Came here for the lunch specials - hadn’t been in a long time. Everything was pretty good! The service was good. The restaurant was clean. The food was delish!! That blackberry tea was memorable! The overall experience was great - all is well and happy!

Wow! What can I say about RJ manager. My wife and I ordered ziti and spaghetti and meatballs, also ordered two links of sausage and some meat sauce with marinara Incorporated with it. We couldn't find the sausage and meat sauce, through Uber eats so we called the restaurant and RJ the manager took care of us over the phone added it to our order that was delivered to our house and as far as I'm concerned went above and beyond to help out to elderly people in their seventies. We will keep ordering from BJ's because of RJ and the way we were treated by him. My hat goes off to RJ thank you so much for taking care of newfound friends.

You guys gotta go to BJ’s in Arlington, TX. Had a LARGE party come by for my son’s bday dinner and the waiter, Alexander, took care of us like a champ! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and never let our glasses go empty. Shout out to RJ, the manager as well. He made sure our table was ready after calling ahead hours before. BJs in Arlington will forever have my business with that kind of exceptional customer service.

I absolutely love BJ’s! It’s fun and affordable food with excellent customer service. My favorite is the root beer wings and ribs. Come during happy hour for half price appetizers. Here with my family at BJ’s again. Everything is fabulous!

Went for the first time and it was great! We were told to register for their loyalty program to receive a free cookie dessert and so we did! My husband and I shared the Chicken Parm and Chicken Caesar Salad. Both yummy! But the Oreo Cookie dessert was the best!

We visit BJ's often but tonight was exceptionally good. Our server Carlos A was fast friendly and attentive. He gave us good brief conversation and our food was perfect. We will definitely be back again and we're going to asking to sit in Carlos A' area!!!!

Our server Layla was terrific!! She was very friendly and attentive. I was very surprised by the Sriracha Brussel Sprouts! They were so tasty, and the Parmesan Crusted Chicken is delicious as always. We had the Pizookie trio (Chocolate Chunk, Macadamia, and Monkey Bread). Of the three, the chocolate chunk was the best. The monkey bread was hard and over-baked, so that I would skip that one, but the macadamia nut was good but very rich. Overall, BJ’s is a good place to catch up, I’ve been coming here for years, and it’s always hit or miss, but usually, if they mess up, they’re quick to fix it, so that’s why I come back.

The service we received from Zander (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly) was stellar. I've been to busy restaurants where the staff wore that busyness on their faces and it's projected onto the customers. But Zander didn't do that. We saw the effort he made to make this experience a pleasurable one for us and he did just that. He needs to be recognized by BJ's leadership so that level of service can continue for your customers.

Came here with family of 9 after my daughter's taekwondo tournament. It was a long day and we came here for dinner. We ended up waiting for an hour after making reservations. RJ and Diamond we very accommodating and awesome. RJ took care of us and Diamond was TOP NOTCH service! Thank yall for making our night! Highly recommended to come here

Today I was craving spaghetti. It rained all day today so I didn’t feel like getting out so I looked on Uber eats and decided to try them. I ordered meatball and spaghetti, mozzarella sticks and a Caesar salad. Everything arrived fast. It was nicely packaged and hot. I can say I truly enjoyed everything and I’m a very picky person. I will definitely like to visit in person and try other menu items. 10/10

Because of the professionalism of Ms. Linda, my family and I had a wonderful dinner. She was everything I consider to be professional. As a veteran I have a pet peeve about being addressed with terms of endearment. Ms. Linda didn’t know that. She was just very professional and made sure we were completely satisfied from the time we sat down until we were leaving. She even showed courtesy to my grandson. I hope to get her my next visit.

Great service! We had a large party, and our server was very accommodating. There was little to no wait. The a/c was out, which we didn't realize up front. That made it really uncomfortable. There were large portion sizes, especially the shrimp alfredo. 🍤 The flatbread pizza 🍕 was flavourful. My steak wasn't prepared correctly, but it wasn't worth sending back. 🥩 The spaghetti and meatballs were also delicious. 🍝 If you like sweet drinks, try the Pink Cadillac Martini. 🍸 There's parking on three sides of the building, so no worries there.

I came to visit a friend for his birthday. Overall it was a very nice experience. I came in late but there wasn’t an issue with the server and they were happy to take my order (just some fries and a soda) I had came in just in time for dessert which was very delicious. The main course was their viral Dubai Chocolate Pizookie, and two mini pizookies (a strawberry shortcake and a chocolate chunk pizookie) The atmosphere was very clean and I was happy to be celebrating with my friend. So if you’re looking for a place to spend time with friends and family, this is a good spot.

She was upbeat and she is one of the best waitresses I've encountered lately. Before we left, we told her that she's very good at her job and appreciated her today. We called the manager over as well and let him know that the service was great. We are so quick to complain, but we did the opposite and we told how great Tristin was. Awesome!!!

First time at this location, food is always great at BJ's as well as the service. I had an exceptional waitress, the best I have ever had. My friends and I have Ukrainian accents and she understood every word (which is unusual for us ). Saw some flowers and asked "who's birthday?" (good catch by her). Placed every order by the correct person (there were 5 of us). Came by to check on us much more than usual. It was a fantastic time there. My experience is always great when I visit, I look for two employees in particular since I speak to them the most. For the most part, everyone is usually pleasant and willing to serve, even if you're not their customer. Oh yeah, the blackened salmon with rice and broccoli is always cooked to perfection and with love. You should try it next time you visit.

BJ’s has officially become Patrick and my favorite spot! It will now be our first choice to dine at. Every visit has been fantastic. The servers are always attentive and super friendly—shoutout to Desiree and Michael for their great service! Manager RJ is outstanding; his customer service skills are top-notch, and he truly goes above and beyond for guests. From the kitchen staff serving fresh, hot food to the entire team working seamlessly to ensure every customer has a great experience, this place is top-tier. I don’t leave reviews often, but BJ’s absolutely deserves it. The atmosphere is great—lively but not overwhelmingly loud, even when it’s busy. 5 stars all the way!

The last time I went it was an enjoyable Experience. The Mac and cheese was delicious. Choices of food are very good! Sat at the bar as it was crowded...of course it’s a Saturday night! Still was able to sign in but choose to eat at the bar. The drinks were amazing. Had one called...Royal F@$k...very strong and delicious. The deep dish BJ favorite was very good. Bartenders were friendly and helpful.

The service is always good here and the food is alright, had some questionable salmon and plain chicken but there’s other things to pick from as well.

2nd time at this location. Came on a Saturday night, had a slight wait time of about 15mins for table for 2. Waiter was just on point and provided great service! He constantly checked on our table . Our food came out fast! About 10 mins after ordering. We started with spinach dip, then had the deep dish baked ziti and burger sliders. Everything was well prepared and delicious. We also had the ultimate patron margarita, which definitely could’ve been a bit stronger.

Came for our daughters bday dinner. She picked it cause she loves the chicken Alfredo. A bit of a wait but once seated we were waited and checked on often by our waitress. Even though it was busy she was able to take care of us.

We have been to this restaurant and other locations before with good experiences. We decided to have lunch here on the weekend. It was not very busy yet and we were seated immediately. Emily was our server and was very pleasant. My only criticism is I did have to ask for a refill of water when my glass was nearly empty. We got our drinks and made our food order. The food took longer than usual. We ordered the Sals Brewhouse Chicken and the cherry chipotle salmon. The chicken was very salty. The salmon did not taste like cherry or chipotle. The side dishes were good. A manager came by to ask about the food and I told him the chicken was salty. He offered to take it back but we have heard the horror stories in returning food to the kitchen, so we declined. He said he would tell the kitchen. 🤨 I would have appreciated a discount on the meal. We would not order these dishes again and it just was not the usual, ideal experience at BJ’s. I’m not sure when we will come back or recommend this place.

Not bad during lunchtime on a Thursday afternoon. They offer $12 lunch specials which weren't bad. The food was good, we both had the unlimited soup & salad combo. I was pleased that the soup (clam chowder) came out hot! The portion of salad (caeser) was a pretty good size. For an appetizer we had the cous cous mac n cheese balls, surprisingly this didn't come out as warm/hot as expected but we still enjoyed it. S'mores pizookie, yes, get this. Perfectly on the marshmallows, what a treat! There was an issue with the table next to us, from my own observation since we arrived they had just been complaining in general, super needy & seemed to be in a bad mood... probably taking it out on the staff. We had the same waitress, she was doing a fine job... it just seemed like they wanted things for free. They even complained about how far they drove (no one made you go there) & one of them said it was because she was black, which the manager (who came over promptly at the start of the whole ordeal) stated that he too was black (also obvious), & he handled the situation with much professionalism... as did the waitress. The entire staff we had no issue with, hostess included. Atmosphere gets docked a bit, menus were sticky, bathroom was meh. Some concerns about upkeep when it wasn't too busy. Also, at the end of the meal it's like the AC stopped working properly, it got pretty warm. Paying by QR code on the receipt was convenient though!

We have spent our money here multiple times and everything is usually very good. This time my smashburger was served completely raw on the inside. The manager on duty had a new one prepared and it was just right. It was really busy and I know stuff happens. I feel like the kitchen manager should be a bit more diligent ensuring the quality is top notch. I've seen other undercooked burger reviews here on Google.

UPDATE: Came up update my review. Thanks to BJ's Feedback we decided to give them another shot. We got a tavern pizza and boneless wings. The pizza was great and had plenty of toppings and cheese and the boneless wings were good and they were a big portion size. Also got to enjoy a root beer. Definitely a better experience and we'll be back. Haven't been here in about 10 years so figured we'd give it another shot to see if the food had improved. Sadly, we were disappointed. First thing we ordered was Root Beer and we were told they were out. Cool cool. When we went to order our pizza we asked for the shareable size and were told they were out. So our option was a large or a different item completely. A large is way too big for 2 people, but okay we ordered it. Pizza came out and while it lived up to the name Extreme Pepperoni, that's about all that there was a bunch of. Where is the cheese on y'alls pizzas? This is what kept me from going back before and what will keep me from returning. I'm sure I could have ordered extra cheese but why should I have to pay extra for something that is supposed to be on my pizza? Our server was great so no complaints there. We were seated by hostess just fine, we sat for almost 15-20 minutes before a waitress from a whole other area came and spoken to us. We just stated we would keep her as our waitress instead of waiting for whoever section we were in to do there job. And glad we did she was great. We come to enjoy the company and catch-up. The food is edible and the bar drinks are hit or miss depending on who is making them. Won't stop us from coming and enjoying our monthly meet ups.

Joshua was our server at BJ’s in Arlington on a busy Friday night for a large group of 20 people, and he handled it exceptionally well. He kept every order straight by ticket, helped everyone understand how the ordering and checkout would work, and stayed consistently polite and professional the entire time. He was very proactive about refilling drinks, checking on the table, and making sure we had everything we needed. What usually feels chaotic with a big group felt organized and smooth, and checkout was much faster and more seamless than we’re used to at other places. Joshua did an outstanding job and really made the experience better for our whole group.

Visited on Sunday afternoon, our server "Parlay" was very personable and helpful. It gave big brother vibes although I'm definitely older! Food was delicious as always and that sparkling sangria was AMAZING! Manager RJ was very friendly and welcoming. Please have someone go through all the menus and wipe them down. I liked BJ's, there was a special deal called pizookie meal deal for around $13 not including tax. Meaning we get an entree with a small pizookie of choice. I got the chicken parmesan with spaghetti ( I liked it a lot, definitely worth the deal), my friends got the southern fried chicken and mashed potatoes ( it was too salty according to her), and a salad with the deep dish combo (she loves the deep dishes from here usually). We were sad to see that they've ran out of the white macadamia nut and hot fudge pizookie so we ended up getting the triple chocolate ( too sweet for me personally), salted caramel ( so good I'll say it's up there with the og chocolate chunk), and strawberry cake ( which was also really good). Waiting for our food took quite a while probably because of rush hour (took around 45 ish mins to come out). It also took a bit for the desserts to come out too surprisingly. Our waitress was nice and somewhat attentive since it ended up getting much packed later on.

i definitely did like the food, only issue i had was the nachos the cheese wasn’t creamy it was more stuck to the chip like a slice of cheese & the calamari was decent i wouldn’t get it again but the macaroni balls we’re super good definitely recommend those with a strawberry lemonade 🍹 . and as for dessert we had the 5$ pizookie deal it was super sweet i couldn’t finish.

Nice place for a group to dine in. I went on two occasions. Once with friends and once with my sisters. Kind of noisy for a couple if you're wanting something quiet and intimate. Also the floor was super slippery. I ordered the prime rib with mashed potatoes. The meat was great but the mashed potatoes were barely warm and had a large piece of broccoli inside. If I wasn't so hungry at the time I would have sent them back. Other than that we had a great time and the warm chocolate chip cookie dessert with ice cream on top was delicious!

I had to go to the hostess stand to ask for silverware since we weren't given any when we were seated or when our food came. The thyme chicken dinner was delicious but the parmesan crusted chicken was not. I wanted Rose and asked if it came in the flight and wad told yes but it didn't. They gave free stemless wine glasses to the moms for Mother's Day which was a nice gesture.

Food was ok. Service was pretty bad couldnt get a drink refill even once the whole time we were there. Even the manager came by asked if he could take a plate and never acknowledged our very empty glasses. As a server myself I usually always take the servers side if anything goes wrong. But this time I can't. There is no sense of urgency or concern for any of her tables. The server had about 5 tables but walked so slowly everywhere while others were moving around like they had things to do. I do not want to name the server. Googled asked so I'm answering lol. I usually like BJ' s it won't be my first choice with all the options in the Highlands but I'll probably be back but on one of the days with the specials..Oohh and the brownie pazzooki was great. Took us forever to get it but it was good.

This is a sports bar very close to the Dallas stadium. I walked over for drinks and food before the game. It has outdoor seating available. The hostess seem ok. I feel they could be a little more friendly. The wait to order and get food seems a little long. There are tons of tvs and lots of interaction due to the football games. I did order wings and fries. Mine were not hot enough, so I sent they back. They just warmed them up I know. The waitress was nice ..Jasmine . Very friendly and talkative and answered all my drink and food inquiries. They have fish bowls and $5 margaritas. Great place for preaching game food and drinks overall.

Been there a couple of times, 1st time on my birthday- they kind of messed up our order, we were missing a few things that were supposed to be on the order. 2nd time was better, but they automatically add the tip which was like 80 to 100. I think we should be able to add what we would like to add, based on the service received. What if you didnt receive 100 service?

Very crowded. Hard to get the attention of wait staff. Kids meals sides have gold fish as a side. Pizza was good. On the way to the BR there were spills everywhere (just there...noonecleaning them) Restrooms are tiny for the amount of people in there. Long lines in there.

Disappointed. It was a carry out. The avacado on the flat bread was very over ripe. Not brown from oxygen exposure. The wedge salad, iceberg lettuce was wilted and not crisp. I recommended this for today's lunch since we dined in at the BJs at the Hulen location in Fort Worth which was great. Same order. The other 2 entres were good. 2.5 * is the rating for this meal.

Meal was mediocre at best. Started with the calamari. It was really good. Seemed extremely fresh. We both got the whole rack.of ribs. Asparagus was so very thin. Slightly large than spaghetti noodles. We also added the Sriracha Brussels sprouts. Mostly crunchy and burnt. Definitely not worth the $35/meal. My extra dirty martini was hardly dirty. I would have normally complained, but it was my friends bday and I didnt want to put a negative spin on it. Probably should have since neither of us were pleased. She picked BJ'S because her GrubHub meals were tasty.

Can’t say anything bad about BJ’s. It’s a classic place with a great atmosphere! I like this location and I like the food. Came here for my niece birthday dinner and enjoyed myself with my family. The food was NOT HOT at all. I had to send it back because it was cold but it was decent! Our waitress Sochi was AWESOME and so KIND! She dealt with a lot and she held her own! GREAT JOB! Service was good, food was not up to par, but I would recommend this place anytime, any day!

While the food is great if you eat in, don't bother with delivery. We've tried delivery 4 or 5 times now and it's been terrible. Guaranteed cold, soggy, and you're never sure if your order will be right. One night we were delivered a veggie pizza instead of one with meat - feel bad for the people who got ours because if they ordered veggie they probably couldn't eat the one they got. Today we ordered late lunch. Shouldn't be too busy at an off hour, but delivery still took over an hour. As per usual, everything was cold and our boneless wings were soggy and the order seemed short. I put it on a scale and sure enough 3 oz shorter than the full lb they advertise. We ordered pizzokie and the cookie was burnt and the ice cream was literally liquid. You'd think restaurants would perfect their pickup/delivery practices during these times when so many will still not eat out. Disappointed yet again.

I went to BJ's twice while in the area and the food and service was amazing! However, the silverware was so dirty that I had to thoroughly clean my utensils each time. I'm hoping it's an easy fix because I plan on returning to enjoy their delicious food and awesome service again...I just hope the utensils are clean.

First time I got a chocolate chip pizookie, I loved every bit of it... but I ordered the caramel one to do something different... not as good.. this time ordered the chocolate chip one again and halfway eating the cookie... it is literally raw.. I understand it's late ... and you guys are ready to go... but if that's the case bump the time to order to an earlier time.. The waitress was very friendly and seemed very accommodating, but there was a lot to be desired, as far as the food. I asked for my burger to be well done, but as soon as I cut into it, I noticed it was pink. I used the fork thinking I could just rake out the little corner of it, but it turned out to be almost half of the burger. Then my son ordered the chicken fried chicken, and it took almost 40 minutes to get it. That’s why I didn’t send my burger back. It’s 9 o’clock at night and I do not want to wait another 40 minutes for a well-done burger. I usually do not come to this location, so that may be the issue, but I am very disappointed.

0 out of 10 highly dont recommend this place was high way robbery I order a glass of wine and was served a sip. I ordered a smokehouse burger with a veggie patty burger looked like it came from the cafeteria line my sweet potato fries was a $3.49 add on to be given a handful of burnt fries I would never be back my waiter was great!

Me in a group of coworkers went to BJ’s for lunch today around 1:30 PM. I let the server know immediately that I would also like to do it to go order that would need to be processed later during our lunch as I was taking it home for someone else. I was informed that I could give her the order and she would place it later. I told her I would like it to come out and closer to the end of our meal so that it would be warm once I take it home. Orders are placed, and I received part of the to go order before my Order it was also incorrect and missing some items. I promptly let the server know That the order was not correct, and that I was hoping that the order would have been brought out later. The server then began to argue with me, saying that I did not tell her that, and that I told her to put the order in at the same time two coworkers agreed that I had indeed told her that this order would need to be placed later. She continue to argue with me until I told her ma’am please I do not want to argue with you about this. I didn’t ask if the wings that I had ordered to go could be cooked later so that they would be warm she said yes. When I reminded her to bring out my to go order, she let me know that the wings have been sitting in the back waiting for me. They were cold up on arrival. And needless to say, I hope she receives some training in customer service. Rude behaviors put a damper on lunch. If anyone cares to look into this, the check number was 78 today.

I wish I was able to write a review about the food being that it was my first time to any BJ’s. We were seated immediately and waited 22 minutes for a server to come over, I ordered a water and apple juice and asked where the bathroom was and once I came out of the bathroom not even 4 minutes later they cleared off the table and wiped it down. Extremely irritated. Will not be coming back

Really wanted to eat here but when we walked in we did not get greeted and there was at one point 6 employees there. (We waited for what seemed to be 5 minutes before any engagement from anyone) Two which appeared to be managers. Then 3 employees helped one guest, that walked in front of us, as we continued to stand there. We were finally assisted, but did not want to risk bad service during our meal so we left. We were there at approximately 730pm-740pm 11/11.

I’m honestly not the guy to leave a review but our experience at this BJs was just poor. They sat us down at 7:58pm. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza with jalapeños. So at 8:23pm they bring us a pizza, but it wasn’t the one we ordered so we sent it back respectfully. At 8:36pm they brought us our correct pizza but believe it or not.: it wasn’t sliced so we had to send it back again. And we sent our wings back too bc they had gotten cold. Finally, we ate at 9:17pm. The pizza still wasn’t sliced right and our wings had already gotten cold again. Poor experience, but the manager did take the pizza and wings off our bill, but it’s doesn’t change the fact that we had to wait 45 min to be seated and then we had to wait an hour and 15 for them to get our order right. 👎🏼

Absolutely will never ever come back to this location. Manager was too busy at the front hanging out with the hostess and talking to them instead of doing table touches and checking on tables which he should’ve been doing because the servers are absolutely terrible. Our server took 10 minutes to get to our table 10 minutes to get our drinks I had to flag her down after being there for 50 minutes for a refill. We put our food in at 10 o’clock. She finally came and checked on us at 10:45. Our food was not there so I asked where our food was. She goes. Oh, that is actually a great question then proceeds to come out and bring a mini pizza which we did not order and the rest of our food wasn’t there she decided to blame it on expo no you as the server should be checking on your food because I’m a server as well and I know to be checking on my food and my guest constantly you should be bugging your guest Not checking on them so then we proceeded to talk to the manager, which who knows what he was doing in the back and then he was like oh well, let’s get your server. Let’s figure it out. No, we’re not gonna get our server. We’re gonna go ahead and leave because it’s an hour we have a baby and we’re not waiting anymore. She hasn’t checked on us. You haven’t checked on us. You were too busy playing at the front .this place needs new servers and new managers really bad. Server was also too busy playing with other servers and hanging out at the host stand and by the bar instead of helping tables mind you she only had two tables. We got there at 9:30 a party of four and she got an eight top at 10:40 our food should’ve been out by now. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

it won’t let me leave a 0 star unfortunately. service terrible. our server wasn’t attentive AT ALL. didn’t get a refill until we waved her down. waited a whole hour for our food then it didn’t even come and our server blamed it on expo. i work at a restaurant and this would NEVER be acceptable. manager was no help at all. i had my child with me and wasn’t expecting to wait and hour just for food and it wasn’t busy at all. i will NEVER be back again. horrible horrible service. DO BETTER!!!

Not even close and forgot the chicken. This was delivered to my hotel and the manager could not correct. He offered a gift card, but it does not help when you’ve been on the road all day and want a meal in your hotel room. QC issues here.

Made a reservation for 6.30 pm for my daughtet's birthday for 20 people on 12/20/2025. Long story short, we had to wait for an hour and 10 minutes before been seated. The server took our drink orders and we had to wait another 30 minutes before they took our order. Overall, very bad experience. The hostess and manager were not concerned about the situation even though we had made a reservation 2 days prior. I do not recommend this location to anyone. Would have given zero stars if possible.

Food was pretty average, however our service was the big problem. As a server and bartender I try not to be as hard a critic but this was really bad. We never got her name to address her directly or so I could inform management. However this server was very inattentive and dull. In the next meeting maybe a personal hygiene conversation needs to be had as well. The entire time we were being served we kept smelling urine on our server. It was a hard time to even get our check. Please please please advise your servers to shower thoroughly when working in the food industry. Due to it being a health code violation. The server has ombré hair (dark brown and blonde), rbf and probably 5’4 -5’6. Working Saturday October 11 around 2-330 at the high tops. Hopefully management can have a discussion with her because we weren’t the only table with a problem towards her.

I ordered the Avocado bacon burger was asked how I wanted it cook, I said well done. When I finally received my food the burger meat was not well done. I sent it back and waited for God knows how long and again it was not well done 😞. I have never been to BJ’s and always wanted to try so for my very firsts time and this happens pissed is an understatement. The waiter was very empathetic, manager never came out and addressed the issue. I did get a $40 gift card but I don’t know if I’ll return 🤷🏾‍♀️
