Love this place! The sushi, the staff, the ambience, is awesome! You can literally chill and enjoy your micheladas or sake and nobody is rushing you. The piñata roll with diabla sauce is my favorite...so far!

My family and I frequent here about once a week or two weeks. We love it here. The sushi is always fresh, delicious, and a lot with unique flavors you don't get in a traditional sushi restaurant. I highly recommend this place, well if my friends that I've taken here have loved it.

Hostess was very welcoming. Mateo our server was awesome, very attentive throughout our visit. Food was okay, but did have great presentation. The Agua chile recipe is off, but all the other rolls were good.

I enjoy their sashimi and my favorite is a paradise roll. Valley roll and Pancho are very delicious. No prices on the menu. I spent 50 something on myself.

Just visited for the first time in a long time. The place has a nice face-lift and it's more welcoming. Servers are attentive and food is fresh and yummy. We went on Sunday not knowing about the platter it's perfect for 2-3 people. Don't skip on the mussels. Our new Sunday Sushi spot 😋. Micheladas not bad either if that's your thing.

The food here is simply delicious! I don't eat sushi but they have other stuff available for those who needs their food cooked. I definitely will keep coming here. Totally worth the money. The ambiance is quite mix. It's a chill place but also sporty as they show sports. So great place to go with friends and family.

The food is like other sushi places, I would rate it overall good. The atmosphere is shopping center vibes but good enough for a lunch break or a quick date night. Lots of TVs and happy hours available.

They needed a lot of improvement. The sauces are utterly amazing. The shrimp appetizer was to die for and I could eat that every day of my life. The titanic roll was great as well. Stick to the speciality rolls and you’re good to go. The service was amazing.

While in the valley, my daughter and I craved sushi. While searching for sushi in Northridge, Agua Chiles Sushi Bar popped up, and we made our way. Agua Chiles Sushi Bar is located in a shopping center in Northridge. We were able to find parking quickly and walked a few steps in. When we entered, we were able to sit anywhere we wanted. We scanned the QR to view the menu and ordered garlic edamame, gyoza, Agua chiles roll, California roll, rainbow roll, and a side of rice. The garlic edamame was delicious, and the Agua chiles roll was different. I can’t say the same for the other items. The gyozas were mediocre, and the Cali and rainbow rolls were not it. My daughter LOVES Cali rolls and for her to not eat them and say they were gross tells you a lot. She only ate 1 out of 8. The presentation of the Cali roll was messy and looked like everything was just thrown in. The rainbow roll wasn’t the best either. I couldn’t finish it; something was off. I appreciate the Mexican and Sushi fusion. It’s a great concept! But I think the issue for me was that I’m used to authentic sushi, and I know what good quality sushi tastes like. Unfortunately, this was not even close. However, I had excellent service, they had good music playing, and our food came out in a timely manner. I might only come back for the garlic edamame.

So your "tip" guide is wrong (minor point). 3) You've removed prices on your menu. Been going here for nearly five years, but will go here far less, as this ALL just feels like poor customer service.

Do not eat here if you want a decent service or good sushi. We left all the food, didn't even take it home. Horrible. $71 wasted Shared our discomfort with the staff and didn't care or make an attempt to resolve the situation. Only the Sapporo was good.

Their hours are not accurate, they close earlier. I made a drive out there & waited to be tended to. The staff took a bit before notifying me that they were closing, a customer in line actually had to let me know before any of the staff did. They didn't seem sorry at all, even after I let them know their hours online showed they were open til later and they were clearly still tending tables, but they didn't even bother asking if my party of only 2 people would like to take food to go. Seeing how they didn't care to welcome me in or communicate or care made me not even want to go back for the food.

Their hours are not accurate, they close earlier. I made a drive out there & waited to be tended to. The staff took a bit before notifying me that they were closing, a customer in line actually had to let me know before any of the staff did. They didn't seem sorry at all, even after I let them know their hours online showed they were open til later and they were clearly still tending tables, but they didn't even bother asking if my party of only 2 people would like to take food to go. Seeing how they didn't care to welcome me in or communicate or care made me not even want to go back for the food.
