First time visiting! Food and drink were outstanding! The steak literally melts in your mouth. Our server, Destiny B provided exceptional service which made our visit memorable. I highly recommend asking to be served by her, she is there every Fri, Sat, and Sun. We were a party of 7 and told the wait was 20-25 minutes, but were seated down within 10 minutes of waiting. I also recommend coming early if you have a big party so everything goes well. Will definitely be coming back for the VERY delicious food/drinks and great service.

Yippy Kai aye cow folk, this here's a mighty tasty spot to grab some beef and other vitals. Steak was cooked well, artichoke dip and Brussels sprouts were especially delicious additions to a hearty meal. Warmly lit, western decor, plenty of table space for large parties, kid friendly, reasonably priced. 5 stars

This has to be hands-down the best steak I’ve had in my life. I ordered the Longhorn Porterhouse Steak 22oz. , It’s amazing. I’ll be back. I ordered mashed potatoes and I had an amazing Caesar salad with fresh shaved Parmesan cheese, and they had the black pepper grinder on the table as well as the salt grinder . And even the coffee was Amazing. My waiter was nice and even other waitresses walking by were nice and cordial to me and they weren’t even the ones serving me at the table but one of the waitresses went by and asked if I need anything and I said coffee and she brought me coffee and she wasn’t even the one waiting my table so I really appreciate the staff. 😃

The LongHorn Steakhouse felt warm and inviting as we entered the restaurant. This used to be the old Macaroni Grill, but now does not look anything like it did. If you like stuffed mushrooms, you will enjoy their Cheddar Cheese Stuffed Mushroom appetizer. They were generously filled and had a light garlic crust. I can also recommend the Chop Steak. It's a classic comfort food that was tender and flavorful, as it was smothered with mushrooms, gravy, and caramelized onions. Our server, Jessi, was helpful as this was our first time here. She checked in on us regularly and made our dining experience exceptional. Overall, we recommend Longhorn Steakhouse for anyone seeking a memorable night out, filled with delicious food and five-star service!

Excellent 12oz. ribeye! It comes with two sides. I picked loaded baked potato and buttered asparagus. It hit the spot! The strawberry pecan salad was very good too. Friendly and attentive staff. There are actual power outlets and USB ports on the table to plug in your devices. Very convenient! Easy free parking lot too. Good for small groups or big groups.

I’ve been to other locations in different state. But, this is luckily a lot closer to home. I have never been disappointed in a Longhorn yet. This one is no exception. Northridge is about an hour from home and I’ll gladly come back. This was my fiancé’s first here and he was impressed at how the steak just falls apart in your mouth! Definitely recommend this place.

Abby took great care of us. We ate from the lunch menu, which is an extraordinary deal. In my case, an impeccably grilled Sirloin Steak with roasted Brussel Sprouts. My wife had Grilled Chicken and steamed Broccoli. Both meals were a great value and superb quality.

The last 3 times I've ordered the outlaw ribeye steak it comes out chard.they need to clean off the grills more often so we don't get charged taste from previously grilled steaks. The image of the steak in this picture was when they opened the restaurant at Northridge location. steak was DELICIOUS! but last 3 visits steak taste awful.

Excellent customer service from Alex at the bar!!! He made our bar visit memorable with his friendly, attentive and professional attitude. The delicious, juicy steak and the rest of the food came out pretty fast and with plenty of favor. The two things I’m obsessed with from here is the clam and lobster chowder and their steak. The rice is also very good, fluffy and flavorful. There was a 25 min wait but we bypassed this by sitting at the bar just fyi in case you ever visit on a time crunch and bar seats are available. It’s first come first serve!! I definitely recommend this place!!! ; ))

First time coming here and the food was so good, got the burger and I tried the sirloin steak they were both so good and juicy. I also tried the spiked strawberry lemonade and it was so good! Our server Natalie was great and super sweet! She would check in at the perfect time and her recommendations were the best. Environment was cozy, western, and everyone was so friendly. Definitely coming back again!

Staff were great, food was good portion and just amazingly good. It didn’t taste like chain restaurant food at all, way better than expected. The spinach dip was truly and amazing app, the mushrooms were gone in a split second and no one had regrets. Main course was exceptional, from steaks to chicken to ribs. All better than expected for everyone! Everyone left full and happy!

When LongHorn Steakhouse first opened, we tried it and it’s been one of our go-to spots ever since! Such a great addition to the neighborhood. We’ve dined here many times and the food is always consistently good—fresh, flavorful, and with plenty of variety on the menu to keep things exciting. Our family loves it! We’ve also ordered takeout a few times and it’s always been great—fast service and super friendly staff. Recently we dined in with our baby and they were so accommodating, which made the experience even better. The steaks, shrimp, salads, sides, and appetizers are all delicious. You can tell management is doing a great job because everything runs so smoothly every time we visit. Highly recommend!

The best filet and lobster tail dinner. My meal was hot until the end. Other restaurant food is only hot for the first few bites, but not here. I enjoyed every bite, very good flavor as well. What a good way to start the New Year.

The usual steakhouse. Ambiance is nice. Prices are good. Bar and beer choices very limited. Appetizers were average, lots of cheese, no special tastes. We had to send two steaks back for more cooking. I'd eat here again, but it doesn't make my go-to or must share list.

Party of 4, 2 kids and 2 adults, about an hour before they closed. They seated us and were friendly. We figured out what we wanted fairly quickly but it did take a while for someone to come. I got the salmon and it was a tad overcooked. Steaks seemed to be cooked pretty close to how they were ordered (Medium for an adult and medium well for a kid). With closing, I guess they were busy with their night duties but it did take some time for service. All in all, decent experience. We will be back, earlier.

First time here! The steaks had a good flavor but were overpowered by the incredible amount of salt and black pepper they added. At least the margaritas had a good mixture of sweetness and alcohol.

Our bartender left for over 10 minutes at a time. Food literally was wrecked by a broken plate. Bartender promptly informed us and offered a complimentary dessert. However after we finished the entrée he brought a box and never asked about dessert choice.

I must say the server is very patient and nice her name is Priscilla , I gave 4 star because their sweet potato is too soft, and the broccoli is rubbery because of maybe over cooked. Their baby back ribs is really good. That’s the only issue other than that is good.

LongHorn "stake hous" "Yes that we have that happening a lot the kitchen is not the best"1¹ Such a disappointment of a good name steakhouse and whoever cooked the steak was watching too many YouTube tutorials we ordered two medium rare steaks and both of them came well done dry like sand we Paid $100 for 2 burned Stakes I'm glad we ordered some appetizers because they were really good After talking to Mike the amazing guy who served our table the manager showed up and after explaining her what was the issue with with our steak temperature and texture she responded "Yes that we have that happening a lot the kitchen is not the best" Parking - 3.5/5 Accessibility - 4/5 Atmosphere - 3.5/5 Clean - 4/5 Restrooms - 3/5 Service - 3.5/5 Food visally -3.5/5 Food taste -2.5/5 Food freshness -2.5/5 Price - 2/5 Total score: 3.2

Let’s start with the dragonfruit margarita it was very expensive and you could not taste the patron- what a ripoff to start you off with such a weak drink. Then I placed and order of 20oz Miller lite and 15 min went by and when I asked about my beer the waitress lashed out passively and said she place the order to the bar tender and that was how it worked, in other words just wait some more, and when my beer showed up it was a 12oz serving so I sent it back and had to wait again so much that I had to ask my server a second time for my beer and finally got served. By then my 6oz sirloin steak was served, it was so salty I could barely eat it. Two other people at my table ordered the same steak and their too was salted excessively. The New York steak by bro ate was ok. I gave them two stars because the sirloin steak was tender and I asked for medium rare and it was cooked perfectly, trouble is - it was to salty. If you find other reviews about over seasoning about this place, they’re not exaggerating. Thats just how they season it, super salty. Over all parking and atmosphere were ok, people around me seemed clean dressed decently. If I ever came back which I doubt that I’ll ever come back, I would not order there dragonfruit margarita and I would request the chef take it easy with the salt on the sirloin, or I’m not paying for it.

I hate writing bad reviews but this one was deserved. I can confirm what some of the other reviewers said. Service was slow - REALLY REALLY slow. They didn't even look that crowded. I'm giving two stars for the food. The sides were good but the steaks were overly seasoned with a peppery rub and every one of them was grossly overcooked. We all ordered medium rare and they all came out medium well to WELL done. Being a steakhouse, you would think steaks would be the one thing they would do well. The manager said they would prepare new ones and they took our steaks. Since these were re-do's you would think they would try and hurry a little bit. They didn't. It's pretty disappointing when your main course comes out well after the meal is over. Sorry to say this was a huge disappointment and we will not be going back.

I don't usually put up with situations like these but wanted to give my father in law a good birthday dinner. We took my father in law for his birthday and could not believe how bad of an experience we had. It all started when I tried going online to get on the wait list prior to arrival. Which we couldn't do for a party of 6, so we called in as thats what the website said to do for partys larger than 4 people. However when we called the receptionist said we could only be put on the wait list in person. Tried our best just to enjoy ourselves but wow its as if the staff was doing their best to ruin our time. Service was way too slow, took over 3 hours for us to get in and out. Steaks were undercooked, coffee was served cold, wife was served a margarita in a glass that had several chips around the rim hidden by the tajin, thankfully she wasn't cut. (We did mention this to our server and she did replace her drink). We mentioned to our server that it was my father in laws birthday and if they could sing happy birthday for him. However when the time came some other random server came and just plopped a glass of ice cream in front of him laughed and walked off talking to a fellow employee. Either this place is crazy racist or their service is just that bad.

Dear LongHorn Steakhouse Management Team, I am writing to formally report an extremely serious and distressing experience my family had at your restaurant on Thursday, January 8th at approximately 6:30 p.m. My parents have been loyal customers of this LongHorn Steakhouse since it opened. They were genuinely excited to share their positive experiences with us and invited our family to dinner this evening. Unfortunately, what occurred during our visit was frightening, traumatic, and deeply troubling. During our meal, a piece of steak became lodged in my father’s throat, causing him to choke. As he gestured that he needed help, my son immediately began performing the Heimlich maneuver while I loudly called out for assistance, attempting to alert restaurant staff that we were experiencing a medical emergency. Despite our clear distress and repeated calls for help, not a single staff member came to our table -no server, no manager, no employee whatsoever. As my father choked, his eyes bulging, my two sons took turns performing the Heimlich maneuver for what felt like an eternity. The restaurant was packed, and it would have been impossible for anyone nearby not to notice what was happening. Still, we were completely alone in our efforts. Thankfully, my sons were able to dislodge the piece of steak, allowing my father to breathe again. In the aftermath, my father vomited at the table as a result of the ordeal. A female patron-not an employee-came over to check on us. Still, no staff member appeared. My sons then escorted my father outside for fresh air, followed by my mother, who was visibly shaken and upset. As my husband and I gathered our belongings to leave, we were finally approached by our server-only to present us with our $300 bill. Still in shock and emotionally overwhelmed, I handed over my credit card and paid. At no point did anyone ask if my father was okay, offer assistance, acknowledge what had occurred, or involve a manager. This experience was mortifying, terrifying, and unacceptable. It is deeply concerning that during a clear, life-threatening medical emergency, no staff member-especially no manager intervened or followed what should be established safety protocols for patron emergencies. I am sharing this not only because of the trauma my family endured, but because this represents a serious lapse in professionalism, training, and basic human responsibility. I want to be certain that this incident is formally documented and addressed, and that steps are taken to ensure this never happens to another family. I have submitted a customer service form so that it is formally documented in some way. There does not seem to be another way to formally document a concern and I certainly do not feel comfortable contacting the restaurant directly due to their lack of assistance. If corporate manages these reviews, I would appreciate a response regarding this situation.

Beware !!! Please do it waste your hard earned money here ! Horrible service . Food was mid at best : I ordered the renegade combo with shrimp . First off it took 1 :15 to get my food , just got it to come out warm and my shrimp cold . Asked for a refill and did not receive it until after we complained to the manager who was nice and understanding but it didn’t make up for the poor treatment that we received . Definitely would not recommend especially if you’re hungry they will have you waiting an eternity !
