Food was very yummy and warm!! Chicken was really well seasoned and the skin was crispy on the outside. 😋 The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to cover your needs. The manager even offered to use the window shaded because the sun was in the way. Lastly, the restaurant (including the restroom) is extremely clean and well kept! :) Loved then renovations since they moved a couple stores down!

Ali was absolutely awesome—professional, upbeat, and made sure everything was just right. It’s not every day you get fast service and a genuinely kind team behind the counter. The place is really nice, clean and cozy. Customer service is awesome, food is really tasty and fresh. They offer free chips for dine in customers, as well as lots of toppings. They also have different soft drinks.

Not too bad for a Mexican fast food place. Their chicken was surprisingly juicy & flavorful. The beef fajitas were decent. The tostada Siberia was a lot bigger than I thought it would be & it was pretty dry - I asked multiple times for them to not add sour cream but they still did.. (probably a good thing they did since it would’ve been even more dry). The beef quesadillas were good with the green sauce. Rice & beans weren’t anything special. Horchata was okay.

I went to this Pollo Regio today at around 8:20 pm and the experience was honestly frustrating. I tried to order at the kiosk and use my $20 reward along with another reward, but it wouldn’t process. I wasn’t sure if they could be used together or if the kiosk was glitching, so I went to the counter for help. The first employee couldn’t find the reward and called over a male worker. Instead of actually listening to me explain what was happening, he immediately told me I had already used it and basically accused me of trying to get free food. I was trying to explain that I thought maybe the rewards couldn’t be combined and that’s why it wasn’t working, but I couldn’t even get that part out because he kept cutting me off and insisting I was wrong. Then he waved his hand and walked off in the middle of me talking like he was done with it. That was rude. I’ll be honest, after he walked off I did get annoyed, so that part is on me. But it’s frustrating to be accused of something and then dismissed instead of helped. At that point it wasn’t even about the reward anymore. I suggested they just scan my app instead of going back and forth. When they finally scanned it, the reward popped up, proving I hadn’t used it like he said. The issue wasn’t the food, it was how I was treated. If a customer needs help, listen first before assuming they’re lying.

Can't answer another of questions s because I was in drive-thru, but service was fast. Got the loaded potato but that w was s just with cheese, sour cream and some hot sauce, chicken was extra, but was tasty. Seeing as I was in my car, atmosphere was great!

I went to this store and had issues yet again. Order loaded potatoe and it has barely no meat. Ordered extra and was charged $ 6.25 for meat that was put in foil. Asked and said they weighed it no way that was that amount they changed. When I asked she acted as I was in the wrong and I spent my money. Poor customer service. I will be calling Manager of the store. Very disappointed . I was charged $6.25 for what I put in that small container.

These fake 5 stars are hilarious 😂 All the 1 star reviews are telling the truth. You sit in the drive thru for AT LEAST 30 min, probably longer. That is sad, and the food is mid, especially for the price.

I usually keep my expectations simple when ordering takeout, but this visit was disappointing. Due to a language barrier, my very simple order ended up becoming more complicated than it needed to be. The cashier was friendly and tried to help, and I thought we had a clear understanding before I left. Unfortunately, when I got home, the order was still incorrect. To make matters worse, there was a long hair right in the middle of my Regio bowl. That completely ruined the meal for me. On top of that, the food quality just didn’t feel the same as it used to. Overall it felt sub-par compared to past experiences. I hope they pay closer attention to orders and food preparation moving forward because this visit was definitely a letdown.

I ordered a chicken baked potato & they barely sprinkled chicken on it. They’re definitely stingy with their meat. I’ve been to other locations and never had a problem.

Disgusting! Sell out.. These chickens used to be great a couple of months ago now they sell them by piece?? Greedy and expensive! they are all dried out now with zero flavor, if I wanted that I would just go to pollo loco. The taste is Americanized now, I would never buy anything from here again, they are no longer authentic. Embarrassing how they sell that and call it Mexican. It's disappointing because this is the only grilled chicken place where I could get WHOLE chickens meals, don't bother getting the family pack now its a feast for 2

Paid for extra meat cheese and sour cream waited 45 min in the drive thru please people dont waste your time and money the food was terrible i didnt get anything extra and i am missing my meat like seriously does this looks like a loaded nachos with extra that i paid for, i usually dont leave reviews but itt just upsetting

Took 45 minutes in the drive thru... It will be a good idea to move the big orders to the door and have someone take it out..the food was cold and need flavor. No napkins given and drinks over flow and not even clean the cups before giving to the customer. Employees need to remember the customers are the paychecks they get everywhere...... service is the key for returning customers.

I got my drive thru receipt at 3:21p. I drove off at 3:35. My kids french fries were good but he tried the chicken tenders and that was it, a waste. I had loaded Nachos with barbacoa...the meat had NO flavor...I was adding salt to try to help it out some. The chips were old. A complete waste of money, Its so frustrating. 1st time customer. Bad experience. Picture shows food we threw away after 7pm bc it didn't get ate.
