I love this restaurant chain. I normally go for their coffee that I love, but my friend said they have good Thai tea. That was yummy just like everything else. Great patsies too! I will visit again!

Love everything from coffee to Boba milk tea and addicting pastries and cakes! Priced just right and better than the other popular coffee shops and bakery . We just downloaded the app so I can get loyalty points since we frequent the bakery for our morning coffee and afternoon snacks to crave our sweet tooth.

Wonderful selection of pastries, treats, drinks, and more! I go specifically for the chocolate chip croissants, they are soooo good! This location is always very clean and the staff is always helpful and nice. Walk in, grab a tray and one of their tongs, and pick all your goodies! They pack each baked goods individually in its own plastic bag in order for you to take home. This time around, I decided to try one of their boba drinks and I got the Thai tea. It was one of the best Thai teas I've ever had, and I've had a lot of them! Definitely worth checking out!

Very fast customer service, place is very clean, ambience is relaxing to have coffee and chill, cakes are beautiful and the treats make you want to keep coming back. Excellent place for delicious pastries. I definitely recommend it.

This was my 1st time visiting and I loved my experience. Even though you can't dine in, every pastry is wrapped in a plastic bag ready to go. Their pastries were so delicious. There muffins, danishes, ham bread, etc., were so good. My favorite thus far was their signature drink special, ice Strawberry de Leche, it was creamy and fresh. I highly recommend people to try these yummy delicious pastries.

My girlfriend and I stopped by here this morning because she wanted her Jalapeños Creme Chesse. Finding parking was easy because its in a big plaza so you shouldn't have any issues finding a spot pre-covid or post-covid. When we walked into the store, it took me a while to find where the plates were. They kept it in the front near the cashier now probably due to covid. While shopping we also got the chocolate sponge rolls, mango creme brulee and strawberry custard tart. The bad part was waiting in the long line to pay because they only had 1 cashier working while the other worker was making drinks. But after I was finishing paying, they open up another cashier and it speed up the process.

This location has a nice selection of pastries and cakes, all freshly made and beautifully presented. The prices seem to be lower than other competitors, like Paris Baguette. However, the service could be improved; staff seemed a bit inattentive during busy hours.

Situated in the middle of a busy strip mall, parking can be tricky. My first visit here was on a rainy Sunday afternoon. When you first enter, grab a tray and browse the many pastries and small sandwiches, pre-wrapped and ready to eat. We grabbed a few and then headed over to the register to pay and order drinks. The oolong tea was great but their hot chocolate is made with water, not milk which was disappointing on a rainy day like today. Prices are average but the selection of items is really fantastic!

There was a long line for ordering. Thank goodness it went pretty fast. We ordered 2 Americano coffees and a slice of Tiramisu. The Tiramisu is not bad except it doesn't have coffee flavor in it.

Great variety of baked goods! But customer service definitely needs more work. Been here multiple times, but today in particular the employee was super rude upon checking me out.

The worse staff I've ever met. They confused my order and gave me someone's else food. They didn't even change it. It was like "shut up and eat your food". The worse restaurant in Northridge. Thank you guys!

We went in on a whim and ended up getting their Cantonese moon cake box. We brought it home and upon opening, one of them had mold all over it. The expiration date was listed as October 6, 2024. We called the store and were told that the manager only approved of an exchange and to bring it in. At that point, we just wanted a refund because we didn’t trust if any of the others had been compromised. We went all the way back to the store the next day and got a refund. We won’t be returning!
