I just wanted to say I don't do reviews really and I had to this time! This was my first time ever eating at Red Robin and I was definitely impressed! First off, I only tried because signed up and received a birthday reward which was for a burger 🍔 but I'm so glad I went in. I didn't know was like restaurant style VS fast food type. So the guy who sat me at my booth was super welcoming and nice and went over everything and even suggested items. My waitress was very sweet and friendly and welcoming also. The food was awesome!! So fresh and hot and tasty 😋 You even got unlimited fries with burger and I even tried the root beer float which was unlimited 🤣 I was stuffed by the time I left. Even the cooks or kitchen staff checked in and asked if burger was good and if wanted more fries. I was greatly happy with my first visit and will be back!! Hoping the family and friends will try soon! Sorry for long review but had to brag as I really enjoyed the visit. Great job Red Robin!

My coworkers and I had a great experience. We started with fried pickles. Then got our delicious meals. Scorpion Burger, banzai burger with lettuce bun, Cheeseburger with lettuce bun and a spicy chicken dish (can't remember the name). We were all pleased.

I had the fish and chips, it was really good. My wife had the Caesar salad and that was pretty fresh too, but the chicken on it was a little disappointing. We went with a couple of people and the waitress was very attentive. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Hey Everyone, First time here at red Robin service was great thanks too Jacob. I gave him a five star such great service. As everyone knows I am a hamburger fanatic and I feel that red Robin fell short of their burger. restroom needed attention. Front door also needs attention. Tables needed to bewiped down. Nothing wrong with a good burger from red robin. The staff are always friendly and the food is always good. Never had an issue here. So why four stars? I wouldnt say the place is perfect but its definitely top 10 burger places.

It's Me!

Friend's favorite place to eat. They cook decent burgers, bottomless fries, and bottomless soft drinks. The food was hot and fresh. Our server was cheerful and on it! Two managers checked-in with our table. Iconic diner memorabilia decor. We almost went elsewhere when the hostess said it would be a 2 hour wait, instructed us to arrive an hour beforehand to check-in and put our name on a list. Since we were in the neighborhood we stopped in first to put our name on the list and to our surprise we were seated right away. There were also 3-4 other empty tables.

Took a while for them to take my order but luckily I had time. The food turned out to be great! The 1st water was not regular water.. luckily I like sparkling water so it worked out.. onion rings were fried beautifully

We haven’t been to Red Robin in over three years and they have gone downhill, significantly. What use to be hamburgers with beef patties that were thick and juicy has become overdone, burnt and dry patties no bigger than a McDonald’s patty. I was also charged $1.29 to sub broccoli for my fries. NEVER have they ever charged to sub a side like broccoli! For four of us with two sodas, our bill came out to $94, a complete joke for the quality of what we received. Sad to say, this will be our last trip to Red Robin when my family of four can eat for $40 at In & Out and get WAY BETTER BURGERS.

First time ever to this place and it was highly disappointed. I had heard and seen good reviews. The A1Burger sounded really good but was the total opposite. Had no flavor and the garlic fries were soggy. My family liked their food so we will probably come back again and I'll definitely have to try something else.

I liked Red Robin eating in the dining room, but this is the second time I order the fish and chips , and it was terrible, it was a pick up order, it takes me 5 min to get my food for lunch, the crust just falls off the fish, it was soggy and the fish looked like it had freezer burns on the inside, please take this off your menu, it was not worth the price. I wouldn’t eat if for free.

March 6th 2026 5:16pm walked in husband got a booth because we were starving. On the way to the restroom I noticed floor is very sticky not a good sign get in the restroom every stall 3 of them to be exact were disgusting. Told the lady that seated us about the restroom and she was not worried about it so we left right then. Sad thing it wasn't even busy and well after a lunch rush there is no excuse. I'd hate to see the employees restrooms at there home. Very unsanitary place!

First time going to this place and very disappointed!! Went with my Gmail for dinner and it was very dead maybe 2/3 tables max. Our service was horrible server was not attentive at all had to ask a different server for refills fry’s old and cold! Sandwich was not good either! Was looking around for server for a while before he came around the corner I had to flag him down told him fry’s were old and cold but had good in his mouth so couldn’t say much! We just asked for the check paid and left never again will we be back definitely not worth the 63$ spent

This location was complete chaos! It took over 10 minutes to get a waitress and 3 out of 4 orders were wrong. My kids’s milkshakes were chocolate milk with whipped cream on it, my husband‘s burger was practically raw, one burger was requested plain with only cheese, and they brought the cheese on a separate plate that looked dried out, the wings that my son ordered were wrong so we sent them back and we didn’t get them until 20 minutes later when we were ready to leave! Our appetizer came at the end of our meals, we also asked for refills and finally got them when we were paying our check.

Very disappointed in tonight's visit. It is my daughter's birthday, she chose to go here for her birthday, and the service was awful. We went right before 7pm, so it's not like it was close to closing. The restaurant was not that busy, but for whatever reason our server, I believe his name is Noah, decided he didn't want much to do with us. It took him quite a bit to get to us to begin with. We were cordial when he did get to our table, and when we asked him how he was doing, his response was a snappy, "Well, it's getting pretty busy." It wasn't. Half the restaurant was empty. He delivered our drinks, took our order, and off he went. The manager served our food, and we never saw our server again. One of us, the birthday girl, needed a refill, and that didn't happen. Our server managed to take care of the 3 tables seated behind us without issue. Finally, I approached the manager to ask for a refill and to let him know that we had not seen our server since he took our order. We got an apology from the manager. Another server brought my daughter her drink. After another 5-10 minutes, our server came to ask how everything was tasting, all of our plates were pretty empty. We said no. He walked off. He came back about 5 minutes later, asked if we wanted any refills, we said no, just bring us the check please. He did, we paid, we left. Not once did he apologize for his service. Just very disappointing.....I understand all too well how it is to be a server, but I do not understand completely ignoring a table that you keep walking by, and not apologizing

Food just terrible. Hamburger was dry, hard and completely overcooked. Coleslaw was like eating shredded cabbage. No dressing whatsoever. French fries cold and like cardboard. This use to be a great place to get a good Hamburger. No more. This location won't be in business much longer. Today it maybe had 15 customers at 1230p on a Saturday. Big clue right there when we pulled up.
