This place has very great customer service, the food is amazing, and I had a very pleasant interaction with a worker Mohammed. I had a very huge order with lots of customizations to the meals and he was very friendly and patient with me. I will definitely be coming back here frequently.

The food was delicious! We got the medium heat spice, which was perfect for me. My son wants to try the hotter one next time. The place was very busy so that might be why none of the tables were clean and they were out of ice. But we will still be back because the chicken was that good 👍

This place is the best outta of all the Dave's. Every single employee is nice and with a good attitude. I live closer to the burbank one but continue to travel to the northeidge location because of employees like Muhammed. Employees like him are the reason that brings back everytime. Plus there food just comes out better than all of the locations that I tried.

I've eaten at several Dave's Hot Chicken before and this one in Northridge is the best of them all. Good service, cool vibes, the store is clean and most importantly the chickens are cooked to perfection: Crispy and flavorful. I am always happy after every visit at this location. Food is pretty good. The fries were my favorite. Extra crunchy with the perfect amount of seasoning. I had the frozen strawberry lemonade which was my next favorite. The slider and the strip were ok. I did not like the nuggets. Lacked sauce and if you saw the commercial thinking you’d get the same juicy nuggets with hella sauce. I did not get that experience. The chicken was still cooked well and crunchy exterior but in that moment I wanted to try the hot honey and sauces. The chicken had some sauce on it like it was fully tossed in it. I've ordered chicken from this place about 10-15 times, always choosing the "hot" level of spiciness. I only got the perfect level of spiciness about 3-5 times; the rest of the time it was completely random – either not spicy at all or extremely spicy. This place always has huge queues, and the staff can't cope. The last straw was an order I waited for for over an hour, and I saw it sitting behind an employee for more than 30 minutes. The single employee had to work the cash register, pack each order, apply stickers, and deal with delivery drivers. As a result, my order was cold and tasteless; I threw it away and I'm not ordering anything from here anymore.

Usual i order from instacart , This is my third order in a short period, and it's not good. The food arrives cold, not fresh, and soggy, with no flavor. The last order I received was very cold; I could feel the coldness of the sandwich from outside the box, as if it had been in the refrigerator. The chicken in the bun was very dry and tough, and had a burnt taste; I couldn't eat it. The fries were also completely stale. I will not order again from this resturant

Ordered 2 meals, both were the same, 2 sliders with fries. 1st meal chicken sliders were fine but very little fries, like unbelievable in the quantity, and ofcourse postmates delivering it late due to poor maps data so food was cold upon arrival ( I know that's a postmates issue) 2nd meal chicken sandwiches were messed up bad, I mean terrible. 1 slider had tiny strips, 2 to be exact, the second slider nothing just bun, kale slaw pickles and sauce. Took pictures to show the difference between the sliders from the 1st meal compared to the one with small strips and empty slider. As you can see in the pics, one had 2 strips small and big, next door empty bun, the other image shows what the chicken fillet for a sandwich from daves looks like Won't be returning because this is unacceptable. Dave you got paid but why do I have to receive an empty sandwich with no chicken! Train your staff better! Being swamped is no excuse to miss an item or completely forget the main dish that goes inside the damn sandwich.
