Group of team members were just very nice and kind. They took an order mistake made by me and gave me favor. Although, I insisted on making it right by paying the actual price. These professionals took care of it! Blessing the manager and all of his team players! I'm disappointed in myself because I usually tip when I go there. I didn't have any dollars with me. Going to Chipotle used to be a pleasant experience. This location feels like the workers have to be there. Very unpleasant customer service.
They forgot the fajita vegetables on my burrito. Also, my burrito was significantly smaller than my girlfriend’s and she had less ingredients selected than mine did. I didn’t think to get a picture before eating b/c we were pretty hungry Edit: I tried to do what the owner replied to for me to do, but there’s no way to submit anything. I also tried to talk to Pepper, but it must be glitching. They kept telling me to select options, but it never gave me any options. It also told me that what I was saying was interesting, but it had to get back to work and never resolved my issue. I updated my service to one star for this reason.
The workers have a bad attitude and always jip you of servings. Go to a different chipotle. I live near here and its consistently this experience Edit: 7 months later... Just came back again and waited 20 minutes for steak. All of the meat was out except chicken, the brown rice was out. When I finally got my bowl, the lady who put the steak on gave me half the portion than the other bowl I had ordered right next to it!? I asked for more and she said it would be double meat.. Um What.... This location needs some better management because again it is consistently a POOR experience. Not worth your money...
Unfortunately, this location needs better staff training. The employees, especially the younger ones, don’t seem properly trained on customer service, multitasking, or basic restaurant operations. The employee preparing the bowls was extremely slow and struggled to multitask. If it was his first day, he should not have been left on the line alone especially on one of their busiest days during a BOGO promotion. The manager appeared to be trying, but was forced to work the line because the staff couldn’t keep up. There were also no forks or spoons available, again on a very busy day. I watched a customer ask for a fork, and instead of restocking the silverware knowing there was a long line of customers, the employee just handed out a single fork. Overall, the staff needs proper training in basic customer service, cleanliness, and efficiency. With the volume of customers they serve, these fundamentals should already be in place.
Simple in and out not crowded at all about 2pm ..meat was fresh, rice was a bit on the cold side though vegetables 👍🏽 Very friendly staff. Would have sat outside but it was windy but sunny and 82°degrees in Texas. The drink machine was down out of the great Frescos I usually purchase. But overall could have been a bit more clean in the dining area for there to be hardly any customers. Yep and I had a chicken bowl...with extra everything cause I am extra 😂😂🤦🏽♀️but I will never make this location a favorite too stingy on the food to be spending 15$ for a meal just happened to be getting my car serviced and it was in walking distance of the dealership.

The food here can be tasty, but only one they are actually capable of making it in a timely manner. This is the most overwhelmed and understaffed Chipotle I have ever witnessed. As I’m waiting in line to place my order I saw quite a few delivery drivers walk in and cancel their pick up because they’re taking too long to make their online orders. I’ve even placed a few online orders for pick up in the past only to need to wait longer than expected. I don’t think there’s anything this location can do to help their operational efficiency short of shutting it down and reopening somewhere with a better footprint.

I tried to not leave a bad review. But this location and its staff is probably the worst chipotle I’ve ever visited. Currently sitting outside at 10:50am when they are supposed to open at 10:45am. The chips are always stale and hard. They don’t accept any payment except cash. The staff is rude, slow, and unkind. The managers need a new job because apparently they don’t like theirs. This location is pure trash and yall need to do better. I would give yall 0 stars if I could.
worst Chipotle we have ever been to. Staff rushed us through the line threw the food together and the options were few. We love Chipotle and expected better customer service. The workers were back on their cell phones before we even walked out of the door. The restaurant wasnt as clean as other stores. I spent 50 bucks and the experience rolled over to the quality of food. I wish I would've spent my money elsewhere. Management needs to tighten things up at this location.
This was the worst chipotle I have ever been it's really overpriced my husband and I had a burrito and a bowl very scimpy portions and it was 26.00 for two items definitely not worth it steak wasn't done & they had a lot of grissel and fat totally disgusting 🤮. I wouldn't recommend this chipotle to anyone it's definitely not worth 26.00. I was spoiled at the price we have eaten Chipotle before and they were good drive right on past this is not a good one.
they must have a rule where they can’t give out proper portions or something because i swear they give you the smallest amount possible. it’s dirty, the staff and rude, and the food tastes different than cleaner locations. staff acts annoyed when you walk in. i ordered a quesadilla and when they didn’t ask what sides we wanted, i just stood there. it took until another customer came up and we still hadn’t moved for the guy serving us to ask “oh did you want your sides?” like be so for real. i’d rather drive 15 minutes to the one by UTA (and that’s saying something) than come to this close-by one again
Came in to have dinner and the dining room was closed. My husband and I had to eat in our car. This is the first Chipotle location I’ve been to that operates this way. I asked the employee what time they closed, and he said, “Our dining room closes at 9:30 and the restaurant closes at 11 p.m.” He mentioned they close the dining room early so they “won’t be there until 2 a.m. as they have to deep clean.” I thought this was unacceptable. Whoever is in charge of this store needs to seriously reconsider how this policy impacts the customer experience. Closing the dining room 90 minutes before the actual closing time—especially without any signage or notice and just trash cans?—is misleading and inconvenient. If deep cleaning is necessary, it should be scheduled in a way that doesn’t interfere with guests trying to enjoy a simple sit-down meal. We come to Chipotle expecting consistency and hospitality, not to eat burritos in our cars. Do better.
When we arrived I could tell everyone was tired,it’s was a late night okay I get it,but the service was very mid. As I was ordering the person making my order seemed annoyed at every add on,even mad a comment about me asking for shredded cheese after getting quest but I ignored it. We had 2 orders and I told them they were together,just for me to get home and they put the wrong bowl in my bag,I was PISSED! Not only did I get charged for add ons but whoever’s bowl I got must have NEVER stepped foot into a chipotle become it was so bland and DISGUSTING! but I told myself I’d just get everything corrected tomorrow so just eat it for tonight because that was my dinner….about a quarter of the way through I found a STRAIGHT BLACK HAIR ! My hair is VERY COILY! That just did it for me! I’m extremely upset and will be needing my money back.
I go to this location often, but tonight was a different terrible experience. I’m so disappointed in the customer service and my meal after spending $14. I went for the tacos, I got home and they were stale so I went back, to see if I could get them remade, the associate was instantly annoyed and very dismissive she actually said to me “ what do you want me to do?” I work in the service industry so to me that came off very rude. I told her I would prefer my food remade instead of a refund.she then went to the back and reappeared with a tub of shells and proceeded to make them but with an attitude and just throwing it together, barely any meat. I was very respectful and didn’t deserve this treatment for this reason I will also be emailing corporate. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Placed my order in advance for pick-up and arrived at the scheduled time, but my order was not ready as promised. This was not my first time experiencing a disappointing visit to this location, and I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with the service. While waiting for 25 minutes, I was informed that the delay was due to the store running out of rice and beef. While I understand that this can happen, I was disappointed to learn that my order had been thrown away and not started until I arrived to pick it up. When I tried to speak with the manager about the situation, she appeared to be ignoring me and I was unable to wait any longer just to talk to her. Unfortunately, when I finally received my order, it looked nothing like the delicious burrito I had been anticipating. Instead, it was more like a giant squished taco, and quite frankly, it looked quite unappetizing. Overall, my experience with THIS Chipotle was not a positive one. While I appreciate that the store ran out of some ingredients, I was disappointed by the poor service and lack of communication from the manager. I hope that in the future, Chipotle can work to improve their customer service and ensure that all orders are prepared with care and attention to detail.
