I found my new Mexican restaurant close to my home in Arlington Texas. This place is off of Abram Street, and when I say the food was delicious, it was exactly that. My first time me and my friend we loved it even the daiquiris and the margaritas they was great as well. The owner gave me a free Mexican candy shot . Because I asked him about do they make those and he made me one and when I say it was delicious it was that .Come check them out. Food was very good.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They took pride in the preparation and service. The food was really good and fresh. I was also amazed at the prices of the food and drinks. I definitely recommend to visit this location and try the variety of tacos with the variety of salas.

I grabbed lunch here and this place deserves support. The food was great. I had guacamole and flautas. Then more guac with the meal lol The salsa was good. Spicy without leaving my mouth on fire The beans and rice tasted like my SILs mom made them YUM The flautas were good, crisp but not much flavor. I really enjoyed my meal. Lots of fresh cilantro

Really good tacos, enchiladas, the shrimp tacos in particular were very good. Shrimp was fresh and not fried. I’ve also tried the fajitas which were very good especially for the money. I parked on the backstreet near Division Brewing, easy walk. Easier than trying to park off Abram.

My friend and I wanted some Mexican food nd we stumbled upon this little spot while we we’re in the Arlington area. This place looked so authentic, felt authentic and it seemed like we were in Mexico for a little bit. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was amazing. We ordered the taco plate and also the flauta plate. They have a big menu selection; you can pick your tacos for the taco plate and they also have enchilada options and more. If I’m in the area, I’ll definitely be coming back. This place is great for small and large groups. till then, let’s eat!

Best Shrimp Cocktail I’ve ever had! I try to come here at least once a month. My husband really enjoys the los Molcas tacos. Last time I tried the Jarritos Molcas cocktail and it was excellent and quite large!

My favorite chicken tacos. I am picky about chips and salsa and this place is the best I’ve found in Texas (they don’t serve the salsa warm, which is a huge plus). Great hot sauce and solid happy hour deals. Family business vibes and fantastic service. Love coming here!

A friend recently recommended a new taco restaurant in downtown Arlington, and I decided to visit today. The establishment exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere, complemented by its impeccable cleanliness and cozy interior. I ordered the steak taco and the Chile relleno, both of which exceeded expectations. The steak taco was exceptional, featuring moist, perfectly cooked steak enhanced by the subtle sweetness of grilled onions, creating a harmonious blend of flavors. The Chile relleno, filled with savory ground beef, was equally impressive, offering a rich and satisfying taste. For those seeking high-quality tacos and authentic dishes, I strongly endorse this restaurant as a dining destination.

There may be better Mexican joints in the area than Los Molcas Tacos, but you'll definitely have to dig deep. Nice spot in Arlington that's sure to please. Walk to the end of the bar, place and order, and the chips and salsa will be out shortly. The food was plentiful, enough for three people! Frozen margarita at happy hour was quite wonderful and only $3!

Hole in the wall, authentic Mexican place hits the spot. Was here for the Majo Aguilar concert at the Arlington Music Hall. Saw this was like a 5 minute walk away and was in the mood for Mexican and tried it out. Had the three taco meal!! I chose the ground beef and fajita beef. It was just like the street tacos I have when I go down south!! Absolutely fantastic. The meat had good flavor to it. The three types of sauce the brought with them were all good and I was need up having all of them. They came with a tray of chips and salsa that had the right amount of spice with it. They have a happy hour from 3-6 every day and I was there right before it ended. Had $3 margaritas!!! Yes you read that right! Wish it was a lot closer to me and I would be there every day!! Amazing food. Then the family owned restaurant had the most amazing service!! It has only been open for 2 years but I am glad I found it!! I will be back!! There is a fuzzy’s across the street but skip it and come here. Great atmosphere as well with music the right volume and huge tv to watch the game!’n. Also has a very nice patio and a bar if you want to sit there!!! Can’t say enough about this place!!

The food is really good but very expensive. They gave my wife a free refill although they serve cans. If your looking for something different, this is a good experience.

I love the look of this restaurant. I love that you can sit yourself and order at the front. The food could have been better it was a little bland. They had amazing customer service and were super nice.

We had a Sunday afternoon lunch here and ordered several tacos (corn and flour tortillas), Torta, Kids Cheese Quesadilla, Horchata, and Churros. The food was really good overall, including the churros and horchata, but we felt like the prices were a bit high. Good service.

This was one of my wife and I FAVORITE spots for MONTHS. Went in today (1/15/26), after just going in twice last week, to find they're under new ownership. The girl at the front kept reassuring me that I would "love" the change. I think she was trying to convince herself more than me. The menu has been significantly DOWNSIZED. One of the main plates I come for, shrimp taco plate, has been removed from their menu. I ordered my 2nd dish I usually get, queso birria's, and what use to be a sizable taco is now basically bite size. Menu downsized and food downsized it would seem. We found this place after a UTA game (my nephew plays for UTA) and we knew we found a GEM of a restaurant to come to after UTA games and now we're filled with so much disappointment. Best of luck to them but they were PERFECT and now smh.

Beware: any reviews before 1/15/2026 is for a totally different restaurant and this one definitely has not earned any stars on their own. The food was so dry I could t even finish my meal and had to end up stopping by McDonald’s for something edible. I wish people wouldn’t change things that aren’t broken… so sad to lose a great place to eat… RIP Los Molcas 💔

They rebranded this week. New look, new staff, new food. How unfortunate. Same menu, but the magic was gone. Meat was dry, tortillas were very oily, and they removed the horchata. Girlfriend asked for no rice double beans, received double rice no beans. Waitress acknowledged it, didnt attempt to correct it. The agua frescas were decent. And the new paint is nice. But unfortunately the rest was below mid. 4 tacos, 3 flautas, 2 large drinks. $40? Hard pass. RIP the goat. Youll be missed.

I’ve been coming to Las Molcas for the past 4 years. Did not realize the last time was the last time I would’ve experienced the greatness of a family run restaurant. Food was always hella good, vibes were great. Owner, Jose, was the friendliest and it was a 10/10 experience whether you dined in or picked up. Came in today, noticed they changed the menu, didn’t think anything of it. Till I sat down and realized the name had changed and it was a lot of people that I would not normally see in here. The gentrification definitely worked. Anyways, didn’t get my order right, cheese on my enchiladas was a weird gloopy texture and taste. Honestly, nothing I can really even say. This is just hella sad and interesting to see…. RIP Las Molcas, you will be missed.
