We enjoyed our dinner! The flour tortillas are amazing! Very efficient and polite wait staff. My enchiladas were delicious! Love the warm chips and warm salsa! 8-9-24 It's been awhile friends! So glad we came back! Delicious food, super polite staff! It got a bit noisy before we left, but that's ok. It's obvious that families also enjoy Mercado Juarez!

Mercado's never fails to bring excellent service (no matter how busy they are) to their guests, and the food is delicious 😋 If you have never been here before, ask for some warm tortillas. They are freshly made and literally melt in your mouth 🤤 The chips & salsa are very good 👍 Your food comes out in a timely manner and is always hot & made to order. Be sure to finish your meal with some fried ice cream 🍦 😋 There is a bar here, that serves pretty much anything you could want 😉 I 🩷 this place & you will too once you give it a try 😁

When we arrived at the restaurant, we were greeted outside by our son and he escorted us to our table. Our waiter immediately greeted us. The food was warm. The atmosphere was loud and it was hard to hear and almost impossible to have a conversation.

Greated us the second we walked in the door. Service was great. Margarita only $3. But the meat from the fajitas smelled and tasted funny. We didnt complain because we arent complainers but meat definitely smelt and tasted funny.

Food was good, but service was lacking. The salsa had a good flavor and I liked that they gave each person their own cup. Queso was good, but very pricey for just a small cup. We tried the fajitas combo - beef was definitely better than the chicken. Their flour tortillas were extra fluffy and paired well with the fajitas and queso. We didn’t get tortillas when our meals came out and had to ask a few times for them.. also barely got any refills on drinks/waters.

This was our first visit, was not that impressed. The carnitas were very good on the fresh tortillas that could be grilled a bit longer with guacamole and pico. The rice was, well not very tasty. The churro beans needed allot more seasoning kinda bla. The shredded chicken enchiladas were dry and under seasoned with an odd tasting gravy/cheese topping. The outstanding waitress saw an uneaten plate of food and asked why, we explined and she removed it from the bill very bland tastings. Chips and salsa was good but again lacked flavor. Cost was reasonable, we had a very big group and added gratuity on the bill, but we took care of our waitress. Relook seasoning on all foods something changed since friends were here last they said.

The food was ok for me. I enjoyed the sampler. My main dish was not fulfilling for me. It was pretty packed today during lunch, though. Unfortunately, the food was mid at best — and that’s being generous. It lacked flavor and didn’t live up to the expectations I had walking in. What was more concerning, though, was the front-of-house experience. The hostess staff appeared very young, and while I understand everyone starts somewhere, professionalism and training are still essential. While we were waiting to be seated for a table to be cleaned, one hostess ran to the table, tossed a menu down, and seated another party ahead of us. She was laughing and carrying on in a way that felt unprofessional and inattentive to the guests waiting. If this is someone new or still learning, that’s completely understandable — but she would benefit from more training and closer supervision. First impressions matter, and the front door sets the tone for the entire dining experience. I hope management takes this as constructive feedback and invests in better oversight and training moving forward.

Been here a couple times but this will be my last. The food has gone significantly down hill to the point my plate was inedible. I ordered the fish tacos and when I got them they were sopping in oil, and I mean oil was literally puddled on the plate and DRIPPING from the taco when I picked it up. Im not kidding in the least. I could not eat them and the chefs must have seen this, because how could you not? No consideration, effort, and poor quality. Highly disappointed, won't be back, and will inform others to be wary.

Mercado Juarez has been a place we love to go and eat, the food is served fast, hot and is good. The last visit however has changed our experience dramatically. Our server was a young hispanic girl, in her 20s. She had tattoos on both arms, her left upper arm had circle swirls on it. We were there for lunch, leaving around 1:30pm. Our food was good, arrived quickly, we ate and were on our way. When we reached the parking lot, my husband realized he left his wallet on the table. He ran inside to get it and it was no where to be found. We were sitting in the back side of the restaurant, so it was an area already less crowded, and our server was the only server in that area. We looked around, spoke with the manager who took our information, and could not locate it. My husband had an AirTag in his wallet, and we began to check the location of the wallet, where it continued to update stating it was within the restaurant and showed different places within the restaurant. Around 4:30 when it continued to update that it was inside, we went back to the restaurant and spoke with managers again. The managers were extremely kind and helpful. There is only so much they can do to help us, and they went above and beyond trying to help. It was at this visit that our server comes up to question us about how we were keeping track of the wallet. She began to look over my shoulder at my phone to see what we were looking at ... and when we told her it had an AirTag, she said, "oh.... well I saw a strange man looking out the window when yall left." which was nothing that was said before, and it was such a random thing to say at the time, that it began to raise our suspicion. When we left the restaurant a second time with no wallet, it was about 4:30 and was the exact time that the Airtag stops updating... which also coincides with the exact time frame our server was able to discover how it was being tracked. They do not have cameras inside the restaurant, so unfortunately without physical proof, nothing can be done. My husband had just cashed a check, and had a lot of money in his wallet because we were going to buy a kitchen appliance after leaving there. I have no doubt the server took the wallet, and the money and got a much bigger tip than we planned for her to have. If I had any doubts, I would not post a review about it. But I do not want anyone else to have to go through what we went through. So if your server fits her description, request someone else. She will rob you, lie to you, and all the while play dumb that she never saw a thing.

Service was TERRIBLE. On 12/30/2025… I ordered food for my family online for pick up. When I arrived, I was told it wasn’t ready. I waited for 30 minutes just to find out my food was sitting in the back getting cold. When I questioned the manager, he blamed the staff. When I questioned the staff, they blamed each other. It was a ridiculously embarrassing moment for them all. The manager was CLUELESS and refused to do anything to remedy the situation. First and last time eating there. Prices are not worth the very average food.

Had my heart set on enjoying their food. A late friend had introduced us to this place back about 5 years ago. Was gonna go have lunch in remembrance of him. Sat down, watched a server go to the table next to us and behind us twice, never acknowledging us in the 10 minutes we sat there. I give a place 5 minutes if they are not busy and 10 if they are. Was served chips and salsa but was never asked for a drink order or anything else. Chuys will get my business from now on. We won't darken their door again.

🤢🤮, the food was DISGUSTING, Don't get me wrong , these people have mastered presentation, atmosphere and even food prep looks amazing. But once you bite into it omg! They brought the hot plate out with the steak and chicken and the plate is SIZZLING BABY, but how in the world is the meat barely hot! The nachos they bring out and salsa is literally the same stuff you get at walmart. The lemonade is made from the powdered mix you get from Costco and watered down. The soup you can tell the base comes from like Campbell's soup or something. Everything here barely tastes like anything 🤢, it was nasty! The best thing the tasted amazing was the steak itself don't even go for the chicken, the steak was off the chain. Even the dessert was awful, how do you mess up cinnamon toast bread I'm appalled! Im shocked this place gets so many reviews about it tasting good yuck! Even the taco salad barely had any flavor.
