Stopped here for lunch since we were in the shopping center and we couldn't remember the last time we ate here. Service was fine and the burger was alright. Fries were good. They also have softserve ice cream with your meal. The floor was sticky under our booth. Overall, not a bad old school type place.

Was a really good eat the burger was so big and juicy, there was a misunderstanding on my order but they fixed it quickly and were very nice about it. The price may seem high but in all honesty it's well worth it the fries are the ideal curly fry crispy and flavorful, the burger doesn't lack flavor and is very big for the price so in my opinion it's a justified price point

We were in the area and saw the sign. A couple days ago we has tried a different place that was so bad. I was crossing my fingers this would be better. What a great surprise!! Great service, really clean and great food. The burgers were juicy and seasoned well. The fries were yummy. They have a tasty waffle dessert. Thank you!!

Horrible customer service!!! I do not plan on returning anytime soon. They still have a Christmas tree up, which is ridiculous. The burger was decent enough. The bathroom was dirty.

I have loved this burger and fries since I was a kid. At one time it was just a little more than mcdonald's. Now it's the highest priced burger meal in town. Because of this I have stopped going very often. But if you have no budget, I highly recommend it.

The employees were polite the entire time. The prices are good but the pictures shown on the menu are very deceptive. We purchased 2 burgers and 1 was a meal. The bun on the small burger was chilled and was so flat. Not very appetizing. The employees asked to see the receipt and then replaced the burger and served another batch of fries in a separate box. The larger, chilli cheese, burger was gigantic but was so hard to eat because it completely fell apart when it was picked up the first time. She had to use a fork to eat it. I will say the food tasted very good though. I think it may have been the cook that apologized as he walked past us. I just expected our meals to look a little more like the meals in the menu.

Burgers weren’t that great. I tried the regular cheeseburger and the patty tasted like it was taken straight from the freezer to a microwave. Chicken strips were just your average fast food chicken strips. Curly fries & onion rings weren’t bad, but it wasn’t anything special. Their cherry limeade was terrible - tasted like carbonated water with hardly any cherry or lime flavoring.

Use to love eating at this place! Been a faithful customer for years, but I’ve noticed they’ve changed their patties and they’re horrible. No taste and the texture isn’t the same. Why they would change their patties and think true customers wouldn’t know, is beyond me. I along with my friends and family will not be returning until they bring back the original patties. The lobby was locked and closed at 730 pm you all don’t close until 9:30 I do not know if this is normal policy but that is wild I prefer to dine in I absolutely hate eating I. My car and taking food all the way home it isn’t as good in my opinion I stay 15-20 min away drove all the way up to the store to enjoy my food and I was very disappointed the lady looked at me and pointed to the drive thru line which was 8 cars deep I will keep my $20 in the future

What happened??? Their burgers used to have a charbroiled and grilled flavor with yummy seasoning. Now it tastes boiled and bland with an off texture. This is the second time it has been this way. Last time we tried was a few weeks ago but decided to give a chance for redemption. So sad. We used to look forward to Burger Street but now, at these prices, I guess BS is no longer worth it.

This was my chicken sandwich, looks like a piece of chicken cut in half. I called the number on the receipt which is to their corporate number and left a message. Been two days with no call back. I wouldn’t even post this is someone would have at least called me back to rectify their mishap!

Drive thru service was sketch she was catching an attitude with us because we had a special order. 38 cents for ranch that should come with my onion rings. The quarter dropped under the car she didn't offer to get it later just said cancel the ranch, If your not a people person you should not work in customer service! 10$ for 3 small chicken straps, unbelievable never again
