Amazingly delicious. Tirimisu waffle is very good. The zambolee is great texture and perfect blend of coffee and sweetness. The caprese sandwich was good as well. The pesto was very evenly distributed. The bobo milk teas were not overly sweet. I got a nice taste of the lavender.

Great place to catch up with girlfriends, or a quick coffee to go. Love all the chic hat styling employees. Always helpful and courteous. You are all AWESOME!

Adorable little place with astounding food and really creative eats. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful in making sure you get exactly what you want. Featured are the Banana Pecan Waffle and a Maple Laté suggested by the barista (it was delicious)

Amazing Sandwich, Great Flavors and like sitting in Grandma's living room. I had the special it was Egg and Bacon with Spring Mix lettuce and Balsamic vinaigrette on a Waffle. One of the best Breakfast sandwiches I have ever had. If I am in the area I will definitely stop in again.

Everything across the board is outstanding. Above all, this place has the best coffee I have ever had. I always get a hot black Americano and it is the most flavorful, full-bodied cup of coffee I have ever had the pleasure of drinking. It's perfect every time. I used to work in a coffee shop and I know how difficult it is to do that. I have so much respect for this place and the absolutely incredible, unbelievably flavorful coffee that I have ever had the pleasure of consuming.

Excellent shaved ice there! Very unique flavor and taste than other shaved ice. It's not overwhelmingly sweet and is a great in-between texture of shaved ice and ice cream. They also offer dairy-free alternatives. Apparently it's offered during spring. The owner was so nice and took the time to have a decent conversation with my wife and I. You don't get that often. In fact we were taking our cups to go and decided to sit down and stay lol. Very inviting atmosphere, quiet enough to enjoy a conversation with my wife and enjoy our food. We are definitely going back to this place again.

Great brunch spot with plenty of parking and indoor and outdoor seating. Service was fast but I did come on a Monday around 12/12:30 pm. I'm sure it's much busier on the weekends. Smoked salmon croquette Madame is delicious! Also got the Korean shaved ice to go and it was eh just ok.

Ordered the caprese waffle sandwich and the banana Nutella waffle. Both were great but the place is a little pricey. Staff was friendly!

We hadn’t visited in over a year, and it was nice to see the place wasn’t crowded—perfect for a relaxed late breakfast. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Both dishes had great flavor, but my wife and I felt they could have used a sauce to bring everything together. Instead, it felt more like toppings placed on a waffle rather than a cohesive dish. They did offer a hot sauce or syrup, but I didn't want a bottle hot sauce and since it wasn’t maple syrup (employee said “syrup, not maple”), I assumed it was a cheap HFCS version and chose not to use it. The waffle itself had excellent flavor, but I would have appreciated a flavorful, non-spicy sauce option to complement it.

Tiramisu is one of my favorite desserts to eat no matter the occasion. When I heard that there was tiramisu waffles here, I had to try it. However, I was slightly disappointed. There was too much maacarpone cheese in the topping on top of the waffles. There was too much waffle and not enough topping.

My Father & I went to breakfast here. The atmosphere was nice enough, clean. We ordered 2 different waffle plates. We both did not really enjoy the food. It looked amazing. It looked fresh but the taste of the waffle was like a long frozen waffle it sort of crumbled & flaked in your mouth. It didn’t taste fresh or delicious. A big disappointment when you really thought a freshly made waffle would be warm, fluffy, a little doughy inside, a hint of vanilla even but not here, not at The Belgium Waffle Haus. The fruit and other fresh food items looked very fresh but had absolutely no taste. Both my Dad & I looked up at each other after two bites & acknowledged that the food was bland not fresh tasting waffle & the fruit had no flavor. We agreed it looked as it should taste good but didn’t. We both decided we would most likely never eat there again. On a better note the tea was delicious. The beverages are good. If you go for a coffee or tea that maybe worth it to sit in a clean chill environment or just sit outside on a nice day. 2 stars for the food & the price ($35 + tip) for two plates and a hot tea & have to order food at counter. 3 stars for good tea and clean relaxing environment.

Too California for this Texan ! Do I really need to ask for syrup for waffles ?? Here’s your latte - stir spoon please. Napkin please. Any sweetener type options please. Maybe all the staff were at a big party together the night before I was here. That is the whole Vibe here - all the staff was hung over and still Showed up for work. Food is pretty good. Coffee is pretty good. Don’t expect anyone going out of the way to bring a napkin or items along with your meal or coffee. And “do I need to ask for syrup?” Waffles are the main item available it seems !! Waffles with . . . .

It is your base line “trendy” restaurant. It is RIDICULOUSLY over priced. Paid $8 for a regular Belgium waffle with nothing but powdered sugar on it, not even a drink to come with it or any type of side. And $12 for one with strawberries thrown on top. That’s absolutely ridiculous. The sandwiches are $20+ BY THEMSELVES. It’s insanely priced for something I can make at home for $5. There was nothing special about the waffles, they didn’t taste exceptionally good or anything that would explain the price. It was literally boxed mix and strawberries. The staff was nice and the “atmosphere” was like any other cafe type place. Very disappointed. Won’t be going back. There are 1,000 other places to get a breakfast made the same way for much cheaper. If you really want to flush $25+ down the toilet it’s a great place to go.

Very disappointing - $54.61 for breakfast for two - smoked salmon waffle and eggs Benedict waffle with 2 lattes. Craig the server was off hand and infriendly and the waffles were undercooked and doughy ! The other staff was nice .

We've been here before, the management is always rude and the food usually tastes good but the plating is sloped together. In the past we complained to the same manager but she always has an excuse for her employees, "They're new." They've been new for months. We wanted to try it again, to hopefully experience a redemption. Alas, not much has changed except for the wait time which has increased. I waited over 20 minutes to never receive my order. I asked the preparers if my order would be ready soon and they stated it was next on the line and would get to it in about 5 to 6 minutes. Great, it wasn't being prepared so I could get my refund. I went to the register and asked for my refund. The white male stated he understood, they were busy and I didn't want to wait much longer for a to-go order. I mentioned they luckily hadn't started the order but I apologized anyway. As I walked away he whispered under his breath, "Wish you would've done it sooner." I'm sorry, again, but I allowed a 20 minute wait for my order to be complete but you want me to request a refund sooner? How does that make sense? Sooner would equate to an irrational lack of time waited; I was being gracious. Anyway, he refunded me MOST of my payment. I noticed the receipt was missing a few dollars. I walked back in and asked for the whole amount. The cashier looked at his system and corrected the issue saying "The whole amount has now been refunded." Are they withholding? As I was leaving they rushed over with my order, somehow completed. I could only imagine how it looked. They offered it to me but I said I'm not that kind of person. That would be unfair to receive a refund and then take a meal. I suggested they enjoy the [overpriced] sandwich themselves. Lastly, prior to getting my refund I spoke to an older asian male about one of their young customers, a child, drinking from their syrup server. He rolled his eyes at me. With a huff he said he'd look into it. He didn't even ask which child, there were many, and stated he'd look into it? How? That was a poor attempt at placating. Anyway, it's their restaurant their choice to spread germs. Considering HMPV and Subclade K is running rampant in California, SPREAD BY HEALTHY CHILDREN, you'd think a food establishment would take this matter seriously. P.S This review won't matter considering they have a pretty good flow of customers but if anyone gets sick... you can assume why. Bon Appétit.
