The food was amazing. The staff was super friendly. This was my first time visiting and I asked the staff to pick me out their favorites. I tried spicy! Was great! I just can’t get over how nice the staff was. I will certainly go back. Also, they have really good prices. No wait time.

I love this place. The chicken salad croissant meal with an extra scoop is my favorite. It tastes like my Grandma Josephine made it. I love their watermelon 🍉 lemonade, but they were out this Friday visit.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 — A Life-Changing Chicken Salad Experience! OK, somebody stop the press! Where has Chicken Salad Chick been all my life? The deliciousness I just experienced is unreal — I’m honestly shook. A good friend from work recommended this place, raving about how amazing their chicken salads are, so of course, I had to try it. I went in craving chicken salad in a lettuce boat… and came out with a full-on obsession. First off, the building is adorable — quaint, clean, and super inviting. I was warmly greeted and helped by the wonderful Kaylee, who walked me through the menu and helped me pick out my delicious dinner. Shoutout to her for being so helpful and friendly! I chose the Fancy Nancy, which has Fuji apples, seedless grapes, and pecans — a mix I’ve never had in chicken salad before, and it blew me away. Sweet, crunchy, fresh, and flavorful — absolute perfection in every bite. And let’s not forget the wheat crackers in their own cute little branded packaging… I’m living for the attention to detail. And the cake? Moist, rich, and just the right amount of sweet — not too much, not too little. I took one bite just to “see what it was like,” and I had to stop myself because I hadn’t even touched my full meal yet. That’s how good it was. Yes, it’s a little on the pricey side — but worth every single cent. If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would. I hate that I didn’t get more, but best believe I’ll be back very soon. Chicken Salad Chick, you’ve got a fan for life. 💛

Service is always good here. Plenty of seating room and well spaced. The Fancy Nancy and Old School Olivia was delicious. The chicken tortillas soup is tasty and the chicken is tender. Just the right balance of tortilla chips and cheese. The cream cheese cake is an entire vibe. The free butter cookie is a nice touch.

If you love chicken salad then this is the place to be. I had the Fruity Fran sandwich and a cup of Poblano chicken soup. Both was excellent. My wife had the classic salad minus the chicken salad and a cup of loaded baked potato soup. Both soups were great but the loaded baked potato soup may have been the best I have ever had. Be careful with the green salad as my wife said the edges were brown and she was not sure if the lettuce had been washed The meals came with a frosted cookie. It was tasty. The atmosphere is like a beautiful diner. It has a romantic vive great for a date. Over all I will return.

Something about this place just gives you early 2000s nostalgia and I love it! The food was amazing and just the right portions. I had the Olivia’s old south and it did not disappoint. The potato soup was super cheesy and full of flavor. 10/10 would recommend this place.

Good good my friend turned me on to this place last Friday here it is Wednesday I’ve downloaded the app joined rewards and just ordered again!! Thanks Kerlindra now I’m damn hooked on this place!! Chicken salad so many ways it’s almost to many choices. I’ve had classic carol and olivias old southern and now tonight sassy scotty and the mac and cheese. It all looks delicious!! And they hook it up on the crackers!!

Excellent and caring restaurant. The chicken salad chick continues to be one of my favorite restaurants. The place is always clean and ready to serve delicious food. I had the sassy scotty croissant with pasta salad and a strawberry lemonade. The food is delicious and quickly served. I recommend this place!
