Came in for the First time after looking up a breakfeast restaurant while I was out in Reseda. I saw Waffle love was close by and scene great reviews so I had to try it out! We were greeted by Amanda at the register who was extremely knowledgable on the menu and had awesome recommendations. Julian ran out the food nice and hot. Olivia was coming by to check up how we were doing as well as Amanda. This place has given me the best customer service ive ever gotten in any breakfeast restaurant.. I felt so comfortable and the waffles were the best waffles ive ever tried in my life.. Thank You for the Amazing service I will be back to visit every time I am down here to get some good breakfeast !!

Had a craving for chicken and waffles but did not crave going to the original Chicken and Waffles place in LA, so my boyfriend took me here (his go to). Fell in love…..with their chicken and waffle. Chicken breast was not greasy, had a perfect crisp to it and the right amount of spice. Paired with their crispy AND fluffy waffle, I was in heaven. Complimentary coffee is served which is definitely a plus! The staff was super friendly even though it was busy, another plus! Was not aware this was a small franchise until I left (I tend to stay away from chains), but this does not deter me from returning! Great place!

Great waffle place, the customer service is always pleasant, very friendly and inviting, they will always help you with the choices and to make sure you experience there is Amazing. Their coffee is always free.❤️ They always have good variety sweet or savory, their house sauce is so good and their whip cream is AMAZING, fruit is always fresh and their waffles are the best I've taste. Bobby is always very friendly and make sure you leave happy❤️ He make sure my son's birthday was special❤️ 🎉🎂TY. I will DEFINITELY recommend this place.

Today I died and went to heaven. I had never heard of this place until earlier this week and upon gazing at their menu online I knew the internal fat girl just had to go and try this place out. I was truly not disappointed. My son ordered the chocolate filled banana cream pie waffle and I got the cinna love. Both were extremely delicious!!! The waffles were nice and soft, the cinna love tasted like a cinnamon bun on a waffle and the grilled cheese was heavenly (a very sweet gift from the wonderful lady at the cash register)!!!! The tomato soup had an interesting texture when eating on its own but paired perfectly with the waffle grilled cheese. The staff there were incredibly warm and kind, food came out quickly and was beyond the best thing I have put in my mouth this year. Thank you for a wonderful experience! I will absolutely be back!!!!!!

My kids’ new favorite place is, without question, Waffle Love—and for good reason I might add!! This tiny restaurant is situated on Reseda Blvd just north of Nordhoff street. My kids and I have visited a few times but on this particular visit the customer service and food was on point! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and super patient with a mom of very indecisive kids! 👀🤷🏽‍♀️ My son decided on their standard chicken and waffles, while I tried their cinnalove waffle and chicken and my daughter had her go-to tomato bisque soup and grilled cheese sandwich. EVERYTHING was absolutely delicious! The chicken breast was freshly prepared after we ordered. It was fried to perfection—crispy on the outside, nice and juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor! While no additional condiments are needed, their homemade dipping sauce is honestly the best around. The chicken alone is a perfect 10, so you can only imagine the excitement of your tastebuds when you dip it into their delicious dipping sauce. 😋My waffle was INCREDIBLE! All I can say is, if you like cinnamon, you have got to try this waffle. My daughter swears by their grilled cheese and tomato bisque soup and gave it a 10/10 in flavor. Definitely the best chicken and waffle spot around! Our visit was easily 5 star. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cute little place with friendly staff and delicious food! Got the churro waffle and added ice cream, banana and whipped cream on top. It was sooo good, crunchy waffle, good size and the toppings all tasted great. Also got the grilled cheese and I gotta say it was scrumptious. Crunchy waffle as bread, hot tasty cheese and that sauce was stole the show. Washed it down with a soda. They had a table out back where the parking is. So I sat there, they had an umbrella over the table. It's a small place with great food. Will definitely be back

I took my girlfriend here to grab breakfast since I been here before and they are really good. I got the Breakfast Sammy, my girlfriend got the Red Wonder and I got my sister the Nutella Love. All 3 dishes are very good since I had it before as well. There parking in the back if you don't feel comfortable parking on the street. They recommend wear mask when you're inside but I don't know if its enforce if you don't. They also have hand sanitizer and has a destination entrance and exit area.

Food is very good fresh and hot and tasty. Very interesting, minimalist, college kind of vibe. There's a lot of metal banging, noisy. if you really want to talk, It's loud.

I miss this place, I used to have one in my town, but personally I thought the location they set up in wasn't really ideal. Still, I'll drive here and get a Nash, cause it's one of the best spicy chicken sandwiches I've ever had. The waffles are fire, they reheat well as long as you get all the toppings on the side. Inside needs a renovation. The walls could be redone to make the kitchen, storage, and the front be more cohesive. The staff is always amazing and friendly. Parking is limited at the store front, but if you had around to the back they have a lot. It's a little confusing if you're there for the first time, but if your facing the building from the lot, head to the right side. There's a gated path that'll take you to the front. It's a gem of a place, I hope they continue to thrive here.

Love this place! Nothing compares to their waffle flavor. Their chicken and waffles is amazingly tasty and so is their Nutella love. The hardest thing is finding the right time to come bc it's always busy and u can't come hungry. They do have complimentary coffee and water, which is so sweet to enjoy while your food arrives. Definitely recommend it!

Great friendly service and an tastey Waffle. I will be back, and so will you after you try them. ENJOY Just returned to this little gem this morning. They were not busy when I stepped in, but I spoke too soon. They quickly got packed. Maybe its because of there delicious waffles, and menu items. I ordered the Red Robin, I think that what's it was named. But anyway it was very delicious 😋. The bacon was crispy not burnt. I will be going back to try some if their other amazing waffles, or Chicken.

I loved their waffles and ordered from them over 20 times but they are getting progressively worse. That’s the photo of the undercooked waffle i ordered through door dash, totally uneatable! They completely ignore paid extra items and never make your waffles the way you ask them to do, they probably never even read instructions. Always inconsistent orders, one day you can get a half burnt waffle the other day it’s undercooked. For a place that has that much business and reviews you should have standards that employees follow to make waffles to get consistent results every time because lately it’s a gamble ordering from you.
