order is supposed to be ready at 11:27, it’s now 11:37. They are just talking. Only two people working. Why doesn’t this new generation understand. They don’t have respect for each other. They don’t have a kindness for each other. They don’t have empathy or common sense to know that people are waiting and they have things to do when they got places to go when they have bosses to attend to, and they only have a short period of time for lunch. The Uber drivers I don’t wanna sit there and wait and wait and wait we barely get paid like $10 an hour is at that is the most. Oh my God they are So self-absorbed.

It had been a while since I ate here. But I really like Dog Haus dogs! Last night was a mess though. Ordered 2 Cowboy Dogs and waited over 45 minutes! No one else in the whole place. By the time I got my dog it was cold. I'm sure it was under cooked as I am STILL tasting it the next morning at 9:00am. This place has gone down hill!!! don't eat here unless you want to get sick.

I’m very disappointed. I ordered some onion rings and they came in burnt . I love this place. Don’t give me wrong but this is the second time and they’re just sorry I pay delivery for this shit. Editing my first review. I watched one of the employees making the food not change out her gloves after touching her purse, the register, side of the register and my food. Absolutely disgusting, please teach your employees proper hygiene. I also expressed wanting to talk to the manager and they were not on site at the time. I told one of the employees I would just write a review online and that they did not need to call them. I had already been waiting a long time for my food which I had ordered at midnight which apparently the ticket did not print out during the time. The same employee literally followed me out into my car and blocked me from driving away refusing to move until I talk to the manager. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior, and to have an employee block me from driving away home is unacceptable

Never go here. It’s bad quality food. Ordered 3 Southwestern Tots and chicken wings. Tots order hardly had any avocados as you see in the picture. Worst was the wings. It seems to be age old wings that had rotten smell. My kids couldn’t even eat it. It looks dry and pale and surely is rotten as it was smelling real bad… this restaurant must be given a C rating by FDA inspectors. NEVER GO HERE unless you want to waste your money and spoil your health. And all these for $37.19. There is nothing called Quality anymore. Pasting the bill as well In case the owner wants to refund my money.

I got dog haus over in canoga park and it was amazing but I ordered from the northridge location today and was not impressed. There were STEMS in my beyond breakfast burrito so they clearly didn't separate the arugula leaves from the stems. The beyond meet was dry and burnt. The egg is over done and rubbery. It also wasn't put together very well. I'm not impressed. On top of all that it was significantly more expensive than in canoga park and not sure why. Can't even eat this it's so bad which is incredibly disappointing compared to how great it was at the other location.

Super unprofessional customer service from ADRIAN who works the night shift tonight, November seventh at 8 PM. He gave me a very bad attitude, and was personally giving me a hard time. I have never experienced anything bad at dog house I order from here a lot. And because I do, I am pretty sure of the serving amounts, and when I went in to ask about it, he gave me an attitude, and when I ordered again, he made his personal duty to go back there and make sure I was not getting the correct serving amount. Himself. I asked him if I could have buffalo sauce instead of barbecue, because it wasn’t an option on DoorDash. This was my first time doing it online order because I forgot my card and they don’t take Apple Pay. He told me it was an extra dollar for one. That wasn’t true the line cook or manager came and gave me two for free. And he was upset about it. He also told me that it wasn’t true that they are 99cents He also apologize for Adrian behavior, which he shouldn’t have to do because Adrian should be more professional and customer service friendly. I also saw him giving another customer attitude and just come to the conclusion that he shouldn’t be in the front taking orders or talking to people whatsoever. I hope that he has consequences for his actions.

This place has really fallen since it opened . It smells like sewer and beer . Everything I thought is sticky. Dust on the floor trash cans over flowing and the place is dead . No hair nets or hats . The staff couldn’t care about me . The chef was rude and confrontational.

Wings over cooked and made in correctly. Which sucked because ordered the same thing the day before and they were amazing. They were gross today and threw out the order. The person on the phone said that's how they make them. How is it a 10/10 one day and the very next day they 0/10. Ridiculous. Crappie shoot on this location. Good luck
