Good place to have a snack great taste worth coming again

I am editing my review because I received new information! *** This was not the owners fault. It was a error from the processing company. My information was not stolen, but it did mess things up. I was contacted and apologized to. I appreciated that! All has been forgiven! Going forward I will pay in cash, but now, I get my delicious fries!! Previous post: I am so angry right now! I like the fries so me and my daughter frequent this place and because of Covid they asked for my credit card number. I gave it to them and they had to bring my food to the door of the mall. Months later my card was charged $2260. The day before Thanksgiving. I will never return to the place. Bad Business!!! Kids shouldn't have access to credit card numbers!!!

quick service, very friendly employees. delicious fries and chicken. when ordering the chicken you do have to wait a little bit, but it's because they cook it fresh when you order and serve it hot and delicious. ordered the chicken tenders today but they were out of them after I paid, the employee apologized and offered me chicken wings instead, I'm glad he did because they are the best wings I've ever had. I work in the area and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Got the tenders and fries the chilli bbq and where really good. Service was great as well. Recommend.

I love the fries from here. I like BBQ and sour cream together. They have different kinds of fries. I like their chicken too. Every time I went to the Northridge mall, I always eat here. Best place in the mall. Nice customer service. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve been a regular at this Potato Corner spot for quite a few years. I’ve always received my orders in a reasonable amount of time and I always get an extra amount of fries than the usual. The staff are friendly, some I even know by name. (Hi, Cecile!)

The best fries in the world behind McDonald’s fries!!! You should definitely eat them quick because they get kinda soggy and sticky if you don’t, plus they taste better while hot. Chili bqq is one of there best flavors I believe, but if you don’t like spicy food you should differently try all the others!

Great place! Love it!! I love the staff they are so kind and wonderful. They made my tater tots really good and gave extra!!! When I asked to cook it for a few more minutes they had no problem doing it. I definitely take this place as my go to snack stop, and the food is just really good and very easy to order.

The fries are great, especially with the chili BBQ seasoning. It's pretty popular, so the wait could take quite a while sometimes.

Unfortunately, that request is sometimes ignored, which is disappointing because it makes a big difference in the quality of the food. Potato Corner is at its best when the fries are fresh, hot, and crispy. Paying attention to customer requests and cooking the fries properly would greatly improve the experience. I still enjoy this place, but I really hope they become more consistent with how the fries are prepared.

It’s good and I was craving it. I just asked for them to put it in a bag. And when I asked again the guy just tossed the bag at me. It’s a global pandemic and after working I don’t think my hands were clean enough to handle the food and bag it, and the guy refused to do it for me. There was only one order after mine.

The food is great (obiviously) but the employees are either not trained well or just stupid. Same lady that took, made and served our order (which took less than 4 mins) wouldn't give us our food without recipet. When we paid she didnt tell us our number or that we needed to show the receipt when we picked our food up. She was hesitant even though we were literally the only customers there.

They recently changed management or something, I don’t know what but their quality of food dropped severely! The flavours now taste like garbage! This used to be my go-to place. Very disappointing that they only care about saving money and providing BS consumables.

Please don't go to this place. We just witnessed a lady by the name of Ivonne handling fries using the same gloves she used to touch the money. As soon as my husband and I saw this we asked for a refund and she said no. I told her we saw her using the same gloves to handle the fries and money. She lied and denied it. We had no other choice but to walk away and contact the Public Health, and the company in hope to make this unsanitary issue to be known. We are under a pandemic and this place is not abiding by safety regulations.

The serving before was very generous compared to the ones served recently. I ordered a giga fries and it didn't really fill the size. It was like a jumbo size.

I want to give zero stars, both lady working at the stand today was so unsanitary. One had long acrylic nails on, while the other one was using the same gloves for everything. She was wiping the counters with rags and was preparing food and still had the same gloves on. So unsanitary, should not get an A rating.

March 13 2019 2:10pm I bought a giga fries. I mistakenly said the small one and she got mad when I tell her to switch it to giga fries instead. Horrible attitude working on a stand like that.

Potato Corner prices are outrageous. $7 for a cup of fries?? $15 for THREE tenders, fries & drink?

Was a customer but very disgusted to have seen a roach crawling around the register ! Took my son to buy some fries when I saw it!! Told the cashier and she did nothing about it !!!! Do not eat there unless u want a surprise in your fries!! 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

Horrible experience, little kids running the store and using their bare hands to scoop the fries up. Immature, they were doing tik toks during their job as well 👎

It says they offer halal food but I called them and they said they don’t offer halal food

I ordered the biggest size they have (giga) of the tater tots and I was utterly shocked when I saw the amount i was given. They are so stingy with the amount of food they give you and let alone the seasoning, This is what makes the fries... If i’m paying 10+ dollars for this i’d like to get my moneys’ worth. Never will be i be coming back it’s so disappointing.

After eating chicken meals , my son developed very bad food poisoning. I don't know if the chicken was expired or contaminated. Please change your oil and control your food, especially chicken.

I’m not sure what happened to this potato corner because I remember this place being awesome but ever since a month or two ago I’ve been having bad experiences here (3 times in a row). First time I bought one mega fry and it took 2 hours for me to get my fries (it wasn’t busy either). Second time the cashier was extremely rude, impatient, and kind of strongly suggested me not to order Third time my order got skipped twice and the purple haired girl making the fries gave me attitude when I asked for the extra seasoning I ordered. She also dropped my fries aggressively on the counter and didn’t bag them. I don’t like writing bad reviews to places I like but obviously something has gone wrong here.
