Update: still Really tasty food. I still haven't found a place with a better seasoning than the kickin mix. I'm glad they haven't changed their recipes. Previous post: The flavors are very good and I really like the mix of all three, called "kickin mix", on my snow crab legs. They also have table lines, bibs, and cups for the sauces. They have really good fried okra, fried shrimp, French fries, Thai tea, strawberry lemonade. When I get my fried shrimp and fried okra I always get the Cajun and lemon mix seasoning. They have great king crab also. The only think I hate is they close early.

My friend and I came here with our wives to grab dinner. We never been here before but my friend wife loves seafood so we were willing to try it. I read the restrauant review first and saw they get really busy but has a waitlist to help out. So when we were nearby I asked my wife to put us on the waitlist and it said the wait would be about 25 minutes. We found parking easily in the plaza the restrauant is in because we came at 5:40pm on a Tuesday night. We got seated at 6pm and the place inside is not that big but it was almost packed. They had a VIP menu for Tuesday only so it worked out for us. I went with their 4pc chicken wings, I asked for 2 order first and ask for the kasian spice and lemon pepper at medium spicy. I also asked for the Cajun fries as well which everything was delicious. I prefer the lemon pepper spice so I got 3 more orders of the chicken wings. My wife got the topless shrimp with the kasian spice and medium spicy. She loved her shrimp bag with the added corn and mushroom. My friend got their chicken tender and his wife got the crab. The service we received was amazing by Coby, he was very attentive with our table and kept checking in with us. They charge a small fee if you need gloves so be aware.

I had a great time at Kickin KAsian. As soon as I walked in a I was greeted and asked if I was dining in. I went in at 3:30PM and the restaurant was full. It is a pleasure to see all staff and crew at Kickin KAsian be helpful and friendly. Congrats to the owner, your staff makes it a pleasure to eat at the restaurant. The food: The combination of Cajun spices and Asian food are and a perfect combination. I had the shrimp and fries. WOW::: They were delicious. Please look at my pictures. The sauces complete the experience. One was sweet and the other more minty. I had the Thai Ice tea that was delicious. There is plenty of parking. Many tables and the food is spectacular. I do recommend Kickin KAsian to anyone who loves Cajon food.

I’ve been here a few times and this is my first review, we’ve generally had a great experience and food. The last couple of visits, the shrimp was a little mushy, so it was overcooked and/or old/frozen, so we requested the waiter to have the shrimp not overcooked, almost al dente and it was perfect. So thanks for listening.

Experience having meal without using any fork and knife was pretty awesome! Although everything were kinda salty, but the sauce is very good with rice. Strongly recommended to bring the sauce home and you can cook up some noodles or pasta to mix in. Add some steam veggies on the side is another perfect second meal. p.s. I love the idea of having a lot of lemon to use ask sauce.

The food here is always absolutely delicious — the crab and seafood are consistently fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. However, the service tends to fall short. Any special request seems to be treated as an inconvenience. We asked to have our sauce served on the side and were told that “the back-of-house management doesn’t allow that,” which was confusing. It shouldn’t be complicated to order steamed seafood with the sauce on the side. After several back-and-forth conversations, they finally agreed to do it “just this one time.” The food keeps us coming back, but the lack of flexibility and customer service leaves something to be desired.

Good place. I had the fried oysters and my wife had a crab boil. Both dishes were good. The lemonade was almost 10 dollars though.

First time here and left disappointed! I asked for kickin mix and instead I got a watered down no flavor seasoning. I asked for the works expecting corn, potato and sausage like it The server said and instead got no sausage. The fries were super salty and my drink was supposed to be soju mixed but it felt like I was drinking juice. I'm not asking for a crazy amount of alcohol but at least make it so it doesn't just taste like juice!. I came here with people telling me that it's super bomb..better than boiling crab etc etc and left this place saying that it was super whack! And on top of that the AC doesn't work. Someone had to come and put room air ACs..summer is coming and that's not going to be enough. BEWARE

PROS: The food looks great and tastes good, the plates all come seasoned really well with peppers, paprika, garlic etc so you will get fill quick. They serve soft drinks as well as other options like lemonades and Thai tea, which were both really good. It's a great place to sit back and hang out with friends if you don't mind getting messy. The staff here are extremely polite and attentive. CONS: You may have trouble finding parking because they share a parking lot with other nearby restaurants and stores. The wait time is very long; I waited about an hour and twenty minutes to get seated(but it was Valentine's day weekend so I'll give them that). It's pricey so only go here if you're willing to spend about $20 per person maybe more. For a table of 4 I spent $150 not including the tip because of the drinks and plate extras (potatoes, sausage, corn, fries) it was all very good but it's really seasoned...i mean REALLY seasoned. If you're not a fan of salty and hearty foods you'll get tired of it quick because the flavors may be overpowering.

We ordered a large meal to go for a bday party almost 300 dollars worth. The shrimp had good taste but the quality was sub par . The shrimp was mushy and would not come off the shell. I attempted to call numerous times only to be bamboozled to have the call service designed to end the call. Very disappointed, because I attempted to express my concerns over the phone and speak to someone but was not given the opportunity. When we don’t have to eat out, and we choose to, we expect the quality of food to meet our expectations. Unfortunately, this time it didn’t.

used to love coming to this place, but after really looking at the receipt, I won’t be coming back. They automatically charge a gratuity on every order, charge extra for gloves, and even charge for extra sauce on the side. All of these little fees add up fast. What used to feel like a good value now feels extremely overpriced for what you get. It’s disappointing because this was a regular spot for me, but this was definitely my last visit.

Used to be the seafood place for me due to the convenience of location. I came as often as one could when it comes to seafood because the food does taste good. Today will be the last day I show up at this place due to their price gouging. The actually charged me $8.25 for a side of hot sauce which ive never paid more than $2 for in the past, and again I come pretty often so it wasnt a long time ago. Zeke was nice and polite about it and he refunded $2 but I still paid $6.25 for a side of sauce. Mind you there is already a ton of sauce in the bag. We usually get a little bit on the side for one person to heat up there portion of sauce which only takes a little bit. Anyways I will never return here and will encourage any of my friends, family and colleagues not to do show either. It's sad when a business has to lose loyal customers. Seafood is already high enough in price and this place is certainly not cheap, so to charge people crazy amounts like that is beyond belief.
