I stopped by here today to get a Cinnabon for my nephew and niece since they wanted it when they heard I was going to be in Northridge mall. I been to Northridge mall for over 15 years and never came to this store until now. When I walked in, there was no one in line so I was able to put in 1 order of a large Cinnabon. The moment I put in my order, a line started to form behind me. At the same time, one of the worker was making more Cinnabon near the cashier area so you'll be able to see how they make it. My nephew and niece really loved it when I got back home to give it to them. The customer service here was great and I didn't experience any issues here.
I regularly order catering from Cinnabon at Northridge Mall for the law firms I work with, and Maria always goes above and beyond. She makes everything so easy and ensures everything is perfectly packaged and delivered with care. Maria is my go-to for all my holiday catering needs across all the firms I work with. Highly recommended! She’s the reason I continue to order at this location.
This Cinnabon has been open in the same storefront since I was in elementary school, so it’s a bit nostalgic to return and order a cinnamon roll from them. Like many others, the prices have increased but in comparison to its competitors I found their prices to be similar. They have a lot of different options and you can also purchase your order online to skip the line. I ordered a classic roll and the bon bites that come in a pack of 4. I don’t really see the savings considering the bon bites are about 50 cents cheaper than the singular classic roll but to each their own. Still, the quality is just as amazing as I remembered it. Me and my family have been to quite a few Cinnabons but this particular one will always be very special to us because of Melissa. She has really good customer service she's very kind and patient and my kids could not stop talking about her and the way she helped us. This is how everyone should feel whenever they leave from a place of business. Thanks Melissa for being above and beyond and making our Cinnabon experience spectacular!!

The mall has more or less lost its appeal, but I will continue to visit to get a Cinnabon. My visit today was so positive. Not only was I helped above and beyond with a smile, it seemed like the staff went out of their way to make sure everyone had a good experience. I saw a regular who was so excited they knew his order, an app coupon user they were extremely patient with and a family who decided to buy a whole pan of buns when offered a fresh pan. All of these good vibes and delicious cinnamon roll filled chocolate chip cookies… they definitely earned their spot in my dessert rotation.
Oh my God watch and experience in Cinnabon this is literally the best dessert you can ever have. It comes fresh hot not super sweet and so delicious. I have enjoyed every single bite this place. It’s awesome. Honestly it’s not for people that trying to lose weight but if you don’t care about this things, Cinnabon, this is the place to go, it’s very crispy and creamy together. I love it it’s just unbelievable I am so happy.
Delicious and fresh every time! I do suggest getting a landline because I just noticed a one star review because your location doesn’t have a phone … everyone is always very welcoming. Maria and her team are wonderful. My friend and I meet at this location every other week to catch up . We chose this location because of how wonderful your staff and manager are with everyone. Let’s be honest there aren’t many kind and empathetic people in many places. But your location has many. So thank you for that.

Not much to say about a one-item dessert shop. The cinnamon rolls were fresh and expensive. They also sold drinks (so, a two-item dessert shop), but I only got a roll to go, so I don't know anything about the drinks.

I purchased 6 buns today from the shop I the Northridge Mall. I asked the sales person we’re they baked today and she assured me they were! But when I served them to my guests you could tell thy were NOT fresh! More like 2 days old!! Will not be back!

I was waiting in line they asked me to wait 5 min because they had something in the oven. Though they continued to stock the store and make product. All I wanted was a drink. lol so I went went to CAFE NIEVE. I definitely won’t be going there anymore.

These employees have no heart!!! Even before christmas!...especially the guy with the raindeer hat, i got there with my son and wife about to close, there was still a line to buy cinnabon, my Son loves cinnabon! But this worker/guy was standing at the end of the line and said it was closed, i said please can i just buy one for my 3yr old! Please, i even almost begged, my son was looking at me with a confused face, and started turning sad,because how we were there and couldnt get his favorite bread, i told the worker standing there like a security, its for the little guy, but this guy looking at us, and my son, gave us a cold look, and still said no, ---thankfully theres still warm hearted people out their! And a wonderful couple in line saw us distressed and saw my son, it touched there heart, and bought us a cinnabon for him! Bless their hearts and hope they get filled with so much love and blessings this christmas year, 2021!
I had read Rosa's review in which she noted her frustration witrh an on-line order she'd placed with the Northridge Mall store. However, my girlfreind really wanted these rolls so I logged onto the site and was albe to place an order for today at 2PM. Surely if this location really was closed the website would have been updated since Rosa's expereince to reflect the location is closed. Plenty of other location are clearly marked "closed". So I drove to the mall and started calling the number for the store so they could bring my order to me. Phone just rang and rang. Needless to say - my money was accepted but the "buns" were not delivered. Is this a scam or what?
The website is an absolute nightmare unless you order in person i seriously do recommend ordering from here. The phone number is out of service so you can’t call and there is no way to cancel an order from the app or website 40$ down the drain

I ordered a classic cinnabon. They packed up one with tiny bit of frosting on it, so I asked them to add more frosting, but I was told they would have to charge me $$ for additional frosting. That's a messed up shady/scam like business model. It's one thing to charge extra for extra sauces on the side, but to charge customers extra $$ because of laziness and failure to properly prepare the goods as advertised and then give customers attitude and poor service. Pathetic.
Visited this location for the first time today. The place was a mess, in total disarray. The order of Cinnasweeties they sold us were stale. Tried to order a small hot chocolate and they said they can only sale regular size hot chocolate because the tablet system did not have a "button" for small hot chocolate. When I asked if she could punch in a small, she looked at me like a deer in headlights, never responded. The hot chocolate they gave us was not hot but room temperature made with, what I assume was tap water and cocoa packets. Total disappointment.
Horrible customer service! Ordered 2 packs of cinnabons online for curbside pickup and when we show up and call to pick up, no one answers the phone! When we finally get through, the person that answers rudely says we don't have any pending orders and says they're closed even though I have her the confirmation number! They charged my credit card and won't fulfill the order I GOT CHARGED FOR! I've been trying to call to get a refund or get the order fulfilled for A WEEK AND NOTHING! TERRIBLE SERVICE!
Worst holiday customer service ever Me and my daughter just when in To purchase D holiday pack cinnamon buns for the whole family. And received the most rude customer service by Claudia. I approached the counter and asked for the holiday gift Box of for they claimed they were sold out and I need it to purchase the higher priced Box of 6. Then I noticed a stack of empty gift boxes for the set of 4 cinnamon Box rolls. She still told me I needed to purchase the 6 pack Which cost more money. I Whish I had taken my husband's advice and just went to mrs fields downstairs for their gift Box sets instead if I were you I would do that. I bet there even pack them for you . Happy holidays

THEY STOLE TWENTY DOLLARS FROM ME.My son purchased me a $20 gift card from this location. I went to redeem it and they wouldn't accept it. They said I needed to call corporate and they would send me out some vouchers to use. I went to go use my voucher and they would not accept it. So I talked with the manager Sergio he was no help at all. After we had argued a bit. He still would not accept the voucher. Then he smugly wished me to "Have a nice day" The insincerity and the nerve of that guy, "Have a nice day" TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
