I had a really great experience today. Thanks to the general manager, Markell (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly, but I don’t think I did unfortunately). He was extremely helpful and accommodating. I ordered the Ultimate Nachos to-go, and my order was taking a bit longer than expected. Markell personally came over, apologized for the delay, and said he would make sure it got prepared right away. He even offered me a dessert with my meal as a courtesy. At first, I declined, but when he started describing it, I decided to give it a try. I didn’t expect anything free, but I thought it was really thoughtful of him to offer something just to make the wait more pleasant. He also took the time to help me find meatless options on the menu, suggesting the veggie sandwich and the 4 cheese sandwich, both of which I plan to try on my next visit. I told him I’d leave a review because kind gestures like his really do make a difference. He didn’t have to go the extra mile, but he did. I also noticed him regularly checking in with other customers, which showed strong leadership and customer service skills. It was a refreshing experience, and I’ll definitely be back!

I really enjoyed the food here. Good prices and flavors. I tried the puck two sandwiches. I got the buffalo chicken and the Italian. Both were delicious. And the tea was great as well. You get refills and you can even add flavors to them. I definitely will be going back to eat here again.

McAlister’s Deli in Arlington is absolutely FANTASTIC! We cater with them all the time We are repeat customers and they never disappoint. The food is always fresh, the delivery is consistently on time, and the customer service is top-tier. A huge shout-out to Manager Larry—he is incredibly attentive, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure every experience is a great one. You can really tell he cares about his customers. Because of his outstanding leadership and the team’s consistent service, we will continue to choose McAlister’s again and again. Highly recommend!

Dined in here, food was great. Did have to wait a bit at the front counter but they were busy, and the food still came out very quick. Everything was yum from the salads to the sandwiches to the baked potato/spud.

We had the Italian and the French dip. The Italian was absolutely delicious! Just looking at it made you hungry lol I tried the lasagna soup and it was way better than what I expected. The French dip sandwich was very good. The atmosphere of the place is great too.

If I could afford too eat here everyday (calorie and money wise lol) I would!! I already eat here probably once or twice a week. And here lately… I must say the accuracy and quality is noticeable and very much appreciated. I don’t even have to check my bag at all. I open when I get home or back to my desk and am amazed!! That’s why I had to stop today and write this review. My orders for the past three weeks have been hot, accurate, and I mean it just makes me feel like my mom made the sandwich ya know? You know how mom’s cut the sandwich perfect and it just has that love and care you can feel? Well that’s the feeling this McAlister’s gives me. Sorry for the long review and the pic that’s probably not super pretty looking; I had already started digging in. But I hope the right people see this-Thank you!! I notice and appreciate all that you do.

I got a Togo order from here today and the last time I ordered from here I received a employee discount from where I work but today when I asked if my discount could be applied the cashier who took my order#70003 refused to answer my question she went to grab a manager who also advised they don’t give discounts when I asked why it was provided last time I was there he kept questioning me as if it wasn’t at this location when it was I work right around the corner, no big deal as the discount wasn’t much but I didn’t like today experience and overall customer service. Salad taste okay though I guess.

Missing food from order, one of the sandwiches that we actually got was made wrong and was just a heap of bread and tomatoes and lettuce in a pile, not cut properly or even formed. The girl behind the counter was mopping the floor and had cleaning spray and products out on the counter by the tea even though it was almost 2 hours until closing. Completely unsanitary. Terrible, poorly designed and customer unfriendly if you want something extremely simple like a refill on your iced tea. Nobody comes by to check on you or offer a refill, and there is no separate line or area up front to get someone to refill it for you. So you must then wait in line with several in front of you just to get a refill. The food was meh. The French Dip is basically the same as an Arby’s roast beef sandwich on a better bun. Very overpriced at $12 for a roast beef sandwich. It does come with Swiss on it and a cup of au jus which added no flavor. Save your money and go to Arby’s for half the price.

My boyfriend accidentally placed an online order for me and called to cancel it. I called to place the order again because I needed to pay in-person with cash. I get there & while the cashier is looking for my order I see my FULL LEGAL NAME on a to go order and I asked her if this was it. Her and the manager both immediately say no and snatch it away saying that is not mine. Their attitudes were unnecessarily nasty when I could have easily explained & shown my ID/verified my phone number/previous receipt info. It is not my fault y'all chose to still make a cancelled order and then place it in a easily accessible place where anyone can reach. Mind you, they are BOTH the SAME EXACT ORDER & I can assure no one will be picking up the mobile order since it was supposed to be CANCELLED. Y’all chose to waste your time & ingredients, that is completely on y’all for not communicating properly within y’all’s team. Horrible in-person experience, I never have issues with picking up online orders so my suggestion would be avoid the workers and just place the order online.

l I ordered from the app today, and it took an hour just to assign a driver. when I called to inquire about this, I was told I could come and pick up my food myself if I wanted to. when I asked to speak to the manager on duty, I was first told that she was unavailable because she was in the restroom. then I was told that she stepped outside to use the telephone. and then I was told she left. I had to call back 10 minutes later just to get a driver for my food. when I asked the lady on the phone if she could refund my money, she told me she didn't know how. this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable

I tore my AVOCADO BLT apart to see if there was any actual avocado on it. Guess what? There was none on it. Its only in the NAME of the sandwich. Service for pickup was absurd, I shouldn't have to interrupt someone to see about getting my order. Why do you have a pickup station if you're not going to use it? Why offer pickup if someone isnt able to help with it? Ridiculous. I asked for my $ back and if I do not have it in 3 business days, Markil Turner GM
