Our waitress, Lyan, did an excellent job, had a great sense of humor, and kept on top of all of our needs. Please pat her back, give her a raise. Our cook did a great job on our meal. I loved those shrimp with the sweet chile sauce. Hubby loved the lobster and shrimp linguine. Thanks!
I was reluctant to come to the Arlington location because of previous reviews, but I can genuinely say that I did not experience any issues. We say at the bar because the dining rm had a 50 min wait. The bartender, Ashley, was awesome, as was the manager on duty. He assured me the wait for our food would be about 30 min and he was right. I'm here on a Friday after 6pm, and it was a nice experience. The food was hot, cooked well, and as pictured. I had the Ultimate Feast. The biscuits are smaller than before, but still yummy. Give this location a try!
I had a wonderful experience at Red Lobster, and our waitress Lesha truly made the visit exceptional. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything we needed was taken care of from start to finish. Her positive attitude and great customer service really stood out and made our dining experience enjoyable. The food was delicious, the service was timely, and Lesha went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. I’ll definitely be back and hope to be served by her again!
Tonight my family and I came in as a family of 7 and got to enjoy an amazing dinner Served by Dustin whose memory and tentativeness was nothing shy of sharp. Dustin kept the drinks and food coming in a timely manner which was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back. 😊 Thank you 🙏🏾

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to say something about the amazing service I got from Lyah at Red Lobster. From the moment I sat down, she was so friendly, welcoming, and genuine. It didn’t feel forced or scripted she just had a great personality that made the whole experience better. Lyah was very attentive without being overbearing. She made sure everything was perfect, kept our drinks filled, and checked on us at the right times. She handled everything so calmly even though she was clearly busy with other tables. You can tell she really takes pride in her job. The food was great, but honestly, her service made the night. Lyah is the kind of person who makes people want to come back just because of how well she treats customers. She definitely deserves some recognition, maybe even a raise or promotion. Thank you, Lyah, for making our visit such a great experience. This might seem like a glazing review but the truth is never wrong to be said. This is how everyone should feel when entering a restaurant and leaving. In a good happy full tummy mood.
I had the pleasure of being served by Rechell, and she truly made my dining experience wonderful. From the moment she greeted us, she was warm, professional, and attentive without ever being overbearing. She checked on our table at the perfect times, made excellent menu recommendations, and always had a genuine smile. What stood out most was her ability to make us feel welcomed and cared for—she made sure our drinks were always full, our food came out just right, and she handled everything with ease even though the restaurant was busy. Rechell’s friendly personality and excellent service turned a regular meal into something special. If you’re dining at Red Lobster, I highly recommend asking for Rechell—you’ll be in great hands!
I was impressed by the excellent service Jamilah provided. She was helpful answering our questions and making recommendations. I have not eaten at a Red Lobster in seven years. It's not a restaurant I particularly like. However, the cheddar bay biscuits were a 10. The crabby stuffed mushrooms were a 10. They put a generous serving of crabmeat in them...a 10. Robyn was a friendly and attentive server! She answered all of our questions and gave us plenty of time to review the menu. She kept our drinks full and our biscuit basket full. Thank you Robyn for wonderful service! We found the menu lacking. Not a lot to choose from and substitutions weren’t allowed on multiple dishes. I tried one of their new seafood boils and it was better than expected. The interior of the restaurant is in desperate need of a facelift, although it was relatively clean on the surface.
Tonight my husband and I had date night at Red Lobster. We were greeted and seated promptly. Our server Yvette came over to us with a smile and explained different menu items we were interested in. She took our drink and appetizers order and gave us a few minutes to decide what we wanted for dinner. She returned with our drinks and took our dinner order. A few minutes later the lobster flatbread and crab queso dip appetizers were served at the perfect temperature and flavor was good. As we were waiting on our dinner we noticed the manager Richard cleaning tables and helping the other servers. You don’t usually see managers helping out. We commend him for his actions. Yvette brought our dinners, spicy Mariners boil with Cajun butter/old bay seasoning, Walt’s shrimp, loaded baked potato and tender broccoli. Our dinners were as we ordered and seasoned. We also had the awesome brownie overboard for dessert. Our server Yvette made sure we had everything we wanted. As we were leaving, we saw the Manager Richard delivering a take out order in the parking lot, we gave him praise for his actions tonight.
Would visit again. The food quality was up to expectations. Seating was quick and service was attentive and friendly. We got stuffed mushrooms app,entrees were an ultimate feast (two lobster tails, two shrimp dishes), and fish and chips (fried fish, fries and coleslaw). I was marginally disappointed by the fish and chips being only one smallish piece of fish. The lobster tails are also reasonably small. The food was good however and I only wish that was clear on the menu to add another. Overall I would say that it met expectations for a upper-middle priced chain. One mixed drink and two beers, the total before tip was $99 and some change.

It pains me to write this, but worst experience in my life! Definitely a completely different atmosphere. The welcoming staff were great but my servers, were not very friendly! Took about 15 minutes to make my Lobster Punch, which wasn't even made right. I downed it and still feel nothing an hour later. Looked nothing like the pictures. I tried the Crab Carbonara4/10, very lil crab and bland flavors. My son got the catfish, which he use to love from here, 4/10 slimy. Definitely nothing like the classic Red Lobster!
The food was bland tasting. It lacked any resemblance to the normal flavors of the particular Red Lobster meal that I routinely order - namely the Lobster, Shrimp & Salmon. There was no brown butter sauce even though I asked for extra and they'd run out of Salmon so I had a fried piece of catfish with it which was ok but not what I went there for. SERVICE - was excellent! Taylor was outstanding! She was polite and thorough. A really great server. I also saw a server named Mila serving the tables around me and she was really nice to and seemed to be doing a good job. This was Christmas Day so I wanted to point that out. My bill was almost $100 but it felt like it should've been around $40 based on the quality of my food.
Tried out the new menu today and I'm surprised that the place wasn't packed out. There were more people then before. The seafood boil was delish and a nice size. The seafood duo - THE LOBSTER TAILS yummy! The shrimp and lobster linguine needed some seasoning but it was full of shrimp and lobster. The decor has been updated, a little. It isn't as dark and dreary. I'll be back. I think happy hour is where it's at because the happy hour prices are on point! Give Red Lobster another try y'all!
First time in over a decade, my family wanted to try the sea boil. The sea boil was good, the ultimate feast plater was delicious and good price. I got the spicy cajun cheaken afledo(not spicy at all), the pasta was good the sauce was creamy the chicken was okay in textureand flavor not one of my favorites.
Our server was so kind and sweet. Shoutout to him!! My food rating, 3/5 got the lobster pappardelle pasta! The lobster was ok, a bit chewy. The pasta was good but too much oil and butter for my liking and not enough seasoning. The fries were good hot but the seasoning was unevenly distributed so it was a 50/50 shot of having a good piece. A bit sad they ran out of the lobster dip cos I was looking forward to that a lot. The price was too expensive for the amount of lobster I really got.. if it was $20 I’d be more inclined to maybe try again. Overall I wouldn’t go again unless somebody really convinced me or paid for me 🙂↕️
Ordered a pick-up order (Order#10468711187) for the Crabby Stuffed Mushrooms and Lobster Dip. The mushrooms were what I expected, but the lobster dip was mediocre and I hate to say this because I love this place. The portion for the lobster dip was disappointing, some of the tortilla chips were stale, there was too much grease/oil at the bottom of the container, and it lacked flavor. The first shows the portion I received and the second picture shows how much grease/oil was in the container.
2/1/26, We went in expecting to have a great lunch experience. From the beginning it all started with barely warm biscuits, they have made major changes to their salads (ready made salads from bags) not fresh cut up salads like Roadhouse. Their salad dressing is also horrible not like what they use to serve. I ordered Lobster and steak, the lobster was like eating sushi, not cooked right. When our server asked how the food was, I pointed out that I had barely touched the lobster because it was under cooked She proceeded in letting the manager know and came back to let me know what they would do to make it right. All I expected was for the manager come to speak to me about the lobster, but I guess he didn’t care about his customers. I DO NOT recommend this Red Lobster location. I will say that we had a great experience waitress.
Unfortunately they did it again and found a way to disappoint my wife and I, yet again. Last week my Wife and family went and food was great, service was good...BUT the time it took to serve the meal; and hour long. Ugh... Ok. Np. Voiced my experience and owner responded with a meal code to reach out to Red Lobster Corporate, which I did and Red Lobster graciously apologized and send a code voucher to give the restaurant another chance. Cool. Went today and everything was going great...until the check came. I let them know about the voucher and waitress (Robyn) took it and came back and said that the voucher took care of the whole bill. We could have left and called it a day. My Wife and I were confused because we knew we ordered more than the voucher was worth and we have integrity. Waitress said she'll check and it out came back saying that she has seen it that coupon/voucher could be less but that double checked and we are good to go. We asked for the receipt to make sure and try to make sense of it. Turns out the Manager applied the voucher to a completely different customer's order and not ours. It took ages to get it resolved. We came into the restaurant at 3:30pm and finally left all squared away at 5:30pm. Two full hours. Thank God we didn't have any plans afterwards. This should NOT have been an ordeal. I blame management and no one else. Waitress was great. Food was great (again). Poorly managed.
We visited with a party of 10 and experienced excessive delays in service despite the restaurant not being busy. Our food took an unusually long time to arrive, our order was incorrect, and we ultimately had to pick up our own beers from the bar after they sat for an extended period. While the server was polite, they appeared inexperienced, and the overall service was disappointing. Additionally, although most of our party had arrived and the table was ready, we were not seated until the exact reservation time. Unfortunately, due to the poor service and long wait, this was our first and last visit.

Disappointing. I am a Lifelong Red Lobster lover. My husband and I chose your restaurant at Cooper St. Arlington, Tx. for a farewell dinner. Big mistake. We sat down at little before 6 the waitress arrived at 6:05pm. I asked about happy hour pricing .she consulted with her manager and the answer was NO. to happy hour pricing for liquor..OK moving on. We ordered at 6:10pm. We sat there and watched the Manager go from table to table checking on customers but I imagine we were invisible ( My husband was less than pleased to see the concern you had for others but nothing at all for our table). Our food arrived at 6:48 minus my starter coconut shrimp ( which is why I came). My husband asked for a refill and guess what no more Sweet Tea. The waitress was not experienced and I totally understand that, I have been new and learning on the jobs as well., but MANAGEMENT should cover the shortcomings of their staff.. I was so excited with the new direction of Red Lobster 's CEO..but today made me question my love and loyalty to Red Lobster. Disappointing to say the Least..Do Better Management. Do Better. All customers matter.
I haven't visited Red Lobster in a while and will most likely not return. The food was by far the worst that I've ever had.....popcorn shrimp so overcooked it was burnt, catfish so fishy it was horrible, broccoli mushy and the waiter specifically asked if I wanted it crunchy and my answer was yes. The food was not hot and we waited o er 30 minutes for it to come out. Sorry and sad to say, the best thing I had was the biscuits and baked potato. The waiter never came back, not one time to ask if we needed anything or how was the food. To top it off when we originally got there if we didn't have a reservation we were told we had a 2 1/2 hour wait. So I fixed that as we were walking back to the car I made a reservation @ 7:09 for 7:45, go figure....they were not BUSY at all. They turned away so many people for not having a reservation to not be busy. We even told a family of 4 to go to their car and make a reservation and they would get in, so they did. They came in and sat behind us before we left. Upon walking in the establishment so many people were standing at the hostess desk doing NOTHING! Please know I don't mind or have a problem paying for anything I order, but I would like food that I am able to eat and taste good. Red Lobster, please do better!
Food was just meh but the problem is they FORGOT THE BISCUITS! Maybe it’s just me, but that’s like 75% of the reason why I order from them. And when I called to let them know, the person that answered the phone was pretty rude about it and was basically like “so sad, too bad” and didn’t even really apologize. I’m sorry, but if I want bad attitude to go with overpriced seafood, there’s better places to go to. I pick Red Lobster because I love the Cheddar Bay Biscuits, but with that person’s attitude, I’m better off saving the $140 I just spent and buying the box mix from the store and making them myself.
There were no wait staff. We waited for 20 minutes for someone to come to the table to take a drink order. Nobody showed up. We're were handed plasticware instead of utensils. When asked if I can have silverware, I was going to need a knife we were told they would have to see if someone could wash the dishes. What kind of a restaurant does not have silverware. The tank in the front is filthy and stinks it was empty. We left and went to a different Red lobster in the metroplex which that was a great decision. We had excellent service at the other. This restaurant needs a serious overhaul. At this rate I see this restaurant going under.
So we ordered for the first time on Doordash. Even though I wanted steak, I usually order medium well. Most restaurants when I order medium well its still mooing and I have to cook it a bit longer when I get it. I Ordered well done this time. I do understand its a seafood restaurant but if you offer certain things, well done doesn't mean charcoal burnt. It doesn't even look like a 7 Oz steak which makes Texas road house 6oz steaks look better. Smh. Do better! I did cut a chunk out of the steak pictured for reference. It's burnt and dry. Doordash only honored a $5 credit when the steak was the most expensive part of the meal. I worked an almost 16 hour shift and wanted to come home and enjoy a meal without the extra steps I usually would have to take.
I do NOT recommend. The only bright side were the biscuits that were clearly hot and fresh - just like our food should’ve been. I try my best not to leave bad reviews, but my experience here was the worst I’ve had at any restaurant in over a year. I expect more when the bill was over $110. The food was cold. The lobster pizza appetizer looked like it had been sitting out all day. The clam chowder (that I’ve loved since childhood) was flat, had an odd tastelessness and was barely warm. The lady that brought out my order was friendly, and had to go back in because part of my order was missing. Only a few hours after getting home did I realize my dessert was missing, too - which really ticked me off (~$11). The food was mediocre, and I can’t believe this is the place I used to be so excited to go to. Ordering food for pick-up was my idea and my whole family was disappointed.
