It was the best ever. Idk what all these reviews about bad portion sizes are, I got more than enough food! The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, patient, and kind. There was plenty of parking outside, they have bathrooms there, and plenty of seats! The service is fast and efficient, and honestly the price is pretty good for what you get. Fun pit stop if you're shopping around, or just a nice place to have a meal. They never miss with their food, it's always delicious, and definitely better than what I could make at home! 10/10 would recommend, I will be going back

Food much better than expected for a fast food restaurant. Ordering on-line was confusing. Could not order the same side twice in lieu of ordering 2 sides.

When I'm in the mood for fast food. Teriyaki chicken rice all the fixings. Although it's fast food its good but it's not like your mom and pop places. Still pretty good though

The kids menu comes with a drink so I got the strawberry fanta. They don't give you much portion here so it's expected but the food was delicious.

I have been to a lot of Panda Express and I got to say this location is about the best so far. Great customer service all around, but service is just little slow during the lunch rush. This Panda Express is a very very busy location so it's not the fastest place and the food does not look always super cooked fresh I would suggest to ask for a new batch if it looks like it's kind of low they will do it if you ask nicely so that's kind of good if they clean location and the people seem somewhat nice so that's great

No I didn't get Panda my girlfriend did and to be honest it smelt kinda "funky" in the car ride home. I had court the next day and didn't want diarrhea so I ubstained from getting food from the Panda

Went in a busy weeknight and there was worker by name of Marj. I just want to say this person has the worst attitude I have seen at this location. There was about 5 of us in line, and the line kept getting longer, and instead of helping us she ignored us in every way possible after a few minutes we said "Are you going to help us or not?" She rolled her eyes and proceeded to slam the food in the to-go containers. She would also yell "MOVE" to the worker that was assisting her.

You are at the mercy of the server in this place. Seems they give some people more food, some people less. They were very busy and disorganized on the evening I visited. I like their food, but Trader Joe's has better orange chicken.

Very rude servers. Don’t give a full portion on the plate. Ask for a full order and I was told “no”. I don’t like being cheated when I Pay good money.

The worst place to get food the service is bad, girl that works they got my order didn't get on Orange chicken for my order the over price, gave little to no amount, bland in cold products, not recommend going there,waste of time and money.

Always issues with this location, they leave the food out way too long always have to ask for fresh items and they throw a fit when you do, the portions at this location are about half as much as u would get at any other location the staff apologizes about it without even asking and say management will take it out of their pay. Also cannot ever get warm teriyaki or sweet and sour. Overall this location needs some help

Not thrilled about this location at all! The manager Liann is very abusive towards her employees! She feels it’s necessary to put her hands on her employees and smack them in front of customers and even pull their hands out of their pockets while on their break and yet nothing has been done to protect the staff! Liann is constantly yelling at her staff while customers are trying to order food! I’ve come in to this location several times and seen the manager putting her hands on employees when she shouldn’t be!

At this place they don't fill the container for what you paying for, and what they give you is a lot of vegetables, they don't give you enough chicken or beef and of top of that there's a girl named Laura who I don't think it's happy to work there, just throws one entree on top of the other when there is a compartment for each one, who wants to eat green beans mixed with orange chicken?

I have been going here for a while, but yesterday they got my order so wrong. I went back to correct it (which they did). I got the raggoons and the veggie rolls, but it was like they haven't changed the grease in a while. It was nasty and even this morning, I am still feeling nauseated. I will not be going back.

Just got order delivery... No sauces!!! No no!!! No sauces!!! Ordered egg rolls... Absolutely no sauce in bag!!! Wow!!! Really!!! Never ordering again!!! I should have drove... Ha!!! Not even a fortune cookie... Should just said here's $30 give me what you want!!! Never going to order again!!!

Gave me food poisoning on 10/15/2023, still vomiting as of now. Chili crisp shrimp excessively oily, seeps through the paper box, stained counter.

Cashier named lulu was very rude lied about what they had offered in the store at the moment i got there first thing at opening said I wanted to order online to make it easier for them but they didn't have some of the items I wanted online she then told me rudely well if its not on there we don't have it whatever is on the website is all we have , I proceed to have my order taken I then ask do you have sweet fire since that was the item I was trying to order online and they didn't have as an option she checks and says yes , I then told her why did you lie to me saying that you didn't then. , she just laughed and didn't even say sorry It was the worse ruled experience I've had there , I get working during this time is tough , because I've experienced it but theres no need to lie to customers never coming back thanks lulu , update on my order when I got home the rice was extremely hard and they meal tasted awful I threw away more then half 🙃, energy does effect food quality to .

I ordered a family feast at 9pm and got told I had to wait for them to cook some more honey chicken okay cool but then I get home and I had chose rice for both of the sides and 1 of them was only half filled!!! After they had served 5 people before my order ?!?

This Panda can't keep track of or keep up with their online orders to save their lives. Two separate orders I've been left waiting outside for 10-20 minutes past my pick up time. What is the point of placing an online order and giving an exact time for pick up?

Went to pick up my to go order, the woman who was handling pick ups said she had no record of my order and asked me to go get my phone, I left it in the car and stepped out to get it so I could show her my order confirmation. The next thing I know some lady comes from the back and starts yelling at me like I am a child and says “ if you are going to be coming in and out then you need to use THAT door!” And she is so angry that I didn’t I come in through the door that is clearly marked EXiT! So you are mad that I followed the signage? Oh and my food was cold! Worst service and worst Panda Express

Weekend workers' service was horrible. I barely got a scoup of kung pau chicken. When I asked, they refused to add more to my bowl.

I order some food and when about to pay i said Hello to Claudine the cashier and she kept tell me that is was going to be 28 dollars. I told her I say hello and you did not respond and nothing and continue like nothing I said. She was so rude and I hope she is not there if I come back again.

Shrinkflation is real… it’s not just this panda, but almost all I’ve gone to aren’t worth it. The plates got smaller and the price only increased. You don’t get much for what you pay for. They are stingy with their protein for example only get 3-4 small pieces of chicken and the rest they just fill up with rice and veggies 👎🏻

Came here after shopping in the plaza across the street. We ordered and ate the food in the store, and had no idea that there was a no dine-in policy here. Out of nowhere a female employee comes out from the back and starts yelling, (yes yelling) at us to get out. Less than a minute later we are about to leave and she comes back and keeps yelling at us, and humiliating us in front of the store for eating our food. This is 2022, I assume that after 2 years of the pandemic most businesses would be happy to open up and have normal operations. If not that's fine too, but there's no need to harass and belittle customers about it. If we would have known this would happen we could have gone to Pick Up Stixs, which was open and allowing people to eat their food in peace, and probably the better choice from the start. Panda really needs to work on training these disgruntled employees how to handle simple situations like this with basic social skills. This was such a bad experience. Moral of the story, DO NOT go here.

Hi, i’m a loyal consumer from this brand. today, i went to the location at 18080 chatsworth street in granada hills, CA. i had a very disgusting moment with the general manager of this location. due to her lack of understanding what the protein part of the plate is, she tried to lecture me, as a consumer, what protein/entree is. i explain to her and she laughed at me. i asked her why was she being so rude, if i could speak to the manager of the location and she said it was her. she said she was the manager and she was basically entitled to be rude. i still don’t understand her behavior, specially working at costumer service. i had leave the location because im not spending my money where i’ve been treated poorly. do better Panda. other consumers of this Granada Hills location have already shared their complaints. do something.

I am very upset whoever ran today’s 8 PM shift July 19, 2024. I had made a purchase of two plates in the past and ordered beef broccoli when I got home I opened my plate and saw there was only broccoli in my plate. I then called the store and the team member advised to come back to get one free small side. But Did never inform me that it would expire. I came to the store today and the manager on duty who is wearing black said that it expired. I’m just upset that she didn’t want to redeem my one small free side order and was never told on the phone that it expires. The manager also looked like she was getting upset. I’m more upset that I wasn’t granted my free small side since they made a mistake on my order in the past. This location needs to learn how to build relationships with their customers because I won’t be going there anymore to purchase any of my food. It’s more of the principal versus the one free small side that they could’ve provided to satisfy a customer.
