My husband and I enjoyed the delicious food. We had the Chili Verde and I had the Chicken Mole. Salsa, bean dip and chips were great! Very friendly waitress. We will be going again. Thank you!

Exactly what you want when you want it. My wife likes to set expectations for a venue, just expect good food and drinks, sometimes they're slow, sometimes they're fast, every time you get a smile, and sometimes live music! You won't be disappointed.

We have eaten there several times, for lunch and dinner. The food is delicious. Recommend the combination plates. Large portions, we always take some food home. Very fair prices and very clean. Our only complaint is that sometimes the waitstaff is exceptionally slow in checking back with us for refills etc.

So we were at a loss for GOOD Mexican food. Salsa and Beer has gone waaay down real bad in quality so we don't go THERE anymore. So now what? We begrudgingly decide to go Los Tres because it was close to home BUT BUT BUT We Were In For A BIG Surprise! This Night...The Food was delicious!!!!!!!!!! I called over the waitress to ask what happened to the major upgrade in quality of food this evening and she said, "MARIO" was the chef that night! I mean, our meals were as delicious as Javier's in Century City and I mean it! Better actually~! Every bite was PERFECT and from now on, before we go again, I am going to call ahead and ask if Mario is cooking that night! Don't ever change Mario, because YOUR COOKING left us eager to return. YOU ARE THE BEST~!!!!! We left soooo impressed and soooo HAPPY~!!! Thank you for cooking our food SO Deliciously~!!!

New place.. The food is great!.. I've already recommended this place to friends. Service needs some work I feel the are under staffed. 9/2023 services is still extremely poor! So Poor that I might not come again.. Never got my food after watching my wife eat. Dad I really liked this place too.

My brother wanted to take myself and my dad to try Los Tres Hermanos. It was my first time and one word: YUM! Really fresh and the prices were pretty good. I liked that the free chips and salsa included two very unique flavors, one being queso which is sooo good. I had the fish tacos and cheese enchiladas which they let me order individually “No problemo” was what our very good waitress said when I inquired. The margarita was also very good!

Let me start off with our waitress. Anna was absolutely amazing. She came up with a smile on her face, introducing herself making we had time to look over every thing. We got are food at the perfect time I got the fajitas with the chicken steak and shrimp. It’s absolutely amazing. My husband got this really big burrito. He loved it. He didn’t think it was gonna be that big and he was happy it was. Perfect amount of sauce on the burrito. My fajitas had the perfect amount of seasoning and it came out perfect and hot.Loved it

The burrito I ordered was monstrous and I’m very satisfied with that. My wife’s fajitas look awesome. She likes them two thumbs up from her. Food is flavorful piping hot. This place has a comfortable modern vibe. Its interior design gives it a light and open feel. And, with a covered outdoor patio, and a bar it's a nice restaurant to visit. Our server was very hospitable and accommodated our every need. And, of course he started us off with the classic Mexican appetizer. Chips and Salsa, here you also get a bean dip. One way to tell a good Mexican restaurant is by the Chips and Salsa. Here they definitely pass the grade. The chips were light and crispy. The salsa was made to perfection, and the bean dip was slightly spicy and creamy good. My mom and sister shared the Chile Verde, and I ordered two chicken enchiladas and a beef taco combination. I tasted the Chile Verde and it was a tender-filled mouthful of flavorful pork. The tortillas were fantastic. They were obviously freshly made, parts of the tortillas were even slightly charred. My combination dinner was great as well. The taco shell was crunchy, the vegetables were fresh, and the beef was tender. The chicken enchiladas were terrific covered in tasty enchilada sauce. And, the rice and beans were simple, but delicious. If you're in the mood for Mexican food. This place fits the bill.

Great food and the price is still very affordable. They have outdoor seating as well now. It's a relaxing atmosphere and the service is very good. One of the few Mexican restaurants where you can still get bean dip and salsa with your chips for no extra cost.

A friend took me here for lunch recently. The pomegranate margarita was good. Just wish the rim had more tajin, but that's a personal preference nothing against the restaurant. We both ordered from the lunch menu. A variety of combinations to try out. Tacos, enchiladas, chile relleno & taquitos. All were really tasty, between chicken and beef. The only comment is the beef was a bit tough inside the taquito. Rice was standard but the beans were better than most Mexican restaurants. The spicy refried beans that comes with the chips and salsa were delicious.

Came here on a Sunday and it had a nice and relaxed atmosphere. There is a bar and seating area to watch games. We sat in the dining area. Service was good, everyone was friendly. They serve chips, salsa and bean dip and it was really good, we had to say no to seconds because we were getting full. We ordered fajitas and they were delicious, only minus was that we could tell the beans and rice that it came with had been reheated.

Nice variety. The food was delicious and they were very accommodating with special requests. My only negative was that 1 fish taco had a nice fillet but the second one was just a small fragment of a fillet. Ask for dressing on the side...they're a bit over zealous.

Live music Friday nights & weekends I believe ( Since our last weekend visit in July/August of 2021) I think the food is great the portions are huge, had an amazing birthday experience here as well as mid day dinning. Friendly patrons & staff. I think we enjoy the drinks, atmosphere, crowd, & patio seating more than the food. However the food is great too. Maybe not the most amazing Mexican food I have had but pretty good overall. Recently enjoyed a veggie quesadilla they made at my request & it was up there in the top 4 best veggie quesadillas I’ve eaten at an authentic Mexican Restaurant. The burritos are crazy huge & delicious. The only thing is it’s a popular place & after several visits & take out orders the staff seems a bit unorganized in general. Wait times can be very long on the weekends. Just want to clarify Northridge location, have not been a patron at the other locations. I think it’s worth a visit, especially for Margaritas, spontaneous dancing on the weekends & overall good vibes!

Spacious interior with accommodation for large groups. Menu was extensive with specials for lunch. Tried the fish tacos and they were good but a bit plain with simple pan cooked fish filets, not the Rubios style with a breaded and fried filet with sauce. The portions were very generous in size. Chips and salsa included. Outdoor seating on the Devonshire side of the building with a hedge so it feels private.

We went to 3 Hermanos in Northridge for the second time this last Saturday. The atmosphere was lively, especially with the talented keyboard player who played some great songs, really setting the tone for the evening. The food was absolutely delicious! full of authentic Mexican flavors. Our server (didn’t get his name unfortunately!!) was very friendly and attentive. The only downside was the constant noise from the traffic on Devonshire due to the outdoor seating!

Food is very fresh and what I like it's colorful. Vibrant Red tomatoes/ red Bell peppers, bright green bell pepper! Etc. For all dishes the Chicken is cooked right never dry. The asade meat has great flavor. Great portions and very good selection of food for all ages. Sometimes it's a little understaffed so u have to be patient .

We feel the waiter was giving us the service so rude the way he was handling us the whole food and drinks the food was good but probably we don’t want to go back again,.

The service crew is fantastic. Drinks were wonderful. My regular fish tacos sauteed which were really good. My husband got the Baja fish tacos that are breaded and fried. They were really overdone to dark brown so a bit bitter but edible. The Salsa and bean salsa is delicious. I wish the chips were homemade but I don't think they were. All in all we will be back. The drink specials make that a positive.

Been here a few times, everything is excellent. Highly recommend the chili verde- superb!! Close to the street for outside dining, but the set up is so nice, you don't realize it. Prices are ok. Service wasn't that great. Had to ask and wait for chips, refills, salt (I had asked for it when we ordered and didn't get it) and the check. We got the wrong bill, took forever to sort out and then we were charged an entirely different amount.....it just went on and on. Hoping it was an off night because I really want this to be my go to place.

O.m.g. this place was not what i expected. I got carne asada. It came with a side of rice,ordered beans, & corn cake. My husband a carne asada burrito and let me tell you it was huge aand full of steak! My dad had gotten the 36.99 platter it came with chicken, shrimp, pork baby back ribs, and carne asada, rice,beans, tortillas, and corn cakes for 2. That meal is massive aand the tastr of everything was fantastic. The reason i did not give them 5 stars was because the corn cake needs to be a little bit sweeter. And when i order carne asada it should have been a thin cut steak not a whole thick steak. Outside of this the entire meal was great. We sat outside, the service was amazing as well. Definitely going back when we return for another vacation!

Our food lacked flavor, very bland. Our waitress was inattentive, waited 30 minutes just to get something to drink. We had to go look for her just to get the check. Her response was "well I'm busy"! Although the music band on Fridays there is good the service is not, especially the bad attitude from the waitress!

The highlight of our experience was our server. She was efficient and had a great attitude. The rest was disappointing. Dishes are overpriced for The quality.. I ordered the chilaquiles and basically they were chips with a ted salsa poured over them and topped with white and yellow cheese.

We eat here due to it's proximity to our home. My family has been since 1971 however nobody treats us like regulars even though we see the same staff all the time. The margaritas are great, food is usually good except the one time I got food poisoning and missed a day of work and went to the hospital after eating bad shrimp. Still haven't been back since November 2013 because I'm scared of getting sick again. The free chips are usually not the best and we have complained many times. Don't expect a unique experience.

The place is a bit run down. Needs some TLC. The food was pretty good. Got the fajita plate. Menu is a little pricey, but you do get a good amount of food. 5 of us ended up splitting 3 plates and some appetizers.

I wish that I could have given it a 5 because most of the food is delicious, but the one in North Hills makes the cheese enchiladas just a little bit tastier. The chile relleno were perfect! The chips, salsa, and bean dip were addicting. The Spanish Rice was dry and lacked flavor. The refried beans were plain, but the co.complimentary bean dip for the chips was delicious; those should have been my side of beans. The flan was not set so it fell apart/oozed on my plate, but the caramel tasted delicious. They wanted to put Hershey's syrup on it; that sounded awful to me as I prefer traditional flan. A final reason for the lower score was that the waiter spoke limited English and did not know what chicken broth was as we tried to explain that we couldn't have the enchilada sauce or other dishes if there was chicken broth in them. A waitress came and helped later.

A good local spot. Not bad on the Tuesday we visited. Mostly quiet atmosphere. Nice outdoor seating. The staff was good but not engaging. That's actually a good description of the whole experience.

This place is just right there between good and bad. I went there 6 maybe 7 months ago and couldn't get seated. Not because of being to busy but it just opened. This place is in the same building as El President used to be. Not the same food at all. My issue with the food here is simple to repair. LESS SALT. The staff and bartender and hostess seem motivated. They are absolutely trying to get the place up on its feet, They provide good service. The focus in that place is on making it more into a club. They are more unto selling alcohol. I'm not in the food buisness. If you cook it I will come. Occasionally maybe taste the food you sell. Usually over salted means the food is stale. Attempt to hide flavor. The place is clean. Not really bad mouthing it. Hopefully the review helps.

Simple, food is great! Service is horrible. Be prepared for a game of hide and seek with your waitress. They disappear into this black hole somewhere near the kitchen. They drop the food, and they're gone until YOU find them. This would be a 5 star place if they would just train their staff in common sense serving. Been there approximately 10 times and always the same, the food is that good that I would subject myself to the poor service. So bring your aprons and enjoy the great food.

This review is an agrégate of 2 visits this month. First visit was actually pretty good, Fast service, food tasted good and overall a great night of out with the family. Second visit was for lunch on Mother’s Day. I was pretty early still so it was kind of empty. We got sat down but didn’t like the seats(next to the bathroom) so we asked to be moved, it took a while but it happened. Service was very slow and I see that they have a Mother’s Day menu…nope, it is the same menu except that the prices as higher $2 on every item, ok. Wife and I shared a molcajete which was ok but did not like the sauces. Teen daughter order a breakfast burrito which it said $18 on a separate menu and it ended up being $21. “A breakfast burrito for $21 with no sides or anything, that’s just crazy expensive. Really disappointed the second time around, the new prices will not bring me back.

Resigned restaurant looked very nice. That's where the positives mainly end. We were getting our car washed nearby and popped in for a quick lunch. Unfortunately nothing was quick about our visit. The staff was very friendly however it took 10 mins waiting for a table in an empty restaurant. 15 mins to order drinks after having scared away a waitress asking for kids menus (she didn't know if they had them and then never returned after going to look). Took over an hour to get lunch served. Food was fair. While we were there we watched party after party not get seated timely or not get visited by staff. If there was a staffing issue that should have been communicated early on in the visit.

I ordered the Super Burrito and the order was placed correctly. When I received the burrito, it was incorrect and was given a different burrito. The manager came over and offered me a discount. I only received a 10% discount on my bill. I will definitely NOT be going back. As for a large group, make sure you eat before going. The larger group of 8 people ordered their food before me but didn't receive their food for over an hour.

The majority of the food & drinks are good. The chips are either very good or very bad. We've had burned chips, old chips and chips that were obviously made with rancid oil. The salsa goes from being very mild to very hot. No consistency in flavor. It's hit or miss. The service is lacking terribly. I rated the decor poor to fair because at least half of the booths are broken and you get poked in the butt with springs or sink it so far your back hurts. We've eaten there for years but, until they fix the seats & send the servers to a refresher class, I think we're done.

Edit: they've been recently bought out by another company and all of their amazing chefs who previously worked there left. Food is now mediocre. It was a good run, but I guess all good things must come to an end. I've left my original review intact to show just how far this place has fallen. I've been going to this place for 25 years and it never disappoints. It's a family treasure that we've passed down through the ages. Great atmosphere, great food, great staff.

Decent food, friendly service, but overpriced! Food took forever to come out. The server didn't know the menu. I paid Almost $10 for a side of beans to dip our chips in while we waited for our food. Went through almost 3 servings of chips because the food was taking forever. My camarones a la diabla had the smallest shrimps ever, I jokingly compared them to the shrimps inside a cup of noodles. I honestly can't say I'll be back. I rather pick up better tasting food from a real Mexican spot and eat at home for a fraction of the cost.

Food is Good but the service to be seated is bad Been there 4 times the first one we just walked out and last night went for dinner Walked in to find the girl in front on the phone along with 2 other ladies We stood in front of them for about 7min Without any contact at this time all three walk away so my husband and I decided to sit and wait until they maybe would ask are you here to eat??? Or something???my husband said let’s go! Then 2 customers walk in and get seated within a minute by this time I get up and ask why we haven’t been seated and was asked oh are you eating here??? I’m in retail and blame management!!!! Will never go again!

First time going since name change. Not a good 1st impression. Seated promptly but it was downhill from there. Place was fairly busy but waiting 10 minutes for drink order has no excuse. Saw waitress 3 times during our visit. 1. Take order, deliver food and take payment. Food was good my order was wrong ordered chicken enchiledas got beef. Not sure I go back

They have the worst service!!! Food is good, just terrible service. Went on a Sunday afternoon around 1PM, the place was almost empty so there was no excuse for lack of attention from our waitress. After we were seated we waited more than 10 mins for someone to come take our drink order! The only reason they came is because we got up and went to look for someone to come to our table. The waitress didn’t even apologized for taking so long she just went on and took our drink order with a slight attitude. I was hungry and I didn’t want her to spit on our food so I didn’t complain. Waitress never came around for refills or to check on us. There was only one person that I saw working there and that was an older man who was the buss boy, I asked him to get us refills and he gladly did it. The food was not bad, but the experience didn’t it make it great. Not sure if I will ever go back there again. Management should look into this if they don’t want to keep losing customers.

First of all, the food was pretty good. Their house hot sauce was very weak, if you're a fan of hot sauce. Anyone can make a chimichanga. The hot sauce makes or breaks the experience. Atmosphere is what you'd expect. The big downer was that the Tip was already included in the bill. Surprise! That's probably why our server never came around to check on us and/or offer refills. Not cool at all. Oh yeah, and the clincher... almost $4.00 for an extra mini scoop of sour cream which they don't tell about when you request it. Not a big fan and I'm not in a hurry to go back.

Came here for a small family dinner but regretted it after i ordered our food. The "food runner"(gal wearing a white shirt 2 sizes too small with a heart hanging from her umbilicus and wearing pink barrettes with 2 Mexican flags on them) was exceptionally RUDE about having to go back to the kitchen to get our tortillas which were included with our dinner. She literally threw thew foiled tortillas at our table!!! And speaking Spanish under her breath as she walked away... i speak 4 languages and Spanish is 1 of them so i understood everything she said😡 Jose, our server, sadly was no better. We wanted a refill of our drink but he never came around. He only came to us to bring our check. Disappointed that this restaurant lacks the quality of service other restaurants in the area offer.

We have been to this restaurant several times and have had really good service and great food. Last night we went to eat the restaurant was fairly busy but they had enough staff. Our waitress did not come up to us once to ask if we needed water refills or more chips more salsa. The music was blasting in our ears. Our waitress for some reason was very tentative to the party behind us and the couple who looked to only be drinking alcohol. When I would think I would be able to catch her attention she would immediately start walking away. Not sure what was going on, it didn't seem like they were short staffed there were servers and bus boys moving so over, never checking on us. We're all sitting there looking around and no one even noticed how we had no water no chips no salsa. We ordered an appetizer of nachos that came out with the food, they weren't even the right nachos and were cold. The waitress was polite when she did finally come to our table but for some reason she stayed away from our table the whole night. When we had to tell her we needed more water she came with the water and filled the table behind us first. We even had to get up and go ask her for the to go boxes. Not trying to bring the restaurant down but maybe servers should be trained a little bit better on being attentive to everybody and not just certain guests. It was a little disappointing and ruined our Friday night dinner.

The food is decent but the service SUCKS!!!! It's located where the old el president used to be. It has been remodeled and looks nice. When you enter the front door it takes a while to be asked how many in your party? The staff is so rude. They will literally pass by you with out asking or saying will be right with you. Once someone finally seats you. You sit for a while, you can tell no one is charge. We finally ordered our drinks and food at the same time because we did not know when we would be approached again. After receiving our food we ran out of drinks. We had a direct sight to where all the severs were standing and talking. The waiters didn't even turn to look. After 15 minutes my husband had to and ask for drinks. We very disappointed on the service. Management needs to make sure the guest are tended to and not just hanging around. Or simply get more help!

The ultimate Bait and Switch! My girlfriend and I went there on Friday February 28th for dinner. We were excited to try it since it changed from Presidente and our last experience there was not good. As we approached the restaurant we noticed it was crowed, which we thought was a good sign and that things had changed for the better. We were seated immediately and that is when we started to realize things are about to go South. Our first hint was the drink menu on the table still said Presidente on it. Then we looked at the food menu which appeared different but had all of the same items just at an increased price (if my memory is correct). About 10 minutes after being seated the waiter finally came by and gave us some chips and took our order. I asked him if they had only changed the name on the outside to which he told us that they will be changing the menu sometime in the next month but it is the same as Presidente now. We let him know our disappointment at that time and we should have left then and there but decided not to as it was already 8:30. To make a long story shorter, we were there for over two hours and the food was just as we remembered, BAD and they were understaffed. I called the manager over and let her know our disappointment and how we felt misled by the name change only. She did listen to me and was not impolite but she did not seem to want to hear it and only offered an insincere apology. On the way out the waiter said to me "See you next time" to which i replied "There will not be a next time".

I ordered crispy fried fish tacos and thinking that crispy ment crispy fried and when they came to the table, it was crispy cardboard out of the box and different colors too! In addition they were very flavourless. They also served us cold bens which had to be sent back to be reheated, just wasn't a fun experience.

I just ordered Menudo, received my order through doordash and there was hair in my soup. I would not recommend ordering the menudo. So sad to receive a dish with hair. Not just one or two but lots of hair, like if someone trimmed their beard and dumped it. 😭would give this review negative stars. Such a disappointment.

Fairly good food. Horrible service. Every time we ordered food to go, the order was wrong. It took forever for them to answer the phone. Then it took 20 minutes longer than they said it would be ready. The last time we ordered the delivery service said our order was canceled after waiting for an hour to be delivered. So yes, that was the last time we ordered. Never again.

Worst restaurant ever!! Started going there when I moved to Granada hills 2 1/2 years ago and it’s gotten from BAD to WORSE!! Went there today and waited for service, no water , no chips or salsa, or napkins or silverware. Friends had told me the service was mediocre but we still went cuz it was convenient but the service isn’t worth it. Look for other Mexican restaurants cuz this place has run its course. They just don’t care cuz they know you’ll pay for the close location. We left after 1/2 hour and went to Black Angus, 1/2 a block away and got served within 5 minutes. Will post Mexican restaurants in the area that aren’t mediocre so stay tuned. I’ve always been loyal but not to this failing dump!!!!!

Had dinner, which was delicious, but the waitress had a attitude. I asked for my check three times and it never came. So I got up from the table and saw my waitress at the cash register, so I asked her for my check, and she said oh yeah. She continue on the register pretending to press buttons, then she walks away and stood at the side and never said anything me. Did not receive my check. Well she stood there for a while, without saying a word to me. I again went up to the register and asked another girl for my check. She asked what tables and she printed right out. Don't go there is you want a bad waitress...... Mexican girls with dye blonde hair.

This place is mediocre at best. I had a beef burrito and I wouldn't get that again. They have a taco al carbon plate that is 2 steak tacos with some sides for $18.99? What a rip-off. The margarita tasted like it was a store bought mix. With a competitive market like California, the state of this place leaves one wanting.

Very disappointed with the food and service 12/18/21 Ordered the hot wings appetizer , wings were raw in center. Costillas and nopales were dry and had a old taste to them even with the sauce, the chicken in mole as so had bad taste. Did realize that a Mexican restaurant could ruin beans and Spanish rice , obviously i was proven wrong. I thought the previous restaurant ( Presidente ) was terrible, I guess they just changed the name and kept the horrible food and staff

Service was the worst experience I ve had at any restaurant. The food came quickly and was delicious. After that you will not be attened to again. Asked a second waitress to please get our waitress for us .our waitress said was never advised that we were wanting. Made our night unpleasant. Will not go back again. Our waitress was named Claudia

This establishment may have been a great experience at one time BUT that is no longer the case. Food was not the quality you would expect. $7.50 for a small spoon of sour cream because they do not include ìt with the meal !?! It is a way to pad the bill.

Are server was grumpy and The chimichanga was soggy not crispy in the tortillas were slate. For a $125. I was expecting a lot more the hochata was warm..never again.

As I arrived all started out well, my dinner arrived. But I notice my waitress had other things going on, as I had small portion of my dinner, had planned to bring it home. But my server was going everywhere but coming over to engage with me to see how everything is and if I needed anything.. she walking all around with gloves on taking out the trash from one area then another and wondered elsewhere. Still did not check in on me as I was the only one in that area. So I decided I will walk up to pay my bill.. the woman did not even ask if I needed boxes .. Not in tuned with Customers.. food was good. As I went to pay at the counter, she still had dirty gloves on & took my payment. I said your gloves are dirty, she said but it’s okay. Well I decided to leave.

The waitress is the manager, she gave us a water of Jamaica without any flavor. It tasted like water. Her customer service wasn't that great, she wasn't too attentive. She said it herself and agree that the Jamaica didn't had any flavor and I asked her to take it off the bill, but still charged me for it because I didn't return it. That tells you how ambitious they are and very poor customer service. Moreover, the food is too expensive for service they provide. For me customer service is very important and if it's not appropriately provided, than it's not worth it.

Dirty cups at the bar, neglected customers sitting waiting for their food for up to 30 minutes after they ordered, employees running around without a clue of customer needs, we waited 30 minutes to be seated at a table that was clean and empty when we came in. Completely unorganized. We waited seated at a table for exactly 14 minutes, no water, no drink orders, no waitress, we got up and left the restaurant. I have been there before but I attributed the poor service to being relatively new but I will NEVER step back into any of their locations again.

I am local and have been meaning to try this location me and my mom were excited to try the food. We went Friday night, walking in we were seated immediately host was kind and friendly. Keep in mind the place was not packed we waited 15 mins for the waiter to finally bring us chips and salsa. We started with Queso fundido for our appetizer. I’m not sure what cheese they used but it was not stringy like the cheese should look. It was watery and pura grasa. We kindly let our waitress know we did not want the dish and to remove it from our tab. She looked as if she understood, we explained because of how watery it was, basically looked more like a bowl of soup. We ordered agua de Jamaica which tasted watered down. Totally not worth the 5 dollar beverage. Not once did our waitress ask how we were doing or if we needed any refills. She passed us about 10 times attending the other tables around us. She never batted an eye over to offer any service as if we weren’t sitting there. I might understand if they were packed and busy but it was still the same amount of people from when we first walked in. I am strong on tipping the waiter for great and excellent service. She on the other hand deserved absolutely nothing. When we asked for the bill she did not even offer to remove my plate. I had all the napkins and utensils ready to go on the plate. She was overall horrible at customer service. This was the cherry on top to mediocre horrible quality food. Although I must say, I did enjoy the ambiance of the artist who was singing. He had an amazing voice. He really is what people enjoyed.

The truth is very bad service, it's my 3rd year that I come to celebrate Mother's Day. I like to order a Zacatecan molcajete, but now the waiter tells me there's too much food, I mean he should serve me, right? And the worst thing was that I started to eat and he brings me a box, he says I was going to need it. I felt like he was kicking us out, so I told my children let's get out of here. Of course I brought the food but they didn't even give me a bag. I just left with the box of food in my hand. I would never return to this place.

Our waiter Jose J was not very friendly seemed tired and like he didn't want to be there or help us unless he was talking and laughing with his coworkers in-between orders We had to keep stopping Jose J to ask for things we needed like napkins, water/ soda refills ,etc, if we did not say "excuse me" as he was walking by he wouldn't have helped us, he would just keep walking past us The drinks were WEAK very little to no alcohol in them 2 margaritas and a Cadillac were ordered u cannot taste the alcohol in any of the drinks at all Chips and salsa appetizers when u are seated at the table are good. The food was okay, doesnt taste like authentic Mexican food When we finally did get the waiter Jose J attention, the drinks were made wrong, and the wrong plates of food were given to the wrong people, even tho Jose J was the one that took our orders And the chairs at the tables are uncomfortable and hard, if u do visit this restaurant for whatever reason try a booth might be more comfortable My family and I will not be going there again Which makes me sad because they had a nice live band, beautiful looking restaurant on the inside but service Is not great food is average tasting not very good and drinks aren't good

This was my first time eating at this restaurant, I was excited to try,.we had a family get together and we all drove about 40 miles to meet here due to all of our locations. My family had some complaints, but I'll share mine. The food was "okay" service, also "okay", but when I got by bill, I noticed that I was charged $3.50 for a little side of sour cream, mind you when I brought to waitress attention and kindly asked her to remove that charge especially since I asked them not to put any salsa or guacamole on my order, but just wanted extra sour cream...she stated that she couldn't. I calmly asked her again...I need you to remove that charge, I've never been charged for sour cream,lol...she explained the owner instructed them to charge for everything! I told her if she couldn't remove it, unfortunately I will have to remove her gratuity which was $10. She said she would do that...I felt bad, but I felt like customer service was not priority...Shame on the owner for putting there customers and employees in such a bad position. That's bad business, I will never eat at one of these restaurants again. And I'm okay with that, I have my favorite "go to" Mexican restaurants😊

1st time here since it switched owners. Went on a Friday night, waited 1hr to get our order taken. Then it took them another 45 min for our food to arrive to be given the wrong thing. I told him , the waiter i had the wrong order he grunted and just walked away with no explanations my daughters shrimp coctail was practically frozen. I know it's supposed to be cold but almost frozen? I complained to the manager and she said they were short staff. Restaurants are short staff sometimes. I get it. But they could have at least let us know & apologized for the wait... at the least keep filling our chip basket while we waited. In the end we did not get an apology, and they deducted the plate that i didn't order nor that i ate. Worst experience here, i doubt we will be returning.

Terrible experience with Gabbi the waitress. I called ahead and she told me no reservation was needed, just to show up. When we arrived, she told us to wait but kept seating people without reservations who arrived after us. She clearly has no idea how to manage a line or treat customers fairly. Upset about being ignored. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. Awful service. Never coming back.
