$10 for 10 Lemon pepper chicken wings none in & buffalo wings deal and $5 domestic draft beer on Gameday every Sunday night and small garden salad $6.45. Also 1/2 off for game chips. Get the bone-in wings it tastes better. Great place to come for games and food for late night or a game. They have a lot of screens. Waitress Abby is nice, responsive and helpful. Cons are it’s a bit loud if you are between the bar and game rooms (which is expected).

This place is awesome! I like coming here with the boys and just playing some games. Their food is whatever. The billiard tables are bit of a wait at times but once you get one, its worth it. You can bring kids too. Overall its a good spot to come hang out.

Its normally a great.place, but lately half the games are not working. While playing they turn off and it's difficult to find a service tech. Plus, I spend $$$ there for my autistic son that loves the arcade. Thinking I need to find a better arcade in which games work. Food is always good. Don't purchase or refill the cards at the dining place, the waiters always try to get you to Tip on the $$$ you spend on the cards.

Food is horrible and place was pretty empty for a sunday. I didn't interact with any employees, but the ones I did see seemed to look very unhappy. Lots of games, however a fourth of them were broken. place was very clean and smelled like fabuloso. Bathrooms were also clean.

Waited a long time for a table. Service was horrible and slow. Food was decent. We had barbocoa fries.. They were good but needed way more meat. My friend had a steak... Don't ask me why. He said it was over cooked and bland. Adult beverage refreshments were good but a little pricey.

Love the atmosphere and love the staff. Super friendly service. However, the food quality is below acceptable. We ordered steak salads and requested medium rare and it came out well done. The smashburgers did not smell or taste good. The chicken pasta dish was super cold and super salty. The fries were very stale and soggy. I'm not a fan of places where you feel like your money is being set on fire. Playing a console or PC game at home would give a much better experience than these low quality casino-style games. The game area is definitely casino-vibed, too (sans cigarettes). It's fine for parties though.

Okay, how do I describe the best evening of my life. It all starting when I decided to take the family out for the evening. We decided to go to Dave & Buster's. It was real easy to find seats but on the other hand it was a Navy SEAL Black ops impossible mission to find anybody to serve those seats. We must have sat there 15 minutes before I decided to get up and look for help. Now I do understand that it is probably very difficult to be a waiter waitress/bartender / babysitter but it took another 10 12 minutes for somebody to actually realize that I was asking for help. I don't think there is anything I did short of getting naked and jumping on the bar to get somebody's attention before somebody finally came. My family ordered what they wanted it was my turn I wanted the buffalo wings and sliders but I have a distaste for boned chicken, boned anything for a matter fact. So I completely ask the waitress if I could have these sliders and the boneless wings instead of the bone wings you know swapping it swap it out even if I had to pay more. I guess a customer can't order what they want because I was told no so it's actually get what I wanted I had to order a completely different meal on top of what I was already getting which was honestly very very blood boiling. I understand life is difficult for people but if somebody comes to your establishment and wants to order something and they would like it a certain way you don't tell them no you try to cater to your customers. For the amounts of money that I spent that night I would have expected some wow service instead I got not now crappy give me your bank account information so I can take all your money service. Extremely disappointed. And I know this is not going to help my situation out they're not going to offer me a meal at half up price or even offer a reimbursement or even if a night there on them I know they're not going to do that but this is for anybody else that goes there be warned it might seem fun until you're going through it.

Went with a group and rented a hall. They catered it and the food was cold and skimpy for 40 people. (One of the offerings was chicken cutlets and there was only 10 for our whole group. )The dessert was churros and they were cold and rock hard and stale. It was so loud we couldn't hear ourselves. The floor was also very sticky.

Sadly This location has declined drastically the past couple of years! We went there to watch the Dodgers & Kings game and just about all the TV's around the bar were having static issues besides couple of the TV's were very fade and some completely OFF! After failing to find any employees and chasing bartenders we found a bartender with Tattoos a ponytail and an Attitude if she can change one of the TV's to the Kings game after a quick couple of minutes she said they don't have the game and was rude! We got the Manager (nice and professional) who found the game quickly!

Not the type of person to write reviews especially when it comes to service but this time around I had a get together with family and received down right disrespectful service for my whole party. Understandably the place is packed and we didn’t expect the whole 9 yards but for the bare minimum respect is given. The server Corey from the start of the interaction was not welcoming or nice with his comments on his service. Even after paying such a huge tab a mandatory 80 dollar tip was added for the service you are lucky to receive. I get it, when it’s a table of grouchy people, but for guests that simply wanted a meal without extra comments on the side? Come on. Came here over weekend. It wasn't that busy.That too around 2 pm. Party of 3. The servers forced us to sit right next to a big party of like 40 some people, I looked around and there were probably 15 more tables available. I was like why here? (That to in a squeezed corner table ) and all this BECAUSE the next server on shift was serving in that area. I saw an empty table right in that serving area.. I was like what about here and she was like !no you are 3, this is for 4 people!!!!! I can put you on wait if you want.. like really??? Do you even know C of customer service??? We came down and were right away seated in cpk.

I came with five children and my husband. $285 dollar bill and $60 gratuity added. If it had been deserved I’d understand. The waitress missed orders of two drinks, a meal, and a meal came burnt and was replaced. The two children’s meals came after everyone else had eaten. I spoke to the manager in regard to the service he tried to bargain the gratuity as if it was deserved, no regard for the quality of service or lack there of. I’ve never eaten at a Dave N Busters but not even Flemings or Ruth Chris has given such issues with service and demand for a tip.

we will never come to this branch again. It is a very annoying and unmanaged and chaotic environment. My friends and I came here to play billiards and at the entrance we were met by a very rude employee who responded with disrespect. We just wanted to ask him about the billiards section. It seems that the management of the billiards game is stupidly divided into a bar and drinks section where 3 employees worked there. They did not respond to us at all. After waiting for 5 minutes, we just asked if we could play billiards. They said that they would put our name on the waiting list and call us after 30 minutes. But after waiting for 2 hours for only 1 hour of playing billiards, they told us that they had lost the waiting list and put our name back at the bottom of the list. I asked them who was in charge of the list and I wanted to talk to him but the employee told us that there was nothing he could do and that he could not do anything for us. So without waiting and trying to argue with them, without informing them, after two hours of waiting, I went and took the balls from the table and played with my friends for two hours and then went back to the bar to order beer but again after 10 minutes of waiting no one took my order and I gave up and continued playing. Then we left the balls and equipment there and walked out very easily. This whole story shows how this place is run without management and by lazy and irresponsible people, we will never come to this branch again.

Today, we attempted to order drinks twice, but the service completely disregarded us. There were other customers waiting, yet the bartender was preoccupied with her phone, ignoring all of us. We also wanted to play pool, but she repeatedly walked away from us. We decided since we were being ignored we should play some games and then come back, when we returned 30 minutes after, she still didn’t assist us. It seemed like we were deliberately being ignored, prompting us to leave early.

Food was okay. The service was horrible. 2nd time here and both times the service sucked. The first time I thought it was a one-time thing, but no. Beer took 20min to receive. Came with a small group and the food took 45min and didn't come together. Wasn't even busy. Everyone said never again. Suggest eating somewhere else.

Went here on a Thursday night. It wasn’t that busy but somehow there was nobody helping us. I waited 10 minutes for a greeting and no menu. Another patron handed me a menu themselves since they saw we weren’t given one. Ordered some drinks and it was truly undrinkable. I would’ve asked the bartender to remake it but like I said there was no one to be found. There were two bartenders on one side of the bar the entire time we were there. The food came out and it was good. I got the Barbacoa fries and the mozzarella sticks. It tasted fresh. We weren’t given any utensils until a couple of minutes after our food arrived. When I finally got one of the bartenders attention I asked to send back the drinks. The other bartender who was serving us then proceeded to try and give it away to other patrons after I have already drank from it which is so gross to me. Please do better!!!
